Suiton: Himatsu no Jutsu (Water Release: Spray Technique)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates a small mist that can be used for a variety of differing purposes.
Special: Ram, Tiger
Drawback: The mist is very fine, can be seen through, only capable of being used for a distraction.
Description: A technique that creates a mist that can be very closely related to seaspray. This simple Suiton-based technique causes a fine mist to rise up off of a water source. The most common application of this technique is to surprise an opponent with the spray so that it gets into their eyes and they close their eyes. If not otherwise dismissed, the mist will last for three turns before being blown away or evaporated.
Limit: Must have Suiton no Jutsu. Must be a part of the Hoshigaki Clan.

Hrmm I guess I went to far maybe. I will have to apologize properly later. I was never good at these kind of things. Just wanted to give this a shot. Back to training now he thought looking at Gohma. The rain kept coming down even though. Oh well it should stop soon. He didn’t really put all that much chakra into it so with limited chakra and water it will stop shortly. He formed some few handseals quickly.”Not capable of doing what you’re doing? I am just as capable. Let me warm up here and I will show you what I can do. ” he said.

A string of handseals formed quickly from his hands his energy flow of chakra pouring into the water. Let see how could he turn this into a spray of water?. First he decided to do what he did similar to the rain technique he just used previously. His mind and chakra went into the sole focus of minding water molecules and separating it from the body of water. Than with a slight tug of his chakra little tiny water droplets would rise up from the water. They were rising up slowly and only in small quantities. He wanted a larger portion. So he expanded the area of his chakra.

It felt like he was plucking marbles or seeds of out box. Separating the water particles only to rse them up into the air. Then with a quick swift motion the water particles would fly off in a direction as if spraying something. Good now to do it in a faster and more forceful manner. He formed the seals again and then pressed his chakra against the water hard as if slapping it. Using the water bodoes rection he quickly separated the water particles and directed them in a direction. In one moment that water quickly spurted out a mist like spray.

He wanted to continue with this to see if he could try and make it faster and more precise. His chakra repeating to slap the water. Than all was left was Tsuyu splitting the water and directing the water to spray outwrads. At first it was like watching larger water droplets spray out. Each time though Tsuyu became more precise at making sure the spray was smaller and more fine. Each time the spray resembling mist a little more.This seemed to do the trick.

Special: None Drawbacks: None Description: Commencing from a standing position, the practitioner draws and with both hands swings to deflect up to two frontal strikes and then deflects one rear strike as part of sheathing. Restrictions: Must have a Senpai/Sensei of a Kenjutsu Dojo to learn; must have Reflex Training (C Rank) or Quick Strike Training (C Rank) -/10 [First Post] Well impress me then~ Gohma said snobbishly as he continued training with his own instructor. This one is going to be tricky, or so Gohma thinks. His teacher begins telling him in the rain that he must deflect two frontal blows, and then attempt to block an attack coming from the rear at the same time. He figures he can do it, but it might take a try or two. Gohma gathers himself and gets into position, placing one leg in front of the other, in a kneeling position. He begins breathing steadily, but realizes that he's in the wrong position. His instructor tells him to correct it, and stand up straight with his sword drawn already. Gohma releases the wooden sword from it's sheath and looks to his instructor in confusion. He nods and then tells him to raise his sword as if he's already countered a blow. This came easily to Gohma. Coming for him, his teacher begins unsheathing his weapon, getting ready to strike. Gohma could see it within his bleak obscure eyes. With his sword held high, he could see the swipe coming in at an angle, aiming straight at Gohma's neck. To think if Gohma didn't block this next attack, he would be lying on the ground holding his neck for comfort. Though he didn't let the contact even come close. Gohma's sword shot downward diagonally at the same time his attackers was, connecting. Then, the chain once again came around the opposite side. Gohma saw this in the corner of his eye and knew almost instantly what was going on. He continued his struggle with the wooden sword in a complete fluent motion. Turned completely around, he caught a glimpse of the weapon his sensei is throwing his way. With his torso already all the way turned around he sweeps to the right, sliding his sword in the way of the attack. The ball at the end of the chain smacks against the sword instantly, and Gohma now has the momentum to continue his swing all the way around. He continues his whirlwind swing until he gets about an inch away from his teacher with his sword. A tug on the sword limits his range, and the sword then finds itself lying on the ground, with the chain hanging from it. That's right, the chain lodged itself into the sword just as soon as he blocked the attack. Just imagine if that attack would have struck him. He couldn't imagine something like that. Though with him squatting in a vulnerable state, he receives a push on the head. The balance that Gohma doesn't have, comes back to haunt him as he falls backwards, landing on his spine. He lets out a small groan, but knew he pulled off the technique correctly, this he was proud of. Gohma looked over to see Tsuyu spraying mist from his mouth. ~I'm impressed Gohma scoffed sarcastically.

• Samekabe: Sugoi Hanasu no Jutsu (Shark Wall: Great Divide Technique)

Effect: Sends the Shark Wall darting forward for twenty meters.
Special: Rat, Monkey, Dog, Boar, Tiger
Drawback: Shark Wall must be active. The technique contains only enough force to sweep someone off their feet. Does little damage.
Description: A more powerful attack from Samekabe: Tamagakure, Sugoi Hanasu no Jutsu sends the Shark Wall rushing towards the opponent. The shark will turn from its' side, the nose coming to point directly towards the opponent, and then, combined with water that is either pulled from a water source or the environment, rushes downward. When the attack reaches its' farthest point, it will have created a straight line of water that is four feet in height and twenty meters long. This additional wall can last for one turn before it collapses. This wall maintains the same strength as the Samekabe it was used with.
Limit: Must have Suiton no Jutsu. Must know Suiton: Samekabe no Jutsu. Must be a part of the Hoshigaki Clan.

Gohma was mocing him wasn’t he? Hmph. Maybe he deserved it after some of the things he said to Gohma.”didn’t I saw this will only be a quick warm up?” he said to his friend. Little by little he wanted ot get far more serious with each jutsu he trains. His rain finally ending he just noticed. It kept going he forgot he casted that jutsu. He formed his hand seals. He knew of a jutsu he wanted to train. Hie closed his eyes and upon reopening them he forced a surge of chakra into the water. With a splash of water a giant shark made of water emerged..

This was his water shark wall he learned not long ago. The water shark stood vertically up like a real wall would. This time he wanted it to dart forwards to dash out when he called upon it. Ok so first perhaps making it move first would be needed. He pulled on hhis chakra within the shark down as if it were being held down by a leash. The shark turned on its side quickly and crashed into the water and reverted to its original water state. Whoops.”dang it.” well at least he moved it. He formed the handseals again and sent another chakra surge and a second water shark emerge popping out of the water.

This time he gently tugged the water shark down to its side. Nice and slowly he guided the shark. He was treating it like if he were holding something heavy and softly setting it down. Tsuyu was staring at a large water shark now just floating in the air above the water surface. Well at least it was floating on its belly this time and didn’t crash and revert to its normal form. The hoshigaki pondered on ways to make the shark move. Well for now lets practice on summoning the shark on its belly not standing like a wall. He released the jutsu and the shark returned.

He formed the handseals again for the shark jutsu’s. First was the shark. T emerged like befre, but Tsuyu tugged don on the shark and aimed for the shark to come out more diagonal. That way it could come out and land upright on its belly. The shark emerged diagonally and flew out than crashed back into the water exploding into its normal state. Heeeyy it got it to fly out. Just not the way he wanted. He’ll have to practice that. “Don’t say anything Gohma. I’m gonna get this right.” he said meaning it.

Restrictions: Must have a Senpai/Sensei of a Kenjutsu Dojo to learn; must have Reflex Training (C Rank) or Quick Strike Training (C Rank) -/10 [First Post] ooc: At C-Rank ninja, C-Rank techniques are 20tp. Nice try :D Gohma stood waiting for the next technique to be learned. After the thrust, he was sure to learn something cool to attack with. But after his teacher talked to him about deflecting three attacks, his hopes died down once again. He knew he must learn these deflection techniques, but nevertheless, it would be fun to learn something to attack with. Also, he needed to learn something he can capture things with, but that would have to wait for now. His trainer began walking backwards, sheathing his sword. He dug his hands into the sagging wrists of his robe and grabs something. He's seen this done before, his teacher usually does this when he's reaching for a projectile to hurl at him. Gohma prepares sensing danger. Standing up straight, Gohma grabs the hilt of his sword and drags it from the sheath. Hearing the grinding of the wood on the sheath as it emerges into the light. He held it high, embracing the hilt as he readies himself for impact. His trainer then lunges one arm forward while in a twist to the left, as he faces Gohma once again, he throws two more. These look like wooden Kunai, and so Gohma knew what he needed to do since they were thrown at different times. The first one almost smacking directly into his face was deflected quickly. In a fluent motion after hitting the first, he drags his arm back the opposite direction to the left to smack into the other one. It snapped in half, sending slivers into Gohma's face. One more to go. Gohma pulled his arm back once again to deflect the third and final kunai. All three kunai lodged themselves into the earth almost a meter away from Gohma. He looks down and falls to his knee, sheathing his sword for a job well done. His Trainer looks at him and nods his head as if learning to block was the most important necessity in training. Although it is a large part of his training, he figured it would be best if he could break a few skulls, or chop a few off. His trainer now looking a little more pleased with him every time he completes a technique flawlessly, reaches into his sag once again without Gohma noticing and sends another kunai in the air with a smile still on his face. Though even though Gohma may have been a tad bit late, he still rips his wooden katana from his sheath and deflects the final blow. Gohma looked over to see Tsuyu creating a shark wall, this was common within their clans. Hey, I can do that one already!~ Gohma laughed and caught his attention back on his training.

Ooops my bad. Sorry about that. I didnt even realize that. I put 10 down after learning a d rank and forgot I was training a c rank with my new jutsu)

Whatever this is his time to learn some jutsu. He wasn’t going to let nothing stop him. He performed the string of hand seals again once more. Large splash with a shark of water shark emerged. Doing the same thing from before he slowly brought thee wall shark down. Ok finally a shark that wont explode on him. Ok things looked good with him setting thingsin motion his chakra starting as fuel for the chakra the water shark began to move. It wasn’t moving any distances quite yet. He was moving the head and tail and fins.

The water shark looked like it was squirming around. That wasn’t a good thing. But he wanted it to look like a real more believable shark if he were t ever use this jutsu in vombat. If it looked fake people wouldn’t feel as threatened. As if controlling a puppet he used his chakra as figurative strings making the shark jaw move snapping its teeth with the fins flapping and tail swaying like how a real shark would move in the water. Ok now get this this shark moving around. Another push with his chakra set the gears in motion and the shark started to move.

Slowly but surely the shark was moving..About one centiemeter every five seconds. This needs to be quickened. He just didn’t want to mess up since the shark was big and could collapse again if he made a mistake. He increased his chakra flow and amount within the shark. This seemed to dramatically increase the speed. The shark started to move much faster now. Pressed the shark tail to move left and right as how a natural shark would move and the motion of its body he was truly mimicking a shark.

Tsuyu released the shark. He wanted to get this done faster now. More handseals than finally another water shark popped up. Setting things into motion the shark set itself down on its bely once more and as if setting down a wind up toy the shark began to move on his command. The shark swaying its tail, rocking f it s jaw and fins darting around in the air. Tsuyu than heard his friend say he can already do this jutsu.”Oh really? What about this? He formed a completely different set of handseals. Upon this the water shark spat out a ball of water that darted and exploded on the ground near Gohma.”Hey sensei. Don’t you think he’s getting a little cocky? I thought training disciples needed to be honest and sincere.” he shout out to Gohmas instructor as a form of payback.

Description: A powerful defensive technique that has been utilized by the Hoshigaki clan for a long time. By molding their chakra into a portion of water, they will cause that water to rise upwards in front of them, taking the form of a shark. The technique is also a pre-requisite technique for many attacks that build off of the technique, expanding this viable defense into a powerful offense once the imposing attack has been nullified. The Shark Wall will remain in place for three turns or until it has been destroyed. At maximum, the shark is six feet in height and eight feet in length.
Limit: Must know Suiton no Jutsu. Must be a part of the Hoshigaki Clan.

Samekabe: Tamagakure no Jutsu (Shark Wall: Hidden Bullet Technique)
Rank: "D" Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive
Effect: Sends a small ball of water towards the opponent in hopes of catching them off guard.
Special: Dog, Dragon. Shark Wall must be active.
Drawback: The attack is small, so even if it is successful, the damage it is capable of doing is incredibly limited.
Description: A weak attack that is followed up after the user performs Samekabe no Jutsu. During the aftermath of an attack hitting the wall, the user will perform the two handseals, which will cause a small ball of water, about two inches in diameter, to eject from the shark and fly towards the opponent. The attack moves at the normal speed of a kunai. Upon impact, the small ball will explode with enough force to perhaps knock a person back, but not enough to do any form of critical damage.
Limit: Must have Suiton no Jutsu. Must know Suiton: Samekabe no Jutsu. Must be a part of the Hoshigaki Clan.

Special: None Drawbacks: None Description: Commencing from a standing position, the practitioner strikes with the hilt at a frontal opponents face - forcing him to move back - then draws and forestalls a rear attack before sheathing. Restrictions: Must have a Senpai/Sensei of a Kenjutsu Dojo to learn; must have Reflex Training (C Rank) or Quick Strike Training (C Rank) -/10 [First Post] Gohma stood waiting for more instruction, he was getting the hang of these techniques rather quickly and decided he wanted to keep it that way. Kyoushi told him that he must hit the attacker with the hilt of his weapon, and then deflect an attack emerging from behind him. This was going to be easy, because it was pretty much just like all the other techniques he's been learning. One issue though. He didn't really feel up to popping his trainer in the face today. He laughed at the thought of it, but then got back to seriousness as his teacher brought a dummy from the corner of the training ground. Oh yeah, this is a place for training. Gohma planted his face in his hands and nodded as he readied himself for the technique. His teacher brought the dummy closer to him, in striking range so that Gohma could hit it directly into the face to knock it back. He watched his sensei circle around him with his sword drawn, almost like a fighting scene Gohma's seen from his clan-mates. He waited until his sensei was into position when he heard the word 'Go!'. Gohma slammed the dummy in the face with his unsheathed sword, getting into position, he then knelt down, feeling the soft mud from underneath him squish. He shivered in the fact that it could be feces from some stray animal but he must not let it get to his head. Concentrating hard, his shoulders began to turn, with his sword drawing to his backside before he knew anything was flying his direction. As his eyes locked with the sword crashing down on his back, he lifted his own to deflect it. As his trainers sword slid down the side of Gohma's he could hear the wood begin to snap as he dragged it further. This wasn't a good sign. Was it Gohma's? Or his teachers? The struggle went on until finally the sword snapped and Gohma sat on his butt awaiting his artificial death with his teacher. He feels a soft tap in the side of his neck as he lays down looking straight up at Kyoushi who looks as if he's in the dominant position pinning Gohma down like an animal. Like a shark... His teacher then realized what Gohma did was the right set of movements, but the sword was the one that gave out on him. No worries, I brought extras~ He exclaimed pointing to the far corner where a small stack of wooden katanas were. Though just as soon as Gohma was getting up to go get one, he felt a small shock-wave as a small ball of water slammed against the ground nearly two meters away. Tryna' kill me?!~ Gohma exclaimed. Though his sensei knew it was a small technique and couldn't have done much damage for he's not shaken at all. What this young boy does with his friends is not for me to instruct. If he's humble and kind to me while I teach, I have no say in how he treats his friends~ Gohma took his words into consideration and heart. He soaked it in until he felt really bad about being conceded. Sorry~ Gohma grumbled under his breath.

Using their knowledge of the crystal release, the user is able to crystallize particles in the air, allowing them to form a weapon almost from nothing. Both the weapons durability, and what weapons the user can create are based on their Shōton: Crystallization rank.

• C ranked Shōton: Crystallization rank- The user is able to create up to 10 secondary weapons at a time.
• B ranked Shōton: Crystallization rank- The user is able to create up to 15 secondary weapons, or 1 main weapon at a time.
• A ranked Shōton: Crystallization rank- The user is able to create up to 20 secondary weapons, or 2 main weapons at a time.
• S ranked Shōton: Crystallization rank- The user is able to create up to 30 secondary weapons, or 3 main weapons at a time. at a time.

I see. This isnt one of those humble practices.Watching Gohma training for Taijutsu somehow reminded Tsuyu of something. He remembered that using shoton a person could create weapons out of crystal. He must have thought of it because several taijutsus use or are compatible with weapons. The young shark boy made up his mind. He will try and practice learning how to create jutsu made out of crystal. He formed the needed hand seals for the jutsu. In front of him a piece of crystal from the ground appeared.Lets see. What weapon should I create?

He looked over at Gohma and already had an idea. A sword it was such a simple idea that it would work. The crystal piece he made on the ground just now was a small little circle, flat on the ground. Perfect for what he needed. He will use this for the hilt of the sword. He concentrated on the circle slowly extended out the circle. It was too small of a circle to be a basis for any sword but a miniature figure. He concentrated on extending it out expanding the shape of the circle turning it slightly ovular.

He stopped when it was about a inch in diameter. Alright next is the actual formation of the sword. Now he gave the crystal a slight lift wanting it to extend upwards. Like with the giant circle from before the circle started to rise like a cake. He followed the guidelines of making sure that it went up straight and didn’t grow diagonally past the diameter of the original crystal circle at the bottom. Using his chakra to precisely create a smooth and sleek exterior that of mocking the handle of the sword. He now stared at a pink crystal creation that looked pretty much like a sword handle. Ok one part down next is the blade."I'm sorry too." he said hearing the apology."We can make it up to each other later" he continued wanting to follow up.

Shōton: Crystallization
Rank: C, B, A, S
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user to create crystal to varying degrees.
Special: Handseals of the technique it is used with..
Drawback: It is impossible to crystallize electricity, wind, or fire. Any element that lacks a physical presence can not be crystallized. Sound Jutsu will act as if one rank stronger then their designated technique when being pitted against crystal. Sound techniques use their high frequency and vibration qualities to essentially shatter your crystals, as opposed to just break them, if they are geared towards acts of that nature *ie they are meant to damage physically and not some sort of genjutsu or the like*. When calculating damage vs the durability of your crystal, remember to add it together. If one person does an A rank vs you crystal that can withstand S rank, you can only endure one A rank more unless the crystal is redone/fixed which becomes costly.
Description: Using your abilities with the crystal release skill you are able to create crystal either by transforming the particles in the air, or a more prominent substance. The technique is your essential crystal technique. It governs two things: the amount of crystal you can create at once, and the strength of your crystalline constructs. At C rank the user is able to crystallize up to a 5x5 section of material per movement dedicated to the process after handseals. This of course can be edited to be proportionally the same such as a 6x4 meter area etc. Also, when you have this skill at C rank, your crystalline constructs are able to endure C rank damage before shatter. This defensive power stacks with whatever technique this is used with if applicable. As your rank increases so to does this techniques power. At B rank, your ability to crystallize becomes a 10x10 meter area, and its able to withstand up to a B rank. At A rank it increases to 20x20 meters, and is able to withstand up to an A rank amount of damage. At S ranks it increases once more to 40x40 meter area, and again is able to withstand an S rank amount of damage. With this technique the user is able to transport through crystalline structures of their own creation at a speed of 5 meters per movement (kind of like underground fish projectile). This technique is generally used passively within other techniques. This technique also allows a user to somewhat “dismiss” their crystal creations at will. When doing so the crystal seems to basically disintegrate.
Limit: Must have the Crystal release.

Reflex Training Rank: D, C, and B Rank Effect: D Rank - Improves evasive and deflection/blocking skill marginally. C Rank - Improves evasive and deflection/blocking skill slightly. B Rank - Improves evasive and deflection/blocking skill moderately Special: None Drawbacks: Cannot learn Quick Strike training. Description: The practitioner is put through a series of rigorous repetitive movements to improve their ability to reflexively react to attacks by evading or deflecting/blocking with their sword. As they develop their training, their speed and reflexes slowly increase. Restriction: Must have a Senpai/Sensei of a Kenjutsu Dojo to learn. -/60 [First Post] Gohma's instructor made it intensly clear that he was too slow in his attempts to block and evade. This brought him down to a whole other level, but nevertheless Gohma was ready to prepare for what he needed to accomplish. Whatever that may be. He took in a deep breath and watched as his teacher said slowly that he needed to practice his hand eye coordination and how he was going to do this, Gohma didn't know. His instructor reached into his pocket and retrieved the pebbles that he's been hurling in Gohma's direction, and held it in front of him so that he may see. He explains that the pebbles are not easy to block if there are a lot. Gohma already know this, so what was the point in telling him that. His teacher began walking away to sit by the tree, and stare into the open range. 'Go!' Gohma wasn't sure what he meant until he felt the first sting against the side of his face, making a ringing sensation erupt in his ears. He kneels down, avoiding one of them, flying over his head. How many does this guy have?! Over and over came the pelting until Gohma could unsheath his weapon and draw it into the way of his face. By now there must be about six welts on the side of his neck and face. Before he knew it, he was swinging his wooden sword back and forth until he was getting the hang of it. Ting ting ting, he could hear as the marbles sprang into other directions. Though he couldn't help but to feel the intense pain in the side of his face at random moments. At other moments could feel it again, maybe bouncing off of his torso, or hitting him directly in the inner thigh. This hurts more than it sounds as he grimaces and takes the pain. He's a trooper, or so the teacher things. It looks as if Gohma is just about ready to throw in the towel until after a few more moments and a few more stings. He begins smacking them back harder and harder, still missing a couple, he was getting the hang of it. Until they began flying in his sensei's direction. This wasn't a good thing for him, because they began coming at him at a quicker pace, as his sensei began to catch on to his tactic. Do you know any kind of taijutsu Tsuyu?~ Gohma said while in the middle of his rigorous training. He gets pelted several times in the neck with the marbles for losing his concentration. He knew he shouldn't have giving up concentration, but his curiousness threw him off. As he began catching on again, less and less marbles hit him directly. Most of the time they barely nicked him. That's the moment that he figured out just what he must do. He needed to avoid them at the same time. This sounded a lot harder to do, but less marbles would strike him if he pulled it off. At that, he began moving to the left, dodging a few marbles. He took a hold of his sensei's eyes with his own. They locked for a split second, as his sensei stands up and begins pelting even harder, as if to say 'sit still'. Gohma didn't like that, he gets a big thump in the chest with the marble, and it knocked the wind out of him. He drops to the ground and drops the wooden sword next to him. Welts are forming all over his face and neck, and as he begins to check his chest where the marble hit him, he notices blood. He starts to freak out for a small moment as he checks out how deep the wound is, but it's not deep enough to continue bleeding. He sighs of relief and glares a deadly stare into his trainers eyes. His sensei scoffed and turned his head to go sit down by the tree once more. Gohma knew that as he began trying to dodge the attack, his teacher upped the intensity which is only normal. Tsuyu could see the progress his friend Gohma was making. It was nice to know that he too was also progressing as well. But he didn’t want to be left behind. He was still working on the crystal sword from earlier. He had only made the sword handle for right now but that was only for starters. He leant over and grabbed the crystal handle.

It was sleek after all and easy to touch but it was to slick. If anybody were to use this it might actually slip from their hands. His chakra leaked from his hands and poured itself into the pink crystal rod like handle. His chakra wen t to the surface edges of the crystal. The concentration went into the the surface creation and working on making them a little more rough. To odo this he did the same process he used to create the crystal structures but instead he was reverting the process. Normally he would continue all the way through to make crystal sleek but he stopped mid way. This felt just about right. Because he stopped mid way the handle felt a little more rough.

Next his chakra left his hand channeling itself through to the top of the crystal handle. Pressing outwards the crystal began to expand outwards. He speed up the process while compressing his chakra throughout the crystal creation process in order to give it a good enough density. Bis chakra cut through and sliced off stopping the sword from growing in certain area. This gave the sword a nice clean sword like tip curve like a real katanq. He held the crystal creation in the air staring at a crystal sword as if some kind of priceless artifact .

He took the crystal sword it created and made a light swing to the ground striking it. The crystal sword broke in half from the middle of the blade. Darn. putting his mind and contration on the blade again he watched as the blade began to reform. Ok steady. He once more sculpted to blade to be longe and curved like a real katana. Pressing the molecules within the compress the inside and make it harder than it was before. He swung it around some more. Ok so its staying attached. He struck the ground harder this time. The sword smacked the ground but stayed together. Ooh it looked good this time. ”Here. Keep it maybe uou can use it.” he said as a nice gesture to gohma through it near his direction.

The crystal sword stabbing the ground and standing out of the ground. It landed about eight feet away from him.”Nah I haven’t learned taijutsu yet. I still need to practice ninjutsu more as you have seen.” he said referring to his failures when learning jutsus in front of gohma.

Same Tech 20/60 [Second Post] Gohma was rubbing his neck from the pain until he saw a crystalized katana fall in front of him. Oh sweet! I didn't know you could do that!~ Gohma said in complete amazement, but snapped back to his training. He got to his feet again and looked his trainer dead in the eyes, this time, he was going to just stick with blocking all the attacks until he's completely got it down. That seemed like the best of plans anyway. He leaned down to grip the crystal katana and see if it slid into his sheath. He gripped the hilt and began sliding it down, and yes, of course it slid to the very bottom, fitting like a glove of sorts. Gohma smiled and looked up to Tsuyu. Thanks you're the best!~ He exclaimed. Then looking to his teacher, he realized he had spoken too much for the disappointment plagued his face. He got to his feet after sitting by the tree and walked nonchalantly towards Gohma, eyeing him down once again. This time, he walked around picking up all the stray marbles and gave Gohma time to rub his welts until they somewhat went away. He focused on his breathing, a large exercise his trainer nagged him about. He breathed gently but deeply until his teacher got to the pitchers mount with all of his marbles in his sleeve. He began the madness almost instantly. Gohma gripped the hilt of his new crystal sword and swung it ninety degrees, facing the sky. The first marble was deflected, but there were going to be many more, so long as Gohma keeps blocking him the way he is. Another one bounces off his sword and juts to the side, but as Gohma followed it with his eyes, he felt a sting against the side of his head. It's not the fact that he has bad reflexes, it's the part where he begins to get bored and side tracked. This was becoming a real problem for him because he'd notice a dragon fly, or another kind of bug just swing on in front of him, ultimately making him lose focus. Bang, bang, thud, sounds burst off like fireworks as two marbles pelt him in either sides of his neck, and the third in the center of his chest. He holds the sword up to the middle of his face, with the excruciating pain pulsating now in his head. Breathing heavily he looks into the eyes of his trainer, thinking about what he might be targeting. This was enough to keep him focused on something for now. He could practice doing two things: getting his reflexes better, and staying on track with things. It was actually working. Every time his teacher threw a marble, it was deflected almost instantly. As he threw two of them at the same time, Gohma just twisted his torso, and lets his sword lag behind as he swatted them both from the air at the same time. This seemed to work flawlessly, no matter how many times he did it. Though something new just happened that through Gohma off almost just as fast. Two marbles were thrown, but then almost instantly after the second, came a third, shadowing it as it flew directly behind. As Gohma swatted the first two from the sky, the third was concealed from behind the second, so Gohma didn't have enough time to reach back and swat that one from the sky as well. He sighed and thought about how he had failed as soon as the marble smacked heartlessly right in his armpit. The crystal sword dropped and Gohma lost circulation in his arm it hit him so harshly. He looked at the spot where it it, and it was circled, blood red spot lined his armpit. It was almost too ridiculous to look at.

Using the crystal release the user creates a crystal blade attached to their arm at the wrist. It allows for melee combat with a weapon, while not hindering handseals. The blade is usually about 3 feet long, and can either extend from the wrist, past the hand, or up the arm, or both.

The shoton weapon creation jutsu that he learned earlier reminded him of another jutsu that he had researched before. He didn’t realize but now that after he learned the weapon creation it leaves room for another jutsu. It was a perfect match. The hoshigaki boy formed his hands together for jutsu seals. Alright lets give this a shot. He grabbed a piece of crystal on the floor and placed it on the side of his arm. His hand kept the crystal in place as he pressed it down on his arm. He was going to make the crystal blade on his ar. Making sure the crystal was in place things were set as his chakra flowed into the crystal from his hand.

The blue shark boy kept his chakra flowe from his hand into the crystal small and steady. Chakra from the pressed up part of his arm also leaked out into the inside of the piece of crystal. He focused on the crystal flowing outwards kind f like what he would do with a suiton jutsu. First he would need for the crystal to latch onto his arm by sticking itself onto his skin. But how would he do that? Perhaps by crystallization the top layer of his skin. He started to do this He can feel as if his skin was trembling as it was somewhat hardening. Than he realized that once he released this the part of the blade latch won’t have any skin.

He stopped the process. And reverted it trying to take off the crystal from his skin He removed the small piece of crystal that he had held on his arm and stared at his arm. It was a slight darker shade of blue. That was a sign of bruising for him at least. He’ll try again. He placed the crystal on his arm once more. Trying to latch it onto his arm. He could feel the crystal on his skin. Fear came into his mind that he migh be killing off his skin by converting it completely into crystal.

He stopped the process during halfway of the process. Wait this didn’t feel bad at all. He sent a tiny amount of his chakra to feel throughout the arm. His practice within the shoton release could tell him how much was crystalized. It would seem that he only crystalized half of the skin portion. So the top layer of the skin molecules were only halfway crystalize and not completely. Of course! By doing this it gives the crystal a place to latch onto and then he could reverse the process. For now he would have to increase the area of the crystal so it could hold itself. His energy expanding outwards with the crystal slowly covering more area for the impending blade to hold itself.

Tsuyu went to look at Gohma. Gohma seemed to be progressing in his own training as well.This continued to motivate the hoshigaki. Maybe Gohma was getting motivated too by seeing Tsuyu’s progress. Things seemed to be good as he watched the crysta on his arm. It felt pretty secure on his arm now that he used his chakra to crystalize some parts of his arm. He extended out his arm outward than took his hand off slowly and carefully. Ok seems to be staying on that’s good. But the way his arm was position was that the crystal part was standing straight up.

He will have to turn his arm to test to see how sturdy it will stay on his arm. He slowly turned his arm to the side to see what gravity will do. The crystal stayed place in his arm. Great so he got the part where it will stay on his arm initially. He wll have to test this again after blade formation. His arm flowed with vigorous energy as chakra filled the piece of crystal on his arm. The piece of crystal protruded out like a small seedling whos stem was sprouting. The piece of crystal grew outwards straightly. Then after about an inch and a half it stopped.

His chakra pulled the crystal apart from the two separate ends of the branch like piece attacked to his arm. It slowly branched out in a T shape. He stopped on the south end that went towards his elbow at about a centimeter length. He wanted to focus on creating on branch at a time. His chakra extended the crystal outwards. Putting his mind and chakra into sync he focused on make the crystal smooth and curve out while forming like a real blade. He did this with the other side. When complete he stared at a long secured blade that was attached to his arm. Now to test it. He swung his arm around as if attacking. The blade stayed true and on his arm. Neat it was working well it would seem. Gohma seemed to be in pain during this. Tsuyu wasn’t sure what to say. The more Gohma talked the more mad his sensei seemed to get.”Do you’re best. I know you can.” he said waving with his crystal blade still on his arm. He didn’t care about the blade. He just wanted to support his friend.

Same Tech 40/60 [Third Post] Gohma's eyes jutted back to his sensei, infuriated, and at the same time, dark and calm. This has been a long day for training, but Gohma didn't mind. It seemed as if he was learning these techniques quicker than normal. Whatever reason that may be, it's got him in a good mood for the time being. Gohma watches as his trainer waits for him to gather his footing again and pick up his new katana. And so he did. Gohma reached to the ground and picked the crystal katana from the cool muddy surface, whiping it off and blowing away the excess mud. He sighed and thought, this is the last time I'm going to do this. I'm finished with this guy's bullcrap. His sensei nodded as if he heard what he said, and pulled back as far as he could with his right arm. Must be his good one. Then lunged forward, sending three marbles barreling Gohma's way. This was easily avoided by sidling slightly to the right. His sensei frowned and pulled back another throw, which covered any kind of sidling. Though he completely forgot about Gohma's functionality. He ducked almost instantly. It was almost funny to Gohma how angry his teacher was starting to get. Maybe he didn't like when Gohma dodged the attack, and enjoyed watching him block it instead. Whatever the reason, it made no difference, so long as Gohma didn't get hit. He was doing a flawless job, breathing, dodging, his sword still sheathed. Until his teacher sent an undodgable attack. Marbles in every which direction. This time, Gohma dripped the hilt of his sword, drawing it, and at the same time flinging it in a diagonal motion towards his upper right hand side. Thus, deflecting just about four to six marbles out of the way. He was just about to rub it in his sensei's face, when he heard the voice of Tsuyu. Supporting him, and waving his hands. Gohma had no choice but to look, but as he did so, it must have been the worst choice he's ever made as a ninja. A barrage of just about ten marbles repeatedly smashed themselves against his temple, neck and torso. This sent him into a backwards spiraling movement. He forgot about his pain for now, because still more marbles were being forced in his direction. He knew that he could dodge them. One coming at him at head height, and one slamming towards his legs, he hopped in the air, tucking his head, arms, and legs into a ball. His trainer missed these attacks but was satisfied with the performance Gohma gave him. The marbles stopped flinging through the air, and left a large pile of spherical projectiles lying on the ground around him. He gave out a small sigh as he held up his hand to speak to Tsuyu. Thank you, for the support~ He said without any breath to speak. He dropped his arm down to the side and fell to the ground. His head ached, his neck was pulsating, and his heart felt like it was nearly stopping. Figuratively of course. Gohma couldn't tell how long he's been lying on the ground, because he thought he may have passed out. After a short fifteen minutes of sleeping, Gohma sat back up and yawned. Feeling the soreness in his muscles. His sensei instructs him to stand up and prepare for the next technique.

Tsuyu watched as his friend got hit because he actually payed attention to him. Wait what. noo! Why? Why did gohma do that? He thought that Gohma would only listen and no pay attention to him otherwise. Was it because he waved his arm to Gohma. That must be it...He did this to Ghma. He got his childhood friend hurt because of his carelessness. The blue boy thanked Tsuyu for his support and fell down to the ground. That was enough to shatter the fragile boys heart.

He ran over to Gohma without hesitation. Thinking that this was all his fault. Every time he spoke to him he got hurt more and more. This wasnt supposed to be like this. He just wanted to cheer him on, not get him beaten enough to fall. Tsuyu the smaller and younger of the two knelt down next to him. Checking to see how his friend was."I'm sorry." he said. Not sure if he could hear. He felt like it must be said."I'm sorry Gohma." he paused briefly."I'm sorry Gohma's sensei...I interupted his training. It's my fault he got distracted during you're training so dont be so harsh on him please.

He knelt down to gohmas level trying to hug him. He still had the crystal blades. His mind made a signal and almost instantly the blades were released and turned into a pink powder. It got over gohma."I'm sorry." he said again. That was for what happened and for spilling crystal dust on him. Tsuyu held onto Gohma not letting Gohma go hoping for him to recover and wake up soon. He let go after ten minutes feeling as if he should stop connecting himself with Gohma and leave him be. Who knows what will happen when he wakes up. He might be made."Take good care of him please. I'll leave him alone. I'm going to over watch his progress over there while I train." he said to the taijutsu sensei and walked off.

Effect: Allows the user to create crystal to varying degrees.
Special: Handseals of the technique it is used with..
Drawback: It is impossible to crystallize electricity, wind, or fire. Any element that lacks a physical presence can not be crystallized. Sound Jutsu will act as if one rank stronger then their designated technique when being pitted against crystal. Sound techniques use their high frequency and vibration qualities to essentially shatter your crystals, as opposed to just break them, if they are geared towards acts of that nature *ie they are meant to damage physically and not some sort of genjutsu or the like*. When calculating damage vs the durability of your crystal, remember to add it together. If one person does an A rank vs you crystal that can withstand S rank, you can only endure one A rank more unless the crystal is redone/fixed which becomes costly.
Description: Using your abilities with the crystal release skill you are able to create crystal either by transforming the particles in the air, or a more prominent substance. The technique is your essential crystal technique. It governs two things: the amount of crystal you can create at once, and the strength of your crystalline constructs. At C rank the user is able to crystallize up to a 5x5 section of material per movement dedicated to the process after handseals. This of course can be edited to be proportionally the same such as a 6x4 meter area etc. Also, when you have this skill at C rank, your crystalline constructs are able to endure C rank damage before shatter. This defensive power stacks with whatever technique this is used with if applicable. As your rank increases so to does this techniques power. At B rank, your ability to crystallize becomes a 10x10 meter area, and its able to withstand up to a B rank. At A rank it increases to 20x20 meters, and is able to withstand up to an A rank amount of damage. At S ranks it increases once more to 40x40 meter area, and again is able to withstand an S rank amount of damage. With this technique the user is able to transport through crystalline structures of their own creation at a speed of 5 meters per movement (kind of like underground fish projectile). This technique is generally used passively within other techniques. This technique also allows a user to somewhat “dismiss” their crystal creations at will. When doing so the crystal seems to basically disintegrate.

If I keep getting involved he will keep getting hurt. I will have to apologize properly later. I can understand if he cant forgive me for this. But for now back to training now he thought looking at Gohma. He wasn’t sure when he would wake up, but hoped it would be soon..”if I train hard enough I can protect you so you don’t get hurt again because of me ” he whispered

HeHe thought that since they both randomly met to train it was a neat way to show each other what they got even though it was said indirectly. but for the day to have such a sad happening he had to keep progressing to make this have a happy ending. He stomped the ground with his right foot. From his right food the ground began to crystalize in a circle formation around him. A circle of roughly 10 feet in diameter of circle surrounded Tsuyu. He was able to create crystals now with the shoton release. He wanted to extend his knowledge of the release further. Let’s start practicing by trying to cover a larger perimeter at once.

Hopefully by practicing covering and expanding more area he will become more adept at it. He concentrated his chakra on the crystal which was formed at the ground below him. It stopped in a circle leaving the ground he stood on alone. He focused on the crystals alone and gently brought his chakra outwards towards the sky. Focusing singularly on the molecular components of the crystals. Duplicating and extending the crystalline structure while maintaining its density through and through

He breathed n and out as he did this. The first step was just to practice while testing the abilities of how far he can go. The crystal circle grew thicker in appearance as it rose like a cake. Things were going good so far. He kept gently bringing up his chakra within the pink structure. The crystal structure continued to inflate itself. Using his chakra he increased the creation process but not for speeding it up. But for making it more dense. He stopped when the crystal grew to about two feet tall. Next he raised his leg and stepped on the circular crystal. Than raising his other leg and finally stood on top of the crystal completely. Much better results now actually.

Before his crystals were falling apart on him because he was focusing too much on the crystal expansion rather than density. It would seem things are more elevated to normal properties now if he was abe able to stand on it. He was about one hundred and forty pounds so the crystals had to be sturdy enough to support. He walked along the circular crystal structure to further test that it was made properly. On his third step there was a small cracking sound.Crud!! He applied a larger dose of chakra in intensify the density within the crystalline structure. Using his chakra like hands he coumpounded the crystals components together like squishing together to make things more harder.

Ok hopefully that hardened it now.His footsteps stayed true on the crystal. It truly was durable. His foot slipped a little due to it being slick but that meant he created it properly. Alright enough play lets see if he could control the crystal properly. Stepping inside back of the crystal ring he now focused himself on the crystal more. His mind and chakra lifted up. However the crystal didn’t react. He tried again but not a budge. He wasn’t trying to extend it outwards again he was trying to use his shoton knowledge to levitate it into the air. But it would seem that the creation he made was a little too heavy when he made it.

He also stared his friend laying on the ground. Than he saw his friend get up he was finally awake. This thrilled Tsuyu he wanted to rush over. But than he looked over to his sensei. Oh that’s right….I cant get involved. tears came down his cheeks but he turned around and hoped the hoshigaki didn’t see. I’m glad you’re awake. I was so so worried. I wont bother you anymore.” he said. His voice showed that he was depressed and troubled because of this. He couldn’t stop that. Gohma got hurt because of Tsuyu though. It was his fault and he didn’t want that to happen again. He would have to keep training alone and hopefully Gohma wont get hurt because of Tsuyu again.
