Personality


before he became an orphan , flow was a respectful little boy , everyone loved him , he was very helpful to the elders , he always was scared of funerals and graves , flow cared for his people from the age of 2 , showing it as a little child would . At the duration of his indirect mourn for his parents , he didnt care about what happens , he was angry , until he couldnt anymore .



Flow is carefree and cheerfull when at ease but quickly serious and strategic-minded when fighting or training with someone ,also self motivated and determined , a little goofy and always trying to make friends with everyone .



Flow appreciates all the people around him , he helps where he can , he is always smiling unless in battle or is helping someone in a bad situation , he focuses on what he is doing at that particular moment . This allows him to try and forgive what happened to him in the past.



Flow acts as his conscience directs him , with little regard to what others expect of him .he makes his own way , but is kind and benevolent .he sees the good in most of his enemies and gives them as many chances as possible to reconsider their ways , he kills only when he has to .



He is humble to everyone .He makes sure that his motives are not tainted by a wish to do harm or gain personally over others .



Flow dreams of being a splendid ninja , despite his past , he is extremely energetic , single-minded and warmblooded , flow is able to focus on the mission at hand but doesnt follow most rules , but completes every task , flow enjoys fighting , for training and for fun , flow believes everyone can do everything , he shows total disregard to anyone who undersetimates him .

flow attains his father's body shape and eyes , he has his mother's chin ,many ,who know how his whole family looks , say he looks like every one of his family , like a representative of them all .



flow has long dreadlocked thick purple hair . He has a headband on his forehead . He has almond shaped yellow eyes with purple irises and dark navy eyebrrows . He has dark non oily nor dry skin . Flow wears a champagne coloured vest . He wears black fingerless gloves extending up to his elbows each with a metal plate behind the fist.



He wears a huntergreen belt on his waist . He wears babbling brook trousers , With black shinobi sandals . He has a medium muscular body resulting from heavy object lifting before he joined the academy . Flow has an inverted triangular shaped head . He has deep shallow ears with a small pointy nose.



When he was young he wore black pants , black flip flopps and a green t-shirt . He had bandages on his arms . A blue rope fstened around his waist . His hair was up to his shoulder blades .




His hair can reach up to his waist when let loose . He is seen most of the time with a kirigakure head band especially when on a mission . When he is training , he is seen with a black water nation vest , He wears short blue fingerless gloves . He has one kunai sac on both legs all the time with one butt bag .

History




a dacade ago a small boy was born to a nara family . This boy was bread in a warm comfortable environment , he got along with everyone while growing up , he had no room for hate , his name was "Flownominon" , his parents and neighbours loved him very much , as he grew up he loved going to buy flowers with his mother , and watching his father read books while talking to him , for had a strong will since he was young .



When flow was four years old his mother sent him out to buy her some flowers, when flow came home she had hung herself and there was a man waiting for me, he said that she sold him to him to pay for something she did long ago. Flow asked where his father was, and the man signaled for some men to bring flow's father out, he was tied up and they began to beat him, they wouldn't stop or tell him why, when they where done they dragged him outside and locked the doors. They set the house on fire with flow's father still alive inside, he stood at the window screaming as the fire rose up around him, flow watched his father burn alive.



After years of struggling and pain, Flow was merely an average shinobi whom was respected for greater abilities than he possessed due to his name sake, being praised for smaller efforts because he wasn't a Nara rather than performing greater feats like the rest of his clan.



He never quit though and he kept at it, trying his best and eventually earning the admiration of a fellow shinobi, Jinemba. Jinemba was also from the Nara clan, a cousin of Flow actually, and they had first met at a young age though never really pursued even a friendship as they say each other infrequently. They were on good terms though and started seeing more of each other as the two entered the shinobi ranks.



Flow was an individual who grew up with a name or place in the world, he was given the name "FLOW" by Jinemba, which means calm, moving swiftly and has an expertise in Water techniques.



5years of wandering with Jinemba Flow witnessed Jinemba die, he slept and never woken up. He was devastated, he was alone in this world once again. He had a goal, he had to find his place in this world by helping others in need and making more allies along the way.


As anyone who saw him , thought he is a stupid boy because of his looks , flow works hard to gain respect and to protect all those who cant protect them selves .

Fire Techniques


Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is cannot be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fiery explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing damage that is even more devastating.

Fire Style: Inferno Technique

Effect:Shoots small gouts of flame towards the opponent.
Special:Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Tiger
Drawback:Requires the user to exhale and keep their dominant hand cupped over their mouth. Once the user is out of breath or moves their hand, the technique falls.
Description:The user performs the handseals, energizing their hand and their oesophagus with chakra. The user then cups their hand over their lips and exhales. The oxygen being expelled from the lungs combusts upon reaching the chakra from the hand, and the user blows it out a maximum of ten feet away. This is different from the Goukakyou no Jutsu in the fact that this comes out as a stream and not a fireball, and also different from the fact that once the user stops breathing out or moves their hand, the technique ends.

Description: A technique which creates clones with the properties of mist. Although the clones are unable to inflict damage on an opponent, any physical attacks attempted on them pass right through. Depending on the user's class level is dependent on how well and how much the user is capable of performing at one given time. If the user is "D" Class they are capable of performing four Clones at once. If the user is "C" Class they are capable of performing eight clones at once. If the user is "B" Class they are capable of performing sixteen clones at once. If the user is "A" Class they are capable of performing thirty two clones at once. If the user is "S" Class they are capable of performing sixty four clones at once. If the user is to be considered a non NinJutsu specialist the number is reduced by two for every class level that the user becomes, and if the user is a NinJutsu Master the number increases by two for every class level they become.

Doton - Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique)

Effect: A technique where the user hides within the ground for a brief moment to surprise attack the opponent from under ground.

Description: The user takes the time to push into the ground by using their Earth Release. The user pushes into the ground quickly so that to be used against the opponent later on. The user at this point cannot necessarily move within the ground at this moment, but the user does know by feel of when an opponent is right above. When an opponent is right under the user reaches up to take the opponent and drag them back down to the ground in one fell swoop without movement or notice. The opponent is unable to move for one post and the user is capable of slamming out of the ground with one movement.

Doton: Rikujou Douyou no Jutsu(Earth: Ground Shaking Technique)

Effect:The user slams their hands against the ground as the user creates a miniature like earthquake in order to try and unbalance the enemy or opponents all around for a more of a deadly like attack.

Drawback:The user's hands must stay upon the ground at all time. When the user is capable of reaching "A" Class the knowledge of placing their hands onto the very ground becomes obsolete, and the user is capable of performing the technique without having their hands along the ground.
Description:As the user slams their hands against the ground, the user is capable of creating a miniature like earthquake along the ground. The ground rumbles lightly as the very earth moves in all directions in a ten-meter radius. Every time the user gains ranking in difficulty class the distance of the technique increases by ten meters.
Limit:Needs the Earth Release.

Deido Nohara no Jutsu (Mud Field)

Effect:Causes the area (10m x 10m) around the user, given that it is earth and stone, to become mud.

Drawback:It does not work in certain environments, such as tile and metallic floors.
Description:After the hand signs are performed, the user slams his/her hands into the ground. If the environment allows it, the area around the user will become a thick and heavy mud. No chakra is required to maintain the state of the area.

Nara Techniques

Kagemane no Jutsu (Shadow Imitation Technique) X2

Rank: "C"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The Kagemane no Jutsu (Shadow Imitation Technique) allows the user to extend their shadow on any surface, including water, and as far as they know and as long as there is sufficient area.
Special: "Holds Rat Seal" Technique performs after length of normal handseals.
Drawback: Tiring to use repeatedly. The ability is subject to some form of diminishing return and decreases in potency after repeated use. If the user is low on chakra, the performance rate of the technique also deteriorates. Insufficient lightning will make the technique less effective. A particularly strong opponent can also resist the shadow's forced imitation. May only change directions within the span of 60 degrees. When retracting the technique it may only retract by retracing where it has gone.
Description: Once the user's shadow comes in contact with the target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. The user and the target could both throw a kunai. It is recommended to keep all weapons in areas where they normally don't keep them.


First Learned user uses technique up to 10 meters. Each time learned gains an extra 10 meters.


After 50 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level.

After 100 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level.

After 150 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level.

Cap of this technique is 200 meters.

Technique may travel 10 meters per second plus 5 meters per Class Level.

Every 20 meters user is able to split the shadow by 1 giving a maximum of 10 splits.


Each split shares the max amount of distance user is able to perform this technique.

Every time used in a single mission that is in the time-span of 1 I.C. day will reduce max distance by 5 meters.

User may hold an opponent for 4 rounds plus 1 round per 50 meters.


Every Class level the opponent is higher than user the time limit reduces by 1 round.

If user is a Master of the Clan the amount of rounds increases by 1 round.

When user's Chakra reduces by 1/4 their max distance reduces by 1/4. Same mathematics occurs the more chakra is used. (Use Honor System).

May only use other Nara Techniques in conjunction with this technique.


Limit: Must be part of the Nara Clan.
Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu, 影首縛りの術 (Shadow Neck Bind Technique)

No real problems per se, but I'd like to see a little more content in the personality/appearance/history areas. Additionally, you haven't expended your full budget on items of either the main or secondary category, so if you want you can get more of them. As a fresh D-Class character you are allotted a maximum of 13,000 ryo for main items, and 30,000 ryo for secondary.

One last thing - while it is perfectly acceptable to use all six of your freebies on releases and perceptions, you may wish to consider picking up some traits in place of some of those since they can never be trained, only taken at creation or during a revamp. Anything else can be trained later.

That said, if you're okay with how things are now, then just pad up each of the appearance, personality, and history by a few sentences and you have my 1|3 approval

This causes the hips and shoulders to twist into the throw forcing the body's power into the throwing arm. After the throw is complete recover by returning to the original stance to ready the next throw.

Effect: A stance that allows the user quick fluid motion strikes with an Umbrella type weapon.
Special: Umbrella type Weapon
Drawback: --
Description: A stance that lets the user use fluid motions and quick strikes with an umbrella to defeat opponents. This stance is where weight is mainly placed on the users back leg, letting thier front leg available for quick kicks. The Umbrella is held in the dominant hand, with the other hand up in the air if needed to grab hold of anything. This stance has an inpentrable frontal defense (Why are there no openings?!?). However, if the opponent can manage to get behind the user, the user must waste valuble time and energy to switch thier domanant foot to the other side, leaving them open for an attack. Because so much weight is on the users back foot, this makes standing on one foot (If needed) very easy.
