post 2: [ ?? || 20 ]Even just with her sentry by her side, Harue feels somehow better. She knows that the first time someone landed a solid, powerful blow upon him, he would vanish, but his alertness made up for that. It was nice, at least, to have someone large and bulking at her side. Even if they were made completely of shadows and did whatever she told it to. She looks to it, thinking still. She cocks her head, looking up at it though it does not acknowledge her staring. She knows it knows, though. It is an extension of her in some ways. "Thank you, that's enough." An extension of her or not, politeness never failed Harue. "Follow me, so I can show you a patrol route." She nods, and it mirrors her display. She smiles, turning on her heel and walking along the tree line. She does not have to look over her shoulder to know that her sentry is following; as if it was clad in armor, she can hear the sure clink of metal on metal as it trudges heavily behind her.Harue leads the dark sentry along the tree line solely, and then once she reaches the end of the perimeter, she turns on heel and slips past him. The sentry, set in his ways, walks the way to the end of the perimeter, turning on its heel to follow behind the same. Like a snake's tail perfectly in like with the movement of the head. Though it is a hearty walk, she shows it to the other end of the perimeter. Once she is done, she turns to the thing and splays out her hands at her sides. "There!" She exasperates, breathing a bit heavy. As a GenJutsu user, she is not as perhaps physically fit as most kunoichi. Her chest heaves. "Patrol, if you would?" Hands back at her sides, she smiles. The sentry gives a heavy nod before beginning on his way. Harue stands back, taking a seat on a swinging bench to observe. She watches the sentry disappear around the side of the house, and then come back along the tree line to meet the ther perimeter. Harue spends a good while outside like this, watching the thing walk back and forth, back and forth, back and forth.Once she is satisfied with that, she stands and wipes her hands down her sweatshirt thoughtfully, but also because her palms are sweaty. She scratches her head, waiting for it to come back to the point she stands at in patient wait. When it finally meets her, she stops it with a raised hand and a smile. "You did good, thank you." When it is done taking a obedient, straight-backed stance, Harue keeps her hand raised, palm to the thing. With her other hand, eyes on where the thing's eyes supposedly are, she unsheathes the katana at her hip. When it is drawn, she gestures to the sentry before finally lowering her palm. It nods knowingly, unsheathing its warrior's sword. Thicker than hers, but also shorter by mere inches. With a heavy inhale, eyes flickering away from her creation, she breathes out her last command. "Attack." Immediately, the sentry rushes forward with a parry to deflect Harue's swing. Her breath, shaky but steady, rushes from her nose as her lips remain in a tight line. After a moment of not-so-deadly sparring with the sentry, it allows for her katana to vanish inside the center of its chest. Quietly, its black form poofs into inky smoke trails, but those too disappear. Slightly saddened by the disappearance of her sentry, Harue scuffs the dirt as she sheathes her katana.
