Effect: A prerequisite technique that allows the user to perform Wind Release techniques.

Description: Wind release is 1 of the 5 basic elemental nature transformations. Most offensive Wind Release techniques are performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible, however, wind can also be generated as a large, concussive force to overwhelm a target. Wind-based techniques are mainly short to mid-ranged offensive techniques that combine brute force and keen precision to deal slashing damage. Wind Release also specifies in deflecting and even reflecting attacks. Wind Techniques come in 7 Wind Effects, which interfere with ranged attacks, or impose penalties on some skill checks. Wind Effects are described in the Combat section of the Player's Handbook under Weather in the Movement and Position section. Any Save Difficulty mentioned in a technique, whether Fortitude or Will is based off of 10 + 2 per Class Level + Impeccable Will.

Sabolian sat on the ground and then crossed his legs diagonally he would then slam his palms together, and the first step of meditating was complete. The missing ninja had decided to learn the wind release as it would help effectively in his Tsubasa training. He quickly began to breath in and out at a slow pace raising the speed and sound of his breathing ever 3 seconds till it got to a particular extent.

Sabo stood up a few minutes later when his meditation was done, he would then begin to focus his chakra all around the body as the wind blew strongly he would attempt to use his chakra to call it down, he held a particular seal with a one-handed seal: a cross with his left hand's index and middle finger. Sabolian chakra would bring the wind aggressiveness down to a point.

Sabolian then released the seal and wind was much calmer in this area, to him he now had the ability of wind, his chakra would still need more experience to gain mastery over this elemental release, but for him to learn his 3rd or the 5 basic elements, it was an achievement he could actually be proud of. The blonde haired missing ninja had another technique in mind to learn, but of very different sort.

Kenjitsu Tsubushimasu (Sonic Burst)

Skill: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows a Tsubasa to travel through the air at high speeds for a short period of time.
Special: handseal
Drawback: Cannot maneuver while using this jutsu, it only travels in a straight path. Can only be used in the air.
Description: Focusing physical stamina into their wings, a Tsubasa is capable of traveling a bit faster in the air. However, that was not enough for the members who created this jutsu. They wanted to make a jutsu that would let them move through the air in a very quick fashion. So they turned to the wind release. They found that they could focus air quickly behind their wings, using it in conjunction with physical ability to speed through the air for short periods of time. At C rank this will grant a 50% increase in speed for up to 3 seconds. At B rank it will grant a 100% increase in speed (double) for up to 6 seconds. At A rank it will grant a 200% increase in speed (triple) for up to 9 seconds.
Limit: Must be a Tsubasa, must have wings out. Wind Release. This technique can be used only 3 times in a thread.

Sabolian launched himself into the air at incredible pace, he was ready to practice a new technique. Sabolian traveled through the air faster then he would normally do, he would then picked up a dummy hanging off a tree, when he made contact with the dummy he was at great speed, therefore it would result into a crash landing, the missing ninja landed on the surface of the tree.

The missing ninja stepped on his own fought in anger after falling down to his feet "Not fast enough, I need much better control" Sabolian flew back into his initial position he breathed in and out and then launched himself forward at an incredible speed. The missing ninja had seemed to go much faster than his previous attempt.

Sabo hugged onto the training dummy and brought it back down.The genin looked as if he was saving a princess from falling down from her castle, and that thought that he would quickly imagined after his training, gave him the feeling of sanctification. The missing ninja dropped the training dummy on the floor and took his leave from the training grounds.

Sabolian decided to practice the technique in a more advanced level, he held a scroll that would give him the knowledge he needed on the advanced part of the technique, he read that at the new stage it would grant him 100 percent more to his speed, he could travel through the air in a second, imagining that put a long creepy smile across his face.

The blonde haired missing ninja flew up into the air after hanging a dummy from the tree "Hmm I think I should use this situation to practice my kicking, Sabo focused physical stamina into his wings and used wind style to amplify his movements, he could imagine someone going faster than him without using the same technique he was using.

Sabo dashed through the air and raised his leg up slightly in an attempt to kick right through the shin of the dummy "Sh..n s...yot" He muttered, messing up his pronunciations due to the speed he was moving at, the missing ninja tore right through the shin of the dummy removing its leg and battering through it "Awesome, that was so fast"

The blonde haired missing ninja, pulled his body back up after the meditation drill and he was ready to fly high into the sky once more, Sabolian's wings sprouted out from his shoulder bones, the bright yellow wings took him high into the sky and then he would be once again ready to perform the sonic burst technique, speed through the air.

Sabo dashed through the air raising his leg up slightly at the the new training dummy, his leg was raised to an extent where he would be able to kick the dummies neck. The dummy's head was removed from his neck and was sent flying 15 meters away, Sabo used his wings to help balance him from falling brutally to the ground "That was pretty fast" The former shinobi said.

Sabolian laid on his back completely exhausted after performing the technique twice now "Still need to work on it more, but I might as well do that tomorrow" The blonde haired ninja said looking up into the sky, seeing that the sun was soon to be clouded. Sabo took off from the training grounds and retired himself to sleep, ready to take back at it tomorrow.

The next day, he performed his morning routine and then left for the training ground, on his was he saw Otoko so two of them would decide to go their together. "Lets do race with our wings to see who gets there first" Otoko said and his younger brother would quickly nod before launching himself into the skies with his wings, the two were both flying high in the sky.

Sabo watched as his brother immediately cheated using sonic burst. In all honesty, Sabolian saw a negative action coming from his brother in this race, he just couldn't predict exactly what he would do. Sabolian went at a greater pace and eventually reached the training grounds a few minutes after his brother reached. Otoko had the expected smug look on his face.

Sabolian flew into the air once more, and stood 20 meters away from the training dummies, he would perform a quick set of handseals and then dash towards the training dummy. The missing genin applied chakra and power to his wings, he would then amplify the technique with his windstyle jutsu. Sabo took off from one place to another, he would then grab onto the dummy bringing it down to the floor.

"Very nicely done" Otoko said praising his brother, Sabo would just grin, knowing very well that he was getting better at the technique slowly. The missing ninja flew into the sky once more ready to perform the sonic burst maneuver once more. After the handseals were performed he would then apply chakra and strength into his wings and wind, would all around him.

In a blink of an eye, Sabo moved from one spot to another, kicking the dummy back into the ground. Sabolian sat down on the floor and decided to meditate, after crossing his legs diagonally, he placed his two palms together and then began to breath slowly keeping it at that pace, until the whole meditation drill was over. The missing genin got up a few minutes after.

Sabolian, would launch himself into the sky after getting up from meditation, the missing genin was ready to perform the sonic burst technique once more, he applied strength to his wings and you could feel the wind that surrounded the young buy, in a matter of seconds he covered the 40 meters distance to a training dummy he had hanged up.

The blonde haired missing shinobi would stand his ground on a new tree branch, he turned to the old one and performed the set of handseals once more, he applied strength to his legs and wings this time, and quick wind would be bestowed upon him, the technique on it's own without the wind is fast enough but the extra wind makes it even more fast.

Sabolian disappeared from one place to another, at least that was what anyone whom was looking would think, he covered the 40 meter distance in a split second, he flew back down to the ground and retracted his yellow bright wings. Sabo fell on to his butt and began to breathe heavily, he seemed very exhausted since he just performed the technique consecutively.

Sabolian got up from the ground a few minutes later and flew into the sky with his wings sprouting out of his shoulder bones. Sabolian performed a few handseals and then applied strength over his wings and blistering wind bestowed upon the lad once more. Sabo took off from one place to another, he pressed onto a tree branch forty meters forward from his initial position.

Sabo then performed handseals once more, he thought he would go back to his original position, he placed strength into his wings and used wind to bolster his speed, after the handseals were done he dashed towards the other tree.

Sabolian flew up into the air with great speed, he was once again ready to perform the sonic burst technique "This is the last part of it, just have to go 200 percent faster this time" Otoko said with a giggle, followed up with a sigh by the young man. Sabo weaved handseals and applied strength into his wings and would enhance it with wind release.

Sabo dashed from one place to another, with Otoko's good observation he would actually be able to see him move to the next tree, but if another saw this without the great observation Otoko has they would feel as if Sabolian teleported from one place to another. Sabo got down from the new tree, "I certainly went faster this time" He said confidently.

Otoko nodded his head "Lets go get ramen, you cant practice this technique on an empoty stomach right?" Otoko said just as confidently, he would grab his brother and subsequently take off with him to a nearby ramen shop, Sabo wasn't a fan, cause he could make better but he might as well just eat, since it would be tiring to make it himself.

Sabolian had his feel of ramen and left back to the training grounds with his brother. The two young men stood there once again ready to meditate together "Meditation really works doesn't it" Otoko said to Sabo "Yeah it does, whenever im training a technique, it really helps" Sabolian replied before sitting on the ground with his brother ready to begin.

The young man crossed his legs diagonally and placed his two palms together, Otoko would kneel onto the ground, bend his head down slightly and then also place his two palms together. The two young men closed their eyes and began to breath, focusing their chakra in their body on the cold and windy day, the two wore jackets and gloves, so it wouldn't bother them too much.

Sabolian began to circulate the chakra around his body perfectly and Otoko would do the same. The young man got up later and waited for Sabo to finish his meditating, a few minutes later he was done and ready to practice the technique once more "Oh, it's raining" Sabo said since he couldn't perform the technique in the rain he took off to his house.

When the rain was done pouring through the grounds it was 6pm, around Sabo still had energy to do some training, so without Otoko this time he took off to the training grounds for the second time today. When he ad reached he immediately sprouted wings out from his shoulder bones in quick succession, bright yellow wings of two meters came to life.

Sabolian took to the sky ready to perform the jutsu once more, he stayed 100 meters from a tree and his goal was to land on that tree, in at least 9 seconds. The young man smiled in excitement ready to use the technique. He immediately started to weave a short set of handseals after applying a good amount of strength and chakra to his wings, the young man took off in a second.

You could almost see the wind around the young man before he took off. Sabo landed on the tree in 6 seconds "Oh nice, I covered 100 meters in 6 seconds" Sabolian said with a long smile wrapped across his face. The young man flew back down to the ground and retracted his wings, he sat down on the ground and placed his back on a nearby tree, just taking a little break.

Sabolian took a bottle of water and drank it all up ready to start training once more. The young man stood up from the ground and yawned, he stepped 10 meters away from the tree and then performed a set of handseals. The blonde haired missing ninja would have his wings come out of his shoulder bones and take him 30 ft into the sky ready to train once again.

Sabo weaved a set of handseals once more, he would then apply strength into his wings and used his wind release to enhance his movements. The young man dissipated in a split second. Otoko looked over and saw that he was at the over tree 30 meters "Oh I couldn't read that one" His brother said with a little laugh. Sabo smiled and flew back down to the ground.

"I think i'm going at least 140 percent speed, this technique is really effective, probably use it to save some princess from falling to the ground hehehe" The young man said daydreaming the situation with a smile wrapped across. Sabo flew into the air once more ready to perform the technique once more, the young man breathed in and out.

Sabolian began to weave handseals before focusing strength into his body, the handseals he began to perform had nothing to do with applying strength into his body, but it helped to apply wind increasing the speed of his wings when he soared through the air in with roaring speed. After the handseals were down he appeared in another position in a blink of the eye.

This time he was only moving a 10 meter distance which was from his normal stagnant position to a tree branch a few meters away. Sabolian flew back down to the ground and could feel the wind pressure from the technique "Might as well try this once more" Sabolian said before flying 25 ft into the air to perform the sonic burst technique without hesitation.

The young missing ninja would perform a few set of handseals and then applied strength to his wings, using the wings to apply more speed to his wings moving his bodies at an incredible pace, he looked up and nothing was in front of him, he wanted to see how much distance he could move in with the 9 seconds he had this technique active.

The young man dashed through the sky at great speed, his great yellow wings stood out on this cold and windy day, while he was flying high he had nothing in his head he could barely think at this point, he was moving at such an incredible pace that he brain could not process the present, but only the past so he would just let himself fly free in a straight path.

The missing ninja had stopped after 9 seconds which was the limit to this level of technique, his wings had stopped moving at such an incredible pace, he felt almost dizzy he would fly back down to the ground and retract his wings, before resting for a little while. Sabo looked up and realized he had made quite the distance of 150 meters. He then decided to meditate.

Sabolian sat on the ground and then crossed his legs diagonally he would then slam his palms together, and the first step of meditating was complete. The missing ninja had decided to learn the wind release as it would help effectively in his Tsubasa training. He quickly began to breath in and out at a slow pace raising the speed and sound of his breathing ever 3 seconds till it got to a particular extent.

After the meditation was done, the young man would stand up from his ground and just scout his environment, feeling really good he extracted his wings from his shoulder bones after his glance was done. The young man flew high into the sky and then glanced around once more getting the feeling that he was being watched by someone he would then fly back down once more.

The missing ninja looked around the area and searched a few bushes, after he saw a few animals in the bushes "Oh well, that was a waste of time" The young man would extract his wings once more and take to the air ready to perform the sonic burst technique. Sabolian would apply a great amount of strength into his wings, he looked up ahead and saw a tree 60 meters away.

Sabo began to create a set of handseals and then dashed from one place to another in a matter of seconds. Sabolian would then find himself on a tree branch 60 meters forward. "Man, that was so quick I barely realized I was moving also felt like some teleportation technique" Sabolian muttered with little giggle a second after his sentence was complete.

Sabolian flew back down and was ready to take a break, he sat on the ground and laid his back on a tree nearby, he would open up his assault bag pack and take out his bento he made himself a good rich lunch today, Sabolian brought out a bottle of wine and a glass cup to eat with his bento food pack a few minutes later he was done with his luxurious.

Sabolian extract his wings and left to the sky, he was ready to perform once again with no hesitation. The young man stood stagnant in the air with his wings keeping him high into the sky, Sabo applied power into his wings, he wings got lighter and he felt like he could move faster than then speed of light. The young man quickly began to cast a set of handseals.

After the handseals were done, he would begin to fly in the air with great speed, Sabolian eventually stopped after 9 seconds dodging trees in his path trying to move in a straight path. After the technique was done he would fly back down to the ground ready to try this technique once more, before he would be completely done with Sonic burst.

Sabolian would extract his wings once more and fly into the air, the young man took to the sky and then applied strength into his wings before casting a set of handseals, after the handseals were done he took off from his position in-front of him was nothing, for 9 second he increased his speed drastically and dashed through the air, the 9 seconds were over and he flew back down to the ground covering 200 meters.
