The Hyuuga mansion is located in the villa district, just two blocks away from the Kazeraikou mansion. It is built in a classic Japanese style and the interior is just the same. Only the main kitchen is built in a Western style in order to keep it safer for the inhabitants.
A beautiful Japanese garden covers the front of the Hyuuga mansion. It has several different types of trees; among them are cherry blossom trees, pine trees, some willow trees as well as a couple of birch trees. The garden also has a pond.
The dojang.
Inside dojang: Here.
Outside of dojang: Here.
The dojang is located behind the mansion, close to the pond. It is quite big: probably about 60 square meters (or 200 square feet) in total with a window at each side. All windows are made out of bullet-proof glass to make sure that it does not break in case someone accidentally hits it.
One bench is located on each side where people can rest or watch. A row of mirrors is located at the north end so people can monitor their movements easier.
The floor is made out of sturdy wood and is made for taijutsu practice to ensure that nobody gets their legs injured by training in the dojang.
There is also an equipment room that is 15 square meters (or 30 square feet) at the west end where you can find various dummies. Some of them have the chakra points painted on them while others have not.
All of the dummies are relatively new and checked every month to make sure they are in good condition. Other items that can be found there are targets, mats, shields, soft clubs and replicas of shinobi weapons (shuriken, kunais, katanas etc.).
A smaller room right next to the equipment room contains a couple of sinks that can be used by the people training there.
Both locker rooms are at the south end of the dojang; each room has enough space for fifteen people at the time. You can also find the showers there, two toilets as well as four sinks complete with mirrors.
Each room has light brown tiles at the wall and a matching linoleum floor in the changing area while the shower area has light green tiles all over it.
It is impossible to look into the opposite locker room, even with the byakugan. The reason for this was that several of the women felt uncomfortable changing there.
House layout.
Security: The security around the Hyuuga mansion is a bit tighter than average. There are different alarms placed in the building and there is also a security camera at the entrance gates. One alarm makes loud sounds go off while others might literally paralyze the intruder with electricity until help arrives.
All of the scrolls with the jutsus are placed in a safe deep within the mansion; only the head and the head assistant know the code as well as the location. The safe cannot be removed from the house and it is made out of a type of metal that can withstand immense force. People can forget to use ninjutsu to force it open since the inside and the outside is covered with a material that absorbs chakra.
Ground floor: No of the Hyuugas live at the ground floor. Rooms that can be found here are the main kitchen, which can be used by all of the people living in the house. This includes guests that are staying over at the mansion.
All of the kitchen furniture is relatively new, but the kitchen is rather minimalistic in style. The kitchen is one of the few rooms with a Western style in order to make it safer for the people living there.
Another room that can be found at the ground floor is the main dining room that sometimes serves as a meeting room. The room contains five tables with five chairs each, which means that 25 people can stay there at the time.
All of the tables can be put together to make one large table or two larger tables. This room is often used at special occasions like New Years Eve, birthdays, coming of age ceremony or similar events.
Guest rooms are also at the ground floor. All of the rooms are in the same style as the other rooms in the building and has a small bathroom connected to it as well. There are three guestrooms that can hold two guests each; this means that six guests in total can stay in the guestrooms.

First floor: All of the family rooms are located at the first floor. Each room contains 2-5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a common room and a small balcony. The rooms are all in Japanese style, but the sliding doors can be changed to normal doors upon request.
Each bathroom is 8 square meters (or 24 square feet). They contain a toilet, a sink, a Japanese-style shower and bathtub, two shelves where items can be placed as well as two or three clothing baskets. The bathrooms are the only rooms that do not have straw mats at the floor.
The common room is 21 square meters (or 70 square feet). It has a TV, two bookshelves, a table for up to six people plus a cupboard. Additional items such as a baby gym or gaming consoles can be added by the members if they wish.
The bedrooms are 12 square meters (or 40 square feet). All bedrooms in the family rooms have a bed, a desk, a bookshelf and two small cupboards. Each room also has a window with a nice view.
One of the cupboards is for clothes while the other is for additional items (i.e. shinobi equipment). Items like computers or sword racks can be added if wanted.
Bedsheets, colour on the walls, colour on the furniture and curtains are always selected by the inhabitant(s) in all of the rooms.

Second floor: All of the ‘single’ and ‘double’ rooms are located in the second floor. You have to be 18 or above to live in a single apartment since these requires more upkeep from the owner compared to the bedrooms in the family rooms. These rooms also have to be paid once a month; this can be deducted from your mission fees or from the pay you receive from your job.
The ‘single’ rooms are quite similar to the bedrooms at the family apartment. One of the major differences is the size: the single apartment consists of a 70 square feet (or 21 square meters) room. Each single room contains a bed, a bookshelf, two cupboards, a TV plus a table for four.
Each room also has a bathroom attached to it. It is 8 square meters (or 24 square feet). The bathroom contains a toilet, a sink, a Japanese-style shower, a bathtub, a shelf for items plus a clothing basket.
The ‘double’ rooms have two separate bedrooms that are 12 square meters (or 40 square feet) or one larger bedroom that is 16 square meters (or 54 square feet). Each bedroom has a bed, a bookshelf, a desk plus two small cupboards. All of the double rooms also have a common room that is 16 square meters (or 54 square feet). Each common room has a table for four people, a TV, a cupboard, two bookshelves and a small balcony.
It has two bathrooms that are 8 square meters (or 24 square feet) or one bathroom that is 12 square meters (or 40 square feet) each. Each bathroom contains a toilet, a sink, a Japanese-style shower, a bathtub, a shelf for items plus a clothing basket.
