Kimi found himself teleported again back to the same position he was in before. That was the third time he had been teleported without his consent. It was getting very tiring and he wanted to know why this kept happening. But for now he would have to deal with Yis’s clone before he could look into it. So he would start to focus on his armor shape.

He would start to form hexagonal plates throughout the armor. This would allow for individual plates to be broken without damage the whole armor. It should allow him to spread out the amount of damage he might take at any point. That would give the armor the chance it would need to heal itself. Which was the best thing about this armor.

It would be able to heal its own damage. Well as long as it wasn’t fully destroyed first, that could still happen. It would just depend on himself and how he dodged. But Kimi was almost happy with this Armor but he decided that he could still improve on it so he wasn’t done yet.

Though Kimi decided that the plates where too large to be effective at all. So he decided to redesign them to better. He was toying around with the proper size for the plates was creating. He wasn’t sure, he could make it as it was chainmail. Make hundreds of little plates to absorb and distribute the damage taken.

But he wasn’t sure about that at all. He would have to ask an armor what would be best for this. So he would attempt to shrink the plates to small tea plate sizes. That would be a good place to start and to see if he was close. If not he would either shrink them or enlarge them as was needed for this.

He didn’t care as much about the outward look of his armor. All that he really cared about was that he was creating the most efficient armor he could be. So even if others thought it looked ridiculous as long as it was effective he didn’t care. Kimi smiled to himself as he thought about that.

Kimi finally had a bit of a breakthrough with his armor. He had settled on the shape of his plates and the size of them. So now he just had to settle the lay out of the armor itself. He had thought to layer them so that he had multiple layers to save himself. But he knew that sometimes Jutsus don’t work the same way as actual armor.

So he would just focus on creating each hexagon to perfection. Making sure each angle was correct and that he wasn’t missing any. If he left any out it would weaken the armor beyond what would be usable. He couldn’t waste this Jutsu that way, this might be the difference between life and death. So he would take it serious as he had to.

Kimi was finally ready to finalize his armor. This would be the last changes he would make to it with his learning, He was aware that you could change it later on but he was trying to put in the right amount of work the first time. Cause if he didn’t he might not get a second chance to learn from his mistake. He wouldn’t allow himself to go into battle with something he wasn’t sure about.

Ghostly Tail

Description: A personal based technique. Duration of the Jutsu is 5 hours per Class Level. A partially translucent, scaled tail uncoils from behind the user, as if it had always been there, and slaps at foes that leave themselves open to attack. The user evokes a partially translucent, scaled tail that can attack foes that are vulnerable to attacks. This tail takes up movements the user is able to perform.
Limit: Must be a Shape Transformation Specialist.

Kimi had new moves to show Yis’s but first, he wanted to master this new tech he learned about. It was called the Ghostly Tail, it was a longer-lasting Jutsu than he normally used. But this he could keep up for nothing and it would act on its own. It would allow him to create an evoked tail, that would be floating behind him. This allows him to surprise his enemies even if it didn’t much damage at all.

This would allow Kimi an extra attack at those that open themselves up. He had noticed that people tend to open themselves up to attack when they think they can land a hit. Those that don’t are usually really disciplined, they are few and far in between. Kimi would focus his force chakra out behind himself. He would then create a long coiled tail that would stretch out ten meters if he let it.

This would allow him a reach attack even if the enemy stopped. This would also protect him from back attacks in that if they attacked he could attack them back. He had the idea to use it with his mirrors as a way to keep them inside of the controlled space. If he could get it to work he would have a decent knockback to add on top of the Mirrors effects. Kimi was slowly piecing together his own fighting style he hadn’t heard of anyone using it the way he was.

Kimi knew that he had to increase the defensive abilities of his Ice. It was strong but it could be a lot stronger and he knew it. So, he had remembered that he had started learning the Strengthened Ice tech to help with that. He would be able to add Fire Resistance and defensive values to his Ice Techs. That would help immensely with his Jutsus, anything that would keep them active longer was going to help.

Kimi would activate his Black Dragon Familiar and order it to land before him. He would study this one and learn where it could be improved. Using that knowledge and improving on an S-rank Jutsu would give him the ability to apply that to any Ice Jutsu. He was glad he had studied up on Chakra Lore 4 during that teleportation incident that just happened. This would let him apply any knowledge about Chakra to this and help him increase his ability with it.

So Kimi would focus on the Dragon lazing at his feet. It didn’t seem to have the hardness that his weapons had. Which was odd to him, he would be able to add that to the Jutsu at all. But he could work on the Defensive value of the dragon itself. So he would look into it and find its flaws, he would have to fix them one at a time.

Kimi could see some issues already with the Dragon. It seemed to have some major cracks running through it. These would weaken it’s body and make it less stable over all. Kimi laid a hand on the Dragon’s body as he let his inspection carry on. "I see you have quite a few large cracks running through your body. Would you like me to fix those?”

The Dragon looked at Kimi and nodded its head. It was technically incorporeal and didn’t have cracks but it was thought image of it that mattered. It was only in this way he would be able to increase all his ice jutsu. Kimi would just have to focus thoroughly on fixing these issues. The Dragon stretched out it’s body as Kimi studied it for flaws.
He would extend his Ice Chakra into it as it flexed itself fully. He would seek to smooth out all the rough edges of the Dragon. In making it tougher he would make it more beautiful as well. He was very happy with how Orchids that his Wood Chakra now formed. So he would continue to find his own way and his own look for his Chakra and Jutsu.

Kimi was focusing as hard as he could to fix these issues with the Dragon. He smiled down at it as he followed a large crack that he needed to fix. It ran from the tip of the tail to the back of the neck. It was one of the worse ones and would take a lot of time to fix. He was slightly ashamed at himself for allowing the Dragon to be summoned and be this hurt.

He started at the Dragon’s neck and would work his way down. “I am sorry for not fixing these earlier than this. If I had known it was this bad I would have done something before this.” Kimi replied as he started to mend the crack. He would move the more Ice Chakra into the neck of the Dragon. It was taking a lot of chakra to fix this first part of this crack.

The Dragon moved its head back and forth as Kimi started to fix the crack. It seemed to be very happy as he worked on it. “Thank you Kimimaru, that has limited my movement.” Kimi was shocked that the Dragon spoke to him. Though it wasn’t out loud at all, it was only in his mind. He was starting to be ok with that, especially since it was his dragon.

He took a second away from fixing the crack to speak truly to the Dragon. “Do you have a name at all?” Kimi asked as he started to seal the crack with the correct amount of Ice. When he had originally created the Dragon he wasn’t able to see all the cracks. Which made him pretty annoyed with himself, he had created a flawed Dragon that could talk.

“I do not Kimi, I came to be the first time you called me. If you would like you can give a name.” Kimi listened as he moved down into the back and shoulders of the Dragon. He could see how this would limit the movement of the Dragon. He couldn’t believe how much he was lacking when he created the Dragon. He would have to look at the Green Dragon as well, it may need to be healed as well.

Kimi would smooth out the shoulders and streamline them. If he could mimic the muscle of the Dragon that was correct, he would be able to help. He needed to get this right for this Dragon who could speak to him. It was clear that the spirit was smart and willing to forgive him for his mistakes. He was grateful for that, at least he had a chance to fix them.

Kimi looked at the Dragon and smiled “I think I have a name, what do you think of Culreirth, The Black. I will fix those in a moment, I need to work on another defensive Jutsu.” Kimi made the handseals for the Green Dragon Familiar. He brought it out and said, “I am going to create a new Ice defense, can you attack me.” He wanted to learn Snow Globe, so he had a great new defensive Jutsu.

This would allow him to defend, slow, and then attack his enemy. This could almost be the best thing he cold add to his Jutsu. He would be able to combo this with either the Mirrors or his new force abilities. Either way it would be a powerful ability that has very few counters at all. So he would have to quickly learn this so he could try it out.

Kimi had a lot of experience using his Ice in an aoe fashion. With either Shallow Storm or his Snowball one with taking inspiration. That would make casting this Jutsu so much easier than others. So he blinked back toward the middle of the clearing. He started the handseals for the Snow Globe as the Green Dragon took flight.

The Greed Dragon nodded at Kimi and took off. Flying around him at increasing speeds to get a good attack run on Kimi. He had finished the handseals necessary for the Snow Globe Jutsu. He popped it on around him as the Dragon swooped down at him. It stopped the Green Dragon right as it went to rake him with its claws.

The damage was completely absorbed by the Snow Globe as it happened. It slowed the Dragon by about sixty-five percent it seemed. He was currently A-class and it seemed that if he got to S-rank it would be a total of seventy percent of reduced speed. That would be a powerful effect, that coupled with a possibility of having damage immunity of three seconds. That made this a very powerful Jutsu defense, Kimi was very happy with this.

As it flew by Kimi would jump up and tap it on the side. He wanted to test the actual reduction. The Dragon flew out of the radius and returned to normal speeds. What an odd type of Jutsu he had here, though it was very effective. The slowing effect would last until he ended the Jutsu, but the damage immunity would not.

Kimi wanted to test out what sixty-five percent reduction to damage. What would that be like to take the attack? The Dragon already had a decent amount of damage it could put out, that and its chakra drain. Kimi wondered if the Chakra drain would be effected by the reduction too. He didn’t know and he needed to know that to plan properly.

So he mentally ordered the Dragon to turn and rake him with his claws. He didn’t want to test the drain with the bite just yet. It would be hard to complete the learning of this technique if he was drained of Chakra. So he would first deal with damage reduction then test the drain out. That was his plan at the very least.

Kimi was holding the globe and it didn’t take too much of his concentration. In fact, the globe seemed to hold itself together. Which was awesome and meant he would be able to focus on more than just maintaining this Jutsu. He would be able to plan and react and move around and defend himself. That would allow him to access other Jutsu and attack plans.

He didn’t do anything but summon an ice sword to mitigate the attack. He knew if he took that attack head on even with reduction would hurt. So he blocked the attack as much as he possibly could. The claws still caught him across the shoulder. It barely even left a scratch on Kimi’s shoulder. He was impressed with that amount of damage reduction.

Kimi smiled as he thought about what he would be able to do with this. Three seconds of invulnerability would be the best part of this Jutsu. The next part would be the slowing down of the enemy, that would help him in a fight. The third would be the damage reduction, if they didn’t hit as hard he would last longer. The fourth and last thing about it was his ability to place four of them in a row. He could take that three seconds of invulnerability and activate them one after another.

This would be able to stack up to six seconds of invulnerability per two casting. That would be as fast as he would be able to get off the globe. If he had two more arms he would be able to stack it out to twelve seconds. What could a person do with twelve seconds where they can’t be harmed. Then they would be able to attack with impunity, for a bit at least.

Kimi knew he was close to mastering the Jutsu. He was happy that it was a lot of work to learn these types. But they always paid off in the end with the options they give you. This was one of those things he had. It allowed him the ability to control the battlefield in ways that others couldn’t.

The dragon came back around to attack again. Kimi was ready for it again, he would jump up and over the Dragon. Allowing his Ice Blade to just touch its neck as it passed underneath him. It was a show of force in such a way that the Dragon would see it. He hoped the Dragon wouldn’t take offense to that type of training.

Kimi ordered off the Dragon’s next attack run. He would land on the ground near the Globe as he finally started to dismiss it. This type of field control was something he was learning to use. He had a few things that would work well with this. His Ice Mirrors and his earth glide came to mind easily. This would give him the ability to slow someone and take them down.
