Issou used to be a very sweet little boy. He loved to spend time training with his father on his ninja skills. He tried to be the perfect son, the perfect ninja but his constant failure got in his way. He can get discouraged very easily. As a whole, he is generally a laid-back, jovial fellow, although he can be absolutely serious when the situation warrants it. Despite his carefree attitude, his speech is always polite, though it is sometimes sarcastic.

Issou wears traditional Japanese wooden sandals and a bucket hat, a white kosode (short-sleeved under-kimono),under a black kimono and hakama, and a white obi sash. He also wears a white haori(short sleeved very long vest) with the aku symbol on the back over the usual black clothes when going to special events. He has short white hair tied in long bundle of hair, which is tied to make a pony tail. He has a gold plate across his chest. He wears black bracers with gold borders and a carving on the outside on his wrists and shins of his legs.

Effect: Through much exposure and experience with lightning and lightning jutsus, the ninja learns to use lightning not only to shock, paralyze, and or numb, but a burn is added to all off his lightning jutsus. All lightning jutsus cause damage of the rank above it. A D causes C rank damage, a C rank causes B rank damage, a B causes A rank damage, an A causes S rank damage. an S rank causes...a lot of damage...
Special: Automatic with all lightning jutsus.
Drawback: A devotion to lightning techniques.
Description: Through much exposure and experience with lightning and lightning jutsus, the user becomes a master of lightning jutsus. They have learned how to extend lightning’s usefulness into burning as well as shocking, paralyzing, and numbing.
Limit: Lightning release (Obviously) 500 TP of Raiton no jutsu techniques. Once you have 500 TP of Raiton jutsus, this is automatically "learned".

Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is can not be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fieiry explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing even more devastating damage.
Limit: Must have the Fire Release

Katon Kyuuka (Fire - Flame Sphere Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A Defensive technique to where the user concentrates on the chakra within their body. The user pushes the chakra out as they use the body heat within their very body to create a spere of flaming heat all around the user in a grand radius. Depending on how well the user knows this technique is dependent on the distance this technique can be used.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: If the user is capable of performing this technique twice in a battle or twice within every ten rounds the user will calapse with fatigue and high temperature.
Description: This technique is used as a defensive style technique. The user concentrates on the chakra within their body and exerts out in a large blast. The chakra is pushed out in a blazing flame and creates a large amount of heat to be used as a defensive style technique to push or remove those that are around the user, to allow the user an amount of space in a blinding like speed.. When first learned the technique is capable of being pushed in a five meter radius. Each Rank learned the technique increases in distance by ten meters. This would be the basis for all NinJutsu Specialists. However if the user is a NonJutsu Specialist the distance only increases by five meters. If the user is a NinJutsu Master the distance increases by fifteen meters.
Limit: Must have the Fire Release

Suiganmourou no Jutsu (Drunken Sight Technique)

Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: A Technique used upon a certain opponent as the opponent begins to see the world around them as if perhaps in a drunken like state. The sense of balance becomes impaired and their body begins to feel as if they were just simply drunk.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: A simple technique that can be diverse if the opponent or the user is suddenly hit to knock sense or to disrupt concentration.
Description: When the technique is performed on the opponent, they would suddenly begin to see blurry. Their vision would be disrupted. Their balance would become disrupted. Their sense of smell would become harden. The capability of functioning properly of all body parts is unable to occur because of the fact that each body part of the opponent will not be capable of working correctly. This technique lasts as long as the user wishes as long as the user is undisturbed or the opponent is undisturbed.
Limit: Must know Glamor Perception, GenJutsu Technique to where anyone is capable of learning.

Description: The practitioner moves into a bow stance, their main hand resting over the hilt of the sword without gripping it, and their offhand resting just under the hilt on the sheath; they stand slightly crouched, able to easily move to a kneeling of standing position for their forms.
Restrictions: Must have a Senpai/Sensei of a Kenjutsu Dojo to learn.

Description: Commencing from a kneeling position, the practitioner draws their sword to forestall a frontal attack as a simple defense then sheathes.

As a child, Issou was a brown haired, laid back and lazy boy, evident in his general attitude although he did have the ambition of becoming a strong man to further lengthen his family's name. But sadly in his off time, he could be seen simply napping. Issou is the second son of the high-ranking noble Haitou family. Despite being of such old and prestigious lineage, he disliked studying and training, and because of his behavior was sent against his will to the Cloud Ninja Academy by his father, to teach him respect.
Issou is a peace-loving man who will always try to talk his way out of a fight, though he doesn't wish to insult opponents by refusing to fight. The slightly eccentric Haisho also seems to like trying making an impression on opponents yet, he lack the abiltity to do it properly. He usaully talked to people as if he knew them intimate; though he usaully doesn't, furthering the reasons wht he was sent to the academy.
At the academy Issou was doing quite nicely and was able to keep a B average in his classes but one day in the middle of a kunai training session Issou fainted. He was in a coma for three days in the time of which, his hair turned orangish. The doctor found out that Issou had contracted tuberculosis. His father was scared that if his son continued ninja training, his weakened body wouldn't be able to take the strain.
Issou begged his father to stay at the academy wanting to learn more jutsus and respect. His father was surprised at this notion and allowed his newly formed son to continue his training.
Although his body was weak, he often ingested a considerable amounts of food, a classic symptom of tuberculosis. Issou became is respected by many, especially by his comrades, for his honesty, loyalty, and personal sense of justice. Issou also became fond of giving people strange or unwanted gifts for no apparent reason. He graduated the academy at the age of 12. Due to his illness, Issou rarely played his role as ninja on a regular basis, instead having to be consealed in hospital room. This effected Issou had being that he stayed at Genin level for 3 years without really progressing.
One day Issou was walking through a forest and found a bucket hat and a katana. He liked this instruments and took them with him. He began to inspect this when he got home. It was revealed that the sword was quite sharp. Issou was astounded and kept these items. He now always wears the bucket hat and carries a katana on his belt, saying that it's for decoration. He begins to train with this sword secretly using scrolls from the Haitou, which are sword users, archives. He becomes much better over the length of a year. Now Issou is much stronger and ready to show his skill to the world and expand the name of his great family.
