In order to fully master the shunshin techniques, Pax read that he would have to start with the basics. The book told him of another easy, basic technique that went along with this. It was easy for him to find the field where he trained at now, and this is where he was within minutes. He was in the same position in front of his training dummy focusing his chi into his ankles and legs. He was already prepared, and began running, attempting to put his body into an arch fashion. He was going to try the technique out, and eventually attempt arching over the training dummy. He made it about two and a half meters before falling on his back. Brushing himself off, he took his former position.

He again began to focus most of his chi into the ankle and foot region of his legs. He mentally focused on how he was going to arch his body, sketching out all possible outcomes in his head. He was confident in himself, and so took off from his spot. He began to arch his body, and again fell on his back, this time reaching three meters. This would not do, so he took the same position, wiping himself off. He began to complete all of the same steps, focusing his chi into the regions of his ankles and feet. He prepared for the worst, and dashed forward. He began to arch his body, and made it further than he had previously. He had reached five meters, which meant he was halfway there.

He began once again, by brushing himself off and taking a few steps back to his beginning position. He channeled most of the chi in his body to his ankles and feet in preparation for this jutsu. He began to dash, again changing his form to the air in order to add a gliding effect in an arch shape. He landed with a thud onto the grassy floor, and got up quickly. He brushed himself off again, standing in his former position with confidence. He had made it six meter in the last attempt, and wanted to beat that. He began to form his chi into his ankles and legs again, preparing for takeoff. He began to run, changing his angularity to an airborn arch, falling at seven meters.

He was sure he would be able to accomplish this task. He attempted again, first by focusing the chi into his ankles and feet. He began to run, again changing his angle to an arch in midair. He landed, ten meters away from his starting place, with a huge smile. He got ready for just one more attempt, utilizing the dummy this time. He stood about five meters away from the dummy, and concentrated his chi mostly into his ankles and feet. He began to run, and again changed his form into an arch. He almost instantaneously flew over the dummy, and when he landed he was about four meters to its opposite side. He smiled, and walked home, exhausted.

Pax had wanted to train a few more things for his newest Shunshin Technique. He walked to the training field at 7 am in the rain. When he reached the field he began to do some physical excercises to make his chi run to his legs and ankles more freely. After a few sets of push ups and sit ups he hopped up enthusiastically. He stood 8 meters infront of his dummy and sent his chi to his ankles and shot out like a bullet launching from the barrell of a gun.

Even a surprise to him, he was instantly on the rear side of the dummy. With a few more tries he kept doing more and more pushups before each try. Everytime he tried it he was just a little bit faster due to getting his body used to physical exerction. He stood once again infront of the dummy and began channelling the chi to his ankles. When he took one step it had seemed as if he had just teleported behind the dummy once more.

He was exhausted and wanted to get home as fast as he could. He realized he had left his book there anyways so he sprinted home in the pouring rain.

Doton Soushi no Jutsu (Rock Creation Technique)

Effect: A technique where the user takes the time to formulate, or create Rock in order to use other types of techniques for great usages.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Must be learned more and more in order to be capable of performing better, and capable of producing more Rock like formations for other types of techniques. Cannot be used on Sand
Description: What occurs is that the user takes the time to push down into the ground their own chakra. As the user does this the user takes the earth like materials found within the ground which is the components of soil as they begin to formulate and harden them all around in order to create harden rock like materials. The user may slam their hands against the ground in order to use this technique or just by pushing their chakra down to the ground. A user can gain the capability of grabbing onto the very ground and molding a piece of earth into a hardened like rock. The more the user learns and the higher the Difficulty class the user becomes the more they are capable of mastering this type of technique. When first learned the user is only capable of formulating rock into the size of their hand. When the user learns the "C" Rank, version this type increases to five meters in radius. Each time learned after that, the distance increases by ten feet giving a total distance of thirty-five meters in a radius distance. For each Difficulty class the User is the larger number this distance becomes. Each Difficulty class after C The distance increases by Ten meters. This means that if a user becomes S Rank in Difficulty Class and learns the S Rank Version of this technique the user is capable of formulating Rock within a Seventy-Five meters Radius.

Pax was excited to train a little more earth style. He wanted to learn how to create rocks to use for the ninjutsu techniques that would follow. It was late that night and after eating a big, filling meal, Pax decided to try training more, to improve his skills. He read his ninjustu book for a description on how to perform this ninjustu. After that he gathered his things and set out to his training field that quickly became his second home again.

Looking up, all he could see was the bright moon staring back at him, with surprisingly no stars. He was nearly 20 meters from the edge of the stream, where you could see the trees towering. But here, no grass was dead. It was like a sea of luscious green. Backing up from the river, in his completely Ying and Yang like apparel, he wanted to start training the second he arrived there.

As a kid, His guardian Soharasani had mastered Earth style and told him all about it so, Pax had a small database of knowledge. He particularly remembered one thing at this moment, and he wanted to see how it worked. He had heard few years before that this technique would allow him to create rocks. It had also said that he would be able to make rocks over 75 meters big if he mastered it.

Pax vaguely remembered the hand signs, so he decided to give it a whirl. Standing up in the sand, he took a deep breath. Casting the hand signs, Pax threw his own chakra into the bank, in an attempt to harden the ground under him into a rock. But all that happened was him sinking 2 inches into the sand. "What the hell?" But, Pax was not easily discouraged, so he tried again. He weaves the hand signs and goes back to the ninjustu like a stubborn dog trying to get food.

Now this time, he had tried to make sure to form the chakra sent through his body, into less intense power, than the last time. Looking down in frustration, all he did was sink a little further down. Choosing to take a small break, Pax sits in the sand. Cupping his hands he splashes water from the creek on his face. Maybe it would clear his head, he thought. Cupping his hands one more time, he took a sip of the water, and stood, ready to try again.

This time, he would put more thought into what he was doing. He knew if he wanted to get strong earth attacks, this would be how. Thinking back, whenever he saw his family do these techniques, they were on solid earth, not sand. With his new idea, he walked off of the bank, onto the soft grass. There, he would attempt again.

Again, he used the handsigns, sending his chakra through the ground. This time, he felt it connect. He couldn't believe it. He looked down. Where he stood, there was a small rock he hadn't noticed before. He couldn't be sure if he had made it or not, so he then cleared all of the space around him of rocks, and tried again. This time, concentrating harder than ever he did the same routine as the last time.

Looking down at the ground, there was another hand sized rock. Had he done it? Pax was getting excited, but he was also tired. He had a long day of training, and felt he needed rest. Walking away from the creek, and the soft green grass, he felt accomplished. He had started learning the basic maneuver for stronger earth attacks.

Katon Kyuuka (Fire - Flame Sphere Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A Defensive technique to where the user concentrates on the chakra within their body. The user pushes the chakra out as they use the body heat within their very body to create a sphere of flaming heat all around the user in a grand radius. Depending on how well the user knows this technique is dependent on the distance, this technique can be used.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: If the user is capable of performing this technique twice in a battle or twice within every ten rounds, the user will collapse with fatigue and high temperature.
Description: This technique is used as a defensive style technique. The user concentrates on the chakra within their body and exerts out in a large blast. The chakra is pushed out in a blazing flame and creates a large amount of heat to be used as a defensive technique. The technique pushes or removes anything around the user, to allow the user an amount of space needed. When first learned the technique is capable of being pushed in a five-meter radius. Each Rank learned the technique increases in distance by ten meters. This would be the basis for all NinJutsu Specialists. However if the user is a Non NinJutsu Specialist the distance only increases by five meters. If the user is a NinJutsu Master, the distance increases by fifteen meters.

Reading a section on fire style moves in his ninjutsu book he found a defensive technique that had interested him. It was called the flame sphere technique and it had been described as a sphere of fire propelling out of the users body to protect themselves. To Pax it had sounded like a Taijutsu technique but it had required chakra and hand signs so it obviously was not. He walked to his training field and when he arrived he removed the training dummy because he didn’t want it to completely incinerate. It had been a while since he trained any fire techniques. Still knowing how a lot of fire jutsus work he began to gather a fire based chakra to his core.

He slowly read the list of hand signs as he performed them. To his disbelief nothing had happened. He sat down for a few minutes and began reciting the hand signs required for it. After a few minutes he had the Ninjutsu’s hand signs down. He tried again to gather the Fire chakra to his core like the description had stated. Weaving the hand signs at an excelled rate he was able to feel an action that had begun inside the core of his body. In almost the same way he gathered the chakra it slowly erupted from his body. This had incased him in a fiery shell that only reached about 2 meters away from his body. After the burst of energy and chakra expelled from his body in a deadly fashion, he had felt a bit tired.

He sat down and took a bit of a break while he studied the ninjutsu a bit further. The description had stated a max size for Pax’s experience level. Just learning it would put it at a 5 meter max. Studying it further will increase it but he still hasn’t even hit 5 meters yet. The jutsu was based off of him pushing fire chakra out in a protective and deadly way. The only way this would be harmful though is if the opponent got caught in it. He was able to feel the way the fire chakra felt as he expelled it so he could also manipulate it. From his many past experiences with fire style it requires a lot of discipline and practice to use a technique. Still determined to get another fire style ninjutsu under his belt he went back to training the Flame Sphere technique.

As he reached the center of the field he used a clone jutsu. He spawned 1 clone to throw shuriken at him as he used the ninjutsu. Standing 30 meters away from Pax, the original of the doppelgangers began weaving hand signs. When he was almost done the clone had launched 5 shuriken towards Pax and this time the jutsu had erupted from him in an extreme speed. It had completely burned the shuriken and Pax had one more idea for the clone. While he was still doing the ninjutsu he had the clone throw water on the shield of fire from a bucket. The water made the fire singer but the shield was too thick and hot so it boiled the water on contact. The shield had reached 3 ½ meters thick and he was able to tell by the singed grass where he was standing.

After the technique dissipated, Pax released his clone ninjutsu and sat exhausted, lucky that he didn’t collapse from exhaustion or a heat stroke. He had known his limits now and was able to tell that no matter how strong, 2 would probably be the max times he could use this ninjutsu. Still proud of how far he got he packed up his things and checked over everything twice. He was so tired that he had to almost carry himself on his blade as a cane, and when he reached his house he collapsed into bed immediately.

When he woke up he was instantly reading his ninjutsu book. Unfortunately all it had was a basic description of the jutsu and a note where Pax put in, ONLY USE TWICE.
He needed to try to get accustomed to the heat of the jutsu if he would want to use it more than that. After a whole rundown of situation he came up with a sketch ball plan. With not much thought, he rushes off recklessly to the training field. He was lucky when on arrival he noticed the wood all in the same spot.

He set up a circle of wood which he intended to set on fire. The only hesitation was which jutsu would be the most effective. After going over his choices he picked the Flame Sphere technique. The logs were only 4 meters away from him so if he was going to light them he would have a basic grip on it. He weaved the hand signs at rapid speed and channeled fire chakra to his core. In a quick burst like eruption, it had set all the logs on fire.

As he let the jutsu wear off he finally sat in the middle of the ring of fire to meditate. Letting the feel of all the fire around him comfort him. Allowing him to feel the heat that he had just expelled from his own body he went deep into concentration. This had allowed him to asses a lot of different variables and outcomes.

He was pretty fast at creating it but a few tactical maneuvers popped up in his head. 1 of which is to control the Wood release and send flaming branches at people. Number 2 being he can use this skill during close combat along with his shunshin. All of which was almost impossible to train now so he decided he would focus completing his training of this jutsu. As he stood up, he used Pressure Jet on the burning logs and he prepared himself for part 2. His goal was to be able to walk and run around after using 2 in one session.

Getting himself used to the heat was a good idea to keep him from overheating. As he weaved his hands into the corresponding hand signs he channeled the chakra to his core and allowed it to burst out in an extreme speed and at an extreme force. When it had burst out it made all the logs around out get launched like fiery projectiles. He had done it however. He reached a five meter thickness and he was still able to walk.

To test the rest of his endurance he performed a few pushups and quickly lost his breathe. Still with enough energy he gathered all of his things and sprinted home. After he reached his house he put his things down and sprinted back to the field. He had only done this to test if he would pass out. When he arrived at the field he shot back home and almost collapsed at his door step. He opened the door, walked to his room and crashed onto his bed and fell into a very heavy sleep

After Beary Sanders had wandered all the way to Takigakure for Pax, he was determined to keep him. He wanted to learn some tecniques that would make Beary listen to Pax. When he had finished thinking about everything he made beary wait at his house while he rushed to the pet store. Upon arrival Pax rushed into the store and quickly addressed the owner of the store. "What technique would i need to get a basic understanding of my animal partner." the young boy asked the shop owner.

The owner pulled out a book from under the counter and opened it up to a page all about animals. He pointed out a section in the book and had told him to read it. After finishing the reading Pax stood up and rushed home to grab Beary. When the two were finally together they set off to the training field. Pax had on arrival give Beary a bath because he had smelled of rotten flesh and smoke. After that he walked away as Beary dried himself off and he licked Pax.

The reading had mentioned that animals respond in fear and friendship. An animal that is used through friendship is a more loyal companion so Pax began to spoil Beary Sanders. He began to cook him some food and waited till Beary got real close to eat. Trying to establish a bond, Pax had made sure that he got Beary a huge fish to eat. He had loved fish especially because he was a bear. After eating Pax was still trying to get as close to his new pet as possible. He started to think about methods but for now he kept it simple.

He had made sure he had extra fish left that were raw so Beary could smell them on Pax. Trying to get closer to him, Pax begins too create a game with his bear. He waved the fish infront of Beary and tossed it 35 meters. Beary had reached the fish fast and devoured it whole in under 5 seconds. Beary was ready for round two and so was Pax. Sitting 35 meters apart, Pax began throwing more fish in the air. Beary began to jump and catch them in his mouth and swallow them whole time and time again.

After a little while of this Pax ran out of food and Beary seemed to be pretty full. He wanted to try to get a little closer to him still so when he walked home with Beary he was petting his head the entire time. When they had gotten back Pax was tired but Beary's stomach began to growl again so Pax fed him a little bit of what he had left, which was supposed to be tomorrows lunch. When he hoped into bed Beary had curled up at the foot of his bed like a 600 pound dog.

When morning came the young ninja was eager to work with his new companion. Pax prepared his bag and his equipment and then made breakfast for the two. Without even sitting down to eat Pax and Beary set off to the all to familiar spot. With alot in mind for the days training they finally arrive at the secluded training spot that Pax has used for a while now. Before starting, they sit and enjoy their meals, an all to relaxing start to a hard day of work. He hadn't noticed yet but the bear was ready to start and determined to prove his worth.

After working with Beary for a few hours the last day Pax wanted to see how the bear would react in situations he would be in the near future. Pax formed handsigns as fast as he could and instantly 2 mist clones formed from a cloud of smoke. The clones both drew a single kunai from the duplicate bag and lunged at the bear. One attacked the front side while the second attacked the bears 3 o'clock position. Beary needs to think fast to prove himself to his new master.

As the clone at the 3 o'clock position gets dangerously close Beary lets out a roar and swipes his right arm across the clones chest. This caused the clone to hit the other and quickly burst into a cloud. With barely a second between Pax conjured 4 more to ambush the bear from all sides. This was a very straight forward move to overwhelm an opponent and the bear was supposed to be caught by surprise. By jumping straight up from a 2 legged stance he threw a hook at one clone to take it out. The other three followed the animal into the air to counter.

Beary grabbed the clone directly in front of him and spiked it to the ground. The last two clones were startled by the move and jumped onto the the two front arms of the bear. Enraged by their tactic, Beary and the clones started to fall to the ground, where he used the last two clones as a cushion. Amazed by the moves and pure effort from the beast Pax was left speechless. The two walked home with eagerly for their next training sesion

Pax woke up early enough to see the sun rise. He waited for his pet bear to wake up before he went to train. Beary seemed to like just being by the boy's side so that's where he stayed most the time. When he woke up Pax grabbed the old ninjutsu book he had that originally showed him the technique he was improving. The two odd characters rushed out of the house and to the training field without eating.

When they arrived there Pax had immediately started training. The technique he was working on had been a rock creation one. He was unsatisfied with just rocks the size of his hand and wanted to make them bigger so he weaved his handsigns and channeled his chakra to the ground. After waiting for it to mold the ground just right he jets his hands to the ground and grabs two rocks the size of his hands, 1 in each hand. Beary looked confused as he heard Pax mutter "Atleast I can still do it."

He threw the rocks into the stream and tried to make bigger stones. Once again he channeled his chakra into the ground, but this time he smashed his hands on the ground to make it faster. The ground had finally been just right for him to stick his hand into the soil and grab more of the solid Earth. This time he had pulled out two stones about .5 meters each. Pax started to get excited when he noticed the sudden growth. Water splashed the boy and his bear as he threw the two rocks into the stream.

"Once more." He said as he went through the motions of his hand signs, channeling his chakra, and finally slamming his hands to the ground. The soil once again had hardened enough for him to reach in and pull out a stone. As he did he grabbed and had to put some chakra on his hands to yank them out. When he got them out he fell back with a 2 meter rock between his hands. He jumped up and started to throw it when he put it down in front of him. He went through his routine for the jutsu and pulled out two hands covered in a stone like gauntlet.

Putting all his might into the blow he split the rock down the middle. With a sigh of relief and exhaustion he stood there in awe. His gauntlets broke after the impact and Pax sat down. Beary went and got fish for lunch. Pax got wood and made a fire to cook the fish. Trying to show off, he constructed a table for them with his new jutsu. The bear seemed to laugh at this gesture and they both sat down for a break. While the sun was still high the two shared a moment that they would soon help strengthen their bonds.
