Description: A dropkick is defined as an attack where the wrestler jumps up and kicks the opponent with the soles of both feet, this sees the wrestler twist as they jump so that when the feet connect with the opponent one foot is raised higher that the other (depending on which way they twist) and the wrestler fall back to the mat on their side, or front. This is commonly employed by light and nimble wrestlers who can take advantage of their agility.
Limit: Must be in Wrestling ( ?? Resuringu)
Godric's coach started laughing maniacly as he showed another move. Godric had to chuckle as he started to attempt this. Taking a running leap toward the target, he pushed his feet out and let them slam into the target. It must have been a specticle as Godric rest into the charging position once again. Godric took the charge and did the same thing but he felt he was not transfering any damage to the practice dummy. He flopped to the ground and hit hard there as well which he felt was a mistake.
He knows he could jump good, so Godric reset once again and took a running charge. Leaping into the air and then swinging backwards. His legs shot forward as he was basically a flesh bullet with his legs targeting the practice dummy. He slammed into the dummy once again and the same result happened. Then his coach gave some advice about using the target as if a spring board, that way all your weight goes into it. So Godric kept this in mind as he moved back from the target.
Taking another running start Godric ran then lept into the air. He swung his feet forward and had the thought of landing on the chest. This way his body will naturally react to slamming against the target with his feet. He could feel the solid connect of his feet against the chest as it nearly broke. Godric was a large person and this was so very effective. But Godric had to repeate the process a few times over. He needed this to feel natural as he crashed into the target over and over again.
