Hiromasa experienced many long moments of emphatic offensive physical output, unrelenting in his assaults upon Kegon. He had engineered the mans current pain, and would only see to create more, seeking to end the fight and name himself the victor.
The crowd, sensing that the end was approaching, surged to their feet, the clamor starting instantly, executing a crescendo as the deluge of sound grew into a cacophony of screaming voices. Hiromasa reviled in the reckless havoc, feeding off of the roaring crowd. They wanted a show? A finale for the ages?
What he would show them... they would think twice before instigating another Tournament
As Kegon took a few stumbling steps to recover from Hiromasa’s most recent barrage, which was soon revisited as the genin struck forth once more, attacking with the same bruising power as a rushing bull. A twisting hook punch was slammed into Kegon’s chest, but the Jounin managed to roll into the blow, avoiding intense damage. This in turn allowed him to quickly pepper Hiromasa with several weak swipes, giving Kegon a brief respite to regain his center.
The jounin managed this feat just in the nick of time, as Hiromasa mounted another attacking sequence, sending his right knee upward into Kegon’s stomach whilst throwing a weaker, yet quicker snaking punch into Kegon’s face. The dual attack, delivered in the space of a single attack, caused quite the dilemma for Kegon, ending in both attacks reeking havoc upon his battered frame, rocking his foundation and shaking his brain around in his head violently.
Kegon’s solid taijutsu capabilities allowed for him to take the blows without yielding the fight, quickly shuffling away from Hiromasa the moment he’d felt the monsters the genin called limbs strike his form. The young genin would not allow his opponent the liberty of rest, immediately blurring to the space mere inches in front of his opponent. Once in place, he leaped high into the air, tucking his body with his forearms pressed tightly to the tops of thighs, delivering both fists and knees into the face and chest of Kegon.
He stumbled back from the contact, feeling bruised and beaten, but the man was not a jounin for nothing. Sure, age had effected his physical capabilities somewhat, but his many years amongst the living had granted him a great deal of experience, especially in dealing with pain.
He was able to keep his stance though his footing was lost to him for a second, and thus could defend his vitals from Hiromasa’s intense pressuring. The man couldn’t gain any time to discern a strategy; he could simply read and react, though it seemed that the longer the fight went on it was his opponent, Hiromasa, who seemed to grow swifter with each exchange.
Hiromasa sent a flurry of elbows and knees into his opponents torso, but most of the attacks were evaded either fully or partially, amounting to little more than a waist of stamina. Kegon was able to finally counter attack after that exchange, drawing forth power from within the depths of his soul.
He struck with two spinning side kicks, pushing Hiromasa back onto the advantage, though he still sported a healthy advantage. Whereas Kegon had sustained several debilitating blows, Hiromasa had avoided the majority of Kegon’s more powerful attacks.
