Sitting at one of dozens of desk within the amegakure library, Ouda busily read through a book on summoning. The chapter he was currently reading was one on a type of weapon seal that could be placed right onto someones body, a technique that would definitely be useful at least as a space saver. His storm cloud grey eyes scanned the page, eager to get to the actual instructions on how to place this seal. He reached close to the end of the chapter and began reading through the placement instructions, it seemed there was an actual technique to placing the seal on someone that he was going to have to learn first.
He began studying the techniques instructions, ready to learn this seal as quickly as possible. Not moving from his library desk he began slowly, at first just miming the long series of handseals needed for this technique, granted it's rank wasn't that great but from what he was reading it looked like this thing took alot of chakra to work right. When he finally felt he might have the handseals right Ouda thought it might be worth reading about what the seal should look like. He turned back to the book and began reading through the paragraphs that detailed what the seals were supposed to look like. The book said that the seal would take the appearance on whatever kanji was used to spell the weapon, Ouda was a bit discouraged when he heard this since his handwriting isn't that great.
He figured he should start small, Ouda took out a sheet of paper and a pen and placed them on the desk. He then began practicing writing out the kanji for kunai, that being the only weapon he had on him at the moment. He wrote the kanji about a dozen times or so, making sure he really had it cleanly spelled out and very clear in his mind. Once he was satisfied with his writing he figured he might as well give this technique a try. Ouda brought his hands together and began signing out the long series of handseals, each time he performed a seal he felt his chakra get more and more molded to the technique. Once the seals were over Ouda pressed his hand on the piece of paper and began pouring chakra out his palm, his mind focused on the required kanji for kunai.
For a second Ouda paused as the chakra gushed out his body and onto the piece of paper, guided into forming the character for kunai. Once the event was over and he pulled his hand up off the piece of paper he saw the seal he had just made. Faint grey lines could be seen on the papers face just barely making out the needed kanji, Ouda wondered if he just needed more chakra or something like that. He began the handseals all over again, this time though he made sure to build up plenty of chakra for this attempt. As soon as the seals were done he placed his hand down on the paper and directed all his chakra through his arm and out his palm, Ouda tried harder to get the image of the character clean and crisp in his mind. Moments passed and soon the technique was done, he removed his hand and unfortunately what was underneath it was rather underwhelming, the kanji being about as feint and obscured as the first one.

Bukifuin Ichitsuke (Weapon Seal Placement)
Rank: B
Skill: Fuinjutsu
Effect: Allows the user to place the Bukifuin (Weapon Seal) on someone.
Special: Tiger, Dragon, Rat, Boar, Snake, Ox, Bird, Tiger, Dog, Ram, Rat.
Drawback: Takes some time, must be precisely done, and consumes an A rank amount of chakra.
Description: The user completes a number of hand seals and slams their right palm onto an area of the body. Then the kanji symbol for weapon soon appears. The seal can be placed any where on the body, but is usually placed on the hands or arms. The seal becomes permanent, and can never be removed. Only two can be placed on the body. However having two does not double the amount of weapons that can be carried, it just allows one to summon twice as fast or two at a time.
Limit: Must be at least “C” Class.
