Godric entered the tower, no words were said simply mental telecommunications.

To the assistant he noted, "I have purchased a puppet for the village. I wish it to be placed on top of the tower. Make use of some of our lazy Anbu sitting around." And with a quick nod from Nelly.

Next as Godric made his way to his office he noted to Lady Ophelia, "Lady Elder, we have a new formed firm alliance with Leaf and Rain. Make a note of it in our history books. The age of Summer has come."

Thus reaching the elevator, Godric contacted the Anbu Captain in much the same manner, "I need a status report on rebellion." and as response, the White Dragon, "It appears after your efforts, there has been little activity. We are currently scouting the under belly of Iwagakure. It seems there is a greater threat starting to show it's face. At some point we require you to translate some odd scriptures that we had recovered...." And a quick reply from Godric, "Very well send it to my office, I will take a look."

Thus making it to his office, a fresh wine glass of blood waiting on the desk. It seems the community is warming up to one such as him being in the seat of power. Sitting down and fitting the stem of the glass between two fingers. Swirling it around and watching the viscous liquid cling to the walls of the elegant vessel. Raising it to his mouth and taking a sip. It seems a virgin had donated her blood this time....a soft grin spread over his cheeks as they warmed with color...

The door to the lobby opened as Zeki stepped through, being in his default form. After a few seconds of looking around at the lobby and what changed in it the Sadojin started for the mission board. He looked it over for a few minutes before pulling a piece of paper from the board and heading over to the assistant named Nelly.

"I wish to take this mission. Which land is a target located in?" Zeki says to Nelly in a calm tone, handing her the slip of paper containing the mission.

Nelly would look over the scroll, then she took out a map.

From what it looked like there was locations and red circles. Some had X's some did not. It seemed some had already been looked after. "Within our boarders..." She said with a nod. Pointing it out she noted that it was on the opposite side of the country. "It's odd how others have not taken this yet..." Spoken with an ominous tone...

Godric finished the last of the paperwork. It was time to start rattling some cages as it were. Time for some much needed change in this world. Iwagakure was going to be known throught the land, and Godric a god amongst people.

Zeki nodded his head in acknowledgement before turning on his heels and heading out the door. There was a base to scout out then destroy and all, and who was he to get in the way of the Kage's orders? [exit]

Zeki strides forward clearly intent on the assistant's desk. Once there he places down two pieces of paper and half of a scale.

"I am here to turn these in. I was told that collecting and returning the scale would count as a c-ranked mission." He says in a weary voice as he stares at the assistant with fatigue in his eyes. Or there would be fatigue in his eyes if his eyes were not just part of a complex henge jutsu covering the outer body of sand covering him. Still it was the thought that counts right?

Within a few moments the scale would be taken somewhere. Weather it was taken for analysis or archieve it would be unknown. "Very well you are awarded three C rank missions, along with the Ryo. Izyrin entered the tower that was not quite what he expected a tower to be.

His Academy instructor had given the graduating students a tour of the tower so they wouldn't look silly the first time they came here as Genin. Izy was thankful for this tour because he was able to move towards the binder where the village's missions were listed without looking lost. Of course, the small child had to get on his tip-toes to reach the binder on the tall desk, but that couldn't be helped.

It wasn't long before Izy found a mission that was suitable for his limited skill set. And he didn't even have to leave the village! Flipping the book around so when he set it back down on the desk of the female assistant, she could read the mission he was pointing to. "I'd like to try and translate the Terran messages," the child said, hoping the lady would take him serious. I mean, its probably not every day she met someone who could speak the language of the Earth let alone someone who was so young.

Restrictions: Each language offers 5 messages that need to be translated. The languages are Braille, Aquan, Auran, Binary, Ignan, Draconic, Terran, Aklo, Necril, Sakvroth, and Undercommon. Each attempt to translate will be a different difficulty. Binary and Draconic are Difficult, Aklo and Sakvroth are Very Difficult, and all others are Extremely Difficult. Each message can get 3 tries per person before they fail the mission and cannot translate it anymore. They may move onto a different message of the same type, but may not try that message again.

OOC: Just a few questions: when I do this mission, am I doing all five messages to complete the mission? Also, are you the only one, Draven, who I should ask to do the skill checks, or is that something any staff member can do? I ask because, on the off-chance I succeed, I'm not sure if you would want to tell me what the translation actually says.

[The Blind Beast]

Shenjie entered the tower with a sense of refreshment as it had only been 6 month since he had been under the misconception that he was an exile of the village that he had thought he had betrayed. Now he stood proud as a member of the village, and further more the Assistant Sensei of the Goutetsu Style at the dojo that had been his home with Goki-Sensei before Goki's death. Shenjie now wore his white Gi and black belt representing his rank as the assistant-Sensei of the Goki-Shitakuma Dojo. His black Iwagakure headband was wrapped around his eyes, as he didn't need to use them as he made his way to the front desk unarmed. As he approached the desk, Shenjie would sense a presence other than that of the clerk. From what Shenjie could surmise as he approached within his 15 meter mastery range, he noticed that the fellow was male, and perhaps a younger fellow. "Hey there bud, taking a mission are we?" He asked as he instinctively reached his hand out to touch the page so that he could read it. Funneling chakra down into his finger tips, he was able to clearly make out the words with ease. 

"Ah, so it's a translation mission eh? How about I grab one too." He said feeling around in the binder, quite literally, for the braille translation mission. "hey Good Sir or madame clerk, I'll be taking this one." He said as he selected the mission that would allow him to work on reading braille. "Also, please give this letter to my good friend, Lord Godric please." Shenjie would say politely as he left a folded letter on the desk of the clerk as he waited for the clerk to respond.

Passive Shitakuma Techs

Kusomimi (HellsEars) X7

Effect: Without this Jutsu the Clan is capable of just listening with sharpen hearing. What this Jutsu does is by using the chakra along their eardrum, labyrinth system, as well as the outer ear of the body the user makes their ear into something of a sonar. This sonar system enables the brain to remember certain points by sound wave frequencies that hits the ear from a pebble hitting the water, to a person walking along grass. The Sonar system enables the Shitakuma clan to basically see. This is greatly used when Rain falls down for every time a drop hits the ground it emits a sound so basically they are capable to see for the first time in their lives. When first learned the distance that one is capable of understanding and remembering is the distance of fifty meters. After each time learned the distance goes up by twenty meters.
Special: The first time learned the user must do the signs of Dragon, Rabbit, Dragon, Ram. After the first time there would be no need for the seals.
Drawback: Must be trained into this more then once. Without the proper training of a technique such as Kusokesuni and Advanced version sounds could cause dizziness or damage to the user. The sounds to create this must be sounds that are greatly abrupt and fast which must be near the ear like a Flash/Bang grenade.
Description: When sound frequencies hit the ear it creates a sonar in which the mind remembers in a certain distance until the sound waves hit the ear once again. It looks as if the user is capable of seeing in such a way but it is just a technique that enables the user to know where to go and how far objects are at. They are capable of seeing shapes, and size, but the thing is they are not capable of seeing defined objects.
Limit: Only a technique for the Shitakuma Clan

Drawback: Someone needs to touch the ground in order for the person to see. This means that even the user can see by stepping. This also means that the user must be touching the ground at all times. This technique does not work on water, sand, or metal or ice. The ground is to loose for the user to see the vibrations along the ground, or is to concentrated which creates less vibrations.
Description: When first learned the user is capable of seeing in a radius of five meters. After each time learned it increases by ten meters. When ever the user steps, or when another steps in the radius of tremor sense, the mind of the user picks up the vibrations along the feet creating a somewhat of a picture of the user. Since people have water constricted within their own bodies as well as metalic components of the body a user could see the movements of the body in blur like motion, where they can guess if an attack is coming towards them. This is the beginning stage of the tremor sense technique and is the foundation of the tremor sense techniques. When learned their is a thirty percent chance that the user is capable of defending against melee attacks within arms reach. This however does not mean that after each attack someone comes forth to role a die. It just means that the chances of trying to stop melee attacks is not as well or as concentrated as one would wish it to be.
Limit: Anyone can learn, but it takes an extreme amount of chakra unless they master earth techniques or is part of the Shitakuma clan. Can only be learned if learning the blind way of life.

Heightened Touch

Effect: By having a heightened sense of touch a user can concentrate their chakra along their fingertips concentrating along the oil of the fingers to where the user guids their fingertips over ink created lettering so then a user can gain the ability of reading without the knowledge of brale.
Special: ---
Drawback: If the writing is smugged it takes more difficulty for the user to read. If there are no ink smuges or really if something was not created with ink, then the user will not be able to read.
Description: The user concentrates on their chakra as they push it down to their hands. Doing so the user concentrates on their chakra to gather, to wrap around the oils that accumilates against the fingers, as this happens the user guides their fingertips over bits and pieces of the lettering. The oils act like a reader as they move in and out of the skins as the brain waves capture the feel. Within the mind of the user they capture vibrant pictures that enables the user to somewhat "see" the letterings within the mind.
Limit: Shitakuma Technique

Sighing as the clerk failed to respond to him, Shenjie Shook his head in disbelief. It was clear that he wasn't trusted enough to be spoken to, always repenting for his clear misunderstanding. "my apologies for the intrusion...I'll be taking me leave." Shenjie said as he made his way out of the tower to go recalculate his approach, leaving the note for Godric for when he returned.
