It felt as if he had been wandering the area for months, asking around for the person he had journeyed here for and getting little to nothing. He had wandered about the area, finding nothing and no one who had information regarding the person he was looking for.

His companion had left him early upon their arrival, it seemed he wanted to wander on his own rather than stay together. The large man did seem more impulsive and impatient, action driven rather than one who would sit around. Dravocn however, was less inclined to rush off alone, though his companion had given him little choice.

He had finally come to this interesting store, it was different than the rest as it seemed to hold trinkets and baubles, possibly some involving a spiritual purpose, otherwise he didn't see any point in setting a shop of such diversity. Granted, business wasn't something he was much of a study in, but he was a practical person.

He approached the counter curiously, hoping someone had the answers he was looking for. "Excuse me." he said, his voice was now naturally coated in his chakra. He had no intentions of subterfuge nor any want to put anyone in any genjutsu. His voice was simply and naturally serene and powerful, like the pattern and phantasm chakras he controlled. "I'm looking for someone and I wish for help, please and thank you." he said calmly, unaware of the chakra that coated his essence and voice.

The bells on the door chimed as I strode quietly into an unfamiliar place of business. There'd been rumors that this was in fact a shop where I'd be able to procure the services that I required. I was looking for a certain volume of literary work that I'd been unable to find. Instead of expending all of my own personal resources in order to find an item, I'd decided to enlist the efforts of another. After laying my eyes upon the individual behind the shop counter, I made my way over and quickly made my business known to them.

"Hello friend, my name is Francelia Fialova." I introduced myself to them with a kind smile. Without much of a pause, I continued. "I've been told your shop can help me find something."

A young woman wearing a blind fold approached Dravocn. She wore a black dress that reached to her upper thigh, long black gloves that reached below her armpits. She wore a purple blindfold, darker than her violet hair. The boots she wore were high thigh boots. She approached the man and placed her hands on the counter in front of her. "Who would this person be?" She asked pondering on what he would say.

A tall langy looking woman wearing a yellow and white apron, short purple hair, cigarette in her mouth. She wore some blue jeans and a long black shirt. She seemed annoyed as she approached the man. Francelia Fialova spoke, introducing himself. She narrowed her eyes looking at the man up and down briefly before nodding. "Name's Athenas Toreas, this is a pawnshop, so what are you looking for?" she asked

Did I have the wrong place? Surely this is where the rumors led me. According to Athenas, who'd introduced herself now, this is merely a pawn shop. I spent a brief, but probably not annoying amount of time scanning the currently visible area of the shop once more before opening my mouth to respond. But then I reconsidered, and reached into a pocket to retrieve a folded portion of paper.

"I'm looking a certain publication." I said, gently unfolding the paper and handing it to Athenas. I paused long enough for her to read the title. I smiled and then continued, "I'm willing to pay a hefty sum to acquire it."

I doubted that they'd have the book in this shop, but I suppose anything's possible.

The young woman looked at the woman up and down briefly while listening to what she was asking. A hand placed against her chin as she thought for a moment and nodded. "Ya you're looking for a difficult find." she said flat out. "So difficult it's only found in a handful of shops. This isn't one of them." she continued letting the woman know what was going on.

She stepped away for a moment and came back with a clipboard. On it was a form and a pen. "This is how it works," she began. "Write your name, place of contact, what you are searching for. It costs 1 Emerald Obolus, or 175,000 Ryo of equal Value and we begin our search. Once we find it we'll notify you it is ready for pickup. Then you come back here and pay for the item," she finished bluntly.

Oh, so this was the shop I'd been told of. The woman explained the situation briefly, and then retrieved a clipboard. The form on the clipboard was simple; name, contact, and what you're searching for. I quickly wrote the required information, placing the name of the inn down the street as my contact location. I eloquently scrawled the name of the book I requested, and placed the board gently back in Athenas' hand.

After a few moments of rummaging through a small bag, I retrieved a small but hefty sack full of coins. Another moment later, the correct amount was left in the sack, and the rest was placed back into the larger bag. -175,000ryo. After giving Athenas' the ryo and waiting for her to confirm the correct amount, I left to the inn down the road.

They found the book much faster than I'd expected. I was surely anticipating boredom, followed by disappointment, followed by resignation. However, it was only two days after my arrival at the inn that I received a message from the pawn shop. I immediately dropped any trifling plans that I'd made for the day and made my way back to the shop. It was there that I greeted the shopkeep once again. I feigned patience during our brief transaction, during which I proffered the current value of the tome I'd requested.

Mr. Shaw known as The Handler entered the building wearing his fedora hat, and 3 piece suit. He walked up to one of the owners, whom he met before and placed on top of the counter a single Emerald Obolus on the table.

"Account holder 75079124A5G, looking for a Book called Formula Book of Bodrak the Broken."

He placed another Emerald Obolus on the table. "The first is to use service to find the book. The 2nd coin is for purchase of book," The Handler continued before waiting on a response.

The Handler was shocked he was able to get this book so easily. He didn't ask questions and simply took the book. He turned around and left.

Dravocn's eyes grew wide as he saw the woman, not because she was so pretty, although she was an absolute beauty even an eight year old could see it, but because she was a Shitakuma. He smiled brightly at her happily, excited and clapping happily in soft golf claps. "Hello, I apologize for staring but you're a Shitakuma, I haven't seen anyone like you where I'm from, but I've read of your clan. You lot are the embodiment of adaptation, starting life with what most people would consider a handicap, but turning it into a great boon." he said happily and excitedly, unaware that his chakra enhanced voice may affect her strangely due to her enhanced hearing... and the fact that he doesn't even notice his voice is strange.



"Apologies, apologies. I'm here looking for a Dian Xue Shu master, I was sent by my kage to learn from them as part of my medical training. He told me I would find who I'm looking for in this land." he finally answered after gushing over her kin. His voice naturally producing the serene and powerful voice, a soothing and yet commanding sort of voice for someone so young.
