The young Trey Sonique Li was out in the countryside, he had been in hospital sick over the last two years and was only just recently released. he felt really unfortunate as two years ago during this same week items began falling from the sky and he felt left out. Trey wore his inky blue and platinum outfit while his buttbag would hold his two yatake sets, 6 slots of small ink bottles and 7 painting scrolls while the foot and a half long short sword rested on his waist. Looking around he would try to find someone he could have some fun with as it was apparent that you had to have 2 or more people together for the items to appear.

The Raikage walked towards the village after his short journey in Fire Country. It was fun but it was good to be back home where the sun wasn't always so bright. As he walked he ran into a young boy he recognized slightly. He had been memorizing the ninja roster ever since he had become Raikage and he was pretty sure this boy was a genin. Although other than that he knew nothing about him.

The Raikage walked up to him and smiled.

"Hello I'm Raikou Kazumei. What is your name?" said Raikou.

This was a perfect opportunity for him to get to know the young ninja. If it was at all possible he wanted to meet all his ninja. There were so many but over time he was convinced he could build a relationship with all of them. It was especially important with the young ninja. For they were the future of the village. And where Raikou had the most power to mold them into brave and righteous individuals.

it was just as rumour had said, the moment this familiar but still known person arrived two foreigners would also arrive giving each of them an Irken pack. Putting it on and rising up ten feet with the 6 legs poking out Trey7 would chuckle. He loved this. My name is Trey Sonique Li, Genin of Kumo. Who want's to know? Trey gave an incredibly cheeky and slightly innocent smile. He wasn't being rude but his excitement was getting the better of him.

He was sure to have seen them before they spotted he; just ten meters off to the east, a lanky figure coated in white would approach the duo with a steady gait. His white eyes squinted as he took note of the boy who looked to be about his age and the man who spoke his name:

Raikou Kazumei.

So this was the village shadow. The Genin, now within range of the two males, lifted his hand to signal his benign standing. Although he made no effort to speak or give praise to the Raikage, he did brandish his hitate-ite that was housed on his tanto's scabbard. That'd be enough to show his alliance with the Hidden Cloud, right? His eyes worked over the more prominent individual (Raikage) of the group as he stood in proximity of he and the other Genin.

Out of no where a stranger appeared surrounded by mist and threw two back packs and the duo. Raikou was about to attack the man out of instinct but he quickly disappeared.

"What the hell was that." said Raikou. "Please don't tell me this strangeness has followed me home."

The Raikage walked over and picked up the pack that was thrown in his direction. It was a lot heavier than he expected.

"My name is Trey Sonique Li, Genin of Kumo. Who want's to know?"

Oh this little upstart. Raikou smiled.

"Who wants to know? The Raikage is who wants to know." said Raikou. He reached around his back and pulled up his large Raikage hat and placed it upon his head and smiled.

"Oh an another Genin I presume?" said Raikou noticing another serious looking boy.

In a burst of excitement another person appeared, a fellow cloud shinobi but before Trey could speak an alien feline would appear out of no where. With a small flinch he would weave a set of handseals and unleash a genjutsu oh which the cat would begin to see demonic illusions and get scared turning and running back through the portal it came from. Turning back to the newly appeared boy and the raikage Trey would gulp. Sorry Raikage - Sama. I am just a little excited, first day out of hospital after two years and this is happening.... it is amazing. Turning his head to the new arrival he would wave hello whilst swinging in his Irken Pack Heya

In the midst of their light conversation, a bag happens to fall in front of Okitsugu. He blinks, astonished by such a chance event and goes to retrieve it at the same time that his village comrades get involved with their random event. It would probably go unused by the Genin, but it did house many slots that could hold more of his coveted knives...

"Oh, hey," he said turning back to the group. He gave the boy beside him an askance look as he mentioned being in the hospital for a little over two years. "And yes.. I've only recently become Genin, although it wasn't too difficult in doing so."

Raikou certainly had his hands full with these too. While he wasn't entirely familiar with the first boy, he knew exactly who the second one was. Yamane Okitsugu from the Ømicron program. It was a dark project that Raikou had read all about. It was not all the unlike the Project Black that raised him into the ninja he was. But this kid right he was a killing machine. Or so he read. He was surprised he was now allowed out and about. He must have been cleared for active duty which meant he had to be stable enough.

It didn't help that the rules of physics seemed to be breaking down around them. Things kept on appearing out of no where. A bathtub of organs popped into being right in front of Raikou which was disgusting. But through it he saw something metal. He reached in and found some Skeleton Keys. Useful but god damn what the hell!?

"So you two are pretty new I see. Or at least new to being back in action. I'm also pretty new. At least at being the Raikage. What are your specialties?"

With the 'Hey' he received from the other child Trey raised an eyebrow..... a rather weird look was shot his way which made him feel a little uncomfortable but he would soon return to normal. Congratulations by the way Raikage Raikou and yes back in action today and confirmed as fighting fit. Specialism wise I am qualified as a Genjutsu master with training within the Li clan and water release... I am also a C ranked Genin shinobi sir. Although I was raised within the Li clan, I have more skill within the pattern perception to the point of being deemed a young master of it. I can give you an example of it if you wish. Looking around for any more items while he spoke it was clear the items had his attention above all else right now.... that was when he found them, using the irken pack he would approach the 5 slots of sake balls, bow down and grab them..... OOooooh Sake Balls....

Trey seemed like a good enough kid. He certainly had an interesting line of specialties. Perfect for support in most situations. Genjutsu was especially dangerous and was incredibly underestimated within the ninja world.

"Katon." said the other boy simply. Raikou could see the power fo fire flickering in his eyes. Fire was a scary thing as well.

"So it looks like we have a Taijutsu user , Genjutsu user, and a Ninjutsu user here. Quite a nice combo. Have you guys been on any missions yet?"

Apparently the new person didn't really like Trey this much was obvious enough but they didn't even know each other's names. Crawling back over to him using the Irken pack he would withdraw the legs so he stood his normal height again. My name is Trey by the way, and if you like you can have my Sake Balls, I have no use of them.... Trey was looking at the new person he hadn't met yet in a way of hoping to gain some form of friendship, although cheeky he was a nice guy so holding out the sake balls in one hand he would offer them as a trade. Should the trade be accepted or not he would take his items and turn back to the raikage. personally I haven't been on any missions, i was going to take one but then i was hospitalized I'm afraid. Looking around for the next item to appear a book would materialize and with a leap there and back he would return to where he stood with the arctic region of herbalist knowledge to add to his collection.

The Raikage locked eyes Okitsugu. The boy knew that he knew. What the boy didn't know is that they weren't that much different. Yet Raikou could sense an immense coldness coming from the boy. He didn't have anyone to warm his a heart like he had had his brother.

Raikou was impressed with the two young ninja. It seemed Kumo's future was in good hands. Still he barely knew them, however he liked them. Suddenly he felt himself get sad over the fact that these young boys would face serious adversity in the future. Raikou knew all too well how things were heating up against Gale. If Kumo didn't make an attack on Gale soon it would mean them sending an attack on them again. This was something Raikou could just not let happen. But to send out all his ninja, especially the young ones, wasn't an easy decision. Being Raikage was more difficult than he realized it was going to be.

Still he could see it in both of there eyes that they were ready for it. They had the same fire in their eyes that Raikou did when he was there age. Okitsugu's eyes seemed to burn literally. They hungered for battle. If so they would have their fill in the war to come.

For now he would just watch them interact and take note of their personalities.

Trey shot a look round to the cold boy, then to the raikage and back to the boy I am not afraid, the doctor and nurses said I am good to go and if I am in a team I can be a very decent support fighter. My frame just isn't strong enough to support too much taijutsu any more now though. Looking up hearing a creaking in a tree above he would spot a slot holder item, using a leg from the irken pack he would lift it off the tree to discover that it was a Utility Belt type 1, something he would put on and wear now before seeing what the others obtained.
