Description: Combining wind and water elements within both the user's hands and doing the handseals will allow the user to create a cloud in front of the user. Simply waving the user's hands in the direction one wants to go will cause it to move in that direction. Once the user gains the third stage of the eye this cloud gains electrical properties as well. ‘The loneliest god.’ Self-proclaimed of course Xio found himself in one of his favorite training spots, it was tucked away from most people, and would have to be looking for it to find it. When training, he liked it to be alone he felt like it helped him focus on his goal. Today, that was improving the range of one of his base techniques. Despite his eyes being a par above most, his lack of focus for his clans art left some things unrefined.

Beneath his cloak, his hive rested continuing to feed on his chakra, alert, but resting, as they weren’t needed during this training. Xio would provide a burst of chakra allowing the O-Dai Ryuugan to be activated, the tempest began to rage within in his gaze replacing the hazel that was once there. Whenever the Genin activated these eyes he always felt a sense empowerment as it was one of the insignia’s of his clan, and provided him with a bit more clarity than most. Someone would say it dulled in comparison compared to the other fable Doujutsu, but Xio didn’t fell that way, he knew he would be the one to show them theirs more than just tracking to the Arashi no bagu Family.

Quickly moving into the next stage of his training his hands would join at the center of his chest forming the first of a short set of seals, ‘Arashi no Kiero’. As his chakra began to pour into his hands he would allow for his right to be filled with water chakra, and left hand to filled with wind chakra. The chakra stabilize quickly as the young Bagu was skilled at controlling the tempest within which allowed him to move on to the next stage. Folding another set of hands seals while his hands were illuminating he began to mold his chakra, a stormy cloud would begin to materialize crackling with small hints of lightning Xio could see using his eyes special ability. For a moment he held the final seal allowing for his chakra to pour into the area in front of him, it didn’t take long before he reached his usual limit.

“Let me see if I.”

He’d spoke to himself as he begin to push for even more chakra to be released, the cloud began to grow once more. ‘Ahh luckily, I’m already good at shaping this chakra’ with little dramactics, Xio was continued to pour his chakra into the technique until he finally hit the 10x10 mark. It was slower than it needed to be at this point, but he knew he could do it now so the next time would be a breeze.

Once the cloud was finished the Genin would wave the cloud into the air before forming a few additional hand seals.

“Arashi Yari”

As he spoke a small amount of elemental arrows would fall from the sky evaporating the chakra from the cloud he’d just created. ‘alright I think this will do, I wonder if I can get it bigger.’

The cloud dissipated slowly, it was clearly a step up from what he could previously do but it wasn’t enough. ‘The damage is still lacking to, barely even cleared the snow.’ There were a few small holes in the snow that were being quickly filled, Xio always pondered on making his techniques but first he needed to master the basics so he could build off them. Placing his hands at the center of his chest he would once again move through a set of hand seals, his chakra raged as the tempest inside brewed.

Once again, he would allow his hands to be filled with the corresponding chakra’s Fuuton and Suiton before placing his hands back together forming another set of seals. At the tail end of the seals Xio Chakra began to pour out in front of him, this time at a slightly faster rate. Improving gradually as he progressed with this jutsu the cloud quickly took shape, it grew at good pace before reaching the 5x5 meter mark. As it passed the mark, the pace slowed a little. ‘nope.’ He would exert more chakra causing the pace to pick back up gradually, it continued to spread out for a few more moments before it finally reached the 10x10 mark.

“Okay.”

The nimbus was dense with wind and fuuton chakra as it should be, he held off on the ration chakra for now. With a bit more focus he continued to pour his chakra into the cloud, it gradually began to grow again. ‘Slow.’ He thought to himself, but it was clear it was going as planned. After a few moments the cloud had reached the 13x13 mark before it started to lose it’s shape. ‘Ahh.’ Xio would refocus his attention onto the chakra form for a moment causing the cloud to tighten up regaining it’s shape.

“Almost lost it.”

His words were light, but carried a little weight to them. ‘now back to the chakra output.’ He thought as he began to release more chakra into the air in front of him, the cloud continued to grow, although even slower than before. ‘fuck.’ He thought, he could tell he was losing control of the nimbus at this point but he continued anyway. After a while the cloud expanded too much losing it’s form and dispersing into then strands of chakra.

“Ahh another one.”

“What a drag.”

The snow continued to fall methodically, it was always a beautiful and calming feeling for the snow shinobi. Clearly he was making progress, but he wasn’t as close to being finished, he still had about 7 meters of cloud to create. And not to mention adding the ration chakra, with a low sigh; he averted his gaze back to the area in front of him. 

Inhaling slowly, he would allow for his hands to meet at the center of his chest forming his initial seal to start channeling the storm within. ‘I need to get rid of that, it won’t be good for battle at all.’ Xio hadn’t actually used most of the jutsu in his arsenal in the field, he was mostly practice at this point. But that didn’t bother him because he knew he would eventually change that, actually pretty soon he would be changing that. 

Exhaling slowly while floating through his first set of seals, he could feel the tempest begin to rage within him. Per usual he would all wind chakra to fill one hand, while the other water. There wasn’t much a of a different feeling, but he could tell the chakra apart with or without his eyes in it’s raw form. Moving forwards, Xio pressed through his second set of handseals that allowed him to form the nimbus. At it’s heel his chakra began to pour out in front of him. The Suiton and Fuuton Chakra natures combined slowly, but surely before forming a small nimbus just as before. 

“Ok lets get it.” 

Speaking lightly, he would continue to pour his chakra into the technique while trying to manage his chakra form. It was always tricky managing techniques that required him to use more than one nature; luckily it was in his blood so he did so with a little more finesse than usual. His chakra quickly gained it’s complete shape before starting to expand, the first mark he hit was his 10 x 10 mark his new ‘limit.’ But he continued to push past it. 

Spreading slowly, the cloud expanded pass his new found limits once again. Gradually the cloud grew, despite it was at a relatively slower rate it was still moving just what he needed. As he reached the 13x13 mark again he could feel his chakra form loosening, he would take a second to refocus to make sure it was tightly locked in place.

Pausing for a moment allowed him to fixate his attention on form, in turn the nimbus retained its shape. ‘Here we go.’ Xio pushed chakra from his hands into the technique, and slowly but surely, it began to grow again, slowly reaching the 14x14 meter mark, his effort was showing. Gradually, he continued to pour his chakra into the cloud and it grew while retaining its shape. Unlike most people, Xio enjoyed the challenge of learning a new technique. At it’s hill he always felt a lot better about his day no matter what went on, which is why most people barely saw him he was always off trying to learn some new new.

“Alright lets pour the chakra a little faster, this pace isn’t getting us no where right?” 

Speaking to himself, of course, he increased the amount of chakra he was pouring into the technique giving it a little more pep. Xio, control was holding up this time, the cloud quickly hit the 16x16 mark. He could barely see around the cloud edges at this point it, ‘now this could possibly be useful in battle.’ He thought as he could think of million ways to fuck up someone’s day with this technique, with the blood that ran threw his veins losing sight of him during battle was the worst thing someone could do.

Hitting the 16x16 mark, the cloud was still growing, and Xio continued too refrain from allowing electricity. That was just too much while he was trying to increase its size, he figured control one half then add the other. He was starting to feel a little more comfortable with the technique although he was still learning with lots of space to go.

Arriving at the 18x18 mark the Arashi could was getting close to where he wanted to be, he could feel a slight bubble feeling in his stomach as the cloud continued to grow. `BOOM` and the cloud exploded, right as he started to get a little over confident. The wind from the cloud displaced the flow of the falling snow for a moment, but it was quickly restored.

“Well that was a close one."
