Rael chuckled at the distraught Minoru but eased up on his teasing. "You still didn't answer my question about what you know about my eyes." THe old stumpy man that was talking to Ryosuke hobbled on over towards the tiefling and tried the same shtick. Rael ignored him, not wanting to entertain the old man. But with hearing the words free, and drink, Rael turned towards the voice and slinked his way over to the white haired man. He wrapped an arm around him and began to talk to him. "You're ever so kind for doing such thing." Rael grinned before letting the man go.

"Don't discount the notion until you've done it, Noi. It can be a reiveting experience." A chuckle escaped Rael's grinning lips as he took the drink that was offered and began to drink a few gulps. Rael laughed out loud at the sight of Kyodai being arrested. He was sure he could get out of those cuffs himself, so he stayed at the tavern. With one great chug, he finished the beverage and got up towards the nearest injured civilian. He menacingly stalked over with his illuminating eyes and glowing green palms. The citizen went wide eyed in terror and ran away from Rael screaming about another demon attacking. Rael just cackled at the interaction.

"Start bringing the injured over here instead of trying to heal them all over the place. It actually is more taxing doing it that way. A triage set up is better for the patients. And figuring out the level of injury each has means we can combine both mundane and chakra healing ensuring the best use of our resources." told the younger man.

"Anyway, I might not have any kind of education for this stuff, but I can at least follow simple instructions. Is there anything I can do to help?" informed the female. "If you can swap out his bandages, and if possible apply pressure to the wounds as well" told the man. "You still didn't answer my question about what you know about my eyes" told the young man.

The male turned towards him. "I know they are similar to mine. The only exception is that they drain something. Something that isn't chakra" stated Minoru. He was about to approach an injured teenager when a man hobbled towards him.

The young man quickly found out that he was involved at the black market. "Maybe you can talk with the people over there? I am busy right now" replied the Chuunin. He went towards the teenager with his animal companion in tow. "He's broken his wrist plus two fingers" informed the male while looking at him.

"He does not have any significant head trauma. Apart from a wound on the top" continued the black-haired guy. "Understood. Let's carry him to the medics" told Satoshi. The duo started to carry the poor civilian towards the healers.

Description: An eye jutsu for the Hyūga clan. When activating the user's eyes dilate in the same white colour as veins bulge out of the corner of the eyes. The user can activate this technique as a “C” Rank technique taking up hand seals. The user is able to see through and thus ignore lighter forms of concealment, such as smoke or mist. The user may concentrate for an amount of hand seals equal to a “C” Rank technique while their byakugan is active to gain the see chakra and see through chakra effects for as long as the user concentrates and their byakugan remains active. Deactivating this ability takes up no movements. When the user learns this technique the first two times, they train it as a regular “C” Rank jutsu. When the user learns this technique the second two times, they train it as a “C” Rank jutsu +10 training points. When the user learns this technique the last time, they train it as a “C” Rank jutsu +20 training points.

Description: When concentrating to see through chakra, the character can also spend time equal to hand seals to gain the ability to see through objects with X-ray like vision up to 10 meters from the user. This does not impede the user's line of sight and the distance a user can normally see, however they simply will not be able to use the X-ray ability beyond 10 meters. When the user first learns this technique, the user trains it as a regular “C” Rank jutsu. Each additional training allows the user to use the X-Ray ability for an additional 10 meters. For every 50 meters, the user trains an additional + 10 training points added to their previous training. The user also suffers a penalty to observation checks every 15 meters instead of every 3 meters. If user loses an eye (has 1 eye) telescopic eye is reduced by 50%. Future learning also reduces distance by 50%.

Description: Range of this technique is 30 meters + 15 meters per class level. Effect is a sheet of water up to 30 meters long per class level or a ring of water with a radius of up to 7 meters radius per class level. Either form is 15 meters high. This technique requires a huge source of water nearby. User creates an opaque, upright wall of water that blocks vision. Creatures trying to pass through the wall take 12 armour points bludgeoning damage + 5 armour points per class level. Additionally, they are pushed back 2 meters. The wall deals double damage to creatures with the fire subtype. If the user evokes the wall so that it appears where creatures are, each takes damage as if trying to pass through the wall. If any 2 meter length of wall takes 60 armour points or more of chakra fire damage in a round, that length evaporates.

[Father 'Suke]

'Suke continued aiding those around, the positioning of triage for the patients was a good idea and while there were those who would begin working on that, 'Suke himself would be aiding the more desperately injured, the thought of them moving and exasperating their wounds were essentially the deciding point of who to aid first and who not to. Takehiko nodded to the man's request though of fetching water, immediately going and working on that while his daughter aided him in the work of bandages. This was quite the sight to have his kids helping out a damaged scene as this as 'Suke's fatherly pride got in the way to not pay attention or notice the shambling man trying to sell him on something again.

Description: Relevant Abilities: Perception Skill. Die Rolls: 1 Die Roll. Check Requirement: Described. This skill allows the character to properly tend to the sick and injured. While some basic medical knowledge is inherent in this skill (to the extent such can be said to exist), the character’s role is to provide an optimal environment to facilitate the patient’s own recuperative abilities, by monitoring the patient and tending to his needs as required. The most basic need for any patient is food and drink. The nursing character ensures that the injured party is drinking sufficient fluids and provided with food that he can keep down (and in fact does so). Additional responsibilities include changing bandages, keeping watch for infections and excessive bleeding and applying cold compresses to relieve fever. First Aid providers can also perform critical care (a.k.a. battlefield medicine). If they can tend to a wound within an hour of it being inflicted (and make a successful Average difficulty skill check), their palliation restores 1 Armour Point of damage from that wound.   Description: Picture By storing a vast amounts of chakra over an extended period of time into a specific point on their body — usually the forehead — the user creates this seal, which manifests in the form of a rhombus-like marking. Once the seal is formed, the user's already impressive chakra control allows them to perform techniques without any wasted energy. When released, the seal will either spread across the user's face (Yin Seal: Release) or wrap around their entire body (Strength of a Hundred Technique). The stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying their medical techniques by 1 Rank. A user may use a portion of the seal's chakra to maintain their youthful appearance.   Description: With their unique body type, and constant use of chakra, the Masamune clan has adapted to the constraints of continuous chakra consumption. Known as a “Chakra Well” the Masamune clan is granted a reserve of chakra to be used for their techniques. This is an innate reserve of chakra dedicated to clan abilities, used to compensate for the continuous demand of chakra from said abilities. All clan members are granted the extra chakra based on their specialist type. This is a reflection on their body’s demands for spiritual energy; which gives them a set amount. The user is granted a single “S-ranked” amount of chakra PLUS an additional “B-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu non-specialists, a “A-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu specialists or a “S-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu master. Noi, upon receiving instruction, set about the task given. It was frightening in a way how quickly the initial round of patchups had become worthlessly sullied by blood loss, but whatver Ryosuke was doing to keep the patients alive seemed like it was working. Still, the looked pale, possibly in shock.

The student couldnt blame them for that. They didn't know themselves why they felt so calm in the middle of what used to be a storm of chaos.

Irtitated with the giant insect's disabled noisemaking,they performed another round of Illusory Bolts, this time shaped as large spikes which impaled themselves into the creature's head cavity. It stopped moving.

Jinsuke's blood froze as an arm came over his shoulder. "You're ever so kind for doing such thing." A voice spoke. The bard shifted his head to look at a face that resembled more of a devil than a human being.

I didn't hear this footsteps, when did he sneak up on me?

Jinsuke's facial expression betrayed his thoughts for a split-second before he composed himself and smiled.

"Oh it's a trivial thing, the least I could to repay the charity you chakra-users have shown by saving our lives." He responded.

While the crimson-eyed musician was sincerely grateful, he couldn't help but feel dark sensation of being in imminent danger. Beside him was a man that had incapacitated several ravenous trolls, that had just minutes prior threatened the lives of everyone in the restaurant, without laying actually laying a finger on them.

Finally the arm over his shoulder was released and the chakra-user wandered elsewhere and begun interacting with others. Jinsuke steadied his breathing before taking a seat. He then grabbed the lute that hung on a strap on his back and begun tuning the string instrument to pass the time.

Rael frowned at Minoru's answer. IT wasn't very helpful at all. But it gave him something to contemplate over the next few oddities. He ignored the injured civilians as he was in his own head space. He sat down chin in hand with a contemplative frown. "Oh, please preserve the carcass on that, if anyone would. I believe that would fetch a fair price." He noticed how tense that lone bard was and decided to make a remark about it.

"No need to be so tense. I don't bite..much." His rested head turned his gaze to meet the man and chuckled slightly. But the same old man who had the one leg went up to him once again. With a scowl, Rael pitched him away with his tail and began to stalk towards him. "How about you leave me alone and go get eaten by those gnomes." Rael grabbed the older man's collar and lifted him up to meet his gaze. "If I see you bother me again, I will ensure that every time you open your eyes, you remember my eyes and see fear. I will dismember every part of your body and reattach them backwards. Got it old man" Rael shoved him down and stalked away back to his table.

"I think he got it" concluded the animal in a dry voice. "I second that" replied Minoru. They both turned around and crashed into something. Or rather someone. "OUFF!" exclaimed the young man as he stumbled backwards.

"Sorry miss!" apologized Satoshi. That 'someone' turned out to be a very short woman. She put her fruits and vegetables rapidly into the bucket. The young man decided to help her. "Uhm - is that yours?" inquired the Chuunin.

"I have no need for it. Take it" told the female. "Thanks" replied the male. She jogged away a few minutes later. The duo walked over to another victim.

This victim was a woman. 'WHAT THE - oh. I forgot it was a woman' thought the black-haired guy when he scanned her. "Be careful. She's at least three months pregnant" warned the young man.

Both of them half-dragged her towards Ryosuke. "Hey Ryosuke-san. This woman needs a bit extra help. She's at least three months pregnant. Got quite a shock when I checked her with my byakugan" informed Minoru with a smile.

Description: Range of this technique is 30 meters + 15 meters per class level. Effect is a sheet of water up to 30 meters long per class level or a ring of water with a radius of up to 7 meters radius per class level. Either form is 15 meters high. This technique requires a huge source of water nearby. User creates an opaque, upright wall of water that blocks vision. Creatures trying to pass through the wall take 12 armour points bludgeoning damage + 5 armour points per class level. Additionally, they are pushed back 2 meters. The wall deals double damage to creatures with the fire subtype. If the user evokes the wall so that it appears where creatures are, each takes damage as if trying to pass through the wall. If any 2 meter length of wall takes 60 armour points or more of chakra fire damage in a round, that length evaporates.

An unfamiliar sound tore Jinsuke away from his thoughts as he angled his head to see the source of it. A swirling, hypnotic, bright blue portal had just opened in the air above his table. The young bard’s danger senses were alerted and he abruptly jumped out of his seat as a thick book fell out of the portal and landed with a thud on the yellow tabletop.

“This day keeps getting weirder and weirder.” The handsome musician spoke aloud, before reaching for the tome. Jinsuke curiously began skimming through it, learning about the theory and applications of chakra through its contents and assimilating the information at a rapid pace. As he did so his own chakra begun to flow into the book subconsciously, granting him an even deeper understanding of the book and developing his innate chakra capabilities.

Rael looked around and saw that majority of the civilians were now patched up due to the others intervention. The devilkin sighed closing his eyes wishing for the chaos to stop but he knew it wasn't over just yet. He heard a pecking noise outside the window. Rael opened his eyes and looked over seeing a crow with it's shiny in it's beak. It fluttered down next to him and have it's shiny to him. Rael raised an eyebrow and reached for the gem as the crow flew away.

"It's going to be weird for a while longer so still brace yourself." He got up and sat in front of the bard, fingers woven together with his chin resting on top of them both. He lazily gazed to the other man and began to speak, " So why are you ever so quiet. Especially with everything happening around us."

The times never ended, and though his kids were doing a great job and 'Suke couldn't be ever prouder there was an individual outside. The priest made himself out there, and helped the man out, a hand going over as he checked for wounds and once 'Suke recognized it was nothing major he calmed the man with ease pain. Once finished he made his way away, only to look among his things noticing a rather odd weight, he gained something, though something was gone he had gained keys to something... odd. Strange wasn't it, his mind thinking as he made his way into the building once more, relaxing for a moment as the madness was slightly lessoned for the time being.

"What is that?" asked Satoshi. It pointed at something that laid under some rubble. It looked like a violet stone with white vains. The young man jumped when he saw something move inside the gem. 'I think that is an ice grenade of some sort' observed the young man.

He picked up the crystal as careful as possible. "Do you need any help Satoshi-kun?" asked the Chuunin. He laid the gem in a separate pocket on his field pack. The male could not risk anything breaking the fragile crystal. Furthermore, ice damage was no fun.

This technique requires a huge source of water nearby. User creates an opaque, upright wall of water that blocks vision. Creatures trying to pass through the wall take 12 armour points bludgeoning damage + 5 armour points per class level. Additionally, they are pushed back 2 meters. The wall deals double damage to creatures with the fire subtype. If the user evokes the wall so that it appears where creatures are, each takes damage as if trying to pass through the wall. If any 2 meter length of wall takes 60 armour points or more of chakra fire damage in a round, that length evaporates.

Yukari wanders around the festival enjoying the sites, until he hears several loud sounds. Tracking toward the general direction of the sounds Yukari activates his ryuugan. Seeing large amounts of chakra in the air, Yukari has the feeling something bad is happening. Unsure as to weather he should approach or not he decides to ask around.

After searching for a few minutes with the help of Kyn, Yukari is able to find another shinobi with an animal companion, and noticed he too has some kind of Doujustu. "What is going on, what happened." Yukari's eyes glow with a swirling electric purple the color of heat lightning and on his shoulder is perched an oddly colored Rook, or maybe its a magpie.

Description: The first stage of the Kazeraikou Doujutsu forces a temporary change of the user's eyes. The iris and pupil of the eye become one and change to a color decided at the first awakening depending on their mood. The color is like a cloud and swirls around the user's eye when looking around. Small lines of white will flash across the eyes like lightning bolts and continually do so as long as the eye is active. With the First stage of the Ryuugan Doujutsu unleashed, it allows the user to see the elements of Lightning, Air, and Water within normal viewing parameters. One's natural sight is also enhanced giving the capability of 2x zoom capabilities. The user sees the elements as three new, vibrant, and opaque colors that mesh perfectly with their normal vision, giving the user the ability to see the three elements without hindering their normal vision in the slightest. Of course normal vision can hinder this special sight, as the user cannot see through walls or other things as normal.

"Well of course you can do all of those things!" Rael said in mock fascination. "But i guess you didn't hear my introduction. Rael of the Nara Clan at your service. Its a pleasure."

RAel activated his Tasukeru once more, and a strange aura filtered through his vision. It was small, but it pulsated a different color than the civilians and even the other bloodline users. It shined a yellowish green hue and it appeared the person was approaching Minoru. A waitress placed a slice of pie in thanks for helping them. Rael gave a sultry wink towards her and grabbed the fork that was given with it. A stray chihuahua came and took the piece of pie before he could eat it and bolted outside. Rael chased the dog out, but the beast was gone. And so was his pie.

But there was a blue white gem that was within the pie pieces. He raised a brow and bent over to pick it up. He was startled when he heard a familiar crash and roar...of a troll. "You got to be fucking kidding me" Rael frowned at the sight of more trolls and looked over at the Hyuuga. "Told you so. Ready for round two?" Rael sighed and faced towards the trolls. "Oh welcome to the chaos little boy." Rael tensed up and glared at the coming beasts and waited for them to get closer before making his move.

" So why are you ever so quiet. Especially with everything happening around us."

Jinsuke thought carefully about the question but before he could open his open his mouth to speak a bag pelted him in the face. After a few seconds of being dazed and once he'd realised what hit with he grit his teeth and rapidly swivelled his head side-to-side in search of a culprit. After a few seconds and finding no possible suspect, Jinsuke sighed and sank back into his chair defeated.

"What am I so quiet? What am I to do instead? Scream? Panic? Sing a song?" The man retorted in a low tone. "This day is an absolute disaster. Though in all honesty I should be happy to be alive." After a short pause the bard started again.

"My name is Jinsuke by the way, how about you friend?" The snow-haired man looked the man in front of him in the eye.

'Suke maintained a relative peace with the location, his eyes gazing from one side to the next until he had come across what easily appeared to be that of the foes. Trolls, they had come back and they were here fore more vengance it seemed. 'Suke though was not going to have it, his eyes locking onto them as he looked over to see someone new having approached the makeshift base they had set up. 'Suke however made his way outside, "Kids, stay inside." He spoke out, letting his two children know to stay in the building so they could be safe. There was more than just the trolls however, there were also two ghouls which those were easy enough to deal with. The priest let his hands come up like in a prayer as the activation of Inexorabilty took place. After which he added an Aura of Positive Energy, increasing healing effects around him and as such also allowed for his attack to take place when he rushed in, "Someone take care of the ghouls, I have the trolls!" His arm glowing before finally a silvery blade of chakra formed and he began to combat the trolls. A madman in a sense but his blade was precise and quick in its effort to rid the world of these foul beasts.

When released, the seal will either spread across the user's face (Yin Seal: Release) or wrap around their entire body (Strength of a Hundred Technique). The stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying their medical techniques by 1 Rank. A user may use a portion of the seal's chakra to maintain their youthful appearance. For every 5 posts a user makes the user may channel Chakra equal to Healing Hands (Moderate). User may store enough Chakra equal to 120 Healing Hands (Moderate) (600 Posts). If the user does not sacrifice Chakra within 5 posts they will lose Chakra equal to 10 Healing Hands (Moderate) until the Seal reaches 0 and the Seal disappears. Once the user reaches the 120 Healing Hands (Moderate) threshold the user no longer needs to sacrifice Chakra and the seal will hold the power for 1 full OOC year before dispersing 10 Healing Hands (Moderate) per 5 posts. (Yin Seal: Release) The user can also release any amount of chakra with this technique by dispersing the seal and pumping the stored chakra back into the user's body. The user of this technique can also transfer the chakra from their seal into another individual, with the Strength of a Hundred pattern spreading around the body of the recipient.

Outside techniques, substances or buffs, such as “Solider Pills”, cannot be used to further increase this amount. This set amount, and will not stack with preceding days.
  Description: With their unique body type, and constant use of chakra, the Masamune clan has adapted to the constraints of continuous chakra consumption. Known as a “Chakra Well” the Masamune clan is granted a reserve of chakra to be used for their techniques. This is an innate reserve of chakra dedicated to clan abilities, used to compensate for the continuous demand of chakra from said abilities. All clan members are granted the extra chakra based on their specialist type. This is a reflection on their body’s demands for spiritual energy; which gives them a set amount. The user is granted a single “S-ranked” amount of chakra PLUS an additional “B-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu non-specialists, a “A-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu specialists or a “S-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu master. For example, a ninjutsu non-specialist is granted a single "B-ranked" plus a "S-ranked" amount of chakra.   Description: The creature can detect opponents within 10-meters by sense of smell. If the opponent is upwind, the range increases to 20-meters; if downwind, it drops to 5-meters. Strong scents, such as smoke or rotting garbage, can be detected at x2 the ranges noted above. Overpowering scents, such as skunk musk, can be detected at x3 normal range. When a creature detects a scent, the exact location of the source is not revealed—only its presence somewhere within range. The creature can take a movement to note the direction of the scent. When the user becomes "B" Class they are able to restore 1d8 instead of 1d4 against any sort of ability damage. It also allows for a new save versus a poison, or disease that does not count against the subject on a failed save. When the user becomes "A" Class the medic's trauma care restores all ability damage to a single type of Ability Damage, and removes the exhausted, nauseated, and stunned conditions.

The male noticed a child approach him. Said child sported a familiar doujutsu. "What is going on? What happened?" asked the child. He was about to reply when some raspy screams.

His byakugan quickly found the source. A pair of ghouls were attacking a caravan."Told you so. Ready for round two? Oh welcome to the chaos little boy." told the younger man.

Minoru suddenly caught the sight of two trolls. Who should he take care of first? The taller guy created chakra blades after doing a medical jutsu. "Someone take care of the ghouls, I have the trolls!" shouted the taller guy. "I'll get rid of the ghouls Ryosuke-san!" replied the young man.

First, he activated his chakra sight. The smaller male sported a strong raiton energy in his eyes. That was a positive since it required chakra control. 'I think I'll do this jutsu' decided the Chuunin. He ran towards the two ghouls while his chakra spread across his body.

The male leaped into the air when he was ten meters away from the ghouls. He spun around in the air with high speed moments later. The daikaiten sent the ghouls flying forwards and crashed into the ground. "Thank you so much! Please take these money" told the merchant.

"Er - thanks" replied the black-haired guy. He gave the merchant a bow to show his gratitude. The young man opened the bag to see how much money he got. 'I probably got 10 000 ryo in here. Sweet!' thought Minoru with a grin.

He walked back to the boy. 'I have seen that doujutsu before. Who do I know with that doujutsu?' recalled the male. After some thinking, he remembered who it was. The person who sported a similar doujutsu was Gosei Kazeraikou.

"I don't think I've seen you before. Do you mind telling me your name?" inquired the Chuunin. He bent down a bit so he was more eye to eye with the child. His animal companion looked at the boy. He had never seen someone using that doujutsu before.

Effect: An jutsu when activating allows the user the ability to constantly see chakra.

Drawback: May learn at a maximum of 5 times.
Description: An eye jutsu for the Hyūga clan. When activating the user's eyes dilate in the same white colour as veins bulge out of the corner of the eyes. The user can activate this technique as a “C” Rank technique taking up hand seals. The user is able to see through and thus ignore lighter forms of concealment, such as smoke or mist. The user may concentrate for an amount of hand seals equal to a “C” Rank technique while their byakugan is active to gain the see chakra and see through chakra effects for as long as the user concentrates and their byakugan remains active. Deactivating this ability takes up no movements. When the user learns this technique the first two times, they train it as a regular “C” Rank jutsu. When the user learns this technique the second two times, they train it as a “C” Rank jutsu +10 training points. When the user learns this technique the last time, they train it as a “C” Rank jutsu +20 training points.
Limit: Must be in the Hyūga clan.

Effect: The user is able to see much further than normal and access an X-Ray ability.

Drawback: Must have the byakugan active. May learn up to ∞ times.
Description: When concentrating to see through chakra, the character can also spend time equal to hand seals to gain the ability to see through objects with X-ray like vision up to 10 meters from the user. This does not impede the user's line of sight and the distance a user can normally see, however they simply will not be able to use the X-ray ability beyond 10 meters. When the user first learns this technique, the user trains it as a regular “C” Rank jutsu. Each additional training allows the user to use the X-Ray ability for an additional 10 meters. For every 50 meters, the user trains an additional + 10 training points added to their previous training. The user also suffers a penalty to observation checks every 15 meters instead of every 3 meters. If user loses an eye (has 1 eye) telescopic eye is reduced by 50%. Future learning also reduces distance by 50%.
Limit: Must be in the Hyūga clan. Must know byakugan.

Description: This technique allows the user to see the chakra nature of a technique from a target before it is released. Activating this technique is constant however what the user sees is dependent on the knowledge of this technique. This technique must be learned for each perception and release the user wishes to see. A “C” Ranked release or perception requires learning this technique as a “C” Rank. A “B” Ranked release or perception requires learning this technique as a “B” Rank.
Limit: Must be in the Hyūga clan. Must know byakugan 4 times.


Hakkeshou: Daikaiten (Hands of the eight divination: Great whirl).

Effect: An advanced version of hakkeshou: kaiten, the user releases a greater amount of chakra from their tenketsu while spinning like a top, creating a defensive chakra dome of a greater size.

Description: The user begins to spin like a top, excreting chakra from their tenketsu at a much higher level than the hakkeshou: kaiten. This creates a dome of spinning chakra that will repel or stop taijutsu, projectiles, and ninjutsu of “B” rank or less. The radius of the giant dome is ten meters, and is capable of blowing opponents backward up to fifteen meters.
Limit: Must learn from a jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know hakkeshou: kaiten and jyuuken advanced stance. Main house only.
