After pulling her robe back into position, the metal undershirt conveniently cut in such a way that it was completely invisible beneath the folds of cloth, she affixed the communications device to her ear and started scanning channels, seeking the right frequency.

An idea stuck her then. She had SIGNIFICANT funding now. Why not use some more and prepare for battle a little better?

1 Knife Boot

Effect: A normal pair of boots with a small knife hidden in the sole

Drawback: Can be prone to accidental activation.
Description: It takes the form of a simple black military style boot but the soul of the boot has a small and possibly lethal secret. Within it is a small knife about three inches long. The boot itself has no outstanding features. It appears to be an ordinary steel toe capped boot from the outside, but on the inside there is a small pressure plate that is hidden, normal running or stepping will not trigger the pressure plate but if the user presses there foot down on the ground and twists it a quarter of an inch to the left or right the pressure plate is hit releasing a catch like mechanism causing the knife to slide from the sole of the boot. Then it is secured by a small latch, once the knife has been released there is only one way to get it back in. That is for the user to activate the pressure pad once more and then push it in gently. When the knife is released it can be used for simple purposes such as stabbing cutting rope or even digging into rock faces. Though the knife itself will only stand up to as much punishment as a normal knife.

Description: It is slightly smaller then that of the normal Gas Mask and capable of being folded in allowing the user to easily storage the mini Gas Mask. It is an apparatus that fits on the lower part of one's face, covering the mouth and nose completely. There is a strap that keeps it fixed to one's face as well. The mask fits like a cup around the mouth/nose area, and has two wide cylindrical filters on either side of the mouth. this is where air is drawn in when the user breaths. The filters weed out airborne toxins and smoke etc. so that the user can breathe freely in any environment. A user is capable of using this within water as well if needed.
