The colors of everything around her turned grey, as her pulse and breathing stopped but for a moment. Standing there, as if frozen in time, there was nothing else that reached her. A single word, which had given the girl a chance to start anew. A chance to leave all the pain and suffering behind. A chance to be accepted and kindled as one of Yukigakure's own. No longer would people wonder where her loyalty would lie. No longer would the citizens turn their head in her direction with a discontent view. The bonds between Ame and Yuki would be strenghtened, and everything she had worked so hard to achieve were coming into fruition..

Left her lips, in a wondering way, as tears were now visibly running down her cheeks. The expression on her face was that of incomprehension. They had done it, all of them. It wasn't until Oyushi grabbed her hand and rose it into the air, that Yoshinee herself snapped out of it. Letting out a loud Woooo! the girl finally let go of her thoughts. Tonight there would be no analysing or thinking. It would be all partying, in the name of their village.

"I can't believe we all made it!"[/b] While still crying, Yoshinee was beaming. The light shining in her eyes were brighter than the sun itself. Yoshinee had found a home.

It seems as soon the announcement lingered into their ears the whole atmosphere changed. Indeed, before the tension and worry could easily be noticed upon the old genins faces. Instead the whole temple rubled with applous and rampant emotions from the newly promoted shinobi.Allowing a soft smirk to appear on his lips Ace silently pondered about their future. Tonight the ninja world was silent yet only to be prepared for tomorrow. Giving all three of them a simple and proud node the chivalrous gambler turned around. "Celebrate proudly and rest responsibly young ones"[/b] he mentioned to them before walking. Casually the Hachidaime Yukikage entered the small pathway beside the symbolic statue while the ceremonial candles began to flicker out signaling the end of the ceremony.

Suddenly the Knave of Hearts halted his steps as he slightly turned his head towards the faint glow at the entrance of the small pathway. There was nothing there yet a familiar presence lingered between the two dwindling candle lights. "Reddo lad maybe your helplessly curious of their future as well"[/b] he gently asked the bleak darkness not expecting an answer back. Waiting a few moments the card enchanter chuckled slightly as an sad smile formed upon his lips. "we will both see what fate have orchestrated for them I suppose my dear companion"[/b] he said in his usual soft and polite tone as he resumed his silent travel.

Exiting the sacred temple through a hidden door the arctic wind slithered against his flesh. Gently placing his white gloved hands into his pockets the Hachidaime Yukikage wondered upon the frozen soil yet not truly alone. Despite not being able to see the flesh of his dear friend the chivalrous gambler could feel the young wind master's proud smile being offered to his old and loyal protector and friend.

They had all made it, leaving all of their apprehensions behind. All of their doubt went with it. Tsu couldn't help but feel incredibly happy, although it did feel as if a rain cloud was hovering over her in what should have been a joyous moment of celebration. Father, you asshole. You always ruin everything. Instead of being happy, Tsu was angry. Instead of relaxed, focused. And instead of staying put and enjoying the rest of the celebration in her new white furs and sparkling gown, she smiled briefly at the still warm crowd and then took herself out of the spotlight.

She hoped that the other two wouldn't take it as a sleight, she wanted to make new friends, but it seemed as if she wouldn't be able to do so as immediately as she had wanted. Tsu made her way through crowds of people, seeing their smiling faces and wishing that she could be as happy and oblivious as they were. It was at this moment that she felt it, a feeling that made goosebumps rise on her flesh. He was watching her, right now. Instead of looking around and making it obvious that she knew, she put on her best fake smile and hurried back to her own home. There she could get geared up, and confront this threat before it confronted her.
