After a brief second of hesitation, the bard dashed forward, aiming to capitalise on the opening given by the young kirigakure-nin. Gripping his tanto with both hands, Jinsuke swung with all his might, pushing his sword deep into the rhinoceros’s eye. This made a sickening squelch as the blade found purchase within the beast’s eye-socket. With a grunt and then a heave, Jinsuke pushed once more, aiming to go deeper. The rhino made an agonising sound of pain as this happened, but it eventually seized as the sword eventually pierced the brain; putting an end to the animal’s misery.

Finally with a dramatic boom, the rhino toppled over and collapse to the ground, painting the grass red with a small fountain of blood. Breathing heavily, Jinsuke knelt down over its body and pulled out his tanto with some effort.

“That was... quite the experience.” The traveller got up from the ground and dusted off his kimono jacket. “Ah, I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Jinsuke Sakuragawa. It’s a pleasure to work with you Yumini.”

Touka turned around after Jinsuke had called his name. 'Call me Touka' He said, as he didn't like being referred to as Yumini. The young boy yawned, walking forward 'I have many more Rhino's to handle' He muttered as he wouldn't dare say we, not everyone would want to continue going on dangerous missions, maybe he would hide behind the young boys back and then get paid, so many different options. Touka would classify this mission easy, for ninja's like him this way pretty much nothing.

The swordsmen continued to troll around the farm aimlessly, looking for more Rhino's.

Jinsuke stretched his arms and rolled his wrists. Fortunately for him, he was greatly athletically talented and did not feel much fatigue from the last bout. However, with great displeasure, the traveller noticed some droplets of rhino blood on his kimono jacket. With a rueful sigh the young man took it off and tied it around his waist, fully intending to keep hunting rhinos with Touka. The rhino menace had proven to be exceedingly dangerous, but he couldn’t just back down after a single one, it would leave a bad taste in his mouth. Sun rays illuminated the man’s well-built upper-body that was clad in a sleeveless vest, showing his muscled biceps and triceps.

Unfortunately Jinsuke’s pale skin would not last long in the heat, but there were more important matters to attend to. Like the appearance of another rhino up ahead for instance.

Touka stopped wondering around the forest for a moment. He bent down to the ground, focusing his point of hearing around there. He heard the trampling of plants and crops, it was a rhino up ahead. Touka unsheathed his blade and began running forward, if Jinsuke did plan to follow he hoped he knew why the genin was running. He released a wire and swung it around the rhino’s horn when he reached 5 meters off it. The Rhino of course would swing him around in circles around it’s own body, the child’s battle experience would give him the sense to use his momentum to his advantage against the Rhino.

One wire in his left hand and his sword in his right, as he was being swung around he used the sword in his other hand to slash forward for its horn, which would subsequently cut the wire removing his grip from the rhino and sending him a few meters away. The Rhino roared in anger as it’s horn was cut off, what was going to happen next?

Using Touka as a distraction, Jinsuke had snuck around the rhino in an attempt to flank the beast and found the perfect opening. However the man knew at once he’d have to strike a vital, for the rhino’s skin would be far too tough to puncture in a single blow. Jinsuke dashed forward, dropping low as he came within range, the man swung his tanto at the soft tendons behind the rhinoceros’s left back knee. Blood sprayed as his blade went through the flesh, and to follow up the bard rolled to his right and slashed again at the alternate leg.

Jinsuke got back to his feet and immediately retreated as the rhino turned around to face his direction. However with its now limited mobility, the bloody swordsman doubted if it would be able to use its charge attack again.

Touka watched as Jinsuke would stab the rhino with his blade, a short blade it was but it still did some decent damage. The young genin observed more as its blood splattered and Jinsuke stabbed one of its legs. ‘He seems somewhat use to fighting’ Touka thought to himself as he soon realized it was time to end this battle. He sheathed his blade and the grabbed onto its hilt as it was just at his left hip, with his right hand he pulled the sword out of sheathe with great speed in somewhat of a horizontal motion, cutting the air itself.

Some type of spherical slash would go straight for the rhino cutting its belly a piece. That was about it for the rhino, he yawned sheathing his sword and dropping onto the ground. He crossed his legs and sat on his butt, drinking water to fill.

The rhino collapsed to the ground. Eyes wide, Jinsuke had barely just caught what had happened. Some kind of wind had flown from the young shinobi’s blade and slashed deeply into the rhinoceros’s thick hide. It hardly made any sense, Touka was still several metres away. But it had happened nonetheless, and the beast had finally fallen.

“Wow, that was nice move. Never seen anything like that before on my travels.” Jinsuke put away his sword. He had the deep suspicion that he had glimpsed one of the secret techniques known as ninjutsu, but he did not wish to enquired further. Rumours were that ninjas never left anyone alive who had seen their techniques. Jinsuke gulped and tried to lighten the mood. “We make quite the team, Touka, even if it’s just for this job.” The young man shielded his face from the harsh sun, as he let his breathing calm down.

Touka drank up most of the water that was in his bottle, maybe he would go back to the tavern later to get some more. Though he still wasn't satisfied yet, his mission was not complete. He turned to Jinsuke and shrugged it was a well-known sword technique nothing too special, for Jinsuke not to have seen it merely meant he was yet to go on real travels. His emotionless face showed nothing like always, but in his mind, he sculptured a smug face.

'A good team huh? Maybe' He said to himself, as they was no need for him to answer someone he'll probably never see again. The swordsmen sheathed his blade once standing up to his feet, he continued trotting around as he inspected more Rhino's would be here.

Jinsuke reaches into his pocket for a bundle of silk white fabric that was his headwrap. He had been so focused on the mission that he’d forgotten to put it back on. Sadly, the sun had already turned his pale skin reddish pink. The tattooed man quickly tied it around his scalp in an attempt to prevent any further darkening of his sun-burnt face. Things could get really bad if he stayed out in direct sunlight without it.

“Alright, I’d consider that a job well done... but I don’t suppose you remember exactly how many rhino’s were reported in the area?” Jinsuke asked as a statement. He’d then focus his gaze on his environment, trying to see if there were any other beasts in the distance.

'2 more' he reluctantly replied, it would be greater if he could catch those 2 at once, but his luck wasn't that great. He yawned as it was taking some unnecessary time to find this rhino. Well, it didn't matter in the least, for he knew it would be somewhere around here. His guard was up, even though the Rhink's had no form of stealth, your enemy could even be the closest to you at the moment, he thought looking at Jinsuke with the corner of his eyes, he was also properly surveying the area for the rhino of course.

“Great.” Jinsuke sounded somewhat enthusiastic. “Let’s fan out then, I’m sure we’ll spot them soon.” And with that, Jinsuke began walking Northwest, eyes peeled and blood pumping. These rhino’s were dangerous, but Jinsuke felt it was worth the pay to get rid of them. The money he would make from today would give him a peaceful sense of mind.

Touka doubted that Jinsuke would be okay after fighting a bunch of rhino's, what if he met a horde of them; that could be the end of him, this was definitely a bad idea. As he went northwest, the genin would tag along just behind, whether Jinsuke knew or not. Eventually, they would come across a rhino. 'Finally' Touka muttered, unsheathing his blade and taking his stance just 10 meters to his right. Before he could act so lax he would need to gain more information on this Jinsuke person and how well he could fight.

Touka did nothing but release his stance, as the Rhino would see Jinsuke first obviously. It charged the young man with evil intent.

The white-haired young man was not surprised to see the rhino barge his way. After his previous bouts, the wanderer had a good idea of a rhinoceros’s habits and capabilities in battle. This led to a small confidence boost that led to Jinsuke running straight at the rhino. A foolishly hasty manoeuvre to any onlookers at first glance, but Jinsuke took a hop, step and jump that caused him to sail over the rhino’s horned head before it could gorge him. Using his momentum as leverage, the bard landed on top of the rhino’s back, his tanto unsheathed and pointed downward. With a thud, Jinsuke rolled off the back of the rhinoceros, having managed to stick his blade deep into its back. The hulking beast stumbled and then collapsed into the ground. Jinsuke got back up and pulled out his tanto from the beast’s thick hide, ending its life.

The young man’s clothes were covered in quite a bit of blood, but rather than feel annoyed, the young musician felt exhilarated. He was high on a adrenaline at this point, and already had his eyes on the lookout for more rhinos.

Touka stroked his chin gently and nodded his head while Jinsuke was fighting. 'Good job' He said quietly, Jinsuke probably wouldn't hear him if he didn't have good ears. 'One more Rhino then I'm done with this mission' He thought to himself, eager to reach the tavern and get a refill on their water. Usually, he would do things more sluggishly, but instead, he began running. He just wanted to find the rhino and efficiently get rid of it in due time.

As a Hozuki the sun would have quite the effect of him, but he had reformed his transitional membrane to be one of any normal human. Though, Jinsukle on the other hand, seemed to be getting quite red 'Maybe he'll die from heatstroke' Touka suggested.

Jinsuke followed after Touka once he noticed the boy was on the move. The tattoed wanderer was feeling mighty confident, but he knew to try and not overstep his boundaries in anyway that could be considered negative. Touka was shinobi, and a he had indeed showed it. Even so, Jinsuke wasn't just going to sit back and let the Kirigakure ninja have all the fun. Grinning for a moment, Jinsuke began to speak.

"Just one more huh. It's been a while since I've had such a workout, maybe I'll handle this one myself again." And as if on cue, Jinsuke spotted a silhouette one hundred metres Northeast. The young swordsman had seen enough rhinos that day to have an accurate guess at what it was and so began sprinting in that direction without alerting Touka.

Touka would feel the breeze whiz past him. He looked forward and spotted Jinsuke running straight ahead 'Maybe he saw a rhino' The young child began to walk behind him, with no real intention of keeping up with his movements. Soon he would arrive 10 meters off the rhino. Staring it down with his cold mint eyes, he reluctantly unsheathed his blade. His emotionless face showed nothing, but disinterest; he walked towards it. Dragging his sword across the ground in the most sluggish manner.

As he reached five meters off it, the Rhino would charge sick of waiting for his slow movement. Touka thought of slicing in one go, though he wouldn't wanna show too much to his ally over there. He merely pivoted with a roll to his right allowing it to run past him. The Rhino had lost Touka and then turned his eyes over to Jinsuke, the one whom he originally saw of course. 'Watch out'

Jinsuke grinned almost wickedly as he saw the rhino charge his way. The man had subconsciously blocked out all outside distractions and focused wholly on the rhino looking to gorge him with its large horn. Jinsuke’s muscles tensed as he leapt to action, literally leaping up to avoid the bullrush of the rampaging rhinoceros. The adrenaline-fueled bard swung his shortsword down in an attempt to replicate his previous manoeuvre.

The blade cut, but not deep enough this time and the odd angle in which it went through caused the wielder’s hand hot pain as the weight of his body descended unto it. Jinsuke let go of his sword as he rolled to the ground, mentally muttering a curse at the failed manoeuvre and getting to his feet to deal with the enraged rhinoceros that was turning around to face its attacker.
