Jashin Worthy Shopping Spree (Roleplay)

[Madame Loki]

"Black... or perhaps a shade of green? Anything but white really. But you can never go wrong with black." Loki would say with a chuckle as she continued to towards the shop. She then raised an eyebrow, Hecate didn't know what a Venator was? "You mean to tell me someone like yourself has never encountered a Venator? Lucky you." Would then face forward as she opened up the door to the shop. She would hold it open for Hecate to enter. While she was doing so she continued, "Venator or Witch Hunters as they sometime call themselves. Hunt Witches, as the name would imply. But they also hunt anyone they see non-human, and a possible threat. They are sect of warrior, who think they know best for the world and idiotically indulge in they self righteousness, by killing 'monsters'."

Loki would make air quotes as she thought back to t he first time she had run into a Venator, "I've killed several. Because of what I am, I am tracked relentlessly."

Hecate had no need to duck up under the arm once she got along to passing by the woman who propped the door open for her, taking that little pathway underneath her arm like a private tunnel. With the gentle shuttering of the door behind them Hecate took a look around the place. It had a certain rustic feel that kept the energy alive in the room despite the obvious lack of people to hold it's heartbeat.

"Black is nice, green is as well, obviously, but something along the lines of an in-between. Maybe even going with a stained white or a gradient of colors from green to black, though the whole point of the dress is to be my new canvas. Blood hardly shows on black." She walked around the store, her scythe dragging over the floor boards, gouging wounds in the wood.

"Venators sound like they'd give off amazing screams. I'd like to meet one, this lifetime." She stopped to eyes a thighs length plaid skirt and blouse combo.

"A canvas you say? Well in that case you want a muted color that melds well with red. Ah how about a nice light steel blue color." Loki would walk over to a lovely dress, that would light steel blue will elegant cream accents. This would look lovely on Hecate. Loki would hold the dress up to her self, and held it out to give Hecate a nice look at it. She would then fold it over her arm, as she would go looking for more. Hecate would need options to choose form, maybe even multiple dresses. She would be sure to hold on to the Light Steel blue dress for the moment.

She would begin to hum to her self as she walked through the shop looking for more dresses for Hecate to try on, "Oh, yes... their death cries are quite exquisite. Especially when they begin for their lives, and pray for mercy. Simply exquisite." A smile would stretch across Loki's face as she would continue to shuffle through a rack of clothing. Pulling out anything that struck her interest.

Clothes shopping between killers. It was a psychopathic father's dream come true for a little girl surely and while the two went through dress ideas Hecate wandered off to the opposite side of the store. "I have always had a thing for the color blue but the eyes, they are a bit... permanent for lack of a better word, you know?" She called over the racks, biting her lip, "What about a night lavender or fuchsia? A little red and purple to liven up the town. I could always get contacts." She turned the dress she had in mind around and around, chewing her lip.

"Do you have a traditional garb, Loki, or do all of your kind dress up with their hair?" She teased, crossing her arms hen the shop had nothing in that particular color combination on her side of the building. "We usually do everything in sets of well... three. That is reserved for those who are inducted into the council though so for now I can spin my baby around in peace and wear what I want long as it doesn't offend Jashin."

For a moment she paused and turned around slowly on her heel, "Do you hear that?" The thundering of hooves was all in her head but it felt so real. Hecate looked around in a slight stupor, her eyes dilated. The hooves dredged up memories from a time she'd forgotten, she'd aged past and buried under all the incoming stimulus of the world. A familiar pain shot down her leg, not uncomfortable but just slightly... annoying, pestering in it's persistence.

((OOC: Going to let you describe what the dress look like... you're going to be wearing it, lol.))

"Yes!!! I have regular clothing!!... I just... never had a reason to wear them. Not like it's a dress code or anything." Loki would say defensively as she took several more dresses off of the rank in front of her. she rarely found herself in a comfortable enough position to just wear a regular dress. There was always someone out there trying to kill her. She would then turn to her when she heard he talk more colors. She would see the dress, and then gasp, "Why not both? That dress, with this, and this, oh maybe this." Loki would walk past grabbing up several Fuschia and Night Lavender accessories. She held them in her hand and began to look around for the shoe section.

She found it but not before Hecate would mention hearing something. Even through the sounds of Horses were all in Hecate's head, oddly enough Loki did hear something, or someone coming from outside. Loki sighed as she would face the door draping the dresses over her shoulder. A woman would burst through the door, She had tanned skin jet black hair, and pale green eyes. She looked similar to Hecate, but not at all a like, but their body shape and height were almost an exact match. She wore light armor, but underneath that armor was a breath taking dress. Loki would shove Hecate in the shoulder and then point at the woman's dress before them, "Stunning... But I think it would look better on you." The woman standing before them would draw the large sword on her back.

As she drew weapon, Loki woulds see the disgusting energy leaking from it, "Bane.... you're a Venator. Here to kill the witch are you?" The Young woman would ready herself, "Those poor terrified people spoke of a witch and her demon. That must be you two, prepare yourselves." Loki would begin to laugh, and then turned to Hecate, "That is a Venator my dear Hecate... should you or shall I?" Loki would say with a smirk as she extended her hand and sent the Venator crashing through the the store with a push of an invisible force. "Hmm, but we really should be careful... would be a shame to damage that dress."

Dresses were everywhere and apparently so were the horsemen of the apocalypse. Loki's words were a million miles away as far as she was concerned and it took a push on the shoulder to snap Hecate out of the daze she' fallen into. "Hmm?" Eyes distant and hazy, even a guiding point and words took her a minute to register that, indeed, there was a fine dress in the store but it was being worn by a rather unfortunate soul. She'd almost missed the whole'Bane' thing and merely eyed up the blade the slender woman brandished. She didn't miss the pet part though.

"There isn't a witch alive who could control me, flapper." The yoyo's and everything clattered tot he floor ans she took up her scythe from the resting spot across her back. "I'll take that pretty dress though, it's wasted on the lesser foul like yourself." The scythe sung through the air and pushed aside racks and wheeled displays. The blade that bled off visibly didn't alarm her, she embraced the idea of there being someone, something, anything able to unite her with Jashin and he'd only allow her to die when the time was right.

"You said you wanted any of them that showed up, Loki. You're a big girl, you don't need me to hold your hand~" The scythe fit so well in her hands, spun so smoothly in routine it was like a part of herself and the feeling brought her euphoria. Like a trance it engaged the same muscles over and over, bringing excitement and vigor to her inner being. "If I do it I might end up wearing her skin. Sometimes I get a little confused which is which." The Venator must have spent her life looking monsters in the eye but Hecate wasn't any monster out of text or a crazy cultist. There were a myriad of things one could call her.

She preferred dedicated. "Long as we get the dress I don't care anymore. I want to look presentable for Jashin."

"I suppose... I'll just have to be careful not to destroy the dress." Loki sighed as the venator would quickly get her self up off the ground after begin blasted there by Loki. The Venator would begin to glow as she activated her judgement. As he body began to glow, Loki would rub the top of her head as she was trying to figure out how to kill the fool without ruining the dress. The young Venator would charge forward, and raising an eyebrow, Loki spoken, "I suggest you sit still, and take off that dress, and toss it over while you're at it. Don't hate to ruin such a pretty thing." The girl would stop were she was and would be begin to sit down on the ground.

Thee looked on her face and the way her body struggled would relay that she was not doing this of her own free will. Loki would then take the time to look at her nails as she wanted for the Venator to take off of her clothing. She looked up as the dress was thrown her way. Catching it in her hands she passed back to Hecate, "There see how that suits you.... and as for you.... here." Loki toss a random dress off of the racks towards the Venator. Loki would begin to giggle as the startled irl would scurry to put her clothing on, "Oh no need to rush love... I'm not going to kill while you're naked. That would... well that would just be rude."

The Woman finished putting on the dress and stared at Loki who's head tilted to the side with a smile. She knew then that the witch was out of her league, and the other one, with the Scythe, she seemed to be formidable as well, she had bitten off more than she could chew. Lucky for her, Loki like to play with her food. Loki grabbed hold of her Sword, Ragnarok... and she held it at her side, with her left hand, "You strike me as a physical fighter... so we'll do things your way." The venator would smirked annoyed the witch was toying with her, good that would leave an opening. She may not have been prepared for her magic but she was confident in her swordsmanship.

The Venator looked at Loki a second time and then looked over at Hecate. her breathing would become heavy, and then she would turn and try to escape. "Oh my... I do believe my prey is trying to flee. Hecate dear... if you will excuse me, I'll be back shortly." Loki would then begin to walk in the same direction that the "brave" Venator had run off in. She was sure that the girl had something planned, or maybe even back up further down the road. Oh what fun it would be you snatch the lot of them from this world. Loki smiled and waved a temporary good bye to Hecate, as she disappeared around the corner.
