[IC] Maximum Security Prison

Welcome to Konoha’s Maximum Security Prison and Penitentiary, housing the village’s worst offenders known to grace these beautiful lands. Located within the ‘ANBU Paw’ of the village, somewhat near the tower and the ANBU HQ, this prison is actually hidden from normal view. An underground facility, it is designed to be a large block of lead within the earth, making any form of underground access virtually impossible. The small, one story building that is the lobby and top floor has no windows, a single door, and one large elevator. On this floor, many advanced guards lie as the last leg of escape prevention, and have the only keys that would make the elevator work. The same applies for the guards bellow; the above ground watchmen’s keys can only make the elevator come up, while the guards bellow can only make the elevator move down.

Once inside, you are greeted by a receptionist surrounded by several floors/levels of the same basic prison layout. She will have all prisiner records ever held within the village, and is the only person one may talk to in regards to visiting, interrogation, etc. The rest of the guards have been instructed to maintain silence, and obey only their captains. ANBU Wolf are especially welcome here and have access to any prisoner at any time. Everyone else will need the Godaime’s permission before proceeding.

When processed, all inmates will be stripped of their clothing and personal items. Their hands will be bound by zip ties, and they will be left naked within their cells. ANBU cover each occupied cell, and there is only a small, two inch breathing hole in the door to keep a steady air flow; it’ll feel slightly choking, and contact from the outside is cut off. Within the room, a single bolted table lies in the middle, and nothing more. Entering here is akin to entering one’s own grave.

Jin walked in through the elevator doors dragging his captive behind him. He was getting a bit tired. Shujoteki was big, heavy, and even though he did not put up much of a fight, he did not offer any help in the transportation of himself either. Shujoteki was merely a stiff body encased in a tangle of restraining grass.

The secretary was waiting at the front desk when Jin arrived. "I've brought in a new prisoner for you," the man said as he let Shujoteki drop to the ground with a thud. "His name seems to be Shujoteki Sakurai, a member of the Sakurai clan. The Bingo book has him labeled as a missing-nin worth 5000 ryo, but I bring him to you alive instead. I broke his arms and interrogated him a bit for this basic information, but that's not really my job. I'll leave the rest up to your capable wolf hands." After saying his piece, Jin had nothing left to do but await her reply.

Kagetora, Hokage of Leaf, had entered very....angry.

Opening the door and shutting it was only a taste of his anger. No one DARED betray leaf. He threw a kunai above and over the prisoner to Okami to catch as Kagetora motioned to the neck to hold it there.

"Why?" Kagetora asked. "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't get Jin here to paint this floor red with your blood."

The receptionist repeated the information that Jin said about the prisoner. "What do we know?" He said to Jin in a lighter tone, his eyes fully on the broken armed man as the boy just stood 5 feet away, wondering what punishment was in order. He continued to speak to the prisoner.

"When you, a leaf ninja goes missing, you're my responsibility to not cause havoc. You learned the ways of the ninja in Leaf, and now you just want to toss it away? That's some thank you..."

A head nod would signal Jin to have a tight grip on the ex-Leaf Nin

Shu would find himself in a dark room. The stench of blood had erected through the room and a faint smile escaped from Shu's lips. This had pissed them off badly. He would shuckle too if it weren't for the kunai placed on the his neck. He would feel that his bones were broken and weren't being re healed. It would be too dangerous to let him have the use of his arms. The kage would enter and his smile faded away

"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't get Jin here to paint this floor red with your blood."

Shu would smile. He was angry. "Why? Because if he does he would get my blood all over your fucking hirt and stain your stupid ass title." Shu would smile even more. He returned here only to create havoc and nothing else. His mission was complete either way. If they killed him he would be happy but if they didn't he would find a way out.

"When you, a leaf ninja goes missing, you're my responsibility to not cause havoc. You learned the ways of the ninja in Leaf, and now you just want to toss it away? That's some thank you..."

Shu would only smile.

The Hokage arrived soon after Jin, apparently informed of the new prisoner. He seemed pretty angry. As soon as he walked through the doors he began throwing kunai and yelling. Oh well, to each his own. Jin caught the kunai and held it firmly over Shujoteki's neck.

"What do we know?" the Hokage finally asked after he got finished yelling.

Jin gave a brief summary of the memories he had seen: "From what I gathered he seems to have gone missing out of madness. He wandered around and killed a few people while often cutting himself. As for friendly contacts in other villages, due to his personality it isn't really possible. I am wondering though why our gate is so unguarded. He just walked right through and nobody even noticed him." As for the rest of the trash-talk, Jin didn't really pay too much attention to it. He had done his job. Whatever happened to the missing nin after that wasn't really his concern.

Kagetora had to give the other a "Bitch please." Look.

"Wha? That's all you have to say? You're cocky you know." Kagetora muttered. "Since you have no wish of repentence...Jin..." Kagetora was about to give the order but held his tongue.

He had remembered what Mei said. To others? He was weak. They knew he had a kind heart. A soft heart. It was a heart he didn't want to taint. But...did reason help?

"I'll do it." Kagetora sighed and took a deep breath. The boy had released one of his blades.

"Bless your soul that the Heavens above will teach you some.....decency." The Flamboyant Predator said before thrusting his blade, driving it up through his heart and out his back, not enough to reach Jin though.

Jin knew fully well he was to make the killing blow if he had attempted to escape.

"I hate killing." Kagetora frowned almost, cringing at what he had done. "Everyone knows it...but I actually did it." He looked over to Jin. "Take whatever you want off his body....I will pay you for him being alive, and returning the headband of Leaf."

He nodded before letting Jin take his prize. The Hokage got down on one knee and bowed to Jin. "You have served Leaf and its people well. Come by anytime for a favor." And by Favor, Kagetora meant almost everything.

The blade would penetrate Shu and Shu was dead with a final smile on his face.

Kagetora finally understood that nothing could be done for the twisted and evil ninja that lay before him. He mustered up all the courage and determination it took to kill a defenseless man and drove a blade through his heart. Shujoteki died rather quickly. The body and mind of this missing nin had been combed and the pair pillaged anything of value left within. All that remained was the beaten and bloody corpse of the deranged kunai-licker.

With nothing else left to do here, Jin muttered a quiet "thanks" to Kagetora for his generosity, then swiftly left the prison.

[Enter with Kazuki&Body]

Entering the Prison via the enterance above which of course led to underneath the earth where he was going to go to in order to interrogate the person of whom he had come to the place with, he would, with Kazuki in tow, move the two towards the lift, wher it would then, going past layers and layers of age old earth and dirt, before finally coming to the floor that he needed.
Exiting the lift, the watchmen being ever present to move the elevator back up, he'd then walk through the corridors with him in hand whilst the body was slung over his back. Wolf ANBU would take care of them, whilst he could get to it with identifying the body.
It wasn't soon until with a little bit of walking, they reached a room which seemed to be like the rest of the building, almost indestructable. Entering, he would then lock the door, and sling the body on the table, whilst an ANBU stood on the other side of the table, there being two chairs.

"Take a seat."

He followed the Anbu into a place he had never been before he would zone out as he thought on how he would have to explain himself. He would zone out in till they found there way into a small room. The sound of the body would snap him clear of the trance like state he was in. "Take a seat" This started to frighten him some. The wounds of his body where started to hurt him now. the small twinges feeling like a million little needles still in his chest. he would wait till the Anbu to start.

"So, now that you seem to be more at home.." the ANBU would pause, a different one being in his place, his mask somewhat altered to fit to the division that he was apart of, the wolves, or, interrogation and torture. Although, he didn't think there would be need for the latter in this paticular case, it was somewhat softer than the others, despite there being a body, of course.

"..Can you begin with a few easy questions?
Your name and age, please.
You are a citizen of Konohagakure, correct?
Your headband seems to say so."

He sat back as he watched the Anbu. He hated not being able to see the face of the person that asked him questions, but there was nothing he could do about it. He heard the voice speak through the white mask. "So, now that you seem to be more at home.." He nodded 'Yeah right at home' he thought to himself. He tried to look at the Anbu, but the pain in his chest started to grow even more.
"..Can you begin with a few easy questions?
Your name and age, please.
You are a citizen of Konohagakure, correct?
Your headband seems to say so."

"My name is Kazuki Souka and I am 22 years of age, and yes I am a citizen of this village" He said with a strong tone of voice as he tried to hide the pain that ran through him.

Despite the fact that the genin seemed to try to hide the pain that was no doubt currently plaguing him, it was quite easy to spot due to the fluctuations around his facial expression from what the ANBU could see. "........." Tilting her head, he'd silently whisper into what appeared to be a communications device, hailing a nearby Frog medic to heal him up somewhat. A witness or a bearer of a crime was never of any use in an interrogation session whilst being unconcious from bloodloss.

"My name is Kazuki Souka and I am 22 years of age, and yes I am a citizen of this village"

"Good." He'd speak simply, before then going on to one of the more important questions he had planned on asking, noting down the words. "Why exactly were you spotted outside Konohagakure's gates with an outsider of the village?, bearing no headband to mark who he was, where he was from, and so on? You appeared to be somewhat hurt whilst at the gates. Did something happen to you?"

It wasn't long until soon came another ANBU, laden in the traditional porcelain-like armour and black clothing, bearing the mask of frog, who then, moving towards Kazuki, would begin to heal him, utilizing the Healing hands technique as chakra spread to his nimble fingers and palm.

Description: The user gathers chakra into their hands, creating a bright green glow around them. The user then forces the healing chakra into the body of the patient, healing physical damage. This technique requires three movements to heal a minor injury and six movements to heal a major injury, minus one for every rank in this technique above D the user possesses, to a minimum of one. Starting at B rank, the user is able to heal critical injuries with this technique. Healing a critical injury requires sixteen movements, minus one movement for every rank above B the user possesses. Remove one movement from this process for every difficulty rank above D the user possesses.
Limit: Must be a medic, must know Gantai no Jutsu.

He watched as the Anbu tilted his head, and looked to stopped for a second. "Good" with out a simple pause he would hit him with another question. "Why exactly were you spotted outside Konohagakure's gates with an outsider of the village?, bearing no headband to mark who he was, where he was from, and so on? You appeared to be somewhat hurt whilst at the gates. Did something happen to you?" He would think for a second as a second anbu now showed up. HE would help as he wounds would start to ease some of the pain. "I was spotted outside the gate with him because he planed to kill me. We started to fight and he got the upper hand on me. He than gave me a choice live or Die. I didn't want to die. So I knew If I showed him the gates and chose to live there would be a shot that some one could see him and get his attention. I also knew if they could distract him long enough when I opened the chakra gates he wouldn't pay me any mind. and I could try to kill him from behind before he could stop me. and Yes While in the fight he had been hit a a massive wall of water sinbons. but while at the gates I was able to recover enough to fight back since it worked like I needed it to to live." He would try to keep himself clam as he wated for the Anbu to think about what he had just said.

"So it's true that to save your own skin you placed the village of Konohagakure in danger of being raided by a foreign prescence?" he'd speak in a serious tone. He had suspected that something regarding the giving of location was about, so to hear it from his mouth himself simply clarified it. "Are you not proud to be a citizen of Konohagakure, boy?, even with the plan that you had created?" The ANBU would ask as the black circles which represented eyes upon the mask he was wearing would seem to stare into the soul of Kazuki. "Although you did have a plan to rid of him, upon no circumstances should you give the location of our village to a dangerous threat. Imagine the damage which could have been caused if your plan hadn't worked correctly! Think of the lives that could have been lost!"

"So it's true that to save your own skin you placed the village of Konohagakure in danger of being raided by a foreign prescence?" He thought to himself as the Anbu spoke to him in a deep tone. 'Yeah Its true I did' The Anbu would speak again "Are you not proud to be a citizen of Konohagakure, boy?, even with the plan that you had created?" That was it, its was true he didn't think his plan would fail. He looked at the Anbu. "Now you listen here, I understand what I did was wrong!" As he looked the Anbu in the eyes or as deep as he could with the mask covering the face. He would look over to the body. "I'm not a boy for one and for two" His eyes glanced from the body back to the Anbu. "It worked didn't it Each mission each thing we do is nothing more than a plan we hope to work. With our skills behind them.!" He reached up to his head band as he tighten it. "I am a proud member of his village,if I would of not believe in this village so much I would of died than and there! I believe so much that The ninja of this village would be able to help me. he dropped his head some after

"Although you did have a plan to rid of him, upon no circumstances should you give the location of our village to a dangerous threat. Imagine the damage which could have been caused if your plan hadn't worked correctly! Think of the lives that could have been lost!" He looked up at him again as a small sigh exited his mouth."Yes I know yes it was a risk, but I didn't think about losing" He dropped his head again. He had nothing more to say there was nothing more he could say.

Some kind of deep laugh could be heard from behind the mask that the statued figure wore as Kazuki said not to call him 'boy'. "It worked didn't it Each mission each thing we do is nothing more than a plan we hope to work. With our skills behind them.!" "That's a pretty good anwser you have there. But I must repeat. Giving away the location of the village to a potentially dangerous threat isn't such a good idea in the first place, even with the terms which you were going on.
What you did was wrong to do, and, I want that to be enstilled within you.

We'll let you off with a warning this time as the foreign nin was taken care of.
But if we ever see you ending up here in this building again, it's to 'da cage for you."

He'd speak in a rough tone, before then whipping out the BINGO book, and rummaging through it a little bit before then turning back towards Kazuki. "D'aww. It appears as if this guy isn't listed." He'd speak. No listing, no reward. Picking up the body, he'd then pass it to another ANBU, who was soon off, planning to do who knows to it- Although, burying was probably the matter.
"..You're free to go.
But..
Don't make me come back for you.
What you experienced today wasn't even a fraction of the real thing.
Be warned."

He only nodded as he would stand and take his leave for the Anbu. As he would stand from his seat ad make his way for the door. 'Now I have to Hokage and speak with her' he thought as he rushed from the room.
