Hearing the younger male laughed made the older man cringe. He had taken numerous lessons in the mentioned subjects as a teenager. They had come in handy later on, particularly at undercover missions.
"Jutsu alone isn't going to make you strong. Knowledge without application is meaningless." started Shiki.
"A large chakra reserve without practice is wasted, a sharp blade in the hands of an amateur is just a liability." continued the guy as looked over at the cart and over at the kid. "If you wanna be the strongest shinobi in the Cloud, you need to learn from strong shinobi." finished the Kyodou.
What he did next nearly made the Jounin snap. The male lifted the cart several meters up in the air, making it twirl like some ball.
'WHAT THE ****** IS HE DOING!? Does he even KNOW that this is a partially undercover mission!?' mentally screamed the older male. He managed to maintain a calm facade however thanks to his acting lessons. The greenette then saw the Genin fold a metal sheet into a flower after putting the cart back down.
"It's as much about being clever as it is about being strong. And you are always welcome to train and stay at the dojo.
I use to live at this orphanage what seems like a life time ago. It wasn't until I showed more potential then the other kids that I was adopted to become a ninja." confessed the guy.
His statement made the man frown a little. Having the ryuugan meant that you often picked up things that you weren't supposed to hear or see. This was one of them.
'His show-off with the cart makes sense. He wanted to prove how strong he was. But if he want to be promoted, he needs to show his skills in a different way' thought Tatsuo as they walked up the hill.
Thankfully, the youngest guy had scared away the hobos. There were no danger ahead. "Great job everyone!
I would like the Kyodou's to unload our cart. You can use your skills to get the heavier items off" told the male in a firm voice.
"I am going to check the house together with our lady plus my clones. Afterwards, we'll move the right furniture into the right rooms. I got the plan here in my weapon pouch.
We don't have any time for unneccesary squabble or show offs. The kids are going to be here in just two hours" informed the Jounin.
"If you don't have any questions, we'll start right away. Keep up the good work everyone. Come with me please" finished the guy and waved his hand. His clones would follow him right into the house. It was time for the second step of their mission.

Effect: The power of the ryuugan doujutsu is unleashed, allowing the user to see the elements of lightning, air and water up to a certain distance and increase general seeing distance of one's eyes.

Drawback: Cannot see out of natural line of sight, takes a negligible amount of chakra to maintain. Cannot pierce genjutsu.
Description: The second stage of the Kazeraikou doujutsu forces a temporary change of the user's eyes. The iris and pupil of the eye become one and change to a color decided at the first awakening depending on their mood. The color is like a cloud and swirls around the user's eye when looking around. Small lines of white will flash across the eyes like lightning bolts and continually do so as long as the eye is active. Also a slight glow of the eyes illuminate in the dark at this point. With the second stage of the ryuugan doujutsu unleashed, it allows the user to see the elements of lightning, air and water up to one's viewing parameters. One's natural sight is also enhanced giving the capability of 4 x zoom capabilities. The user sees the elements as three new, vibrant, and opaque colors that mesh perfectly with their normal vision, giving the user the ability to see the three elements without hindering their normal vision in the slightest. Of course normal vision can hinder this special sight, as the user cannot see through walls or other things as normal.
Limit: Must be a Kazeraikou. Must have raiton, fuuton and suiton releases. Must have chibi ryuugan.

Description: User focuses their chakra into tiny bits of water, condensing them to form nearly-solid balls while still retaining their liquid properties. The balls levitate in the air, much like in the system involved with the ochiru ame no jutsu.
The balls will then fly at the opponent, and depending on the amount of chakra used to throw them, the “missiles” can easily dent thick metal armor or to knock down wooden doors on metal hinges. When a “missile” strikes an oponent, the chakra holding the water together will release into the atmosphere, causing the water to loose its ball-like shape and revert back into flowing water. Only 10 missiles can be created at a time, but when one is used, another can be instantly recreated for an additional cost in chakra.
