More water is able to be thrown into the air for less chakra and suspended into the air for less chakra. The use of the rat hand sign can cause the technique to repeat itself.

o "S" - User uses chakra to throw water either summoned through her Kuchiyose techniques or water randomly lying around into the air and is suspended there for a few turns, dependant on how much chakra User uses. More water is able to be thrown into the air for less chakra and suspended into the air for less chakra. The use of the rat hand sign can cause the technique to repeat itself for less chakra. Repeated technique flies higher into the air and falls down slower once the water is unsuspended. At this point, User no longer needs to have a water source for this technique. Water will fall from the air and follow the same rules as the aforementioned levels of the technique. At this stage, water will fall continously from the sky until User cancels the technique. Next to no chakra is needed to continue the rain.

As Toya landed on the water he realized that someone had appeared on the shore line. A closer look showed that it was his mother. “Mother your back” Toya said as he rushed to her. After saying their hellos again Toyas mother told him that she had a new technique for him to learn. It was a rather simple Technique apparently. It was a technique basically to make rain.

Toya was confused exactly what purpose this could have but Toya was sure his mother wouldn’t teach him anything that would not be of use to him. So he would trust her in what she was going to teach him. She decided that it would be easiest to show him what he would be doing first. So she formed the handseals showing each one to Toya. Toya watched and tried to commit the handseals to memory. Toya then watched as water from began to rise into the air.

The water raised high into the air and then slowly began to fall giving the effect of rain. Toya liked the idea of this technique. Seeing as Toya like the rain it only seemed natural that he would know a technique that would be able to do just that. “Now you try” Toyas mother said. And so Toya concentrated on the water around him and did the necessary handseals that his mother showed him.

He focused his chakra into the water that was around him and then watched as the chakra that he had placed into the water began to raise up and into the air. They were little tiny droplets of water that raised high above their heads. Once they got to a good height above their heads the droplets stopped moving and then began to fall back down towards the earth.

Toya could feel as the water droplets fell from the sky and lightly landed on him and his mother. The technique was rather cool and Toya couldn’t help but trying the technique one more time just to see the effects of it once more.

He performed the necessary handseals and then once more watched as many droplets of water raised high into the air. However instead of letting it fall right away this time Toya decided he would suspend it there for a little while before letting it fall. After waiting a few minutes for the last time he did this technique to stop he then released the suspension that he had on the water and watched as the water began to fall from the sky down to the ground below.

Th problem was that Toya wasnt produceing near enough rain compared to what his mother was making. So Toya decided he would need to use more chakra for the technique. His mother tol im he shouldnt need to much chakra for this technique but he obviously wasnt useing enough.

After performing the handseals he let his chakra flow out into the whater once more this time he was letting out more chakra then before about double the amount of chakra compared to before to be precise. He focused on one thing and one thing only now. Getting as much water into te air as possiable. A large amount of water began to rise intothe air.

Toya was straining himself trying to lift this much water. It really shouldnt be that hard but he was haveing a rather hard time with it. The water raised hgh into the air above their heads and then When Toya thought he had it high enough he began to let it fall.

A decent amount of the water stayed up in the air in order to give it an even fall rate over the area. Toya was proud allthough he was exausted from doing this. That took alot out of him just to do that.

Suiton: Mahou Mizu Misairu Renda no Jutsu (Water Release: Magic Water Missile Barrage Technique)

Description: User focuses her chakra into tiny bits of water, condensing them to form nearly-solid balls while still retaining their liquid properties. The balls levitate in the air, much like in the system invovled with her Ochiru Ame no Jutsu. The balls will then fly at the opponent, and depending on the amount of chakra used to throw them, the "Missiles" can easily dent thick metal armor or to knock down wooden doors on metal hinges. When a "missile" strikes an oponent, the chakra holding the water together will release into the atmosphere, causing the water to loose its ball-like shape and revert back into flowing water. Only 10 missiles can be created at a time, but when one is used, another can be instantly recreated for an additional cost in chakra.

Just as Toya had finished learning one technique his mother was already going to train him in a new technique. This one would be a different sort of attack. As she explained it a little like this. “Okay Toya listen up” She said as Toya sat down on the water. “This next technique will be good for keeping an opponent busy while you try and think of something to do.”

AS she said this she showed him the handseals and explained what the technique would be capable of doing. “You see by doing the handseals you will let your chakra into some water and then raise the water into the air. Then you will condense that water to as small as you can while retaining its mass making it heavy.” She showed him as the amount of water she had levitateing became small and about half the size of a golf ball. “Once you accomplish this you launch it towards a target.”

She suddenly turned around and launched the projectiles towards a tree. The tree started receiving one large dent in the tree after another up to a total of ten. But it didn’t stop there once one ball hit and returned to water she was easily createing another one and launching it at the same tree. She turned back to Toya after stoping the technique and asked if he had any questions. Toya said no and she told Toya it was his turn to try.

So Toya stood up. He faced a different tree then his mother faced but it was the tree right next to the one she attacked. Toya Focused hard as he performed the necessary handseals to do the technique. He did each handseal slowly and then watched as the water around him began to raise up into the air slowly. So the suspending the water in the air part wouldn’t be hard. Toya already had 10 small clumps of water in the air around him

The hard part now would be condensing the water down to a small enough size that its almost a solid. The water he had levitating around him were doing small circles around him. He focused are on getting them to become smaller and more compact. His chakra shock the water as he tried to use his chakra to condense the water.

So far he was failing at accomplishing what he was trying to do which wasn’t a big surprise. He watched as the chakra began to seep from parts of the water he had around him. He obviously didn’t have this down yet. Which sucked but he wasn’t going to give up.

Toya released the jutsu in order to start over from the start. This jutsu shouldn’t be as hard as he was making it. But none the less he knew he could do it, it really wasn’t that hard. He performed the handseals and once more he released a steady flow of chakra from his body into the water below him. The water began to raise into the air once more forming rather large balls around him a grand total of 10 balls.

He then once more attempted to condense the balls down to a smaller size. The balls at first expanded to a larger size So Toya knew what he was doing was wrong so he tried to do the opposite of what he was currently doing but all that did was reduce the balls back to their normal size. “Toya concentrate on just making the balls smaller don’t worry about the shape of keeping them in a ball just worry about compressing the liquid and try to make it so its almost a solid.”

Toya listened to what his mother had to say and then he attempted just that. He let 9 of the balls of water drop leaving only one in front of him. He figured it would be easier to just try it on one of them instead of ten at a time. Toya kept his hands placed together as the last handseal of the string and closed his eyes focusing on the water hovering in front of him.

The ball hovered there and Toya thought of nothing else. He drown out the fact that his mother was watching him. He drown out the fact that it was bright out today and he hated it. All that was there was him and the ball of water. As he concentrated the ball began to pulsate almost like it was alive. The ball finnaly began to shrink in size. Almost to the size of a golf ball. Toya opened his eyes and touched the ball. It felt hard almost like ice. But it was still water.

“Good job Toya” his mother said. Toya smiled at this he liked it when his mother was proud of him. Toya formed the handseals one more time lifting back up for more balls of water. It wasn’t so hard now that he knew what he was doing. He focused his chakra and watched as all five of the balls of water he currently had suspended in the air were almost solid.

Toya raised the last five of the water balls he needed making a grand total of ten balls at once. Each one was almost like a rock but it retained its watery form. The fact that Toya had gotten this technique down so fast was only due to the fact that his mother was there to help him. “Good Toya now I want you to hit me with that Technique.” His mother said.

Toyas jaw dropped she couldn’t be serious. “I can’t attack you” Toya said to his mother astounded she would even say that. “Just do it your not going to hurt me.” She said rather harshly Toya knew not to disobey her when she got like this. Toya prepared himself as his mother took off in a sprint across the water. Toya shot the first ball at her not trying to hit her.

The ball passed her by several feet off course. “Hit me damnit” she said as she turned and rushed at Toya while pulling out a kunai. “Whoa what are you doing” Toya said as she got closer. “hit me or im going to hit you” she said as she jumped into the air ready to swing at Toya. Toya freaked out and shot all 9 balls at her. Five of which connected and sent her flying backwards. “There you go Toya that’s it”.

“Now do it again” she yelled. Toya formed the handseals once more and formed the balls rather easily. “This time make more without doing the handseals” she said as she continued running. Toya took aim and began firing one after another continuous rounds at her until all 10 were used up. He focused hard on trying to make more but this proved rather difficult without the use of handseals.

“Focus you already did the handseals so your chakras ready and knows what your going to do now do it.” She said this as she charged at him this time throwing the kunai before getting closer. Toya freaked out and pulled out a senbon and deflected the Kunai with the senbon. His mother however was still comeing. “You better hit me or im going to hit you.”

His mother said this as she got close enough that she slugged Toya across the face sending him flying. Toya Skidded across the water until finally he came to a stop. Standing back up he watched as ten more balls formed in the air around him. She was gunna pay for that this is on now. He took aim sharply and began shooting one after another at her continuously.

Just about every third ball was making contact with her. And Toya was having little trouble making new balls now. The problem was was how accurate he was. His mother was just moving to fast. Toya knew if he was running with her he could probly hit her but that’s just it he couldn’t move when using this jutsu could he?

“Yes you can” his mother yelled out almost as if she was reading his mind. So he could move and use this jutsu at the same time. Well that would make things a hell of a lot easier. Toya prepared himself to start moving when suddenly his mother stopped. She came to a dead halt and looked at Toya. “damnit all” She said as she looked up. “Toya I have a meeting to go to. You practice that technique I will be back later.” And just like that she was gone.

Effect: The Suiton no Tate acts in a manner similar to the Suna no Tate. By using water and combining it with the users chakra, they can allow it to move around the body to deflect small incoming projectiles or even use it for techniques.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The shield can not really block taijutsu attacks, constantly absorbs a very very small amount of chakra.
Description: Small currents of water flow around the body of the user, capable of deflecting small jutsu or even extinguishing C-rank or lower katon techniques . This jutsu activates automatically unless the user himself chooses to "disable" the ability in a situation. Does not acquire the awareness of the user to defend (can block strikes that the user can't see, like the sand shield has been known to do).

So Toya stood there thinking of what he could learn next. He wanted to learn a defensive technique. The problem was he didn’t know what kind of defensive technique he wanted to learn. There was always the head on defensive technique but Toya wanted a move that he wouldn’t have to think too much about using. This was tough. However he remembered seeing his mother use a technique once.

The technique worked against small projectiles he remembered. All he could remember was that the technique worked by having small streams of water move around the user. The water could then deflect things that came at it. He also remembered that it was capable of stopping weak fire techniques. He didn’t quite remember what it was called but he remembered the handseals for it. Plus he got the general idea of how it worked.

So first things first. Toya would have to perform the handseals for said jutsu. Then from there he would have to get a few streams of water to float around his body. Seemed simple enough. He performed the handseals exactly how he remembered. It wasn’t a very long chain of them. As he did so he began to once more release his chakra into the water below his feet. Slowly a single stream of liquid began to raise up out of the water.


It was better to only start with one stream at the start then to try and get many streams going right of the back. That’s how he was more then likely to fail and waste chakra then get this technique down. The stream slowly rose up to his feet leaveing a trail behind it. Finnaly the trail cut off as it got to about waist height. The trail circles around his body once and then around to his hand where it began to form a ring spinning around his hand. This wasn’t too hard getting the water to move he was use to doing that.

Now to work on a second string of water. He held out his other hand and as he focused more chakra into the water below. As the water began to raise up to his waist he watched as the trail stopped flowed around his torso and then down his arm to his hand where it to formed a spinning ring. This really wasn’t all that hard but he knew it would be the next part of the technique that would be hard. Stopping incoming projectiles at first and then stopping them without seeing them come at him.

He decided that two more strings of water should be enough for now for him to perform this jutsu efficiently. At the same time he released enough chakra to flow into the water to make two more streams. These streams flowed up to his waist disconnected and then began to rotate and spin around his chest. Both going a different direction forming an X pattern on his chest and back where they crossed.

Toya was confident in his ability to do this. But now came the second part learning to stop attacks with it. This part wouldn’t be easy and he already had a pretty good idea of how he would do this. He inhaled deeply held his breath for a short second and exhaled. He was ready to begin.

As the water continued to flow around Toyas body he formed a few handseals. From the water raised up a water clone that looked exactly like Toya pulled his hand apart and reached into his pouch pulling out a senbon and handed it to his clone. This is the part that would put Toya at risk. He was going to have his clone throw the senbon at him. Then using nothing but the water around him he was going to stop the senbon from hitting him. If he failed the Senbon would strike him.

The clone took a giant leap backwards and landed on the water. Toya inhaled deaply, exhaled, and then nodded. The clones hand went behind him and then in a flash of movement shot forward releaseing the senbon sending it flying in Toya direction. Toya focused hard on the senbon as it drew closer and closer. He had the water stop rotating around him and form in front of him to stop the projectile. 3….. 2….. 1……

The projectile collided with the water however the water did nothing the Senbon flowed right threw the water and lodged itself within Toyas right sholder. Toya screamed as he pulled out the senbon. “damn that hurt” Toya said as he twirled the senbon around and then tossed it back to the clone. The clone caught it with ease and prepared once more to throw it at Toya.

Toya was holding his shoulder as the clone threw the senbon once more. Toya thinks he knows what he did wrong. He was expecting just the water to stop it with no outside help which was stupid. If Toya wanted to stop the attacks he would have to reinforce the water with his chakra. The senbon drew closer and closer. Toya braced for impact as he leaned into the attack now. The water formed up in front of where the senbon would land and then the senbon made contact.

It hit the water passing threw the water. However not keeping its speed. It lost nearly all its momentum and when it came out of the other side Toya caught it as it fell to the water. Toya twirled the senbon around as he tossed it back to his clone. He formed the handseals once more and created two more clones. Handing each clone a single senbon. Now Toya would focus on stopping multiple attacks at once.

The two new clones jumped backwards the three clones now forming a triangle around Toya. Toya would know where each senbon would be comeing from so knowing where they are coming from shouldn’t be to hard. It would be stoping them that would be the hard part.

All three clones held the senbon prepareing to toss them at Toya. Toya was ready he had all the water he needed circleing his body doing weird formations. The clones watched as Toya nodded and each clone simultaneously tossed their senbon at Toya. Toya braced for impact as the water quickly formed up in three different spots around him. The senbons grew ever closer until finally.

They connected each one hitting the water and sticking to the water. Puncturing the water only barely to the point where they stayed in the water. Toya caught the three senbon as they began to fall and twirling all three of them in one hand he prepared for the next step of his training.

As Toya slide the senbon back into his pouch, he released the jutsu holding his three clones. He then focused on one thing and one thing only. He closed his eyes and focused on releaseing chakra from his body to form a neat speare of very little chakra around his body. His reason for doing this when he would feel a disturbance in his chakra he would know something was coming from that general area.

He focused as the charka slowly began to fill the bubble around him. He could feel the chakra moving outwards. The chakra around him he could feel the slight pressure it gave off and he began to feel the smallest things that he normaly wouldn’t be able to. The chakra slowly filled the bubble completely and when Toya was sure he had it at enough he performed his clone jutsu one more time. This time he created five clones.

As the five clones formed he handed each one five of his senbon needles. Each one formed up in a circle around Toya. His instructions to the clones were simple. He told each one of them to attack him from various angles and at different times. Sometimes attacking at the same time as another clone or a second or two after another one. The clones nodded as they understoon and Toya pulled up his head band placing it over his eyes and tightening it.

He wasn’t going to be able to see where they came from. The only thing he would be able to do was rely on this jutsu to stop the senbon from piercing him. The constant flow of chakra hereleased from his body continued as he prepared. He took in a deep breath counted to five and exhaled. As he out reached his hand and did a thumbs up he prepared himself.

It wasn’t too long after he had given the sign to begin that he already felt two disruptions. For the disruption coming from the front the water got there in time and blocked the senbon with relative ease. How ever the senbon comeing from his right the water got there just in time to slow the senbon down a little making it so the senbon just tapped Toya. It was a close call.

Shortly after that he felt another one coming from above. The water rushed overhead as it formed in plenty of time to stop the senbon from landing in his right sholder. This was starting to get easier Toya didn’t have much reason to worry. It was then that Toya suddenly felt five disturbances comeing from almost every angle. The water rushed up stopping three senbon but missing two completely.

The two senbon lodged themselves into Toya one in his back and the otherone in his right leg. Toya screamed in pain but had no time to dwell on it. Another senbon was coming. The water quickly rushed up to where it needed to be and placed its self perfectly to stop the senbon. Toya extended both his arms out the sign for the clones to stop. Toya needed to take a quick breather.

Toya watched as the water clones stoped their barrage of attacks. Toya was breathing rather heavily he had taken quite a bit of senbon. The blood from the wounds began to turn his clothes a darker color. The effect the bood had looked pretty cool. Toya decided now wasnt the time though. He breathed in heavily a few times and watched as his clones prepared themselves to start the next barrage.

The clones began to scatter once more as they jumped around Toya. Forming wierd formations and paterns Toya waited for the attacks to start coming. He wasnt quite sure how much longer he could keep this up. He had been training for a very long time. And this training was all the harder while keeping 5 water clones intact. Then the barrage began again.

Toya closed his eyes and began to focus on what was going on around him and stopping the senbon from once more punctureing his body. He layed in wait as finnaly he could feel the first three coming. Each from a diffrent direction. Which really wasnt to much of a surprise that they would start with that many from three diffrent dirrections. The water rushed up to the path where the senbon were coming from.

The water formed three barriers around Toya where the senbon would have punctured him. The barriers withstood each of the senbon with ease as the senbon fell to the ground Toya caught them in his hands as he felt a disturbance in 5 diffrent directions around him. This was going to be to easy. The water rushed upwards around him forming an intricate design as the senbon struck the water they fell harmlessly to the ground.

Toya smiled. He for sure had this technique down now. He released all the jutsu he currently had going after collecting his senbon and walked off the water heading home for the day. He was finnaly done with this long training session.

Toya had just finished a hard day of training the day before. He had just woken up and the sun was shining bright. Today would be a terrible day he just knew it would be. What he needed to do was find a place to train that would be nice and dark. He had a good idea for what kind of jutsu he wanted to learn as well as a place he would like to learn it at. The first part of this would be to find the caverns that Toya had heard about around the village that had water flowing through them. A perfect spot to go to train.

Toya asked his mother as he walked down stairs. “Hey mom do you know where I can find the Caverns around the village?” His mother stopped what she was doing and turned to face Toya. “Yes I do Toya, I’ll tell you what ill even take you there and help you learn whatever it is your trying to learn.” Toya knew from the tone of her voice she wanted to know what he was going to be learning. Toya grinned and said. “Great I can use the help learning the Water Dragon Jutsu is going to be rough.” His mother was shocked.

“Your going to try and learn that level of jutsu already. Well okay then I’ll help however I can.” She said as she grabbed her things and her and Toya walked outside. Her leading the two of them to the caverns they would probly be training in for the next few days. When they arrived in the caverns, Toya was amazed at the sight he saw. The cavers had a stream flowing through it and somehow there was a light source although Toya couldn’t quite explain how.


Toya walked over to the stream and sat down on the edge where the ground met the water. His mother walked over. “Now remember the handseals I showed you on the way over and focus on getting enough chakra into the water to perform the jutsu.” His mother said as Toya nodded and looked forward at the stream that was flowing infront of him. The water was moving quite slowly so it wasn’t intimidating. What was intimidating was what he was going to have to do to the water.

Toya took in a deep breath closed his eyes and exhaled. Keeping his eyes closed he began to do the handseals. The sequence was easy enough but it was longer than any string of seals he had done before. As he finished up the string of handseals he sat motionless allowing his chakra flow out rather rapidly from his body. He needed to build up a lot of chakra into the water all at once. This would be rather hard and intense on his body.

The chakra flowed out and into the water with ease. He had no problem getting the chakra into the water it was getting it to merge with the water that was the problem. His first attempt at mergeing this much chakra with the water was a huge failure. Allthough he was use to doing this with this amount of chakra however it was on a whole other level of skill it would require. In the end after trying to push the chakra into the water with no chance for completeing it this time. Toya released the jutsu and took a deep breath once more.

Toyas mother sat and watched as he struggled his first time at trying the jutsu. She thought about what she could do to help. There wasn’t much getting this much chakra to merge with a water source and then to create a jutsu with it was very tough. Even she had troubles with learning it. She still had the occasional problem using the same jutsu every now and again. She watched as Toya tried once more.

Toya continued to sit still cross legged on the floor. Everything was quiet except for the sound of the stream flowing through the caverns. His body not moving, except for the movement of Toya’s body moving from his breathing. His eyes remained closed as he performed the seemingly forever long chain of handseals. As he finished the last handseal he once more pushed his chakra outwards and into the water. The strain of the chakra coming out of his body was rough.

He continued the steady flow of chakra out of his body into the water. Slowly he could feel his chakra merging with the water but it still wasn’t near close enough to create what he needed to do. His chakra began to fluctuate in its strength and in the process of it leaveing his body. The chakra was slowly getting weaker leaveing his body this was not a good sign. He couldn’t already be out of chakra could he. He focused more on the chakra leaveing his body and less on getting it to merge with the water. He needed to keep a constant flow coming out.

“Work damnit” Toya said as he focused on his chakra. He would need to get this down because this would be the hardest part of a battle and using this technique keeping the constant flow of chakra moving along. Toya sat there contemplating how to make this work better. If only there was a way to do this at the same time multiaple times but there really was no easy way to do this. He would just have to sit here and work on it until he had gotten the process down.

His mother stood behind him watching as Toya struggled. She didn’t like this she wanted nothing more than to see him succeed at this. But to be honest from what she was seeing he was failing and quite miserably at it to. Suddenly she was ripped from her train of thought as Toya screamed. “DAMNIT ALL” he said as his eyes came open and canceled the jutsu. “I’m better than this so why can’t I do it” He yelled and his voice echoed inside the caverns.

His mother walked over towards his side and knelt down beside him wrapping a arm around him. “Toya hunny you are making this a lot harder then it needs to be. Toya took back how he was sitting before. Cross legged his eyes close and his hands in his lap. From there he once more performed the handseals slowly concentrating on each one. The chain was starting to become more and more familiar to Toya. Once more as he finished the final handseal in the chain he began to let his chakra flow out into the water. Concentrating equally on letting out a steady flow of chakra and merging it with the water.

He could feel it to slowly coming together. The chakra mergeing with the water. It was slow at first but the chakra was beginning to massively form up together into the water. A small portion and then a slightly larger portion. This was getting easier. However Toya didn’t know how much longer he could keep up with the constant chakra strain on is body. “Your doing good Toya keep it up” His mother said. Now however was not the time for encourageing words.

For as soon as she had said that she dragged Toyas concentration away from fousing on the task at hand and he lost it all. Pissed Toya released the Jutsu and turned to look at his mother who now had an appalagetic look on her face. “sorry” she whispered as toya turned back to faceing the water again. This was so annoying. But he knew her intentions were only good and to encourage him to keep going and do it better.

Toya focused once more this time out of a somewhat fit of anger about being interrupted he performed the handseals quickly. Finishing them he let the chakra flow out quickly into the water. The chakra flowed into the water rather easily and it began mergeing quite easily. Toya exhaled as he continued the process of letting his chakra out and mergeing it with the water. This was going to take forever but it was rather good training. Toya was learning a lot about concentration and focusing. But back to the matter at hand.

Toya’s chakra seemed to be pushing against him as if it didn’t want to merge with the water. As if it didn’t want to let Toya do the jutsu. But Toya was determined his mother knew he could do it. Toya believed in his mother and her believeing in him meant that he believed in himself. Once more he pushed with his chakra into the water.

A short while later Toya was breathing heavily. This was becoming extremely taxing on him physicaly. Mentally he could do it but physicaly he wasn’t quite sure if he could. His mother whispered. “you can do it Toya” as she saw him struggleing. Suddenly Toya felt all the chakra completely drop out of the water. After that Toya watched as the celing flew by. Suddenly it became dark and quiet after hearing his mother saying his name. He hit the ground with a thud and with that it was lights out.

When Toya woke up he was still in the cave his head resting in his mothers lap. “Mom” he said as he began to sit up slowly. “careful” she said as Toya sat upright his hand coming to his head. “That hurts” Toya said. His mom looked at him with a smile on her face happy that he was okay. “you pushed yourself to hard hunny you have to take it easier from now on.” Toya stood up slowly feeling a little dizzy. He did a quick mental check on everything. He felt okay. His head hurt a little but other then that it just felt like he woke up from a nap.

His mom didn’t tell him that he had been sleeping for nearly half a day but that was okay. Toya felt like he was ready to try the technique once more. He stood up and began stretching. As he leaned to the left and then to the right with his hands on his hips his mother grew worried. She was worried he wouldn’t be able to do this. But Toya knew he could. After he cracked his neck to the left and then to the right he cracked his knuckles. “Lets do this” he said as he walked forward to the water once more.

Once reaching the water he sat down once more and began to do handseals. The handseals flowed quickly from memory and just as soon as he finished the handseals he began to push his chakra once more into the water. He watched as the chakra flowed into the water. The massive amount of chkra he was releaseing put a strain on his body. This was not easy and for someone as young as toya attempting it seemed crazy.

But still he tried as hard as he could push out as much chakra as he could. The chakra began to make the water move and sway as it merged with the water. Toya was really getting the hang of it. The strain on his chakra supply however was insane. He continued however. He had to make his mother proud. It was at this time he decided it was all or nothing and he pushed outwards with his chakra with all his might in an attempt to make the water and his chakra become one. He had to get this down.

And just as he tried and is determination had never been higher it was like a puzzle piece falling into place. All the chakra merged with the water at once. Toya could feel it he had control over this massive amount of water with his chakra. Without even thinking he began pushing the chakra out and then moving it back in just to confirm that he had just did what he thought he had done.

He looked back at his mother grinning. With a smile on her face she said “you did it”. Toyas grin widened and his eyes closed. He was really happy to see his mother smiling because he had accomplished this. Now however it would be onto harder parts of the training. And toya knew the next to parts would be even harder then this first part. His next task would be actually making the dragon.
