I am going to be including the Animal House as part of a tower (Or whatever I decide to call it) and will be making missions that include learning Animalism techs, buying the books we don't have, capturing animals, and... Learning MOUNTED COMBAT! That's right. I want Stone to be riding on mounts. So look forward to that.

Yeah the team thing is good, once Godaime Tsuchikage is done with the tower I'll set up our team thread. Wonderin if you want in on that team Tie?

Um as to what we should have? Off the bat we could have a Roman shop, Bar, gambling parlor, just some RP areas.

Or some sort of stone practice arena, see if we could have some techs that would stop lethality when sparring with fellow stone ninjas. I know there are some barrier techs that work well with arena's. Could host all sorts of events from something like that.

Oh build up missions, to an event. A series of missions that you want done before an event is triggered. So then we wont be pushing you to do an event, and if we do all you would have to do is point at the mission build up events and say "suck it do those first."

set up some festivals, spring summer winter fall, kinda easy ones, or the to commemerate the last kage's death we could have a festival then to honor his spirit.

Oh lets start up a CE recruiting thingy to get those interested in the next CE's prepared, and for CE's there after, preferably have some one who has been through the CE's to head this. Would help form the team for CE's early as well so its not a scramble to get one formed before hand.

Right so, multiple events to go to, but no one is gathering to go, I keep saying we should meet team wise and have made a team thread, people opted not to meet there, I ask people to go on missions and people are like not going, and Abumi has been bugging me about doing the im's since Sairo came to power...I guess today that was organized, i have been wanting to go to the sand dealy, but i've been kinda...cut from getting into that until you decide to get on with it, dunno about the grass deal, or the taki deal...

Yeah I've been trying...And my event for thunderdome is up too. Hrm...I dunno, I mean im still ready at any time to go to immovable object event and team up. And im not gunna get a mount...if anything i'd hunt for soar whale, and just have it fly circles around stone till someone attacks or something like that. I keep saying we need a special org for stone like sound five and m7 in other villages...people seem to want that. I dunno man, I've done my part, and am even taking it to the Ssj level now that Heero made my main account GM.

I'm working on setting up some personal stuffs to basically establish the kazeraikou in stone, which was the request to make a Manor thread which i'll eventually become leader of. Seems like a lot of talk and not much affirmative action from stoners so...i dunno, I'm gunna start going solo and develope things for just me I think...until someone else gets active on ideas . And I can Gm a thread fer people and give them alternate rewards I blieve which equate to money, and a body can be looted for items like overview weapons i believe so yeah...If ppl are just bored make a thread and pm me to gm and i'll toss things at you. I've also got people to start working on events of their own desire and have been saying all day if you got an idea, just str8 up let me know, fill the form out, and ill throw it in the apps.

-Anyway...I guess a better mission roster would work...since we discovered theres a mission where people can simply exit the village, drop a sword off and return for 3k Lol. I mean, im all up for shortcuts but...yeah thats a little easy for all the high tp member's around here. I personally would like to see much MORE Kage interaction and open Kage threads around the village and would like to see the kage handing out missions that pertain to the civil war plot. As in Make open thread's,, have people stop by and be like "I need you guys to go scout some random area for a rumor about a intel black market where missing rogue from the village are trading village secrets for cash...This is fueling alot of the border trouble we've had lately and may expose a network of under ground thug's who are leaking details about the inner working of our village"

Prolly should MOVE the village to a new location as well cause seriously that would ic wise be a reasonable precaution. It was something Tonou was working on, and then theres people like Vel and cloud who know of stones location.

until the higher TP people get some rank under their belt, like after next CE's i think massive training is probably what most initiatives are. Stories build once there are enough Chuinin, B rank missions open up a bit more, and those are more team oriented. Once you get the small team building stuff running like that, then the teams will be available for the bigger stuff. It seams we are on the verge of maturing into a real Event oriented village but its going to take a bit more time to go through CE's. After that though all this side stuff and village building will come naturally. Its all about getting to those team oriented missions with B ranks.

MISSION BOARD IS NOW UP! Anyone who is currently doing a mission... FAILS! HAHAHA!

Nah, just kidding. Dub's the only one doing a mission from the other mission board, which he's still allowed to complete.

There are a few D and C ranked missions as well as quite a few Herbalism missions and... Hospital Building missions! Thats right, this village has no hospital at this time! Once those missions are complete, you will have a hospital. Don't complete them? NO HOSPITAL! The choice is up to you.

You'll also notice that some of my missions have a decision based goal. Feel free to choose a way to go on them and the reward could be different. But is the higher priced reward always the best? Hmmmmmm...

There is also some that have a requirement for a Random Encounter roll. As previously stated, I LOVE Random Encounters. So when PMing staff to Travel thread moves, make sure to ask for a Random Encounter role. The success of your mission depends on it. (Note: For those missions, all you need is the roll. If no encounters happen, thats fine. But I at least need to see the roll done, which I can with my Staffingan)
