This Alchemist cut a piece of jet and harnessed a Blacklight Gem. He did not stop there, and kept cutting the gem until he had a 38-sided spheroid. After he made the final cut all the light in the room was absorbed by the gem, leaving him in total darkness. A piece of jet cut into a 38-sided spheroid harnesses the Night Orb. Preparation: Ingredient include: Ginseng, Gariig. First you will need to take the Gariig found only in desert regions and ground it up with a mortar and pestle. After it has become fine sand like substance, you will need to set up a bowl where you will then place the Ginseng leaf in. After grinding the ginseng up and mixing it with the ground Gariig, you will need to make the two into a pill. To do this you just mix the powders in water then let them dry molding it into a ball/pill like shape.
Special: Can be made by finding things in nature based off of the ingredients rarity, or found within any medical item shop.
Description: Soldier pills are used to increase stamina as well as chakra, but have the downside of once they wear off (after about 3 days) the user will suffer from severe fatigue and anxiety (probably due to the fact that soldier pills are like supercharged speed). Essentially, after taking a soldier pill, whatever chakra/stamina you have remaining is doubled. It does not increase your chakra/stamina past its maximum, and if you take one when you have full endurance it will actually negatively affect you by giving you a mild seizure. For example: you have 40% chakra left, after taking this pill it increases to 80% left.
Drawback: the effects of the pill will wear off after the thread it was used in is over, or 3 travel days, at which point you will suffer from anxiety and fatigue. The fatigue will make it so all of your movement abilities are halved and you will not be able to perform any techniques equal to or higher then your class level. The fatigued effect will wear off after 10 IC posts. If you take a pill when you have full chakra/stamina, then you will suffer from a mild seizure because the excessive hormones within your body will cause an odd overload in some of your systems which will cause a type of shockwave to your brain. The seizure will incapacitate you for 5 posts, and you will still suffer the fatigue drawback caused by taking the pill normally.

After each fire the machine ejects the pouch from the chamber, and automatically reloads with a new Pouch. Firing proficiency is dependent on ability of Marksman. The Release device is outfitted with 2 dials. 1 Dial controls a mechanism that can switch from cylinder to cylinder, while the 2nd Dial controls how the component of the pouch will be released (Line, or Cone). Only 1 Cylinder may be locked at a time. Switching between cylinders takes 1 second worth of time. Cylinders may be hand reloaded. Personality
- Energetic: He has a hard time doing nothing, and loves to figure out something random to do while he waits on something/someone. Thanks to his newly found friend, Zetsubô, he's now able to channel that spare energy by fool around with him.
- Mistaken gender: Even though he’s a part of the Hoshigaki clan, and due to his young age, he’s still often mistaken for a young girl. When he is, he’s got no problem making the person continue thinking that, to do this amuses Emi. But as he's aged and almost reached puberty, more and more people have started to notice signs that Emi is actually a boy.
- Social: Due to his lack of friends at young age, he now tries to get as many friends as possible, since he loves the attention.
- Religion: -“There’s something else out there, it’s not big, it’s not small and it can do unbelievable things, his name is Enzo-sama”. Emi do believe in something higher, but thinks some ninjas have reached that higher state of being, and can be considered gods. This belief makes Emi respect the strongest of ninjas so much more, and those working for them.
- Easily exited: When someone does something special, or something special happens, Emi might get a little over exited, and tag along or react in some other manner.
- Endured: From being raised in the snowy north with the body of Hoshigaki, Emi doesn’t bother much about bad weather, and does not tire as easy as many others.
- Cold-hearted: When fighting enemies, he does not show mercy nor does he consider them being his equals. Even outside battle, Emi is very cold to strangers, and doesn’t care about people he doesn’t know.
- High expectations: Emi wants to be one of the strongest fighters in Amegakure, and would be thrilled if he ended up in the ANBU-organization. To make this happen, he train extremely hard and doesn’t allow himself to give up on a task he’s given himself.
Appearance
Emi's overall appearance is that of a young girl, which he constantly use to his advantage by moving and talking like one. He has however grown quite much in the past years and as he's approaching puberty, his curves and muscles has started to appear less feminine. Since Emi's muscles are made to endure rather than explode with power, he's rather slim and doesn't have the common Hoshigaki shape.
Hair: Emi keeps on dying his hair purple, as he has started to familiar himself with the color. But as he has learned that the long hair he used to have mostly was in the way while fighting, he cut it shorter. It's now about 25 cm long and without any ponytail. As it weight a lot less, it has a tendency to move a lot more in the wind.
Eyes: One of the first things a person notices about Emi is his clear, marine-blue eyes, which tends to have a sparkle in them even in bad illumination. Even though his eyes are beautiful, they have a coldness about them, showing a piece of Emi's true nature.
Skin: Since Emi was born into the Hoshigaki clan, he's got unusual skin color. With a small hint of grey in it, the light-blue color is the most dominant which still could go unnoticed if the observer isn't very observant or it's dark.
Clothes: Emi has bandages on his whole upper chest and arms with a vest over it to make movements as easy as possible. He also wears a black robe which he recently bought, it resembles the robe the ANBU squad wears and the mark of the crimson rain could be seen clearly on its back. The sleeves are rather long, but the overall fit is fairly good. On his face, he's got a piece of thin garment that forms a mask protecting his mouth and nose. If he ever would take off the mask, the observers would see that his mouth is covered in sharp fangs which is yet another proof that Emi is a predator and not a prey.
Background
On the snowy fields of yuki no kuni there was a single house standing, a small house with too many years behind it. With strong wind and snow raging outside, it might be strange for the residences to leave a window open, but inside it, there weren’t just any people.
In the single room, combining kitchen with bedroom, there stood a huge man next to the bed, holding his wife hands. The man had dark-grey skin, gills on his neck, a Yukigakure forehead-protector and enormous muscles (Hoshigaki Daisuke). Meanwhile the woman was almost an opposite, with her fragile body, light skin, and almost no indication of being a ninja (Asari Yumi).
The woman was currently going through labor, but seemed to be way too weak to able to make it. One hour later, a scream can be heard through the storm, and Emi has been born. With his strong and big hands, the man lifts him up and gives him a careful hug. Tears are pouring down on the still screaming child. Very gently, the man puts his son down in a crib with a green teddy-bear. He then takes the sheet in the bed, and draws it over the woman, that’s lying there very still. Before covering the head, he gently closes her eyes, for her eternal rest.
Only a couple of days later, the man put on a heavy fur coat and wrapped a lot of fur strappings around Emi, he then put Emi inside his own coat, and then ran out of the small building, leaving the door open allowing the cold to occupy the house.
The father ran fast for a long time, without stopping or even turns his head around, when the day came to an end, he saw far in the distant lights from a city, he had arrived.
Once inside, he didn’t slow down or made any turns, he was taking the fastest and shortest road possible, over the houses.
The snow whirled around when he finally stopped in front of a small house made out of a fishing-ship. Loud bangs was heard when he knocked on the door, and someone stepped to the door, opened it and allowed him to enter.
The house was rotting, and had a weird smell to it. Inside there was two beds, a table with two chairs and a stairway downwards.
With a gesture to Daisuke, the man started to move down the stairs, and after a few steps, he had vanished into the darkness, with the father right behind him.
When the two men entered the cellar floor an older man rose from an armchair on the other side of the room.
-“The preparations are finished, and I’ve already informed the elders your child will be initiated today” said the old man. Daisuke nodded respectfully and reached his son over to the old man.
-“If you don’t mind, I’d like to stay here while you have the ceremony.”
The man played a little with Emi’s nose until the child started to laugh, then he rose his gaze to Daisuke and nodded. He understood the feeling, a lot of parents preferred to stay away from the ceremony until it was finished.
-“Please prepare the ceremony Shun, I need to speak with Daisuke for a while.”
The apprentice took the child and went to the backdoor, the door leading into the ceremonial room. In the room, there were 5 different scrolls covering the walls, an altar covered in skin to make it more comfortable for the child. Beneath the altar, there was a huge dead shark, lying with his evil grin still reflecting his predatory nature.
-“This will be a long travel for us my little prodigy” He said and allowed his genjutsu covering his forehead protector to disappear, he was a missing-ninja from the village of the mist. Shun jumped to the roof and started to dig fast upwards.
Shun and Emi traveled from the country of snow, all the way to a deserted house in the western country of the rain.
Years passed by, and people arrived and left the house without taking much notice of Emi, although they seemed to have urgent matters to speak with Shun about.
Emi didn’t care about the adults business, it was so much funnier to play at the small pond close to the house. All since Shun had taught Emi how to manipulate water, he’s been practicing with the cool art of forming the water, although not much he still was able to do it.
He also had been informed Shun wanted to grant him another gift, a gift he himself had been granted at a young age. Without knowing what kind of gift he was talking about, Emi was looking forward to it, and hoped it would be more cool stuff like water manipulation.
One day an old man arrived to the house with an enormous scroll on his back, as the man entered the house, he started to cough. Without any hesitation Shun grabbed Emi in the arm and dragged him along to the kitchen table. With a loud bang, he pressed Emi down on the table and told him to lie still there. Sweat ran down Emi’s forehead, and he could feel how he became more and more panicked, he had never seen Shun that stressed or agitated.
Slowly with a shaking hand, the old man rolled out the enormous scroll in front of the table, he then made a couple of signs with his hands and a smoke-cloud appeared from the scroll. With a towel, Shun wiped Emi’s forehead, just to smear some black liquid on it. From the fumes the liquid made, Emi started to tired, and after a short while he had fallen into a meditative state of trance.
In this trance he could hear and see another reality, a reality where he was alone under water, with corals under him and a surface a couple of hundred feet above him. He then heard some kind of sound behind him, and when he turned around him, he saw himself, with the difference that the other self was normal looking. With his gills, blue skin and muscles he looked like everyone else Emi had seen so far. The shark-self smiled and revealed a mouth covered with fangs, long and sharp fangs that were intended to rip the flesh from bodies.
-“This will be the end of you, and the new beginning of me” The shark version said, and started to swim aggressive towards Emi. Without good maneuverability he tried to dodge, but since the shark was faster and wasn’t restricted by the water, Emi was still hit. The brute force of the attack made Emi loose his breath. The fight continued, and even if Emi really tried, he just wasn’t able to win, he just got more and more tired, and with wounds on almost every part of himself, there just wasn’t any way he could win.

When the liquid that he now had realized was water was reaching him to the neck, he started to swim. Panic had struck him, and he knew he’d be dead if he didn’t do something soon. So Emi took a deep breath and dived into the water towards the door, trying to kick it open. But he didn’t get any force into it, the water was in the way.
So he swam back to the surface, just to realize there wasn’t any airspace left, he was now in a dark room filled with water and no way out. The cold water had started to make his legs weaker and numb, even though he was in constant movement. Once again he swam to the door, kicking it as hard as he could, but without any result. His vision became blurry, and he had started to breathe in water.
-“This isn’t a way to die, the water isn’t my enemy and the dark not my restriction. Now pull up and become the man you are”

The man had dark-grey skin, gills on his neck, a Yukigakure forehead-protector and enormous muscles (Hoshigaki Daisuke). Meanwhile the woman was almost an opposite, with her fragile body, light skin, and almost no indication of being a ninja (Asari Yumi).
The woman was currently going through labor, but seemed to be way too weak to able to make it. One hour later, a scream can be heard through the storm, and Emi has been born. With his strong and big hands, the man lifts him up and gives him a careful hug. Tears are pouring down on the still screaming child. Very gently, the man puts his son down in a crib with a green teddy-bear. He then takes the sheet in the bed, and draws it over the woman, that’s lying there very still. Before covering the head, he gently closes her eyes, for her eternal rest.
Only a couple of days later, the man put on a heavy fur coat and wrapped a lot of fur strappings around Emi, he then put Emi inside his own coat, and then ran out of the small building, leaving the door open allowing the cold to occupy the house.
The father ran fast for a long time, without stopping or even turns his head around, when the day came to an end, he saw far in the distant lights from a city, he had arrived.
Once inside, he didn’t slow down or made any turns, he was taking the fastest and shortest road possible, over the houses.
The snow whirled around when he finally stopped in front of a small house made out of a fishing-ship. Loud bangs was heard when he knocked on the door, and someone stepped to the door, opened it and allowed him to enter.
The house was rotting, and had a weird smell to it. Inside there was two beds, a table with two chairs and a stairway downwards.
With a gesture to Daisuke, the man started to move down the stairs, and after a few steps, he had vanished into the darkness, with the father right behind him.
When the two men entered the cellar floor an older man rose from an armchair on the other side of the room.
-“The preparations are finished, and I’ve already informed the elders your child will be initiated today” said the old man. Daisuke nodded respectfully and reached his son over to the old man.
-“If you don’t mind, I’d like to stay here while you have the ceremony.”
The man played a little with Emi’s nose until the child started to laugh, then he rose his gaze to Daisuke and nodded. He understood the feeling, a lot of parents preferred to stay away from the ceremony until it was finished.
-“Please prepare the ceremony Shun, I need to speak with Daisuke for a while.”
The apprentice took the child and went to the backdoor, the door leading into the ceremonial room. In the room, there were 5 different scrolls covering the walls, an altar covered in skin to make it more comfortable for the child. Beneath the altar, there was a huge dead shark, lying with his evil grin still reflecting his predatory nature.
-“This will be a long travel for us my little prodigy” He said and allowed his genjutsu covering his forehead protector to disappear, he was a missing-ninja from the village of the mist. Shun jumped to the roof and started to dig fast upwards.

In this trance he could hear and see another reality, a reality where he was alone under water, with corals under him and a surface a couple of hundred feet above him. He then heard some kind of sound behind him, and when he turned around him, he saw himself, with the difference that the other self was normal looking.
