Loki looked over the weapon as it twirled around in front of her. Everything seemed to be in place, but the uniformity of the color of the metal, made the weapon look rather plain. She would need to add a bit of color to it, to give it a more dynamic feel. She walked over to a cabinet and opened the door, as she did so she got hold of some off white paint, as well as some red. She Moved the paint over toward the weapon and let the paint rise up and merged with the weapon in question. The Metal still had not hardened, as such the paint itself could merge into the metal itself, changing its' color. She smile as it began to do so.

Most of the weapon would become an off white color, including the handle and sheath section of it. The Edges of the fan would remain the original color, as changing the whole thing would just bring her back to square one. The Tomoe and Piston system that connected to them were painted red. This would make it less obvious that those tomoe where actually holes, although there wasn't much one would be able to do with anyway. Loki looked over the newly painted weapon and she was pleased as everything seemed to solidify. The Weapon had a very unassuming appearance with was something that Loki was hoping for. She didn't want the weapon to draw too much attention to it self. The less grand it appeared the better.

Loki reached out her hand and the weapon would float over into her palm. She felt the weight of the weapon in her hand and smiled. Someone physically strong would be needed to properly wield this weapon. She smirked as she swung the weapon around to get a good feel for it. however, the grip of the weapon was a little slick thanks in large part to the metal it was made of. This would prove to be rather troublesome in heated battle. It was a crucial, but rather simple fix. She grabbed some wrapping and began to wrap it around the handle of the where she would wield the weapon and a further down as well. This was proving to be rather useful as it seemed that this was going to serve several purposes.

The wrapping would act as a grip but as an added benefit it seemed the wrapping were also hiding the latching that was there that could give away that this was indeed housing a sword inside. This was a happy accident, and one that she was going to make sure to take advantage of. After she had finish wrapping the handle she gripped the weapon in her hand once more. She swung the weapon around, and made so practice swings as if she was fanning something. She smiled as this felt very natural, and she was sure that she was going to make some good use out of all of this. She chuckled and then rubbed the of her head as there was still one more thing that she needed to do before moving on to the next stage.

She saw the tomoe on the weapon and she couldn't help but be reminded of her own sharigan. Because of that she wanted the sight of it to feel those who glazed about it with despair. Not only that but those who would avoid eye contact with her would not be able to so and avoid eye contact with her weapon as well, not if they had any plans of making it out of the encounter alive. Loki held the weapon in between her hands and the weapon would be to float as she moved her hands underneath it. She closed her eyes and then began to chant to herself. The power of her words flowed into the weapon in front of her and as it did so the tomoe would be to glow with power. She finished her chanting and the glow would subside.

The she had imparted more power into the weapon, and with a smile on her face and let the fan/sheathed miracle blade float off to the side. It would remain suspended in the air as Loki went on to the next and final piece of this. She walked over to grab some Ghost Iron ore. Several chunks of the metal floated up into the air and headed over to the forge. This metal wasn't nearly as sturdy as the metal used on the fan, it didn't need to be. It would sever a much different purpose. She smiled as the chunks metal almost as some as they made contact with the forge. As they melted she was already moving her hands taking the liquid out out.

She she began to twist the glossy white metal she could already tell the shine of the metal was going to draw to much attention to it. She needed it to be less obvious about what it was, make it far more difficult for one educated in such metal to tell what it was. It's glossy white surface made it too obvious otherwise. She looked over at some black paint that she had, and she would begin to mix in this paint with the twisting and folding metal in it's early stages. She looked at the metal as it began to from rather odd looking chain links. She moved the beginning of the chain into the latched secion on the back of the weapons hand and then chain formed around it.

As the first bit of the the chain was connected she began to slowly extend the chain out and moved it throughout the room. This was going to be a rather sizable chain so she would need to make sure that she gave herself plenty of room the work with. She looked over the the chain as it slowed formed out, her eyes scanned over it, and as she did so she was wondering exactly how she was going to keep this thing in her hand, if she was going to use it as intended. Of course this could be prevented with a simple Hiriashin tag, but she didn't want to be completely relent on the technique. As she moved her hand out in front of her she looked over to see her Deep Pocketed half pouch bracelet.

She saw a something like a latch on her bracelet and she smiled, that would work rather nicely for her needs. But first she would need to complete the the formation of the chain itself. She continued to move her hands through the air as the metal continued to twist and fold on each other. As the metal folded and twisted to form into new links on the chain. She smiled as she was about half way through. As she looked down, she saw she had about 7 meters, but she wanted it to be something closer to 15. She continued to move her hands through the air, as she focused her attention fully on completely the creation of this most powerful of weapons.

The chain didn't take to long for her to finish making it. She smiled as she looked down at the now fully formed chain, well almost fully formed chain she still needed to add the last bit of the the chain, to make things complete. The free tip of the chain began to fold and change as it formed into a keychain like latching. She smiled as she took it and then attached it to the latch on her bracelet. She smiled as she then pulled on the chain and had the weapon fly into her hand. She held the weapon in her hand as the chain fell down to the ground around her. She smirked at it all as she was thinking of ways to make the chain a little less obvious. Several Ideas where running though her mind.

Loki looked over the weapon once more and it seemed to be complete. However, there was still one more thing that she needed to do before she would claim that the weapon was complete. Grabbed a the jorge whitestone and began to run it over the fan first, and then would go over the chain. They both were capable of slashing damage so it wasn't too shocking that they would be to be strengthened by the stone. She rubbed the stone of the surface of the weapon and when she had finished doing so she sighed. She looked at the chain and then the closed her eyes as she began to chant. She wanted to impart the feeling in her soul at the moment of completion of this blade into the chain.

She was filled with hope when she looked at the chain. The hope that she would be able to bring the Uchiha back from the brinks of extinction, much like she was doing with the witches, out in the world. She closed her eyes and began to chant. As she chanted to the chain began to glow with power. Once she had finished her chanting she opened her eyes and then smiled. She held the complete weapon in her hand and began to swing it violently, around the room. With a simple twist she latch on the hand became undone and the sword was drawn with speed and might. It sword it self was still connected to the chain, and she threw the sword foward and then whipped it around with the chain before pulling it back catching the blade with the fan's sheath. With another twist the latch was close again locking the sword in place. She held the weapon up in front of her as she felt the power surging through it, "Magnificent." She mused, as she vanished with a flicker of yellow light to store this now most Holy of Witch AND Uchiha relics away.

  Effect: A Triple Bladed Oversized Scythe, crafted from special metals. This is a weapon that was meant for the slaying and torment of mortals. As even in death the weapon will not grant victim reprieve.
  Special: ---
  Drawback: Due to the weapon's size each technique performed while wielding this weapon takes up 3 movements.
  Description: A Two-Handed Weapon. This weapon is composed of three individual Imperial, Blood Bonded, Ioun Great Scythes that can be combine into one weapon or used separately. Only once whole can it truly be called the Death Scythe. Each of the scythes' blades are composed of special metals, each one granting their own effects. Each one is blessed with the Enchantments Imperial Weapon, Blood Feeding, and Ghost Touch. Attacks with the imperial weapon ignore all Hardness, and up to 5 Armour Points of Damage Reduction. The imperial weapon is not subject to effects that ignore Hardness. Power (At-Will, move movement): Chakra. Use when separated with the weapon while it is within line of sight.The weapon flies into the user's hand unless it is somehow prevented from doing so. The weapon can move at a rate of 20 meters per Second. A Bloodfeeding weapon has a blood-red tint. Every time a bloodfeeding weapon deals damage to a living creature, it gains 1 "blood point," which it can store for up to 1 hour. The weapon can store a maximum of 10 blood points. This effect is continuous and requires no activation. When the user deals damage to a creature while wielding a bloodfeeding weapon, the user can activate the weapon to spend up to 5 stored blood points. Each blood point the user spends in this way deals an extra 2 Armour Points of damage to that creature. A ghost touch weapon deals damage normally against incorporeal creatures. (An incorporeal creature's 50% chance to avoid damage does not apply to attacks with ghost touch weapons.) The weapon can be picked up and moved by an incorporeal creature at any time. A manifesting ghost can wield the weapon against corporeal foes. Essentially, a ghost touch weapon counts as either corporeal or incorporeal at any given time, whichever is more beneficial to the wielder. The Death Scythe is 18 inches longer than a scythe and is too large for a Medium-size creature to use with 2-hands correctly.   • Blade #1: Killing Blow; The first Scythe is composed of Troll's Iron. The Blade is green in color,  with a blood-red tint and power to boot. This Blade does +46 Armor Points of Damage, and has a defense of Hardness: 12; Armour Points: 30. This Blade is made for the simple science of slicing opponents to pieces. As and ioun weapon it can freely orbit the user. On first acquiring an ioun weapon, the user must hold and then release it, whereupon it orbits the user at a distance of 1 meter. Two-handed weapons cannot orbit the user in close confines, so few weapons lager than one-handed have this special ability. When an ioun weapon orbits the user, the user can grasp it as a free movement. Whenever the user drops the weapon or is disarmed it floats up to orbit the user again. The user may voluntarily seize and store an ion weapon to keep it safe, but the user cannot then gain the benefits of its properties until it is drawn and released. An ioun weapon must be grasped to separate it from the user. This requires a melee touch attack against the Weapon and provokes an Opportunity Attack from the user. It deals additional damage once every minute when they strike a creature of the humanoid type, the amount is based on the victim's Class Level, à la the power of their mortal soul. The more powerful the soul, the more violently it reacts with the metal, though it takes another minute for it to build up another charge. The wielder will also be damaged as well. The soul remains in the weapon until the weapon is destroyed or another creature dies while touching it (the new soul displaces the old one). Raise dead, resurrection, and similar abilities will not bring back a creature whose soul is trapped by a the weapon unless the user has the weapon in their possession. Because the soul is nearby, fewer material components are required for such Rituals: Raise dead, Resurrection, and etc. requires half as much of the relevant performance cost (unguents or diamonds) to perform if the soul is within the weapon.   The Handles of the individual scythes are thinner than normal weapons of this size, this is due to the fact that the Three Scythes are designed to remain as one. They are composed of strong ebony material. This material wraps around the Blades where they make contact with the blade, in the shape of thorn covered vines, with skulls of varying sizes located throughout the vines. These Thorns and Skulls are made of the same material of their individual blades. When The Death Scythe is fully formed 2 blades are on one end. One face forward and the other facing backwards. These two blade are the Killing Blow and Requiem respectfully. There is a bottom blade facing the same side as Requiem, this is the Petty Grudge. When the weapon is whole the runes present on the weapon glow a haunting green color.  Not bright enough to give away one's position, but just enough to make any who see it, feel a bit uneasy by the weapons presences.

  Loki looked at the blade in her hand and then tossed it in front of her. As she tossed in front of her the Weapon split into 3 separate pieces and she looked at them as she place her hands on her hips. Her head tilted to the side and the weapons would follow suit as Loki continued to look over the weapons to give herself on feel on how she was gong to improve them. She giggled as she reached out her hand as the weapons started to float over towards her. With a flick of her wrist a forging hammer appeared in her hand and she held it up in front of the first blade that made it's way over towards her.

Loki looked at the weapons in front of her as she prepared her forging hammer. She tilted her head to the side and then then bopped the blades with her forging hammer. As she did so they let off a hum and then they began to flow with power. Loki looked at them as they floated back into her hand. She examined each one of them with a eyebrow. She smirked as they seemed to be markedly better than they were before. There was just a couple of things that she needed to add afterwards. She continued to look over the weapon in her hands for just one more moment before tossing it into the air in front of her.

Loki looked at the weapons in front of her and tossed her forging hammer behind her. As she tossed the hammer behind her, she held out her hands and then began to chant. As she chanted, she reached out to touched the three separate blades in front of her. Each one would be given 3 seals of their own, even though they all would be receiving the same seal. This was going to be quite time consuming, at least by her standards anyway, but it would be worth it to improve the weapons to their absolute maximum. Loki was half concerned about it. Hecate could do a lot of murdering with these things once they were done.

The Weapons continued to hum as she she poured her power into the weapons. The first real change that would be noticed was the red tint that began to glaze over the the weapon.
