I chuckled as Captain Karashi mentioned my turban. But I said nothing regarding it as he continued on with what he had to say. He explained what we were here for and what we had to do. I looked over the blueprints and was ready to help out when I watched the other start doing far more than I thought was necessary.
Rather than utilizing the workers here and conserving his own strength, he used a wooden technique to form the support beams. But in the process, the beams were now incredibly misshapen. While the wooden beams didn't need to be placed in where they needed to go, we now had to work on cutting and shaping each thing. Furthermore, the one who had done so had used up quite a bit of chakra.
I let out a light sigh before keeping calm. "That wasn't necessary to do. Now you've tired yourself out and there's still quite a bit to be done. But no matter. Maybe I can help fix this small problem." I said, looking at the beams and remembering what I had seen from the blueprints.
With a flick of my wrists, the wire that wrapped around it unraveled. And from there, I pulled some of the kunai from my belt. I tied the wire around each one, holding them in place for me to expertly control the wire that I used for my weapon. Most considered it unconventional, but I would prove that wasn't the case.
I looked over at the beams before closing my eyes. With a deep breath, my body calmed itself down before I started to lift my arms up. Swift motions soon followed as the wire whipped around the support beams. The kunai would slice small extras off of the branches, making them a little smoother. As I did so, I started to walk through it, hitting them from all angles.
"As I clear an area, finish up what I might have missed." I told the workers as I moved to the next section. From there, they would be able to start fully inspecting the beams while my kunai continued to carefully trim them down and make them look like the support beams they were supposed to look like.
