Rank: "D"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A wind technique using winds to lift and control a certain amount of weapons or people using powerful and at some points violent winds after utilizing the wind release. However, this can only be done to a certain extent.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Must be learned multiple times, last handseal must be held for the technique to work. Once the seal is broken the technique will end.
Description: Performing the necessary handseals, the user will affix their wind release chakra and summon a small to large amount of powerful wind around a certain number of objects. At this point they can be suspended and controlled, moved through the air. However, the ability and amount of things possible to be moved varies along the rank learned for the technique. The winds if commanded can be very dangerous at any point in time, however it may only maim or move. When first learned at "D" Rank, the user is capable of having lifting a total of 10lbs. When dealing with weaponry, the weight of each weapon will be added together to result in the max; same with shinobi. When "C" Rank is reached the user is capable of lifting 50lbs. At "B" Rank, 200; At "A" Rank, 500; and finally at "S" Rank, 1000lbs.

The next morning I found myself enjoying the pleasure of fresh juice thinking of how I wished to proceed on the day. I was not hurting for money and had just returned from a mission so I did not believe that I needed to aide the city with a mission. I did not feel like traveling much either; I supposed that I would train.

I had tired of Katon techniques and had decided to move on to another change of nature: Fuuton. There was one technique that was quite simple in the way that the theory worked. It was a levitation technique almost, creating such a rush of wind that things would actually be picked up by it.

I was vaguely familiar with how to manipulate winds but thought myself greater than the average shinobi in my understanding of chakra and figured it would not be all too difficult. I moved out into the garden which had seemed to be my unofficial training ground in order to train.

I perused over the scroll, having to read the Handseals only once. It mentioned the derivation of what all wind techniques really came from: air pressure. All that would have to be done is a constant depressurization near the top and controlling the fluid-air circulation so that it behaved in the way I wished. There were reports, according to this scroll, of shinobi lifting mountains. I would not be able to do that, I knew, until i learned the fundamentals all the while hoping that by some innate ability it would happen to me.

I would perform the Handseals and work on depressurizing the air around me. It had instantly repress irised before I realized I had to create the flow patterns before I depressurizing. I worked on making easy, large circular patterns that took air from the tip and recirculated it to the bottom. Then I would suddenly add another, changing the patterns, and simultaneously depressurizing. Even this simple technique had me flustered: wind was not my strong point.

But that was the extent of my own interference: nature did the rest. The wind suddenly pushed up, lifting my shirt up slightly, rushing upwards in a radius about me. I found the will and focus required to maintain it for long times difficult and only held it for a few seconds because of it.

I sat down on the patio and reflected on all that I learned this early morning.
