I knew that the creater could not keep Sauske without the curse seal. With this whole "fusing my body with his" that Jugo is doing there how much you want to get that Sauske is going to get an un removable, supped up, lets make the final eye even stronger even though as of now it looks like shit ultimate "seal" yet it ain't a seal.

I have a feeling this Curse sealed, 4th eye sasuke is going to wtf pwn the Eight tails somehow. It only going to work though because Sasuke is compatible with the Curse seal since he already had it, and then got rid of it.

Curse Seal + 4th eye = Some stupid strong unbeatable eye technique.

I still don't get why the cloud village didn't use the eight tails to their advantage. He's the perfect combo of host and bijuu.
