The new Shinobi Terra was practicing old acrobatics tricks over by one of the few water sources around. It was a quiet area around this time of day, perfect for her. Her hair was done up in a severe bun at the moment to keep it out of the way. She started off by getting into the basic Au Classic cartwheel move. It was the basis of furthering her acrobatic movements. She was a highly flexible girl in the first place.
Terra looked forward through the arms while practicing. Keeping her chin in toward her chest to see upward to the front while she was upside down. Supporting on the palm of her hands, her feet were slightly forward to the front of her body as she turned. This was the basis of Au Classic as she practiced just that part of the cartwheel first. But as she grew in confidence and warmed up her muscles she expanded.
After a few passes with the classic she changed it up. Once both legs have passed over her fully extended body with a 135° angle between them, she bent the first leg. Then the second leg of hers to fall on the ground in the direction of her feet. She hit the ground with both feet at the same time. It was a fairly simple switch up so she had very little problem expanding her movements.
Her practice in Capoeira was all about gaining more flexibility and speed. Her small stature and size was a hindrance in most fights. But her legs were powerfully built and could deal out much more damage than her hands. Besides most people didn't expect a kick as much as a punch. This and other factors made it a perfect basis for her fighting style as a Shinobi of the Sand village.
For hours she would tumble about around a small desert area up against this calm pool of water. It was a general state of peace and quiet in this area unlike her inner self. She was full of turmoil and rage as the wounds of her revenge and loss of family were still fresh. This pushed her to ever more extreme movements and variations. She was going to become so powerful none would harm her or hers again.
