Shiki laughed a little as he saw the jounin from leaf. What was the point in such cloak and dagger? Shiki thought sending a mental signal. He made sure not to make it obvious that he noticed what was going on. He never knew what could be occurring in these instances. "It's good to see you again Kinzoku." Shiki said aloud. Shiki sighed as he caught Amira's signal. 

"Look. If anyone tries anything to harm anyone. They won't make it very far." Shiki said whining. The reality was that anyone who tried to test the security of this embassy would quickly find themselves a charred corpse. 

[Madame Loki]

"This way please..." Rize would say to the Kazekage as she walked over to a side room. After letting The Kazekage into the room, and making sure there was no one else entering, she closed the door behind her and took seat. She would wait for Amira to have a sit, before smiling at her and speakinig in hushed tones, "Long time no see, Babykage."Rize would smile at Amira, brightly knowing that there was only one other person that had every called her that name before. She spoke in a voice low enough for Amira to hear but would be impossible for anyone outside the room to hear. Before Amira could response she would say, "I'm known as Rize here. I don't not want my Shinobi life interfering with my... personal pursuits...understood?" Rize would ask Amira, once she got a confirmation from Amira she crossed her legs and then let her arms rest on the her chair.

"So... you're here to do what exactly? Make peace? If that's the case then you shouldn't have much trouble. Kinz respects Shiki, you are like a sister to me. I see no reason why our two sides can't make peace. But if your planning something... let me know now." Rize asked Amira with a serious expression on her face. If Amira was planning something, then she would have to distance herself from the matter. Rize cared for the village first, but she was not speaking as Rize at the moment, she wore her imagine and spoke in her voice, but she spoke as Loki. She would choose her coven before anything else, but that did not mean she would actively partake in betraying little Kinz. It was a delicate situation to be in. One she was hoping Amira wasn't going to make too precarious.

[Kinzoku]

Seeing that the Kazekage agreed and saw to it as an act of good faith Kinzoku allowed it. Rize had never failed him in the past and though everything she did was always for a reason, she never betrayed Kinzoku before.

Kinzoku trusted her and therefore he would turn to Rize and nod, allowing her to screen the Kazekage in a separate room. While she did so, he would continue talking to Shiki.

"Don't worry. No one will attack while we're here. And if they do, I'm sure we can handle it."

Kinzoku laughed with Shiki as he saw someone familiar walk in. It was a man he recognized from the exams.

"That guy took the exams with us, didn't he?"

Kinzoku would then turn to the guy and approach him. He seemed to be curious about Rize and Kinzoku knew Loki had just taken on that new persona, therefore not many should know that name. That and the ANBU at the desk still had the fear of god in her.

"Hello. May I ask for what you are looking for this person you seek?"

As always, Kinzoku's voice would be friendly and he would have a smile on his face. He just wanted to know what the man's intentions were with his right hand.

Shiki raised an eyebrow as he heard Kinz talking about the ninja from the exams. Shiki paused as he looked at the ninja who walked in. "Hmmm..." Shiki thought. "I don't think so. I don't remember him at least." Shiki said shrugging. "To be honest I don't really remember much of the exams, they were quite dull if i'm gonna be honest. There wasn't really much that stood out or that was worth remembering on my island." 

Shiki had already forgotten the uchiha. He was more focused on having a good time here in the present. Shiki reached up to his helmet and removed it with both hands. As he did he attached it to his waist on the small carrying magnet. The monster revealed his white hair and scarred face. A small beard teetering on the edge of scruffy was there on his face. Shiki came here directly after the hunt in the land of grass so he was a bit on the unkept side.

Hitora would turn when the man came to speak to him, not immediately recognizing him, Hitora gave a slight shrug and said “Well, I am here to speak with her regarding something important, a mutual of mine and hers said I should seek her out.” Hitora remembered Morgan’s warning about lying and decided it best to be more or less honest while keeping some information back. Hitora did not recognize the man next to the one, whom had spoken to him, nor did it matter to be honest at this point, his recollections of the details from his Chūnin Exams faded greatly at this point to not remember faces.

Hitora then looked at the two men and said “Do either of you know Rize? Or where I can find her? I do need to speak with her as soon as possible.” Hitora was curious as to who they were, but that information could wait for the time being. He was more interested in meeting up with this Rize woman who was supposed to help him enter the hidden leaf village and help continue his training as both a Shinobi and as an Uchiha. It was strange having to wait like this, he felt more like he was ordering fast food instead of trying to speak with someone.

Hitora looked at the two men, both seemed more or less ready for a fight whilst he was merely in his normal mission attire without any of his weapons or items only what he had innately with him, hopefully though he would not need to fight his way through these two to get to Rize, after all: he did not know the men nor what their goals were.

Krystal's ears flicked as she looked to the door seeing someone come in though he was of little importance to the neko as she glanced at Hiroji glaring faintly. Apparently the new person was looking for that other woman that showed up with the Hokage. Although the fact that Amira walked off with her bothered her a bit since she barely spoke to her.

Slowly she would lean back breathing deeply while her nails sank into the couch and her gold eyes flicked to the man in armor that removed his helmet. After he did Krystal blinked briefly and looked away to the door her sister left through. Now that made more sense though she guessed that meant whatever bond their group was supposed to have didn't mean nearly as much as she thought it did. Well it's not like it would matter...

All she could do was wait for the Tsuchikage to get up and do something.

Feeling Catty

Being asked for simple identification seemed to have rattled me more than I would have thought as things seemed to have gone on very quickly without me being able to interject. The Kazekage suddenly appeared with a robot man by her side, my escort seemingly knew the Kazekage which while it didn't particularily affect my relationship or cause me to doubt her, it did mean that I couldn't tell her some things. To top it off the ANBU seemed to be on the offensive because of the relationship between Leaf and Sand. Excellent. As I was about to say something to calm the situation someone appeared but it wasn't Gosei. It was the Hokage though so that was good. Apparantly the leadership of Leaf had exchanged hands without my knowning which wasn't at all unpected either. Outside of the Land of Earth I wasn't really interested in much of anything. Things progressed with my becoming a part of the background, like I wasn't even there. Which was fine as I managed to witness something I really was interested in. A woman appearing to be associated with the Leaf Village marched onto the scene. I didn't know who she was but the scolding she gave the ANBU made me believe she was high ranking, perhaps a Jonin Commander?

Her rank wasn't of interest to me however, it was her eyes. THe Uchiha clan. I was highly aware of these eyes afterall, I had them myself. She was a relative of mine it seemed. I wonder what branch? Were we distant cousins? Closely related? In the ened it mattered not. I was not trusting of others in my clan outside of my immediate family. Especially those that remained in the Leaf Village 'after' the masscre. "Excuse my interruption Kinzoku, currently the Leaf Village and the Sand Village are on friendly terms with Stone" I moved to the Hokage as he seemed to address an old friend from the chuunin exams along with the robot man. The man was seemingly looking for Rize, the woman who wandered off with the Kazekage. "That woman who just entered that room with the Kazekage is the Rize you are searching for" I point out, gesturing to the room off to the side. "Actually, if you could go in there and collect the Kazekage - Amira - I would appreciate it." I bow curtly to the Hokage, my right arm over my stomach and my left arm behind my back.

"As I previously mentioned, the Sand Village and the Leaf are both on good terms with the Stone Village. If you would allow Lord Hokage, Kinzoku. In terms of efficiency, I offer my word that the Kazekage here is to be trusted when she say's she's here for positive reasons. I suggest the three, and only the three of us, ajurn to a room together where we can discuss things. I offer up my services as a third party and witness for these negotiations with my life on the line." I raise my head and look the Hokage in the eye with a earnest smile on my face. "If by chance the Sand Village tries to take your life in this instance then I leave it to you to decide my fate. You may kill me in that instance." I was already gambling on Krstal, a girl he had never met before, as being his body guard. Why not the Kazekage also. At this point in time I had no reason to think the Kazekage as being an enemy of myself nor tthat they were plotting against the Leaf in any sort of fashion, gamlbing my life away like this seemed like a safe bet. Still, even if it was a safe bet. Isn't it fun to live life on the edge every now and then?

The time frame that Rize had given the Hokage would pass, and she would emerged from the room having shared what she needed to the Kazekage. As she headed back over towards the group she heard what the other visiting Kage had to say, "The Kusakage is here to discuss peacefully, I see no cause for concern. The three of you meeting alone should be fine." Rize said directly to Kinz reporting her finding from the conversation. She then turned to look at Krystal, "I would like to have a word with this one anyway, we're old friends I'd like to catch up." Her attention was taken once again by the presence of Hitora. "Such a busy day..." Rize sighed. "Hitora, it took you long enough to get here. Lord Hokage this young man wishes to join the village. I'll sponsor his request, and make him something useful for the village, if you deem him trustworthy enough to join."

Rize looked over at Hitora and then back to Kinz. "Should I have an interrogation room prepared?" Rize asked so that the Hokage could get this business sorted out before he went on with his meeting with the 3 Kage.

"Friend?.." Krystal asked quietly tilting her head while her ears flicked. Had she heard the woman right, she didn't look familiar at all, unless it was from the past she couldn't remember. The amazon stood and moved over to the brunette looking her over but nothing stood out, neither features or body type so she wasn't sure what the woman meant. "Hi."

FINALLY!

As he was about to explain to the new arrival that had entered, someone from stone seemingly of high importance based on how others treated him. As he was about to begin speaking the woman that had been pointed out by said new arrival as Rize, appeared back in the room. Apparently, she had finished whatever business she had with the person that the others were claiming to be the Kazekage. Hitora listened as she said it would be ok for the three Kage to meet; she also spoke to someone as if they were an old friend, though he did not know.

Eventually the woman made her way to him and said that it took him long enough to get here. Blinking Hitora was a bit unsure why she spoke like that, then it hit him that Morgan likely would have told her that he was coming and that it would be a bit beforehand, Hitora nodded a bit and said with a sigh “Yes…it took me a smidge longer than I expected to get here, sorry about that.” Though if Hitora wasn’t sure that they were separate people, he would swear that Morgan and this Rize woman were the same person.

Hitora listened as she spoke to the Hokage about sponsoring him for entry to the village as a Shinobi and then in almost the same breath asked if she wanted to set him up to be tortured. She said an interrogation room, but as a Shinobi, he knew that also meant a torture room. Hitora gritted his teeth a bit, he was prepared to be questioned, hopefully though he would not be properly tortured and instead only interrogated as an outsider wanting to be a ninja of the village. Hitora could not help but look a bit nervous, his mask having come off a bit ago as a sign of trust.

Shiki put his helmet back on and behind his mask simply glared at the cat ninja. Fine. If Loki wanted to go hangout with that harlot that was her imperative. Shiki was not going to decide or dictate who she could be friends with or what she did with her spare time. But he wasn't going to entertain her company. Shiki simply grabbed a chair and sat forward facing in it so that he was leaning over the chairs back and waited.

[Kinzoku]

Kinzoku listened to the Tsuchikage as he offered to put his life on the line for potential political quarrels. It was a bit reckless as if things went south, his entire village would be without a leader. But it showed character and good faith in moving towards peace. Kinzoku liked that, as it was like something he would do.

"No need Tsuchikage. Rize is very knowledgable so I trust her instincts. They should be done shortly. I'm sure there's no hostility. She's just very protective of me."

Kinzoku laughed as Rize disappeared with the Kazekage. As they spoke in the room, Kinzoku decided to speak with the other kage while they waited.

"By the way, I never got your name..."

Awaiting a response, Kinzoku would nod to one of the ANBU who disappear to go prepare a room for all of them to speak in. Shortly after, Rize would return with Amira. It seemed everything was all set.

"Very well."

But what happened next would surprise Kinzoku. Apparently, the man who had appeared was familiar to Rize and wanted to join the village. As Rize had never betrayed Kinzoku before, he considered the option.

In the past, Rize did not entertain ideas that could be troublesome (such as ending the bandits to insure they were not a problem in the future and wanting to destroy the titans in the exams quickly and efficiently) so the fact that she offered to do something as tedious as oversee this man's transition into the village surprised him.

Kinzoku looked at the man as he removed his mask. This Hitora man seemed honest, and Kinzoku was usually a good judge of character but then again shinobi were bred on deception. When Rize finished speaking, Kinzoku would speak to the man who was lucky enough to have sway his friend.

"What say you, Hitora? Would you still be willing to join the village knowing one false move and you'd have to deal with her?"

Kinzoku chuckled as he used one hand to cover his mouth during the last part of his sentence while the other pointed back at Rize. If Hitora would accept, Kinzoku would nod to Rize for her to get an interrogation room prepped.

As the ANBU reappeared, he nodded to Kinzoku that the preparations had been made. Kinzoku would turn to the other kage.

"Well fellow kage, if you would follow me, everything has been prepped so that we can speak in private."

Kinzoku would then lead the way for the other kage to follow him. Putting a hand up, he would wave to everyone else as they would be back soon.

"Hitora, I look forward to the next time we meet. Hopefully, you'll be wearing a leaf headband and a contributing member of the Konoha community."

Entering the room, Kinzoku would take a seat at a large but simple room with a round table and a screen on one wall and a chalkboard parallel to it. 

"Please take a seat. If you guys are hungry, our chefs are almost done preparing food. They await your responses."

Kinzoku raised a brow as he waited for the age to enter and respond. He wondered what this meeting was about but a little hospitality first could be an icebreaker.

Hitora blinked a bit at how easy going the Hokage seemed to be in the face of someone who could easily be an enemy at this moment at the word of one woman. It was a strange sight to see in deed. Hitora then nodded a bit “I’m ready for it, all I have to do is live as a Leaf Shinobi, should be easy to do, loyalty to my birth country is simple to give, trust me it won’t be difficult at all Lord Hokage.” Hitora then looked to Rize and back to the Hokage, a smile on his face as his mask remained off.

The man having removed his mask was a sign of his own trust, he then watched as the Hokage started to walk away, wondering just what would happen next in order to be given the leaf headband that the Hokage had mentioned in passing. Hitora wondered just how intense the interrogation would be but he stood in front of Rize, his gaze unwavering as he waited for her to instruct him in where to go next. The way he figured, he had one of two possible destinations, one more likely than the other.

Hitora knew that the first and most likely option for his next destination would be an interrogation room where this Rize woman would interrogate him and try to make him divulge secrets he had as well as reveal himself as a potential enemy. The second and far less likely option was that he was going to be lead into the village and put in the Ninja System and made a shinobi of the Leaf village, though he was still unsure which of these two options would happen he knew that the first was far more likely than the second one was.

[Madame Loki]

"Hello my pretty kitty. How are Those Regalia Treating you?" Rize would say to the Cat with a smile on her face. She rubbed the top of Krystal's head and then then dug into her pocket as she handed her three Silver Witch Watches. It was of the Compact design something a little more subtle than the one she used for herself. She handed them to Krystal, "Communication devices, So you can keep in touch. Tell the twins I said hello, and I miss them." Rize would give Krystal a hug and then as she did so she would say softly into her ear, and at the range she was, what Rize would say would barely be audible for Krystal, "I found Morgana." Rize pulled way from Krystal and gave her a kiss on the forehead. She would explain everything in detail to the lot of them later when she had the time.

She then turned her attention over to Hitora, "Come with me. I'll be taking you to the interrogation room." Rize would began to walk to the back of he embassy, and once she was there she would open up a door to the interrogation room. "Wait here Until they send someone to question you. If you are allowed into the village as a ninja, come find me." Once Hitora was inside Rize closed the door and motioned an Anbu to stand guard at the door. Rize walked back towards the others and then said, "If there's nothing else, I have a mission that needs completion." Rize turned to walk out of the Embassy but not before looking over at Shiki and giving him a wink.

A chair in a Dark Room?!

Hitora blinked a bit as he followed Rize towards the back of the Embassy, the hallways less opulent than the foyer and front desk area had been, though that was obvious to happen as such things would lessen in areas of less traffic by high ranking members of other Nations and Villages. Hitora followed her until she arrived at a door flanked by two ANBU agents, she then opened the doors and sent him in, and there was a single chair in the center of the room likely for him. There was also a single bright light shining down from the ceiling a few others likely ringed the outside.

It was a rather intimidating sight; he nodded though to Rize stating that if he were allowed to be a leaf ninja and permitted into the village to come seek her out. He sighed and went to sit down in the single chair, wondering just what was going to happen now, how long would he be made to wait. He had not been trained in the art of interrogation to a great deal but he knew that keeping the subject waiting was part of the process; this was an annoyance if anything.

Though the chair brought back memories from when he was the…guest of the monks on the island where he had eventually gained the Lava seal and learned how to use Lava. It was disconcerting to be in a similar situation, but at least this time he was not restrained and forced to sit in the chair nor were they likely to start breaking limbs or threaten to kill him during this interview. So He had some luck in that regard, and as such he was happy to a degree. Hitora wondered though how long it would be before he was done…

Krystal's ears would shoot up as the woman beought up the regalia clad over her feet that moment. The only person who knew what they were was Loki since she gave the neko the Focke Wulf. While stunned for the moment when Loki gave her the set of watches, when their skin touched Krystal's eyes would spark gold and she'd hug the woman close her tail waving behind her happily. "Mew..."

When she spoke in her ear she pouted a bit having thought the coven would find her but she'd smile shortly after and nod. Though reluctant, when Loki pulled away Krystal would look over the watches curiously before storing away the twin watches.

Kage Immunity Remains - How unfortunate, we could have had some fun

OOC: So ya, none of the staff members I PMed seem to have responded. Unlucky but Tetsu seems MIA anyways.

Seem's I needant gamble my life today, lucky I suppose. I'm actually rather pleased that my word seemed to carry weight with the Hokage even though I had never actually met him before now. I guess I appear to be an honest person. Appearances can be deceptive however. "You can address me as Hiroji Uchiha. Honoured to meet you of course. I listen in somewhat to the Hokage's conversations with the others in the room. Seemed as though a man was looking to join the Leaf Village and the Hokage was eager to have him. Perhaps my pleased air earlier was a bit naive. This Hokage seemed rather trusting in general. Perhaps that was why the Uchiha woman was so authoratarian in her mannerisms. Reminded me of Ko honestly, perhaps all Uchiha women are like that. An ANBU operative appears before the Kage and alerts that the room for the three leaders had been prepared. Kinzoku lead the way and with a bow I allow the Kazekage to enter ahead of me. A gentleman should always allow the lady to go first after all.

The Hokage mentions feeding the both Amira and myself as I take a seat between the other two. I raise my hands against the offer though. "Please no, I wouldn't think of asking for such a thing, at least not so early into discussion." I may be reading too much into situations, too much into the Hokage but I won't run the risk of poisoning. Not when it can be avoided so easily.

“Dearest Loki! It’s been too long!” Amira exclaimed once they were behind closed doors, making sure to moderate her tone as she spoke with a subtle excitement. She allowed herself to calm as she listened to Loki’s words. She was patient, a listener by nature, even though she was a rebel at heart. “No, Sweet Lo…or Rize I suppose,” Amira corrected, trying to prepare herself for helping with the façade as Loki had requested. Amira could understand wanting to keep her extravagant personal life out of the village, and Amira figured it was indeed for the best. “My intentions are as clear as day.” Amira said with a degree of elegance that only a witch of the frosty cold could mutter.

“I come to relinquish our past scores, and to settle them here civilly, by the law,” Amira said now with a bit more staunchness in her voice that would certainly sound very Amira-esk in nature. “I know that you might have your concerns, but be at peace, for I mean your people and their kage no harm.” Amira confirmed now with a gentle smile as she would quickly embrace Loki in a short, but warm Amira hug. “In fact I come bearing concerns…mostly about Shiki…” Amira began as she would take this time to speak with Loki privately. “He is one of my closest friends, and I would die for him, but there is a fear that lives within me, not of him, but of the cloud and the possible repercussions.” Amira commented, trying to keep her cool. This was a touchy subject, so Amira treaded lightly with her words. “Shiki also wants to liberate some of his fellow villagers, and I’m more than happy to provide for this, but it’s risky and I seek your council dearest cousin,” Amira commented, wondering how the much more elegant Loki would advise such a situation.

Amira was stark-hearted, and didn’t back down, but the thought of warfare was indeed weighing on her soul. “Regardless, I come here to make friends, not enemies, for I fear Sand might have too many already.” Amira said calmly nodding with consent to Loki’s previous request. “I’m here in good faith, and with hopes of preventing any more bloodshed, you have my word, and my life as forfeit otherwise.” Amira promised as she would wait for Loki to advise and lead her back to the group outside.

Tarah walked into the embassy and showed her mission scroll to all the ANBU between her and the interrogation room, trusting that it would be authenticated without difficulty. She had switched over to her KMP uniform—some blue tights, black boots, a green flak jacket, and the KMP fan emblem in the back—a couple hours before she arrived. Her leaf headband covered her forehead. A silver necklace with a large diamond at its center was around her neck.

A thick envelope full of documents was held in her other hand.

Once she arrived at the interrogation room, she showed the mission scroll one final time to the ANBU standing guard. While the guard was confirming the information on the scroll, she took off the necklace and put it on a nearby table. After that, Tarah split apart her soul and let Janice Knight take over as the personality of her double. Janice picked up the necklace and stood guard next to the ANBU as Tarah walked into the interrogation room.

"Hello, Hitora Ryunobu," Tarah said after the door closed behind her. "I'm told you wish to join the village, and I'm here as an officer of Leaf law to determine if that wish should be granted."

She pulled out the first document from inside her envelope, placed it on the table, and then slid it to Hitora.

"These are our options for how to proceed. You may choose whichever one suits your patience and tastes."

Customized Reliability Verification for Subject Hit-obu

You have expressed an interest in becoming a Konoha shinobi. Please select one of the three profiling options below, and then sign your name to confirm your approval of the choice. Upon signing, your assigned Konoha Military Police (KMP) officer will immediately begin the process of verifying your reliability as a beneficial Konoha shinobi to the best of their ability.

Option Classical: A ten-hour question and answer session between Prospect Hit-obu and KMPO Tar-rook. All questions must be answered. A single detected lie or other manipulation will count as a failure.

Option Trust: Prospect Hit-obu will allow themselves to be rendered unconscious for a period of eight hours. If Hit-obu awakens between the eight hour time limit, they will be rendered unconscious again. KMPO Tar-rook will perform a trust confirmation protocol during this time period. This contract guarantees that the trust confirmation protocol will not involve the following: mind reading, permanent physical damage, permanent physical alterations, hypnotic suggestions, gadgets, other forms of high technology, alchemy, and genjutsu.

Option Absolute: Hit-obu will be subject to a mind reading session until all their thoughts, intentions, and memories have been obtained and recorded by KMPO Tar-rook. This information will only ever be kept in the hands of the KMPO, the KMP Chief, and the Hokage. Additionally, a psychic clone will be embedded in the mind of Hit-obu for a period of two years to continuously read the subject's mind.
