Azazelo has the features of a young Esquiveran man in his twenties, full of youth, life and vigor. His skin is a soft light brown, the color of sand in an Egyptian desert, and he has a medium-sized nose. His eyes are the color green, tinged with a hint of brown, like his mother. There’s nothing special about them other than that unique aspect, so no need to worry about x-ray vision or special advantages in battle. They light up whenever he smiles and shows off his small dimples, something he inherited from a less dreary version of his father, and they flash bright emerald green whenever sunlight manages to hit them under the cover of his hood. His eyebrows arch cheerfully whenever he smiles as well- which is quite often- but when he’s not, they’re angled symmetrically over his eyes like two crescent moons.
His hair is of medium length, wavy, unkempt and dark brown as to almost be red. A few loose strands of hair hang over his eyebrows, but he always tends to cut them down a bit before they reach his eyes. His hair shines a bit too, whenever he walks out into the open sunlight for a carefree stroll. What shampoo does he use? He’ll never tell. Sometimes, whenever he’s feeling particularly crazy, he’ll let the hair grow and enjoy the wild look while he has it.
His body is lean but firm with muscle all over. Not enough muscle to have a career in bench-pressing, mind you, but enough to knock out a full-grown man in one, two… three! And notice I didn’t specify whether that was kicking or punching- he’s privy to both.
✿Apparel
Zel has a penchant for hooded sweaters, hooded cloaks and hooded jackets. He can't remember where his taste for the accessory came from- probably during one of his past travels with his father- but he simply feels uncomfortable if he goes out in public and there isn't a hood over his head or dangling behind his neck. His favorite is a tan, hooded poncho jacket, weaved with red and yellow decoration, and made of a fabric resembling cotton but much softer. Under the tan poncho jacket he wears a long-sleeved black shirt. He usually keeps the sleeves rolled up, however, revealing the two pieces of string tied around his left wrist- one of them red, the other black- and a wooden rosary wrapped around and dangling on his right. (The rosary is a memento of his mother, and doesn't quite mean he's a religious fanatic, by the way) He also wears a pair of black trousers, a brown leather belt with a silver buckle, and a pair of all-terrain black boots. His butt bags hang behind him, each sporting a strange insignia- the silhouette of a laughing coyote. His trademark.

His cloud village headband is made with black fabric and gleams with its silver plate. It resides tied around the upper half of his right arm. He doesn't wear it when he's out of Kaminari or Kumogakure.

The scars around his body include two symmetrical, faint pink lines across both his palms and a three-clawed slash going across his chest at a 45 degree angle. Both of them have their stories- ask in-character to find out. He also has a tattoo over his heart- a cryptic symbol depicting a sun being engulfed by cloud, surrounded with thin black flames in the shape of a perfect circle.

Description: The Itosen Dagekimi is a normal katana of average length and sharpness, but for a single exception: A razor sharp wire is wrapped around the katana, extending from the bottom of the hilt all the way to the tip of the blade. The blade is polished steel and the hilt is traditionally black with white trimmings. Description: Needles that is 6 inches in length and 0.078" (2 mm) thick. They often serve a medical purpose, being used to strike acupuncture points. They have little killing power, but can be thrown with great accuracy. A user with proper medical knowledge can effectively use senbon in battle to incapacitate or even kill their target. To make these needles more effective, the user can poison the tips of the senbon. An added benefit of throwing these at the enemy is that these are smaller than a kunai or a shuriken, making it harder to see and dodge.

Description: Smoke grenades are used as ground-to-ground or ground-to-air signaling devices, target or landing zone marking devices, and screening devices for unit movement. The body is a sheet-steel cylinder with emission holes in the top and bottom. These allow the smoke to be released when the grenade is ignited. Two main types exist, colored smoke (for signaling) and screening smoke. It fills an area radius of 15 meters with thick smoke. The smoke may come in different colors if the user wishes. Description: Picture There are different things within the Lock Picking Tool Kit. The tension wrench, is used to apply torque to the lock plug to keep pins from being pushed back down by springs after they are correctly set at the shear line. It is usually anywhere from 1/16th inch to 1/8th inch wide, bent into an L, and occasionally has a quarter twist on the long side. The hook pick is self explanatory, it is similar to the half diamond pick, but has a hook shaped tip rather than a half diamond shape. The hook pick is sometimes referred to as a 'feeler' and is generally used to lift the pins individually, rather than 'rake' them simultaneously. A warded pick is a device for opening warded locks. It is generally made to conform to a generalized key shape relatively simpler than the actual key used to open the lock; this simpler shape allows for internal manipulations.

Description: Once chakra is focused on the user's feet they can form the Ox handseal which will create a thin layer of chakra around their feet. This can be used to make a protective shield around their feet. This jutsu can be used in so many ways, from going to protective chakra to be able to walk through spikes, hot ground, sticky floor, or to canalize it and create a link with the ground, making the user sticky to the ground, prevnting them to be pushed and moved from their place. This jutsu can protect against D ranked or lower attacks that deals with the ground under the user. This technique lasts as long as the user keeps the Ox handseal.
Limit: Universal Technique.
Chakra Gloves

Effect: By coating their hands in a very thin layer of chakra, the user makes it impossible to leave their hand or fingerprints.

Drawback: While this technique is in effect, the user can not create handseals except for canceling this technique.
Description: Developed by cautious shinobi, that disliked gloves who feared enemy ninja would find their finger prints around the scene of an assassination. They learned that if they coated this hands in an extremely thin layer of chakra, the oil in their fingers wouldn't transfer to an object and leave a finger print. The chakra stays active around their hands for five (5) posts. Retraining this jutsu allows the user to extend the number of posts by 1/2 of a post. This technique can also be canceled by the user by making the Snake handseal.

Description: When user makes eye contact with their target, the user makes the rabbit seal. A small, invisible stream of chakra goes from the user to the target. If successful, the jutsu forces a response in the opioid receptors of the brain. Both parties are immersed in a euphoric state and begin to act like old friends, and if there's anyone else in the vicinity, insist they stop fighting and join in the pleasantries. Once the effect ends in one party, it ends in the other too.

Effect: The user is capable of performing their very chakra down along the very ground. Doing so the user then takes the time to concentrate and begins to lift small blades such as Kunais, or knifes up into the air just a meter and a half up high. The knunais are then are just held there for a brief moment in which is targeted towards the target at hand.

Drawback: This technique can not be pushed any further then stated. It can not be re-thrown, can not be directed, turned or any other type of situation. There is no way to redirect these or change directions.
Description: When the user lifts the very blades up into the air, this technique is used to where they give a push towards the blades to hurl them towards one direction. This technique however can not be used for re-directing, and this technique is only capable of pushing forth in at least a ten meter of distance.

Description: This technique is one of the few techniques in the ninja world that neither hurt nor heal, but it is considered one of the most influential. This technique has a long history of pride. Invented in the cloud village many years ago as a communications device meant to assist their valued shinobi during the great ninja war, it has been used throughout the ages as an information tool. The users of the technique must first perform a flurry of handsigns, finishing with the rat handseal and holding it. Once the handseal is held the users body becomes totally stiff and immobile. If they are standing they may fall and injure themselves. In exchange for the total loss of their body, the user gains the control of his spirit. The spirit has no physical form, meaning it cannot attack or be attacked. Genjutsu still may effect it (only if it something meant to confuse sight) but other then that is basically just a vapor. After the spirit form is taken, the user may appear anywhere they have already been, though unable to change the environment physically, they may use chakra to act as a voice box, giving them the ability to speak. Because of the nature of the technique, it does not have a limited range, but there is a time frame. The spirit form may only be away from the body for a maximum (getting the stiff penalty) of 20 posts. After this time, the spirit is forced back into the body. Anyone can hear the spirit, and easily see the spirit cause it looks multicolored. The user may still detect the presence of nearby people (within 10 meters) of the body. They wont know who it is, just that someone is there.

Description: The user gathers chakra into their bladed weapon of choice and then dashes forward for about 5-10 meters with the blade pointed outward. The chakra is released in a burst that flies outward from the blade in a cone shape. Aside from the impact of the blade, the chakra involved causes the enemy to be knocked backward, breaking through most defenses. Even if the strike is blocked, the force of the chakra will usually push an opponent back, leaving them open.

The petals last until the user chooses to dispel them. The user can control these techniques in a fifteen meter radius around them.

Releasing the lightning chakra, the user sends the petals spinning in tornado around their body, shielding them from sight and defending them by exuding equal and opposite force to the attack, negating it. The shield can withstand two C rank or lower strikes before being disrupted by further attack. Anyone coming into contact with the swirling Sakurai petals will find themselves suffering a mild shock akin to a severe first-degree burn. Tangible elements without strong electromagnetic fields (Doton and Mokuton) pass through this without difficulty.

Description: The user forms the hand seals, creating ravens of lightning around them. The ravens are roughly two feet in wingspan. The ravens are comprised of pure electricity, and discharge into a shock of electricity when they strike an object. Each swallow discharges with a D rank shock. The user can control the motions of the swallows completely. When first learned, the user is only capable of creating up to five ravens at a time. Each time learned, the user can create an additional five ravens. When the user attains to capability of creating fifty ravens, the technique increases to a C rank technique, allowing for an additional five per training as usual. When the user reaches the capability of creating one hundred twenty swallows, the training becomes B rank. The user can create two hundred swallows, total, before they max out.

Drawback: When first learned the user is capable of creating one clone that are within the size of Medium size. The lightning looks similiar to that of a human but the chakra makes the lightning makes the clone look like a normal person. The clone may only last for an amount of two rounds per class level starting at "D" Class. Every time the user learns this technique the user may create another clone. The user must add in an amount of chakra to allow the clone to perform lightning techniques that the user wishes the clone to perform at later time. When the clone it hit the clone forces an electrical charge that may shock the opponent greatly immobilizing the opponent.

Drawback: By default, the storm remains in place for five turns, but it can be blown away by ‘S’ ranked Fuuton and swept away by ‘S’ ranked Suiton. Does not differentiate between friend or foe. Can only be used twice per thread due to the toll it takes on the user.
Description: With this technique, the user summons forth a bright bolt of lightning FROM THE SKY which strikes the battlefield, and upon striking the ground, it blinds everyone present for a moment before revealing the true purpose of this jutsu – a sea of grayish dust is ever present, blanketing the battlefield. This ‘mist’ is actually Raiton particles spread forth all around, serving to blind shinobi with regular vision, confuse doujutsu as they’d see nothing but bright lights due to the immense amount of chakra present, and finally, constantly shock whomever is trapped within. Every two seconds, all within the storm will be shocked for ‘C’ ranked damage; those carrying metal on them or those susceptible to Raiton due to their blood will have that damage increased to ‘B’. Lastly, at all times within the storm, a loud crackling noise can be heard, confusing regular hearing unless the user is adept at the Sound release.

Description: The user quickly performs the simple handseals, horse then serpent then extends there hand under them palm extended as almost instantaneously, air forms into a ball under them. They can then sit on the ball and scoot away quickly or ride it across hostile terrain or up steep cliffs.

The reversed attack can only travel for five meters for every rank of the technique that the user has, plus an additional ten meters if the user becomes a Wind Master. Description: Training to heighten their senses in the heat of combat, the Senbon Taitoku user under goes training to become more prepared then ever. They slowly become aware of their surroundings on the battle field, to the point they become similar with it like their own back yard. With this natural sense of their surroundings the user can't be caught flat footed or be flanked. Which means if the user was walking down the road minding their business, and a ambush party burst out from the bushes. The user wouldn't be caught of guard and would most likely except it, and will sense someone was coming up from behind to attack and will act quickly and either attack first or get out the way. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a "D" Class user that knows this technique can not use this against an opponent that is "C" Class or higher.

Description: The user forms the hand seals, then thrusts forth their Itosen Blade. The wire shoots forward, extending to a length of twenty meters and attempting to pierce the opponent. The wire will recede after it has exceeded twenty meters. It will pierce through anything impeding its progress, though it may be stopped by a B Rank or higher defensive technique.

Great Lighting Explosion [100TP]

Effect: The user stores lighting chakra into the tip of the wire and then releases it all at once in a huge explosion.
Special: Tiger
Drawback: This jutsu must be charged for a full 12 seconds before it can be used (two posts). It will last an additional 3 posts before it loses its strength and dissipates. It takes a C ranked amount of chakra to maintain it for each of those three posts.
Description: After forming the seal, the user gathers a bunch of chakra into their thumb, first finger, and middle finger. Then they slide the tip of the razor wire in between those three fingers, transferring the lighting chakra. This gives the wire its initial charge, but the user must continue touching the wire with at least one finger over the rest of the two turns so that it will charge completely. Once it is charged the wire can be manipulated to strike out at an opponent with great speed, accuracy, and precision. When it hits, whether it is on the opponent or an object, it will trigger a huge electrical explosion, covering an area 5 meters in diameter. If someone is caught anywhere inside the blast range, they will suffer severe nerve and tissue damage as well as unfathomable pain. If they are caught in the 3 meters closest to the tip of the wire, then they will likely be critically injured.
