The sky is still clouded over, though the most of this storm has moved on. The problem is that when one gets hungry, they have to venture out to find something or die as a result in this weather. Nothing is as it once was before the storm, just white everywhere she looks. Except to her side and the Grey and black body there.
Feeling a bit frisky, Stryde would jump up and knock the kunoichi down in the snow. Her would bite lightly, not to cause harm but to antagonize into play. His mind, see what type of fun he can have with her.
Xixion is pinned easily at first, obviously not expecting the playful mind set of the leopard but when Stryde licks her face and bounce back, it is easy to see what it is that he is doing. The bow woman seems to remember specials and personal wild life observations where the cats played this way.
She would rise to her knees and wait on him to act this time. He would approach slowly and she would meet that approach, actually knocking him off balance. The pair would go back and forth this way for some time. One taking the other down and doing something to acknowledge the pin. It kind of makes Xixion wonder why she hasn't been born a cat, she takes to it so well.
Finally their romp comes to a close and the need for food does take over. "I really need to get some hunting in before night fall, you ate all I had."
The snow leopard would tilt his head, as if trying to comprehend what it is she says now. But in picking up the bow and the arrows she dropped in the romp, he seems to get the idea and charges off in the snow ahead of her.
The maiden archer would start to follow, but then lose him as the snow is a bit thick and she doesn't think about that as she ends up to her waist in it. "Stryde!"
He is gone several minutes, but she also is having trouble getting out of the snow as well. What he brings back is a young fawn that he managed to kill. Realizing her predicament and dropping the fawn near the cave, he makes his way as close as he can and starts digging. Once there is a ramp type pad of snow, he would nudge her and let her grab hold of him and he would pull her out.
Xixion would hug his neck a moment. "Thank you my Brother Stryde. It was deeper then I expected and sank before I could catch myself." She would pick up his kill. "Fifty fifty?"
The cat would lick his chops as his only response. Back in the cave at the fire, Xixion would cook it and divide it for the two hunters to eat...
