It's been a while since Kaisen has trained. His curiousity got him into some serious trouble but thanks to his unique bloodlimit, he was able to escape. He felt ashamed that he ran away from the battle but the scream seemed to call him towards it as if he was the only one who was able to help that person. He laughed at the thought because he believed it was foolishness for he was weak. He knew he would become strong one day but right now, he was too unreliable.
Kaisen started to pack up his things so he would get ready to travel to the Sand Country. Before he would leave, however, Kaisen did not want to go as weak as he was right now. He decided that he would leave in seven days and during the time before his departure, he would train. Kaisen rested for an hour and went off to his training area to continue his training. He ran his way there and after an hour, Kaisen reached his destination.
Kaisen took a deep breath and began molding chakra into his right hand along with the lightning release. After a moment of concentration, Kaisen began to feel the static building up into it. The technique's charge was too weak so Kaisen had to apply more chakra into it. By now, the static had build up enough for him to see it crawling around his hand. Even though it felt strong enough, Kaisen added even more chakra until the static increased to the point where it started to make his hand tingle.
He decided to stop adding chakra for now so he walked to the water as he maintained the jutsu. When he got there, Kaisen dipped his hand into the flowing river. The moment his hand was fully submerged underwater, he saw the static flowing around the area about five feet wide. He smiled and tried the jutsu again except this time, he would add just a little more chakra. He felt that it would not be enough to paralyze the limb of a ninja for the same amount of time the jutsu is meant to do.
Kaisen once again started to focus chakra into his right hand until he could feel the static. Right now, the static charge was weak so he applied alot more chakra. He did this process slowly so it wouldn't disrupt the jutsu but it seemed to gain a stronger charge at a fast rate, alot faster than he thought it would. He began to wonder if he finally got the hang of it and stopped for the charge was stronger than before. Kaisen then turned to the water and submerged his hand once again.
This time, the jutsu released a large amount of static and the area of water his hand was in, started a faint glow. However, the glow did not last long, but Kaisen knew that the jutsu was strong enough to apply its full effects on whichever adversary he decided to touch while it was activated. Now, he didn't have to wait for the fish to arrive, just seeing this would be enough to tell him that the jutsu worked properly. However, he needed a test subject to make sure so he went back into the forest that he found the snow lion.
Once there, Kaisen took his time as he crept inside the silent forest. He walked as carefully as he could so he wouldn't alert any 'unwanted' company. The forest was becoming more dense until he finally came to an open area. He waited there for a while since that was were he was attacked by the lion. Five minutes passed and Kaisen slowly turned impatient, until he thought that it would be faster if he had screamed.
Kaisen inhaled a large amount of air and screamed as loud as he could. The scream seemed to have an echoing effect for he heared the shout at least two times. After a while, Kaisen sensed a presense in the vicinity, so he drew his katana out of it's sheath of defense. A few moments later, three wolves jumped out at Kaisen in an attempt to outnumber him, lowering his chances to retaliate. Kaisen quickly jumped back and looked at the ravenous wolves as they landed directly in the spot he was in.
Surprised by the amount of wolves which lunged after him, Kaisen threw a kunai with an attached explosion note in between of the three wolves. Once it stabbed into the ground, Kaisen activated it, creating an explosion which lit the forest. The smoke cleared rather fast and Kaisen saw only one wolve left standing. He had lowered the amount of enemies to just one, allowing him to practice his jutsu. He performed the handseals quickly as the wolf ran towards him and began to focus chakra into his right hand.
At that moment, the wolf jumped high into the air attempting to land on Kaisen but he dived forward to get in range to reach the wolf's right leg. Unfortunately, when Kaisen grabbed the wolf's leg it 'grabbed' his. They both fell down, the wolf's leg had become paralyzed and Kaisen's leg had bite wounds. Luckily for him, the bite wasn't too deep but it was still bleeding. The wolf was knocked out but Kaisen was not safe. Many vicious animals will now be attracted to his area from the explosion.
Kaisen stood up and tried his best to endure the pain as he ran to the hospital as fast as he could. Thirty minutes have passed until Kaisen reached to the village hospital. He went to talk to the nurse at the desk and she quickly laid him in a stretcher. Now, all Kaisen had to do was rest for the night in the hospital. He was glad that he performed the jutsu but was disappointed at the fact that a wolf caused him to be hospitalized.
