A sudden roar made the female jump. Her ryuugan had only amplified the sound. The cry sounded rather feral despite that it was a human voice.
"Come along Marii, I think we are needed." told the male. "I agree" replied the kage bunshin.
'I hope the Kirigakure shinobi haven't hurt anyone. Especially since I don't have any medic skills apart from first aid. If that shinobi has hurt any of my shinobis or civilians, they're IN for it!' thought the young woman.
Just the thought of hurt Kumogakure shinobis or innocent civilians made her chakra rush through her system. But keeping the people safe was a part of her Raikage position.
Her chakra-powered eyes looked at the surroundings. She could not see any injured people so far.
'I wonder what kind of shinobi I'll be facing. Hon-san said he was skilled with ninjutsu. Hopefully, my ryuugan can counter that' prayed the Raikage's clone.
'Hon-san...what kind of shinobi are we up against? What kind of weaknesses does he have? I know it's a very direct question to ask. But I need to know in case I need to call in reinforcements' inquired the female via the genjutsu. She did after all had the authority to get help from Kumogakure.

Effect: The power of the ryuugan doujutsu is unleashed, allowing the user to see the elements of lightning, air and water up to a certain distance and increase general seeing distance of one's eyes.

Drawback: Cannot see out of natural line of sight, takes a negligible amount of chakra to maintain. Cannot pierce genjutsu.
Description: The second stage of the Kazeraikou doujutsu forces a temporary change of the user's eyes. The iris and pupil of the eye become one and change to a color decided at the first awakening depending on their mood. The color is like a cloud and swirls around the user's eye when looking around. Small lines of white will flash across the eyes like lightning bolts and continually do so as long as the eye is active. Also a slight glow of the eyes illuminate in the dark at this point. With the second stage of the ryuugan doujutsu unleashed, it allows the user to see the elements of lightning, air and water up to one's viewing parameters. One's natural sight is also enhanced giving the capability of 4 x zoom capabilities. The user sees the elements as three new, vibrant, and opaque colors that mesh perfectly with their normal vision, giving the user the ability to see the three elements without hindering their normal vision in the slightest. Of course normal vision can hinder this special sight, as the user cannot see through walls or other things as normal.
Limit: Must be a Kazeraikou. Must have raiton, fuuton and suiton releases. Must have chibi ryuugan.

Effect: Allows the user to change the colors of his eyes for certain purposes.

Description: Through learning the final stage of the Ryuugan the user becomes capable of changing the eye itself. Making new markings appear in it or changing the actual color of it itself. In doing so the user must pay an “E” rank amount of chakra a turn that this stays active. Conventional effects are like changing the color red so the illumination jutsu gives off a red light, or even a black one. CANNOT MAKE THE EYE LOOK LIKE ANY OTHER BLOODLIMITS EYE.
Limit: O-dai ryuugan. Must be Kazeraikou.
Defensive throw.

Effect: A technique in which if the user has his sights set on a target ready to attack, the senses of the throwing specialist is so in tuned with his surroundings the user is unable to be flanked.

Drawback: The user may only learn this technique by the class that they are. This means that in order to learn the “C” Rank version they must be “C” Class, if they wish to learn the “B” Rank version they must be “B” Class.
Description: A technique where the subconscious mind, where the subconscious body reacts just as they are attacked while flanked or while their back is turn. The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the throwing specialist is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a user that knows this technique cannot use this against an opponent that is “C” Class or higher.
Limit: Must be a throwing specialist.
Phantasmal whisper. Total range: 36 meters. Aimed at Hon.

Effect: A message of a length the user sets races to their intended recipient.
Special: “Handseals”.

Description: A mind-affecting technique. Affects 1 allied creature. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 7 meters plus 6 meters per class level. The duration of this technique is instantaneous. This technique may be negated. The user can send any length message. User needs not mouth the words or whisper, so there is no chance for spies to read lips. Provided the recipient understands the language, they hear it clearly on jutsu completion, regardless of the noise in the room. No one else understands or even hears the message. Silence jutsu, 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal (or a thin sheet of lead) or 3 feet of wood or dirt blocks the jutsu. The message, however, does not have to travel in a straight line. It can circumvent a barrier if there is an open path between the user and the subject, and if the path's entire length lies within the jutsu's range.
Limit: Must know the phantasm perception.

This skill is important for ferreting out advancing enemies or ambushes, generally real-time events and actions occurring, versus scrutiny, which covers static objects or areas. A game master may roll an observation skill check for a character any time there is an NPC, monster, event or happening that a character might notice, even if he did not specifically state that he is monitoring his surroundings. Characters are capable of noticing any event within their perception. Observation reveals only facts, not motivation. If user has 25 or more ranks in evidence analysis, user gains a synergy bonus +10 to observation. Each time learned user gets 1 die roll to increase the skill.
