Finally, user receives a +10 morale bonus with all skill checks made to see through disguises and false identities, as well as to all Investigate and Sense Motive skill checks made to create a profile. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: User gains a synergy bonus with their Stealth checks to bypass video security equal to 1/5th of their ranks in Computers (rounded down). User also gains a synergy bonus to Stealth checks to bypass fixed security sensors equal to 1/5th of their ranks in Jump Good (rounded down). If the user has 25 or more ranks with Sense Motive, user gains a +10 synergy bonus to Stealth checks to avoid detection by other agents they are aware of. Concealed Weapon (30TP) Rank: "C" Always 30 Training Points Skill: Supplementary Effect: User is never without a weapon, even if the user has been patted down by the best. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: Whenever user is searched, user gain a +50 Competence bonus to their Sleight of Hand checks to conceal one small item or weapon (E.G. a knife, or a pocket book). This technique cannot defeat full body mechanical sensors (such as X-ray machines). Limit: Must learn from Universal Miscellaneous. Must know Sleight of Hand (20 Points). Equilibrium Basics (10TP) Rank: "C" Skill: Supplementary Effect: User is always poised and graceful. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: When taking the Total Defense Movement in Combat, the user gains a Dodge bonus to Defense equal to 1 per 2 Covert Techniques the user possess. Further, Land Terrain movement difficulty is treated as 1 level lower of difficulty. (e.g. Mostly Difficult Terrain becomes Extensive Difficult Terrain). Finally, any time the user falls, the distance fallen is considered 10 meters shorter (e.g. when they fall 30 meters, user only suffer damage from falling 10 meters). Limit: Must learn from Universal Miscellaneous. Ghost Basics (10TP) Rank: "C" Skill: Supplementary Effect: User uses every available advantage when hiding. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: When making a Stealth check to evade a security sensor, user gains a synergy bonus from their Jump Good skill. Also, when making a Stealth check to evade a living opponent, user gains a synergy bonus from their Sense Motive skill. Finally, when making a Stealth check while moving up to their full movements, user suffers no penalty. Limit: Must learn from Universal Miscellaneous. Must know Stealth (15 Points). Jump Up (10TP) Rank: "D" Skill: Supplementary Effect: User is able to quickly jump back up after a fall. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: User can stand up from a prone position as a non-movement rather than a move-movement. Limit: Must learn from Universal Miscellaneous. Tracking Basics (20TP) Rank: "C" Always 20 Training Points Skill: Supplementary Effect: No quarry's secrets are safe from the user's acute senses. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: User gains a +1 per die roll when learning Tracking. Further, user gains a synergy bonus with Tracking checks from their Investigate skill. Finally, when the user succeeds with a Tracking check, the user also determines whether the target has lost any vitality or Armour Points, as well as any conditions they possessed when they made the trail. Urban Training (10TP) Rank: "C" Skill: Supplementary Effect: User is highly trained in MOUT (Military Operations in Urban Terrain) tactics. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: User receives a +10 competence bonus to Tracking and Observation checks made in urban areas.
