Name: First Wave’s Second Wind

Objective: Rally the mixed forces of Yomazu and Yukigakure’s First Wave to keep Gridlock cornered so the Second Wave can make its strike.
Description: Yomazu’s Police Force has been hit hard since the start of this crisis. The body count is high enough, and the First Wave has made a big enough gap to launch to launch the counter offensive. Unfortunately Chief Baile Watanabe has been injured by an unidentified assailant, and he is now unable to lead out in the field. Reports state Gridlock have already capitalized on this and are sweeping through the rear blockades which means District D and Outpost D are in danger of being lost.

The Chief has already been successfully retrieved and safely tucked away in the heavily fortified palace right next to the embassy which comprises Outpost C. It is here that Captain Haruhi of the Frog Division is tending to the wounded, and making sure civilians are getting safely escorted out the hot zones of these terrorist attacks. She has been tasked with patching up any wounded from the First wave that got sent out a night ago. Though now that more and more civilians are being escorted, her hands are tied.

The Yukikage is leaving full leadership of the First Wave in the hands of Gunnr Onta. Her task will be to lead the First Wave in an effort to sweep the escaping Gridlock terrorists attempting to eliminate the Northern front of Yomazu which is were outpost D is held. Once that is done the First Wave is to start an open house death sentence on any Gridlock gang members they see along with the Second Wave. Once done Gunnr is to send a report to the Yukikage on the strike’s progress from her end while the Infiltration Team weed out the leaders for assasination or public execution.

Reward: Jounin Title, 150k Ryo, Event Credit, and recommendation for Jounin Commander.

Outpost C - Grand Palace


For lack of better words the capitol city called Yomazu has gotten bent over and spanked hard on its shiny frost covered ass. This is no drill. This is the real thing. The Yukikage has hardly smiled or been happy the past few days ever since they had learned of the situation. Luckily the strength of Snow Country isn't as broken as its people think it is. More than enough to correct this inexcusable slip up in security.

Due to successful work by everyone involved; the Embassy Festungstadlt has remained standing, as well as having repelled the multiple attacks it has been given thus far. Lately its been quiet on the enemies end. The strength in numbers alone has been enough to keep Gridlock ironically locked down within the center of the city.

Unfortunately not everything is as easy as pushing in on them further until the leaders eventually pop right out from all the pressure. These criminals have been resilient since the whole thing started, and aren't as dumb as many thought they were before. The First Wave managed to bust seams in their defenses, and weaken their strength with a raid that was commenced before the plan had been initiated.

The Grand Palace is now a big medical center since the actual main hospitals of Yomazu were snatched up by Gridlock during their first brutal attack on the city. This big luxurious building now passes as a really glorified base of operations for Captain Haruhi of the Frog Division, and everyone else occupying its space. The area around it has been cut off from the outside to ensure Gridlock rioters will have a tough time even trying to look at the damn thing.

Outside blockade 1C which is the furthest blockade from Outpost C, rioters of the dozens have gathered attempting to bash the blockade open once again. However this time they have much more firepower, and struck much quicker than anticipated by the police. The roars of criminals and police fighting each other shake the walls of the buildings surrounding them. However those roars are becoming more and more distinguished as Gridlock cheers of rebellion. Those that have tried to stop this current attack have either retreated or been captured/killed. Reinforcements are urgent! And as the dozens of rioters slowly make their march towards blockade 1C the officers behind it are beginning to wonder of Yukigakure's promised ninja will arrive in time.

"Where are those damn reinforcements its getting too rowdy out here!"

"Hush, keep your guard up men those rioting scum will be there any minute."

"I know, I know! that is why I'm freaking out I just need answers man."

"Hey do the rest of ya'll hear something?"

"No wh-"

"Take this you good for nothing cops! Ahahahah!!"

"Suicide bomber jumping from the roof! Get back! Get-" KABOOOOM!

The thundering crack of multiple explosives going off would rattle through the whole street. The ten remaining officers were now, in danger of being overrun as those whom were on the look out for the expected terrorists were caught in the blast. The explosion having been destructive enough to damage the blockade, and kill enough guards to allow the now charging rioters a chance to break through. The shock of the sudden surprise attack from the roof, left many of them scrambling for dropped weapons to prepare to fight. The situation now completely shifted in Gridlock's favor spelled doom for the fighting guards if something didn't happen right now, as death in the form of twenty three rioters neared them...

The sounds of thunder echoed through the area, a lightning arched across the skies. Riding on top of a mass of clouds was a glowing Unicorn, and on it's back was a golden haired maiden. Her eyes clouded in dark purple clouds, her hair glowed with power. The two stopped over the commotion as the Maiden asked in a Celestial otherworldly voice, "I'm Curious. Did you all forget that I exist!?!!" Lightning cracked behind her as her voice boomed, and she looked down on the roiting masses with disdain. She was adorn with a Set of Celestial Mithral Armor(Picture (1); Picture (2); Picture (3)). However, it looked more like leather from the way it was designed. The armor seemed to be a bit snug on Gunnr, especially around her sizable bust area. Her Inactive Verglas Celica, shined off the flashing lightning. The Celestial Mithral it was created from gave off a silvery glow. The Greater Sound, Moderate Cold Gem Energy Gems, and the Spirit amber were visible on the Right. The Greater Acid Energy, Moderate Fire Energy, on the left one. Around her neck she wore a Greater Lightning Energy Gem Necklace.

Of course Gunnr didn't go anywhere without her trusty Sir Floppy. The Pink Bunny was a "Deep Pocketed" Main Pack, so could use it to hold just about any she would need. At the moment it only held 12 Pistol Crossbow Magazines, and 2 dozen Skadi's Cry Grenades. The pink floppy eared bunny pack, mark the girl with an innocence, that she herself had no desire to portray. Just below the pack was her sheathed Awakened Angurvadal Greatwsord. This weapon Held Both a Skull of the Mighty, and Prescience Gem.

Under her cloths on her thigh she had several Runes(Elthric Affliction Curses, and Ritual Seals). Each one severed a specific purpose, Soul Guard, Sun's Renewal, and one to assist in summoning her shield. There were also Runes, protecting her from the effects of Fear, as well as protecting her for fierce cold, and savage heat. No one would be able to make out these seals, as the little skin that Gunnr did show, was clear and smooth. Her Runes were place beneath her leg armor. There was a Diamond seal in the middle of her forehead. This was the 100 Healing Hand Seal, that she was currently storing her chakra into bit by bit.

"You wish to cause death and destruction at will? Let us see if you are worthy!!" Gunnr jumped off the back of the Unicorn, as Wings exploded out from her back. As her wings opened up and she jumped off the back of the Unicorn, as she jumped downward, she reached out her hand. As she reached out, the unicorn began to change, it transformed into a magnificent spear. Gunnr clashed into the rioters, the impact alone would be enough to kill a normal man. Her Wings extended out around her. She pointed her spear over at the guards,

"Get inside and wait for me to... clean up this mess."

Gunnr twirled her spear let it rest on her shoulder, as she turned to Rioters she had dived in the center of,

"Oi! Who seeks death?! Allow me to assist!!"

Given her entrance it seemed the AnBu werent in the mood to hold up the neko and proceeded to take her to the command outpost. Although before she entered she winced at the sharp scent of alcohol coming from the bar next door and shook her head. As she stepped inside she saw fem-shiki being questioned by a man with a bird mask and caught the tail end of him asking about the team.

"Some of us are here, though it seems communicating may be a challenge." Krystal replied evenly as she stepped up beside fem-shiki her face unamused as she looked over the bird mask briefly. "I need the locations of Watanabe's children marked on this map, one was in the main square."

Krystal motioned to Zeki's map if he didnt mind before her nose caught the smell of alcohol again which she followed to her right looking at the white haired woman before raising an eyebrow. Leaning forward she breathed her in as her cat ears flicked listening to her pulse while her eyes glanced at her heart. "You look familiar, do we know each other?"(Inuzuka Charm)

"It's Gwyn." Gwynevir said curtly immediately after Tiano mispronounced her name for the first time. If he didn't correct himself, her eyes would narrow as she watched and listened to him, but she would not repeat herself; choosing to express her irritation non verbally. She shifted her weight to one foot and crossed her arms with the thought of reaching out and shaking the man's hand flying away with his mispronunciation. "I dunno. We were supposed to meet you here and-" Gwyn's explanation to the absence of the rest of her team was cut off by their arrival. The woman who carried herself with an absolute authority came in first and started speaking. 'God damn...' Gwyn thought to herself as she looked the tall elegant woman up and down. She shook her head and looked back to the captain, trying to bury the lewd thoughts that rushed into her mind. She hadn't noticed how gorgeous the amazingly tall woman was in the briefing room was but now that she had a taste of alcohol in her, her desire for all of her other vices were heightened. "...God damn," Gwyn thought, though without realizing she had muttered the words out loud. She cleared her throat, and clamped her eyes shut to not stare at the woman's beauty. She forced her mind into the present scenario, and answered the amazon with an involuntary stammer. "N-no," she squared herself with the captain, making sure not to break eye contact with him while she spoke to all in the room.She cleared her throat again and tried to center herself. "Captain Piano here will be giving us all the information and aid he can spare," She glanced to the entrance to the Command Center and frowned a little. "I imagine he's not going to want to brief us all individually, so let's just wait for everyone to get here too. In the meantime, now's the time to get to know each other." With her final words, Gwyn would look directly into Krystal's eyes. "So, Who are you, and what are you good at?" she probably could have asked her question in a better way, but she was a little more flustered than she had expected herself to be, and she was regretting, just a little bit, taking those two shots of Vodka.

A bit of amusement played through the cat's mind hearing and seeing the woman's heart flutter a bit as her gold eyes looked up to Gwyn's as she answered with a slight stutter. She then informed Krystal itd be best to wait so the same information wouldnt be repeated over and over.

"That's a shame. Would you like to?" Krystal asked in response to the white haired woman not knowing her while reaching up to brush a lock of hair out of her face, the proximity making her honey and lavender scent reach Gwyn. (Energizing Attraction Pheromone) Krystal smiled lightly letting her hand return to her side as her dark stripes almost wavered like flame.

"Krystal Solara, Tsuchikage, I'm good at a lot of things," Krystal purred with a wink while glancing over the woman's figure and inventory as her eyes looked through her. "I focus on close combat though I have large scale capabilities and some elemental, those arent as impressive though."

Krystal hummed thoughtfully for a moment while listing the jist of her abilities before a playful smirk crossed her lips. "What can you do?"

[Ranzu]

Zeki followed along behind the ANBU leading them in silence, quietly twirling his umbrella in his hands as he moved along. He did not care too much about this place though he knew he would be more help dealing with the rebels or even just treating the wounded then he would simply walking around listening to others prattle on and on. The group soon passed the bar before heading into a tent, though not before Krystal motioned for the map that was given to the Sadojin. He pulled it out and handed it off to whomever wanted it.

And then Krystal and the rude one started to flirt with one another. Zeki felt like rolling his eyes at the display before him but managed to restrain himself from doing so, mostly because that was a very human mannerism to do and the urge to do it scared him a bit. This got Zeki to withdraw into his own thoughts for a bit, thinking that maybe he had spent too much time around humans again. Maybe it was time for a vacation.

Then they started to talk about themselves and such. Zeki would chime in with a, "Zeki. Earth expert." pretty quietly, knowing that his kage wouldn't like to be interrupted while flirting.

Her state was cold and indifferent. Cruel sometimes and almost pitying others. This was the only way to truly rein herself in and be mindful of the fact that she had a mission. The prejudice and racism of the village people would have to come at a later date. These two? Their presence? Their... smell? She'd never forget such a scent. Arrogant lushes

The fall put some sense into the asinine woman and while the boy went around to reach in her pocket and retrieve the scroll she requested she skirted the peripheral to get in close, close enough to be standing around within reaching distance to snatch the scroll out of his hand. As a final act of exaction she slipped by (stealth:125+Additives) to wait for the young man to help his arrogant teammate off the ground and... liberate him of that massive scroll he had situated on his back.

He wasn't going to need it anyways. (Sleight of Hand check)

What came back to her was cold and empty. A town with nothing in it for as far as the initial horizon of the eye could see. There was an obstruction in the distance some distance away but with noone around she was curious how the place got this way. Yomazu was supposed to be a cozy place. Who let these nutjobs loose? Probably the same ones who let her loose once upon a time.

Bracing against the building she took a running start and bounded towards the blockade in the distance. (Jump Good: 125) At 55 meters maximum a jump she could reach it in two bounds but she wasn't aiming to land on it. Somewhere around it. A building. A partition. Suspicious it was rigged or weaponized she wanted to keep to being unharmed and hunting down this first leader.

"Crooked.." They town down the forests to build these cities.. just to set them ablaze. Destructive cancers.

[Jotün Kamyuja]

Jotun's confusion as to why the guard told him this was outweighed by the direness of the information presented to him "Wait, the Yukikage sent ninja to take care of this? Where's the infiltration team?" He asked, annoyed by the fact he hadn't even been told of the situation, much less been called to help. Assuming the guard would point him towards the Sand man and the Amazonian cat woman, Jotun would thank him and and follow them into the command center.

"This place reeks of booze." Was the blondes first thought upon entering the building, arriving just in time to hear the captain finish asking where the hell the team was and catch the womans heated flirting session, was this really the best team Kahimi could get? They where here to save the city, not breed up a new one, regardless, it didn't matter, Jotun was only here for the information and if the Shinobi couldn't be bothered to do their jobs right, he would.

The roars of chaos, and anarchy became drowned out by the booming thunders accompanying the sudden near arrival. The lightning and flowing clouds engulfing the skies above stopped everyone in their tracks. The guards and the rioters both stopped, and stared in awe and confusion. The guards collectively couldn't believe what they were seeing, but were mostly just thankful that it was happening anyway. The rioters on the other hand simply stared in disgust. Wincing as Gunnr's booming celestial voice shook their bodies to the core, and in general just pissed them off more.

"What the hell is that?"

"What are you asking me for? Do I look like a rocket scientist to you idiot?"

"Man if you two clowns don't shut the fuck up? I'm trying to focus here!" They bickered. Most of them simply waiting and plotting in silence with weapons in hand. This golden haired weirdo didn't matter to them, no matter how outmatched they were. Somebody with otherworldly powers wasn't gonna change anything. Not while they had managed to get this far.

Eventually everything became confrontational as Gunnr made herself known amongst everyone here. The wings...the shifting unicorn...the...bunny bag? All of this spelled the work of something beyond Yomazu police which the guards already knew, however none of them know the tells of Gunnr or anything of the sort. Most of them were beginning to think she wasn't possibly from the same place these ninja were. Yet in reality it wouldn't matter where she was from. She was here to fight. That young appearance won't fool anybody...

Once Gunnr crashed in between the Rioters the force and shockwave of the impact sent a good portion of them flying in various directions. Two of them weren't lucky enough to get out of the way thus the got crushed underneath her, and dented into the pavement dying instantly. She was too fast for any of them to try using their weapons in time. With that said at least ten of the twenty-five rioters that grouped up were now killed off. Seven of them having been flung by the ground pound, One was killed by getting hit by her wings. And as mentioned before there was the two men that got crushed underneath her.

This meant that there were 15 rioters left.
--3 were flung, damaged, but still standing at least 8 meters behind Gunnr.
--4 of them were placed in various spots in front of her at least 10 meters away.
--3 were even farther than those four but were still prone on the ground.
-- Which means there were 5 left standing in other places 5 meters away on either side. 2 on the left, and 3 on the right.

The Yomazu guards standing some distance away from this, wouldn't hesitate to follow orders. Most of them too dazed to even consider trying to fight anyway. And so with the guards now quickly making a retreat back to Outpost C to report, this left Gunnr with the 15 rioters unintentionally surrounding her position. Her challenge immediately answered by some of the most irritated of the bunch.

"These damn ninja types are always so sure of themselves. I'm sick of it..."

"Yeah lets torch the bitch!" the rioter all the way in the middle of the three behind her would say while pulling an unlit molotov out of her backpack. The rest of the rioters that were standing simultaneously getting prepared. However only three of them would attack her.

(1)
A tall dark skinned man wearing simply clothing and a mask, with a decently athletic build would rush in quickly from the left side, preparing a tightly packed hook punch towards Gunnr's head with his right arm.

(2) The other two both simultaneously charging her from the other side which would be her right. One of them looking to try kicking the side of her knee to break it, while the other had an simple wood chopping axe in hand attempting to hack her down with an overhead swing at the same time.

(3) The girl from either while this is happening would be busy getting her lighter so she could light the molotov in her left hand.

Capitan Tiano wouldn't forget the first time Gwyn corrected him. If she let him ramble on then sure, but since that wasn't the case she'd be spared the irritation of having to deal with hearing her name said incorrectly. This blonde haired main wasn't going to intentionally disrespect someone like that. At least not until he gets to know them first. Speaking for which its ironic that right when he asks about it, and Gwyn is prepared to talk about the whereabouts of the team she is with, all of a sudden everyone shows up.

Well...almost everyone. Out of all the people who were supposed to be here little Juni was still missing. Tiano wasn't exactly worried about it because he doesn't have any problems with Juniper. He did have questions about the blonde haired kid who came however. But...its probably best he not pry on it just yet today has been having a fair share of surprises already.

Tiano's eyes fixated on the Tsuchikage when she appeared. Yes she was attractive, tall, and oddly dress for a winter climate that is all obvious, but really what struck him the most is that she has cat features. He likes cats. Cats are nice. Thus the captain smiled genuinely as it is nice to be getting to see a real cat person face to face. Along with this the captain couldn't keep himself from chuckling at Gwyn's little slip of tongue. Luckily he wouldn't leave her hanging on the subject. "Took the words right out of my mouth." He'd comment more so in a teasing manner towards Gwyn.

With all of this said Tiano still had his own reasons for being happy to see the Tsuchikage, which actually had nothing to do with appearances. More so he is actually interested in the battle stories she might have especially regarding the work she did with the boss lady up top. Being cooped up having to give people orders instead of being out in the field drives him crazy sometimes. Besides he was one of the first ones to hear about what Krystal did in Yomazu before any of them even got deployed over here to begin with. The Yukikage made sure that Krystal was given some sort of recognition and gratitude for those deeds herself as soon as she had the chance.

Thus he would give Krystal a short bow of honor in respect. Captain Tiano wasn't really the formal type, but he could make an exception...this time. When asked about locations he initially rose a brow at first, but complied anyway. "Uh we got the girl tucked away in a death bed here on base actually. The chief's son hasn't been found though. If you are going out there searching for them then I'll get a search team ready, but you'd have to clear out the Square of crooks and uglies for them. That goes without say I suppose." He'd state before taking the scroll.

Albeit before he could set up anything to take care of that, he'd have to accept getting called "Piano" right after this sudden encounter. He wouldn't fret about it, such a thing was well deserved. So Gwyn will be given that free dig at the captain just this once. "Heh. Well while ya'll mingle and canoodle I'm gonna be over here..." He'd nonchalantly mention before seeing himself out and walking back into the command room.

This would give Gwyn and the others a few minutes to interact, about five or six to be exact. However once those minutes were up, Tiano would return to them with two whole duffle bags in his hands in which he'd heave onto a nearby large table within the Terminal room.

"Okay ladies and gentlemen if I could all have your attention for a moment or two. I got to put on the big captain pants for a second. Look, I will make this quick and simple so we can all get this over this.

Every single one of you whether you are qualified or not can playa good role in making sure this whole situation is put to bed. Hey, Blonde boy in the back. I don't know who you are, but you look lost and might as well listen up and listen good because since you are here you are apart of this team now.

So Infiltration Team, your job is real simple..." He'd say while reaching into the duffel bag to pull out the map Zeki handed him. The map now was modified with pictures, and sticky notes. The map scroll was large enough to be rolled out, and have multiple people look over it at once so there hopefully wouldn't be anyone tripping over each other to look at it...

Pointing to the middle of the map which held Yomazu's Main Square he'd begin his briefing. "So. Right now Yomazu is in a full scale lockdown, Captain Fujioka has explained that much I'm sure. BUT this only keeps all the assholes inside the place which really doesn't do much.

In the current state of things these Gridlock goons have hunkered down completely in the main square area, and two other places connected to it. Over night we were able to find out that these punks somehow have the mayor and the daiymo's son captured in two different buildings.

Mayor Hashimoto is being held in The Grand Hall Museum located North East of the Main Square. The Daiymo's son on the other hand was moved very recently into the Market Center which is on the very ledge of District C which is East of the Main Square. Right now we have Gridlock boxed in.

Unfortunately I just got word that Chief Baile got injured out and so District D which is up North is now in danger. The Yukikage is already having Gunnr Onta help lead the First Wave along side Captain Haruhi of the Frogs Division who has been running medical in Outpost C. Gunnr will be personally making sure Outpost D and that entire District doesn't fall so its safe to leave it to her.

This team's job is to go in and personally put pressure on Gridlock's leaders whom we know for a fact are held up somewhere within the Main Square. Unfortunately there is so much going on we won't be able to hunt them out without further intel, which is what you all are here for. The Second Wave will keep most of the pressure away from you, but its anyone's guess how you will be able to get into the Main Square. There are rioters in between blockades trying to escape all over the place so be careful out there. In my opinion your best bet, will probably be to go after the hostages in the Market Center and the Grand Hall.

Captain Lenox of the Wolves Division is here working on gathering intel the best he can, however if you have anyone worth questioning don't be afraid to let us know.

Captain Briggs of Bears Division is leading the Second Wave in defensive measures so my team, this team, and Captain Tskune's team of Cats Division can focus on attacking in anyway we see fit.

This is a joint operation between the three teams, but you guys will be the most flexible. Captian Fujioka will be gathering the final combined push along side the Yukikage. So until then Captain Manabí of Owls Division is linked up with his scouts to help provide over watch and communication between all of us. With that said I think its clear that all we have left to do is to go out there and get this handled. I'm counting on you guys so please don't get yourselves killed.

I'm leaving these duffel bags it was supposed to be enough for a team of seven at the most, but as you can see we didn't get that. Sharing is caring I guess. Any questions?

"Are you sure that you are okay Saracha?" Han would ask his colleague slightly concerned. In response the masked young woman; made a gesture with her hands trying to shoo Han away, nodding her head yes without saying anything. Her body shivered a little as she kept herself from falling over. Han didn't want to upset the masked kunoichi, but he knew Saracha was the type to hide the things troubling her if she could help it. So he stayed near her, but kept form touching her in any way.

Eventually, she'd get some strength in her legs, and arms in order to make a coordinated push off the ground so she could stand up right. A little woozy, but after standing she felt better for now at least. "Ugh, I can't stand her." she would say which by wording alone gave Han a sense that Saracha couldn't see her, or knew that she was gone.

The only thing he'd do though is laugh it off, and shrug. "I think the two of you feel the same way about each other. Although lets face it you didn't provoke her, there is no telling what that girl has gone through so try not to be so judgmental. You out of all people should know that." he'd say. Saracha on the other hand was humiliated and didn't want to speak any further as it is.

"Look its all good see? I still have my map, and bunch of prepped goodies right here in my- *pat pat* huh?" He'd stop during his words of assurance to check his supplies. Which is when he noticed he was missing something important...

"WHAT THE HELL?! THAT ASSHOLE TOOK MY SCROLL!!"

The road ahead was clear, was similar to the surroundings clear and without signs of life in regards to civilians or enemies. Juniper was free to pass undisturbed at least as far as adversaries go. Her leap from one place to the other, quickened the pace and sped up time just a bit. For the most part the destruction seemed to be worse here than it seemed on the outside. The big gates and walls sure did hide a lot, but now that the young chuunin was inside this scarred city, she could see for herself just how hard Yomazu was assaulted.

Its almost as if they didn't care what as left of it when they were done, as long as they had control and less people to worry about. After all to hold the whole city for ransom is practically impossible there could only be so much that can be taken over in a short amount of time. However it has already been said that this whole ordeal was very meticulously planned.

When Juniper neared the area of Blockade-1A her eyes would be able to see that it had no signs of damage. The thing was practically new by the looks of it. So odds are conflict either hasn't reached this far ever since it was put up. The builds here were also much better than the those around the Front Gate. The Blockade was large, and made out of some sort of metal equip with lockable gates of its own.

As well as the gate the blockade was also decorated with big yellow caution lines painted vertically on the farthest ends. In big bold letters the blockade read: "Danger Ahead, Permission of Entry Required". Right behind the blockade off to the right hand corner, would be a tall watch tower. One guard was stationed in it, but the fog light wasn't on and the guard didn't seem to occupied with checking the surrounding at the moment. Depending on where she landed and was looking from, she may or may not be able to see more...

Gunnr's head tilted to the side as she listened to the lot of them bicker with each other. They really were just a ramble of babbling idiots then? That news was some what disappointing. It took everything she had not to burst into laughter when she saw the woman pull out a Molotov. Gunnr shook her head and then pointed at the woman with her free hand.

"I'll take you alive... hehe."

Gunnr giggled menacingly as the lot of them went on the attack. The Dark skin man would be the first to suffer a crushing defeat. As his right hook came, gauntlets began to form on Gunnr's hands, manifesting from the bracelet on her wrist. The right hook collided with gunnr's protected forearm. She Blocked the attack, taking in all of the kinetic energy from the blow, immediately after blocking, she shifted her weight slightly, and let her arm slipped inside of the man's guard, letting his right fist move pass the front of her face. Her left hand extended towards the man's face, unleashing a torrent of force.

Even if the man's strength was merger, the energy that Gunnr returned was the equivalent to an S rank jutsu, and sent it off towards the man's masked face. She looked over at the other two attacking. If her Block and Charge was successful, she continued her momentum to grab the now dead or disoriented man by the collar. With her herculean strength she'd launched the man at the two attacking her, with a counter clockwise twist of her body accompanying a back handed throw. After the throw she twirled her Spear in her palm and got into a throwing position as she faced the Three of them. Her eyes, and hands began to glow with powerful judgements, a strong wind erupted and surrounded her weapon, and with a soul shunt she vanished.

All of this happened within a span of a breath, as she appeared in the air, angled such  that the three men where aligned iin roughly a row.

"HA!"

She grunted as she loosed the Spear from her grip, there was tremendous power behind the throw. It could pierce through steel like paper before it's true force could even be felt. Gunnr angled the spear to ripped through all three of them at once, and then impale itself in the ground behind them. This happened all within the span it took for the two men to register their friend had been thrown at them. Even if the flight of the spear was not perfectly aligned, it was surround by a powerful vacuum blade Wind Jutsu, even a glancing blow would be enough to kill most.

With another Soul Shunt Gunnr appeared next to her Spear. She pulled it out of the ground rubbing the back of her neck,

"That can't be all you have right? You seem so confident before."

Gunnr said, with flesh blood still plastered on her face and body. As she spoke her Gauntlets filled the area with dread. All those who looked at Gunnr, would fill the undeniable sensation of absolute fear, over take them, any enemy that did not beat a 36 Save roll, would feel the instant desire to drop everything they were doing and run away. However, Gunnr still had her eyes on someone. She looked over at the Woman reaching for her lighter. Her eyes as cold as the snow. She reached out her hand and made a single motion with her index finger.

"You... come."

As she beckoned a powerful wind picked up directly behind the woman. If Gunnr had the mind to, the force she could produce from the wind would have been enough to kill her out right. Instead the powerful wind sent the woman tumbling through the air towards Gunnr, where Gunnr would catch her by the throat with her outstretched opened left hand. Gunnr gripped the woman's throat, tightly, but not tight enough to kill. Her cold voice echoed into the would be terrified woman. If she was Panicked, her only thought would be escape, so Gunnr simply said,

"I'll let you go, if you tell me everything that you know.  About this uprising the one leading it, everything!! Speak!!!"

Gunnr loosened her grip only enough for her to understand what the woman had to say.

"I'm good at a lot of things," Gwyn's heart started pounding. Was it her curiously melodic tone that hit Gwyn's ears like sweet music? Was it her touch that brushed Gwyn's face like a warm summer breeze? Gwyn had been hit on by many people before, but none quite had the effect that this woman had. Was it her forwardness and imposing presence that her stature gave her that made Gwyn's face flush? "I uh..." Gwyn lost her words for a moment as her mind reeled around this puzzle. What was it? She almost felt wrong, like this attraction wasn't just her own desires, but as if there was something more compelling her to not shy away from the touch of this giantess. She smelled amazing, the aroma that was coming off her was intoxicating, and she wanted more of it. If she could see herself, doe eyed and lost in the lights of this superior hunter's gaze, she would have punched herself for taking those shots; as if the shots were really the problem. If she could hear herself fumbling over her words like a pre-teen trying to talk to her first crush she would have slapped herself senseless. "I uh..." she began again. She couldn't even tear her eyes away from the stunning figure. It was as if she was locked in a genjutsu. Gwyn's expression turned from one of slack-jawed wonder, to a combination of anger and respect as her final thought cycled through her head again. 'Did she just...?' a wry smile crossed Gwyn's face and she took a sudden step back from the woman and tapped her own elegantly designed compact crossbow. "I," she began a little louder than she had intended, "am Gwynevir Verona. All CQC." had this woman cast a Genjutsu on her? She broke her sight away from her and turned to regard the one on the Kage's heels. " Zeki, Krystal, it's a pleasure to meet you both," Gwyn's glittering green eyes looked back and forth between them, scanning them more closely for anything they may be holding in reserve. They were foreigners in an unforgiving land, and she truthfully didn't blame them if they didn't want to divulge all of their secrets to a complete stranger. Gwyn was appreciative of the fact that Krystal had used whatever technique she had used on her, however, as her senses that had been blunted ever so slightly felt like they were sharper now than they were before. When Captain Tiano came to rejoin them, she found herself able to listen and take in his information with ease, and nodded along with his secondary briefing. "I've got a question," she asked with a raised hand. "Do y'all have any spare crossbow clips? Wouldn't mind a few extra for my Heavy here," she slung the long thing onto her shoulder with her left hand and rested it there casually.

Krystal nodded in acknowledgement as the man explained the situation in the Main Square before taking the map back to the room. His approach eased the cat's worry a bit but she still held a seed of anger in her chest.

As the woman stuttered a low purr would escape the neko and she would motion with a finger in a 'come hither' motion slowly trying to encourage the white-haired woman until she finally proclaimed her name with noticeable fluster. She tried to dismiss it by shifting her attention to Zeki after she said a few letters which disrupted Krystal's swagger for a moment but she let it go.

"The pleasure is mine, I assure you." The Tsuchikage purred and brushed the tip of her lion-like tail against Gwyn's cheek before turning to hear Tiano's information. As he started though some blonde showed up, granted at the moment she had more things to worry about. In particular she absorbed the information about the Main Square, which was her main objective.

After the briefing was completed Gwyn asked if they had any ammo for her crossbow which Krystal could only shake her head. With a low sigh Krystal leaned over the map and placed her hand beside the Main Square on the map. "If any of you can collect living combatants I can use them to resurrect those who have fallen in defense of the city. I promised the police chief that I'd do what I could to bring his people back."

After a short moment Krystal looked up at each of them her eyes cold with golden sparks arcing around her eyes. "I don't care if they are dismembered, flayed, and gouged. All they need is a pulse for me to use them." The Tsuchikage declared as she begain to draw in the air with her other hand making black flames sprout from her tiger stripes before a wraith of herself climbed out of her darkness like a beast. The wraith moved around the room curiously, jet-black covered in smoke with slit golden eyes. At first it nudged its head against Zeki's hand before sitting beside Gwyn while Krystal made her way to the door opening it as electrical sparks ran through her arm and the door forming a symbol briefly.

"I'm ready when you all are."

Listening to the captain explain the situation in detail did not do much to Zeki as he was quite familiar with riots and rebellions by now. He looked over at the map, determining the hot zones and where he could be the most effective when deployed. He could see a few ways to be of help but for right now he should figure out what they needed most of him.

So he turned to the captain and started to ask a few questions of him, "Alright, so I can preform emergency first aid, I can also attempt to quell large amounts of rioters, and finally I can go in the main square under stealth and scout it out. I can also make a handful of clones that can assist your forces, though most of them will not be particularly tough. What would you have me do?"

Zeki then felt something brush up against his hand and noticed the wraith of his Kage making it's way toward Gwen. He wouldn't react much to this situation but he couldn't help but feel as if his Kage wasn't taking this situation too seriously with her flirting. Of course he wasn't taking this too seriously either thanks to the multiple rebellions he had already faced down, so he could not blame her for somehow having a relaxed attitude in a otherwise high stress environment.

Regardless of what was told to him next the Sadojin would then perform a couple of handseals which caused his gourd to fully decay back into pure sand before flying out of the room. It would travel to outside the camp but where the ground was still relatively unfrozen before forming into a clone. There the clone would start to dissolve the harden earth into more sand before preforming it's own handseals which caused two sets of clones to rise up out of the ground. The first set was merely five more standard clones like the original, but the second set was numbered one hundred and twenty however they were quite crude looking even from a distance. The clones would start the march back toward the camp, with the six normal clones at the head.

This grouping of rioters were no better than low-level street thugs trying to find a place to fit in, and make some quick dough. Below average at best. Only truly good at making noise, making messes, and conquering with sheer force by numbers alone. The weapons they carried were no better than them, simply items that could be found anywhere. It is clear they were no match for the likes of ninja, the fact that they ran into Gunnr is sheer bad luck. How they were nearing Outpost C? That remains a mystery.

Gunnr would easily sweep through them, the dark skinned man that attacked first met a quick, but brutal death from the force inflicted by her singular left-handed punch. He was a strong guy, but not enough to resilient enough to take on an attack like that. His head would get recoiled back so fast and violently that his neck completely snapped from the force and weight, killing him instantly.

His tall body now just a heavy ragdog, as his arms flopped down and around as Gunnr took control over the masked corpse. His body would be sent flying just like she planned, crashing into the other which if it weren’t two of them would have easily knocked on over. The fact that it happened so quickly nearly gave the two of them whiplash to even notice Gunnr was no longer on the ground. All they could catch was the sound of her voice, before her spear pierced through them, and killed them as well.

The speed of which that spear was sent sure did make a bloody mess of the three thugs, some arms and legs were completely torn off from the force of impact rippling through their bodies. The spear of course showing that level of destruction as clearly as the blood splattered onto Gunnr’s clothes. Her unfazed look, and voice easily knocked fear right into all of the remaining people that were quick to threaten her before. The combined sound of multiple items being dropped, and shaken voices filled the air.

A few seconds after that combined clatter there would be a distinct sound of glass breaking, which would be from the molotov girl. Luckily or perhaps...unfortunately she didn’t get the chance to light the incendiary weapon yet or else she and the two goons next to her would be burning to a crisp right now.

The oil contained within that now broken bottle simply spilled all over the place at her feet as she quaked in her boots. She has never seen a ninja up close before, and the confidence that the group instilled in her had been wiped clean. Everyone else had already began to run, tripping over themselves and the dropped items along the way, the two people standing next to her quickly ran as well, albietly moving cautiously around Gunnr as they had to run past her to even manage to catch up to everyone else.

In the end it was just Molotov girl, and Gunnr…

That girl would fight desperately to not be pushed forward by the wind. Shrieking in terror as the effort became futile, and before she could even have her life flash before her eyes her slender thin neck was already being squeezed. Even through the small scarf wrapped around her neck Gunnr easily had the strength to choke her. Her feet desperately trying to kick at the blonde Valkyrie in an effort to escape. The small bit of strength she had could barely budge even one of Gunnr’s fingers off her throat. Her eyes were locked with Gunnr’s by fear alone, but for some reason she did not confess so easily.

“It...it...was...Snakebite...he-” she began at first until she paused...her the distinct brown color in her eyes, would flash yellow and during this flash her expression completely changed. Her body became limp for a moment as if she blacked out mentally for a few seconds only to come back confused...scared still...but no longer talking about what she was before.

“W-what are you..t-..ta...lking...about?”Gridlock...is...a...movement…for...freedom...for...change....you...wouldn’t...understand...you’re just...killing us...you always have been...” she faintly got out. Wincing right after in pain as she constantly tried to fight the grip around her neck, wanting to escape..wanting...to be able to remember...what Gunnr was even asking her for.

This secondary briefing although tedious served its purpose. Everyone seemed acquainted, and took in the information enough for Tiano to be satisfied. He listened to their questions openly, and clearly wanting to give them a simple show of respect. He didn't want to have anyone left on the wrong foot if they were to be taking on something like this.

In response to Gwynevir: "Yeah we have some goodies in there for you. Got a good variety straight from the weaponsmiths back home. The kage got in touch with them, and sent over a whole shipment of supplies that came in a few hours ago. All the gear packed in these bags comes straight from there.

Bolts, Explosives, Flashlights, a Radio and a walkie talkies, some med kits, uh...oh there is even a water purifier in there if you need it. Probably should save it for the civilians trapped inside though they will need it more than you I am sure; heh. Not sure if there is anything else though..."

Tiano's attention would then be directed towards the Tsuchikage. He listened to what she had to say just as respectfully as he did with Gwynevir. When the wraith showed up he wouldn't pay it much mind, simply took notice and kept his opinion to himself. "Sure, we'll do what we can to save enough bodies for you if that is what you want. I can contact try to contact Captain Tskune and see if he snatch a few people up too. Although that may take a little while." he'd answer.

The last one to be replied to would be Zeki. Hearing what he had to offer put a smile on Tiano's face before he responded. "Right; that's good. If you can spare some time to heal anybody seriously hurt out in the city than that would be great. We have things covered here, and Captain Haruhi over in Outpost C is handling the medical stuff on her end. She's a godsend although perhaps afterwards you can help her later if she needs it?

For now I'd say any scouting and mob clearing you can accomplish would be perfect. In my opinion making sure less people get hurt in the first place is better than trying to have enough hands to heal all the wounded. The less Gridlock rioters stacked up and ready to fight the better.

Briggs is running the front lines and keeping the defenses up. Come to think of it he has been at the main square all day... Eh-anyway If you can find him he will be able to direct you better than me. That guy is a force I'll tell ya. Always glad he is on our side whenever I see him in action. If you get to meet him just tell him I sent ya. Though knowing him he is counting on you all showing up anyway."

Tiano wouldn't say anything else after answering Zeki. Not unless he was asked more questions from the four people in the room. Though based on everything he said so far he wasn't expecting anymore to come after all that. At least...he hopes to not receive anymore.

Gunnr held the girl in her hand as she listened to what she had to say. Just as she was about to spill everything, it seemed that some form of magic was a foot. Gunnr smirked as she listened to the girl chatter on about the injustices that they have suffered.

"So Snakebite is it? Petty tricks from a petty man. I won't be getting anything else for this one. No matter." Gunnr thought to herself as she is turned her attention back on the girl that was speaking. Gunnr could only listen to her struggle through her own idiotic words for so long, before she interrupted,

"Shut up. Who the hell cares? Gridlock is a movement for freedom? Is that a joke? You're nothing more than a group of thugs, causing havoc. You suffered, and if there's any truth to your words, then that means so have the civilians you have killed. You prey on the weak, and cry foul when the strong prey on you in turn? Shut up!"

Gunnr gripped tightened, but it was still not enough to end the girl's life. She didn't want to end it just yet.

"You want change? Fine, but if all you can do is blindly follow, then you are not fit to bring about anything. Those who blindly follow are too weak to think, and are hardly worth life."

Gunnr's eyes became chilled with killing intent. These sorts of people were the kind she hated the most. They were all weak, but had the balls to go after those even weaker than themselves. They used some twisted logic to justify something that was so simple, and vicious and corrupt. Gunnr stared at the woman her head tilted to the side,

"You're not doing this for some noble cause. You do this because it makes you feel strong, but there is always someone stronger, and I am that someone. If you learn nothing from this experience learn this. This world is eat or be eaten, and people like you, are not but chum before my ravenous appetite." Gunnr seemed as if she wanted to devour that girl then and there. She was like a small seal, already in the jaws of an Orca. She tossed the girl to the side, the trash she was, as Amara turned herself back from her Spear form back into a Unicorn. Gunnr didn't look at the Molotov girl she instead said,

"Tell Snakebite, or whoever the hell you follow, that Gunnr Onta is here, and she's coming to feast. So season yourselves well!" Gunnr then left the girl there to cower soil herself or run away, she did not care which, she was hardly worth her time. Gunnr quickly made her way back into the Outpost, as Amara transformed into her human form, so they could check on the situation now that the pressing concerns had been handled. As she walked in, she already began to bark orders,

"You lot! I am Gunnr Onta, Chunin from the Yukigakure, I will be taking over operations here! Point me towards the more seriously injured. And bring the persons in charge, and the ones with the most extensive knowledge of the happenings. NOW!"

Gunnr was a no non-sense leader, especially in situations where things had already gone to shit. There was no telling when they could attack next, so it was best to move things along quickly, and pool the knowledge she had just gained with the knowledge of those who have already been fighting here.

As the others took their time Krystal's look slowly fell before she rubbed the bridge of her nose and glanced at the wraith who breifly nodded its head. In that moment Krystal willed her body to become less solid before she took the initiative and flew out through the wall before heading towards the Main Square.(density-incorpreal) As she flew on her shadows cloaked her form as she reached a height of 75 meters from the street glancing about as she went.

If she encountered no actual resistance she would touch down in the Square before taking out the picture and begin to search around the bodies. While she would take note of any people there, she wouldn't take them serious as her ghost-like form went from body to body looking over their faces.

The other two behind her made of little consequence. She was bounding away and over the blockade that rose up like an ominous tower in the distance behind them; Scaling it like vermin might and bounding off into the quarantine.

Cursed with a Greater Status she had a knowledge of her clone and her clone of her. When they were in sync it was a force of reckoning. On cue she cast Dustless bewilder on herself for an invisibility and stealth modifier and moved on foot 50 meters into the city in the direction of her clone. Signaling with a change in her mood from curious to cautious as a means of garnering the clones attention she bounded an additional 55 meters (Jump good) to meet up and the two of them could congregate.

In muted tone CJ relayed to OJ the situation as far as she could see. (Reading Lips 125) They conflicted on killing or pressing forward and trying to gain information. CJ stopped for a moment to stare blank--faced at the FAT ASS scroll sticking out of OJ's Cloak before just shaking her head and continuing on her point like they were a silent film. Milliseconds really of hand gestures and silent mouthing before CJ Preformed a standing jump with no start up (1/2 jump good; 23 meters) and performed her seals as she soared through the air. Landing atop the watchtower OJ shot through the air like she were fired from a cannon to land on the side of the lookout tower like silent death.

OJ stared the guard down and assessed whether he was going to die today or not. CJ just waited for the signal.
