This particular Dojo freshly renovated boasted a large amount of amenities. For the young Kyoudo and protege of Shiki known as Ryutatsu was unsatisfied with one building. Donating his own money with the help of Shiki purchased a few more buildings to make the Dojo something to admire.
Before one even got to the main three story building, that person had to cross over a drawbridge that provided passage over a Moat. One the inside of the moat was Dark Slate and Stained Oak wall built thick enough to walk upon. The sharpen stakes at the top of the wall was reminiscent of a castle outpost more than a dojo. Just on the Dojo's side of the moat across the drawbridge was a Portcullis to protect the students that practice here.
The walls and moat of the Lightning Petal Dojo, run by the young Ryutatsu Kyoudo, was in place to guard his students no matter who hunted them. For he had seen the ways that evil could twine in man's hearts in the form of Mercenaries and Bounty Hunters. He wanted those accepted into the school were safe no matter the trouble they ran from.
The thick gate made with a dark steel to disabuse the notion to use the gate against itself. A small guard post was built into it to check the identities and safety of the individuals that enter. Upon entering the grounds it gives way to an open space large enough for a battle arena where those that train here could hone their skills in combat. Against the wall to the east was a low squat barracks where students could stay as well as where the daytime staff had places to bed down. Further a Sauna has been attached to the barracks using the natural hot springs from underneath the dojo has been constructed for a cleansing area after a hard day's training.
Attached to the barracks was a small and basic armory where weapons were stored both for practice and for defense of the school. Past that to the south was the rest of the courtyard then it came to two buildings the main three story building that was the original one purchased by Shiki Senri and where the gate to the Land of Thunder resides on the top floor. The building next to it was another squat building this was the actual battle hall full of mirrors and space for the students to practice their various weapon techniques. In here Ninjutsu and Genjutsu was strictly forbidden. That training was for out doors where the expensive floor to roof mirrors could not be damaged.
The main building once you got past the Oak double doors and the intake secretary was several rooms off a main hallway that ended in a staircase to the second floor. One the first floor was the main Library where those of a more studious nature were free to read and learn. Going up the stairs was forbidden to most students for the second floor was a fully equipped room of maps and charts. This was the center of activity for instructors and people with special permission. One could run a war from this room. And on the third floor in a separate room from the portal was a suite of offices and rooms for the Head instructor Ryutatsu.

To the West side there were two other squat buildings along that wall. One was long and short and that was the dining hall for the entire school. And the other building which had underground levels was the forge of the best quality money could by. Here was where Ryutatsu was usually found creating unique and odd weapons to fit the styles of his students as graduation presents if they had managed to impress him.
Behind all these building before going out towards the water was a garden where fresh food and herbs were grown for the school. The Dojo was built to last a siege if it needed to. For it was powered by no less than four large underground batteries that were charged by the lightning rods that were put up on top of the buildings and along the wall.
That meant distance lightning jutsu was hard to practice here unless the rods were retracted. So special permission was asked to perform any large lightning jutsus, but otherwise just about anything was allowed to be trained here. Several wells were put in and a stockpile of ready food was stored in various reinforced underground rooms that no one but Ryutatsu knew the entrances for. It was rumored that his own bedroom suite was somewhere near the smithy but the entrance of that was unknown as well.

Remorhaz Forge - The Remorhaz Forge carries a strong chakra aura, and can weigh 1,000 pounds. A remorhaz forge is crafted from the innards of the feared polar worm. Without fuel it can heat itself enough to melt any known metal, or instantly absorb white-hot heat without harming the cooled object. This allows blacksmiths to work metals at much higher temperatures, giving them greater control over their creations. The lava forge reduces the time required to make a metal item by +1 (Example: Base Crafting time is 1/3rd of item cost. This Forge improves crafting time by +1 making it 1/4 of item cost). This bonus is circumstance bonus. This forge may be accompanied by a Smithy Room.

The Lightning Petal Dojo
In the outskirts of Port Porthos sat a massive plot of unused land. The city itself was a ever glowing beacon of energy and activity. Bars were open all along the main strip of the city. Neon signs flashing the allure of wine, women and gambling checkered the strip. But at the far outskirts a newly purchased and renovated building now stood separate from the long row of buildings, bars and gambling halls. Here stood the Senri Lightning dojo. This building unlike the other buildings was made of a dark slate and stained oak that stood in stark contrast to the pine wood buildings along the strip. Standing about three stories tall this dojo was significantly less luxurious then the castle in Kumogakure.
But here someone could train with the same students of the fabled school in Kumogakure. In the center of the third floor was a small glowing portal that seemed to glimmer and glow. Under the right circumstances this portal would take someone to and from this location to the warp key location in Kumogakure. The dojo's foundation was set. It was just time to finish the construction. The carpenters moving in and out of the building were making sure that everything was being placed together perfectly.
The building was worn down but well maintained and cared for. Upon entrance through the red oak double doors someone would find themselves at the front desk looking at the main greeting area of the building.
