Big Bad Vine and Little Flower! (Mission.)

Taiki felt that he was being made fun of, but it is what got him the courage to enter the cave. "Okay, I'll go in, but if I see any critters, I'll kill 'em." he explained. The turth is, he won't be killing them, he'll be freaking out and hiding. After pulling out a Kunai, he followed slowly behind Oniha. The kunai was weilded in a way that it would allow an easy and quick stabbing motion. What a psycho...

Then the paranoia came back to him... "I've seen many movies where people die in these caves..." he said very softly as he continued to walk and trusted Oniha's vines.

Oniah almost his his head at Taiki's statements though refrained from it mostly due to the fact that his vines where in the ground. Quickly he retraced them and walked in turing toward the entrance, Oniha realized that they needed a fire if they wanted to be able to see at night and possibly create some form of good food. Though Oniha did not have very many materials to make a proper fire. He could use his Vines to sustain the fire, though that was something he truely did not want to do. So maybe he could find some other plant to use as firewood. While facing away from Taiki he said

"I will be right back sit tight and relax, you can stay at the entrance of the cave you dont have to go in yet... I have to find some materials to make a fire quickly seeing as it will get dark soon and I dont think you want to be left in the dark in the cave"

"Cus Kami knows I dont" Oniha finished his statement in his head. Quickly he proceded to leave the cave very quickly in search of some flammable substance. As he search the near vicinity for any plantlife which this desert seemed to be completely baren of. Though as he searched something was seen out of the corner of his eye. When he turned back to look at it, it seemed as though it was a very small city, though it was near impossible to see, maybe it was Suna but he could not go check it out now as it would take to long and Taiki would surely come looking for him if he was gone to long, which would mean that they would get seperated. He rememberedd the place and continued his search for a fire. Finding a small bush like plant he noticed it could be useful for the fire. quickly he used his Katana to cut it and brought it back to the cave Walking into the cave Oniha looked at Taiki and smiled saying

"Well, I found some fire wood..."

With that Oniha walked further into the cave and cleared a small area and quickly placed the firewood down and quickly commenced making the fire. As soon as it was made Oniha walked to a wall and leaned against it.

"Well, seeing as it will be night soon, you can get some rest and we can set out early tomorrow morning and complete this mission"

As soon as Taiki fell asleep Oniha would go check what was in the far recesses of the cave.

Taiki was obviously a little antsy about being in a cave. Now he'll have to alone for a bit. He thought about following Oniha, but decided not to. They would end up getting lost or something like that. Either way, he sat at the entrace of the cave. Any bug that crawled by got stepped on, purposely. "Stupid little critters..." he called out before ONiha arrived back ott he camp with fire wood.

Taiki instantly took in the warmth from the fire. With that, he soon fell asleep in a helpless fetal possition. Very odd, but it adds a sense of security.

[Oniha no Bokusouchi]

Oniha looked at the source of the light in the dark, dry cave. It flickered waving almost as if it were trying to seduce any who looked at it. Looking to his right he saw the entrance to the cave it was rather far away from their current position though that was for good reason. The main reason for that was so that enemies would not clearly see a fire inside cave. The second reason being with the constant stream of air which circulated Wind Country it would mean that sand could be blown into the cave, and who wants to get covered in sand. As he contemplated all of this his mind drifted back to the pulsating sensation he had felt earlier today, it had almost been calling for him. “So strange” Oniha murmured to himself in contemplation. Slowly his head turned to his left which displayed darkness. Silently he stood he needed to check what was down there, stopping close to the fire he took a thick branch who’s tip was lit and made his way slowly further into the recesses of the cave. The cave seemed to go on forever yet after a minute of walking he found a fork in the road. He did not know which way to go so he used his vines to sense what was up ahead. The tunnel through the right was empty and seemed to end up with a dead end. The tunnel to the left seemed to have the pulsating sensation once more. He walked down the tunnel and walked for about 10 minutes, it seemed to expand and eventually become a large shrine-like room. On the far end of the room was a pedestal with a large scroll on it which was rolled up and placed in the middle of it.

Oniha wondered what the scroll contained but before he even attempted to cross the room he needed to check the room for any traps. He released vines from his palms and made them check the floors quickly. Once he deemed the floors safe he took a step forward, though as he did it seemed there was a chakra trap and as soon as he stepped forward it seemed he tripped a chakra string and Senbon were shot at Oniha about 30 Senbon total each with a highly potent poison on them. Oniha barely dodged the needles, the only reason he was capable of dodging the needles was because he fell forward and performed a tuck forward. Oniha sighed in relief regaining himself looking around for anything else which was astray, though nothing else seemed to be astray. Moving forward more he walked to the pedestal and touched it lightly. He wondered if he should open it or if there was yet another trap in this scroll. Oniha decided to try his luck, he opened the scroll slightly seeing some words at the opening tab they stated what the scroll contained as well as how to use the scroll. Oniha was shocked; it was unexpected, though it was a welcomed event. Quickly he continued to unroll the scroll and found that their where 2 names on the scroll, neither of which he knew. He contemplated if he wanted to join in on the scrolls secrets. After staring at the scroll for a good 5 minutes he decided he would sign the Summoning Contract. Quickly he bit his thumb and drew blood, quickly he wrote his name in the signing slot and then painted his hand in blood and placed his handprint on the scroll. With a smile he let the blood dry and as he was about to close it a cloud of smoke erupted from the scroll, instinctively he jumped back his katana in hand held backhand. Though as the smoke cleared 2 swords where placed on the scroll, they were a vibrant purple color and had blue blades, they where simply beautiful. Oniha also saw a much smaller scroll next to it which was obviously a description of the sword and techniques which could be used with the sword. Grabbing the swords quickly he pocketed the scroll and held the swords, quickly he shut the scroll and walked back to where Taiki was he could not leave him there for very long so he quickly made his way back and after being gone for 30 minutes he returned sat in the seat he was before and relaxed looking at the swords he had placed on his lap. He wondered what special abilities a weapon from Scorpion summonings would have. He was also excited about the summons which he could acquire from this particular family, they seemed powerful yet he still had to practice in order to summon the actual creatures.

Not long after Oniha returned from signing the contract, Taiki woke up. Instantly, he grabbed a nearby Kunai of his and instantly stabbed it through a small bug. "BUGS! IT NEARLY KILLED ME!" he shouted obnoxiously. Instantly, he put the Kunai back into his pouch and grabbed his weapon, the Pudao staff. "How long was I sleeping?" he asked. "Hopefully not long because there is no telling how many bugs got on me!" Apparently, he is disturbed very much.

Taiki has these fear problems because of his father's death. After he died when Taiki was around three years old, he went into a very deep unstable depression. The only ointments for these depression remedies had awkward side effects involving delusions of creatures, critters, and other creepy-crawlies. These effects had long lasting causes. That added to his already worry-wort personality makes a bad combination. He hopes that the path of a Shinobi will help him out in the long run. So far it has. Oniha has made him more brave than before.

Oniha sighed only a few minutes after he had arrived from the room far in the cave had Taiki woken up, there where still a few hours till the sun rose but Oniha decieded that it did not matter and that they could set out after Taiki had readied himself. As Taiki stirred Oniha was nearly scared to death as Taiki violently stabbed an insignificant bug simply because it neared Taiki. To some extent Oniha pittied the bug for having scared Taiki though he quickly shrugged the thought away. Taiki's statement made Oniha sweatdrop, the reason Taiki had stabbed the bug was because he thought it would kill him. With a sigh Oniha stood and calmly walked to the caves entrance as he heard Taiki speak.

"You where out for a while though you woke up before I thought you would, either way get ready we should be leaving soon I think I saw the Village yesterday when I was searching for Firewood though I cant be positive... so yeah..."

Oniha gripped his new weapons in each hand and turned his head slightly and began to walk out of the cave for a second looking around he noted nothing was amiss. With a nod he walked into the cave once more and sat down cross-legged and placed the Doku Sasori-Yaiba on the ground in front of him and took the scroll he had just acquired on the ground in front of him and unrolled it reading it quickly. He learned that the blades constantly could secret a poison who's purpose was to constrict the users movement and give the user a significant advantage. Oniha continued reading until Taiki was ready to leave.

Taiki finally managed to put himself together. After cleaning his kunai that was soaked in bug guts, he placed them back into his dusty pouch that is seldom used. Then, he grabbed up his Pudao staff and slowly walked out of the cave. They are probably more near to the Hidden Village than they know. Besides, it's hidden in sand... Taiki then remembered that the vine ability of Oniha will come in very handy. He could use them to sense the movements and large population that most hidden villages had and prehaps tell what direction it's in. Then, sooner or later they can walk and get into the village without their knowing. Anyway, since Oniha thinks he saw the Village, that makes everything a whole lot eaiser.

"I guess I will let you lead the way since you think you saw the Village. but, if we don't find it, you can use your vines to sense the stereotypical hidden village population and traffic." he offered. After saying that, he stopped in his tracks and waited for Oniha to take the lead. Right now, Taiki seems like a completely different person. He is more brave and self-confident. It might be the fact that they are almost to the point of completeing their mission. Pay-day puts a little twinkle into everyone's eye. Extra secondary-weapon space won't exactly be a bad thing either. The pride is another prize, everyone can live with that. Finally, when they complete it, they'll be one step closer to the Chuunin exams.

{Sorry I have not been on in a few days, had multiple things I had to do and could not get on the computer...}

Oniha rolled up the scroll as he noticed that Taiki had completed packing up, Oniha placed the scroll in his robe and stood holding the swords together and wrapping them together with vines and strapping them to his back using the vines from his palms. He descovered a few techniques which could be used which seemed interesting and who knew maybe he could create additional techniques which could prove effective and deadly. Poison was a powerful thing especially if Oniha could combine his clans poison with the poison used by the blades that way the techniques would become deadly no matter what rank they where.

Nodding his head he proceded to leave the cave and began jolting through the vast desert in an attempt to find the location of the Hidden Sand Village. Quickly he traveled to his previous location where he had found the firewood and looked around though it seemed he could not find the village he thought he saw. Though he remembered the general direction the village was in. Traveling forward he made his way toward the supposed direction with Taiki trailing behind, he trecked forward hoping the village was in the direction he was headed.

Though the wind blowing around managed to swirl up a decent sized storm, one could make out the slight outline of what appeared to be carved walls, if they looked carefully. It may have been a trick of the eye, but truly the only way to find out would be to approach it.

Onihawas pleased he had found the Hidden Village of Sand, now all that was left was to go into the city and find the Kazekage's office and ask for an audience. With a sigh Oniha walked up to the gate and calmly looked at entrance. There seemed to be a gigantic wall that surrounded the village, and the entrance seemed to be a small hall-like passage through the wall. Walking through it he noticed multiple shinobi on the walls they watched him diligently. Quietly he continued to walk forward he noticed at the end of the hall was light as well as 2 figures. Oniha trecked forward till he reached the 2 people they looked at him and Oniha simply stated.

"I am a shinobi from Grass and I have a message for the Kazekage"

The guards moved to the sides and directed him toward the Kazekage's office. With that Oniha ran through the village to the building near the center of the village which was the Kazekage's office.

Oniha had accomplished his mission and now he was to go back to Kusa, after having left the Kazekage tower Oniha had made a few stops in an attempt to find out the location of a couple of people, he also attempted to learn what other Dojo's existed in the elemental countries, for the fighting style of the Senbon Taitoku. He was given very little information, he was only told of one location, which included the dojo located in the Hidden Village of Cloud apparently the masters name was Makan Akio. This truly helped a lot, maybe he could ask his the Kusakage if he could leave the village for a period of time in order to learn the fighting style and possibly other techniques.

Either way at the moment he was leaving Suna on his quest to return to Kusa he intended to stop by Kusa in order to give his mission report, talk to the Kusakage about his training and then depart Kusa for a small training trip, or if things would go easier than he could name it a training mission. Quickly he ran through the desert returning from the direction he had come, he would continue running until he had reached rain country, when he reached rain country he would take a small break in order to accomplish a few things. For starters he would need to have a rest and eat some food as well. Maybe he could even spend some time to learn a technique or two Rain Country.

With a smirk Oniha hastened his pace to Rain Country in hopes to speed home and continue his trek to the Cloud Village. He wished to learn the skills of the Senbon Taitoku and maybe pick up some Raiton techniques, he really wanted to be able to commence learning into the Raiton technique due to their power and the fact it would allow him to dominate almost any opponent with his wide arsenal of jutsu's and styles. Not only that but he still had much to learn about his bloodlimit.

Traveling through Suna was long and slightly troublesome. While the sun was beautiful and allowed his plants to thrive, though the lack of sufficient water began to parch him. Though thanks to his agility he quickly made his way out of the desert, and due to his agility he quickly made his way out of the desert and thanks to this the landscape changed from sand to grass and then the climate changed along with it from harsh dry sun to a perpetual rain which drenched Oniha to the bone. He decided to take a small break and continue his trek to Kusa. After some wandering Oniha found a cave through it was relatively dry there were puddles of water scattered on the floor, finding a relatively dry areahe scattered his belongings on the ground. He placed his Doku-Sasori Yaiba on the ground along with his Kusakirate. He also took out a few scrolls which he had on his person in case he ever wanted to train. Looking at the scrolls which he decided that he would do some training seeing as he had so much water around it would make sense to train in a Suiton technique.

Quickly he unrolled the scroll and placed it on the dry cave floor. Looking at it he realized that the technique involved placing chakra into a pool of water and using it to lift it in the air and let it fall in order to allow techniques to be performed easier and quicker. After looking at the scroll for some time Oniha decided it was time to attempt the technique. Slowly and precisely he formed the handseals and expelled chakra and moved it to the pool of water, he then attempted to make the water lift into the air thought nothing happened and as such Oniha wasted chakra. With a scoff Oniha formulate another plan in order to learn how to perform the technique correctly. First he made the handseals and placed his hands on the surface of the puddle. With that done he proceeded to expel chakra into the water and then tried to drag it upward. A small bubble of water began to lift itself out of the surface but collapsed on the ground as it did not have the correct form. This make Oniha sigh in annoyance. He knew that he could not let the failure get to him. So with added vigor he performed the handseals and molded his chakra. He motioned his hands toward the pool of water and epelled it into the water. He then proceeded to thrust the water forward but would it work?
