Akiko couldn't help but swear in her head the instant the hideous Chimera entered into her field of perception. "Lookout!" She yelled, not sure if both of the others had seen the creature yet. Immediately, Akiko ran towards the creature, performing handseals to prepare a technique. As she approached, the beast reared the central of the three heads back and thrust it forward, spitting a massive fireball twelve feet across at her.
Focusing chakra to her feet and holding the molded chakra in preparation, Akiko vanished for an instant and reappeared with the fireball behind her. Now she stood only about ten meters from the creature. Through her eyes, she saw Mr.Vines had avoided the large fireball, and no doubt Mr. Arms would too. For one brief Instant, Akiko closed her eyes, the world around her going black. Chakra already molded surging into her eyes, Akiko quickly opened them, releasing a bright flash directly at the creature from only a few meters away.
Not pausing to let the creature counter attack, Akiko took in a deep breath, sucking in air, letting her chakra meld with it. And with a great push, she shot it out molded into the shape of an arrow aimed for the center of mass. As it flew, Akiko immediately began more handseals as she continued to run forward. Before long, they finished and Akiko released her chakra into the jutsu. A wave of chakra scattered into the air, violently ripping electrons from atoms in the air and gathering them together. Sparks formed in the air, grouping together and multiplying into seventy five birds crafted from lightning of purest white, the air wherein the birds resided being super-heated and ionized by the intense air friction of the electrons.
The young girl held her 'Tori' handseal, directing the birds into the gaps of the network of vines Mr.Vine had covered the beast in. Even if the attempt to restrain the beast had failed, Akiko would just redirect the birds into the beast's flesh whereever it was. Though they cost her seven and a half C ranks worth of chakra, the damage they could do was more than worth it. Her right knee momentarily gave way as she felt the chakra get sucked from her body to fuel the jutsu, but Akiko forced strength into it and leaped into the air, bringing her air cubes under her wings to boost her lift.
As soon as all seventy-five of the birds had kamekaze-ed into the beast, Akiko would release her held handseal and begin another jutsu. She cycled between a jutsu to reduce muscle tension, an electrical field to short circuit motor and sensory nerves, and finally the Chakra Scalpel technique. Small sparks of electricity crackled around her hand as she readied the jutsu. Akiko flew at the beast, aiming to fly over the heads and strike at unguarded and uncovered places, particularly the spinal column. She struck twice in openings in the cage of vines near the spine, then pulled up to prepare to circle around with an Immelmann turn.
Tasukeru (Seeing Life)

Effect: Allows a full three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision and some predictability to physical attacks. Unlike Byakugan, the user sees life in its normal colors during this tech, no details spared. Signs of life, thermal readings and X Ray vision is near perfect. Can also read a determine the difference of a regular shinobi to that of one with a bloodline or if they house any foreign presence by the different chakra waves displayed when observed through Tasukeru. This does not mean one knows the BL right away. Must have encountered the BL before in order to know exactly who they are. The ‘C’ ranked version grants the user up to 50 meters of observing. Each new rank for the Jutsu will add 50 more meters. This can be trained multiple times after all the ranks are achieved in order to add 50 meters onto one’s total. Each extra training is worth an S ranked training.
Special: Although one is born with this jutsu, one must activate the eyes through training.
Drawback: Heavy chakra drain over time, especially when multiple phases of the Tasukeru are accessed. While Taijutsu can be predicted, the Onigami are not designed to have fast twitch muscles. As such, perfect blocking simply won’t happen all the time.
Description: Summoned through will, the scarlet eyes of the Onigami will grow a very vibrant neon red and all life becomes theirs to fully observe. Once activated, the user has a three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision, as well as the ability to see into other people’s bloods. For those allied to an Onigami, this jutsu is revered for making the Onigami known as the ultimate scouts.
Limit: Must be part of the Onigami BL.
Wing Control

Description: This training will allow the Tsubasa to control their wings properly after growth. Without the training control of the Tsubasa's wings will be jerky and extremely difficult. The control will be harsh enough that the Tsubasa will be unable to fly without it and merely have the wings for show. With the simple exercises and control methods taught by the experienced Tsubasa, the user will rid them self of the problem of controlling a new appendage and be able to use their wings as if born with them naturally.
Limit: Must be a Tsubasa, must know Wing Grow, must have Ritual of the Talon and Feather performed on them.
Shunshin no Jutsu - Oshi (Body Flicker Technique - Push) [1/5]

Effect: A Jutsu that allows a user to rush forward in almost instantaneous speed. Used to draw the user close to the opponent.

Drawback: May use 3 times a day. May perform 1 more each time learned. Passing amount renders the user's legs immobile due to severe pain. Unable to perform again unless gained medical treatment. Must move through an opening. Unable to maneuver around obstructing objects. Can't attack while performing any Shunshin or Variation.
Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.
Limit: Universal NinJutsu or Universal TaiJutsu.

Description: User is able to move in an arc along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. User may move forward, or backwards if they know Tweh version of Shunshin. This Jutsu is used to get around and behind an opponent without sacrificing multiple Shunshins. Supplement of Shunshin no Jutsu - Oshi (Body Flicker Technique - Push) using same schematics.

Description:The user holds the rat handseal and closes their eyes, gathering chakra into them. The user then opens them suddenly, and emits an extremely bright flash from their eyes that can temporarily blind and/or disorientate enemies. The blinding effect usually lasts one turn.

Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)

Effect: User is capable of breathing inwards and exerting outwards a large like arrow to pierce into the opponent's body.
Special: User takes in a deep breathe filling their lungs with air.
Drawback: Only one may be created at a time.
Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. This arrow may be blocked as it is just a large consumption of wind, however it can not be deflected away. This means that the object must be large in size enough to defend from one against the wind. The size of the arrow is the size of the opponent's mouth with the length of three feet as it can travel up to the distance of twenty meters. This technique is used for short range to steer an opponent away from the user.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release
Raiton – Raiu Karasu (Thunderstorm Raven)

Effect: User creates birds out of Lightning to shoot at opponents.

Drawback: Must learn multiple times. Birds disappear after moving further than 40 meters away from the user.
Description: User forms needed handseals and hold the Bird Handseal. User creates an amount of birds (User's Choice, Mostly Ravens) and shoots them at the opponent. Each bird is created from pure electricity, discharge into a shock of electricity when striking an object while having a 2 foot wingspan. Each individual bird has a "D" Rank equivalent amount of power when hitting. Depending on the Rank the user knows depends on the amount of birds the user is able to create, how many times they must learn the same rank before going into the next rank, how much power it takes to create the birds, and how well each bird can fly.
"C" Rank - When first learned the user is able to create 5 birds each time the technique is performed. User is able to learn this rank 10 times. Each time learned user is able to create 5 additional birds each time technique is performed, creating a maximum of 50 birds if learned 10 times. Every 10 birds uses the amount of energy equal to 1 "C" Rank Technique. Each bird has the flight capability of Poor: The creature flies as well as a very large bird.
"B" Rank - After learning the "C" Rank 10 times, user must then learn the "B" Rank version. Each time learned the user is able to create 5 additional birds on top of the 50. User is able to learn this rank 10 times giving a maximum of 100 birds created each time the technique is performed. Every 10 birds uses the amount of energy equal to 1 "C" Rank Technique. Each bird has the flight capability of Average: The creature can fly as adroitly as a small bird.
Limit: Must have Lightning Release.
Geiger Counter Scalpel

Effect: By combining the lightning release with the chakra scalpel a medic can cut without inflicting pain upon the patient.

Drawback: Not very stealthy due to sound production and obvious use of the lightning release, overuse can cause the hands of the medic to go numb.
Description: By quickly alternating between an electrical pulse, the muscle relaxer technique and a chakra scalpel a medic can both paralyze and cut at the same time without the muscles contracting due to the electricity that is produce. All the tissues (muscle, nerves, blood veins, etc) withing the size of ten cubic centimeters around the cuts will be paralyzed for a total of three round. If used more then four rounds a day the users hand will become numbed for three turns. Due to the quick changes between turning the lightning on and off the technique makes exactly the same noise as a fast ticking Geiger counter, which results in this technique being far from stealthy.
Limit:Must know chakra scalpel, muscle relaxer and the lightning release.
