So just a heads up for everyone, I'm going to be closing the village, more or less you just need permission to go through the gates, Ill try my best to stay on top of it so it wont hinder you guys.

Seriously.. I really can't keep up with everything that happens, so I have to stick to my own rp, and be oblivious to everything else.. I'll keep an eye out on new stuff in the rumor mill of course, but if you can put something in the OOC if our characters are not allowed to know about it, it could be great, and rumor mill if our characters could know about it, just so we have a chance to figure this out IC as well ^^

I know I had a training session planned for Asami outside the village.. Sure thing it can wait and all that, since there are plenty of stuff to do, but Asami have developed a liking to the outside, and realized that she needs to train a lot on her basic skills, so she would probably try and figure out why the gates are closed at some point. Prolly won't be told anything, but I guess you could put in a security clearance for knowledge and such.. That could actually be really cool if you can find the time to do that ^^

Alright guys I posted the announcement so I want to see what you all think. First and foremost it is an RP tool (I guess is the best way to put it) and you can choose to completely ignore it if you want. The jist of the Karma system will effect how the village views our shinobi and you can reflect that in your threads.

Is there anywhere specific you guys would want me to place it or give it its own thread? I know this is kinda weird and abstract but as I've mentioned with some people how Im having my character as kage effected by you all I wanted to do the same kind of thing with the village.

Just to make sure i got it straight... I'm always tired so my brain isn't working as it should

our missions give karma. Depending on how we do the mission we get positive or negative karma points, and the villagers will view us depending on that yeah?

Then you should definitely give it it's own thread and build a bit upon it. like. When does people's perception change? how many points in either one way is a lot? Because 2 karma points would probably not give the greatest change, but 100 would definitely make them see you with something else than neutral.

Can you gain extra positive or negative karma if you do something really heroic or devious in your gm'ed only mission?

All these small things that makes it a proper system, that we can actually use and work with.

Because I honestly think it's a great idea. And we can even put ourselves in a starting fixed karma (Like Naruto started with a shitton of negative karma due to his acting out, and that jinchuriki)

I know I always choose to be a no name so it make sense that I don't know the other players and such, but I really like the idea, of giving us another way to move towards a destination. It would also make sense that people would come up and maybe give advice on "Don't go with that Tara girl. She's a bad influence" or "Oh the Kage is so good, listen to what she says" etc etc... It gives another dimension into the rp, and makes it seem like the world is alive and moving, even the NPC's ^^

And yes... I might be looking closely at peoples Karma to determine if people would try and sway the very young and innocent medic towards or away from people

The change will be pretty obvious from the start, people just smiling at 5 good karma actively looking away at 5 evil. I wasnt gonna make the effect threhold as high as 100 for an effect since s rank gives 10 points.

Yeah i think we can get it to where a gm can give some extra points.

Also the karma wont exactly be opposites, well accumulate both kinds so people with good and evil will be seen like oh theyre amazing but you wouldnt want to meet em in a dark alley. Like laxus from fairy tail or katsuki from hero academia
