Basic Information
Name: Nagataka Konmetsuki
Alias: Nendo (Clay)
Bloodlimit: Toujitakumi
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 155lbs.
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Alignment: Current: Chaotic, Evil
Birth Country: Earth Country
Village: Kusagakure
As much as the Sakuchi elders has tried to work this out of him, Nagataka is still fascinated by winning. He is truly convinced that he can do anything anyone can do. His success in politics probably haven’t helped with this ego. His father calls him in for tough politics, something that gets to his head. If there is anything that looks difficult, he won’t sweat it. He knows he can handle lots of things and has been correct many times. He gets a little frustrated when people doubt him, because he doesn’t doubt himself in the slightest of ways.
Patient
The only way he doesn’t fit in the category of arrogant is that he doesn’t rush things. If it takes time it takes time. That doesn’t make him any less sure. Nagataka just knows that time is time. Even when he has to wait days he doesn’t doubt himself. He can wait without stress or pressure. When someone is late he knows they will come or they won’t. Time is limited, but it is also stronger than any ninja. Time cannot be manipulated, so let it flow in its own ways. Nagataka doesn’t let time mess with him, for time is also an enemy who you can just wait out.
Relaxed
One of the vital lessons Nagataka has learned from his father is that your worst enemy is your own mind. It puts you into shock when you fight. Nagataka realizes that his instincts and primal fear are what could kill him. Nerves cause great politician to crumble underneath the weight of someone weak acting like they are strong. Responses to fear and pain have ruined empires. Interrogation functions on others instincts, and it exploits the hard fear. If you just chill right through you will be fine.
Creative
Most politicians are educated on techniques used by countless politicians. Nagataka was no exceptions. He learned everything that had been done extensively. He learned about great inventions and history. All of this soaked into his head well. Then he was taught to strictly avoid these things. To be predictable makes you weak. When someone recognizes your political strategy they know its weakness. The same goes with making things. He learned that people won’t respect your invention as much if they have already seen the less-than-glorious angles. He learned to think outside of the box whenever he can.
Quick-Witted
Nagataka’s mind quickly runs through everything that happens. Sometimes people say things that can be interpreted ways they don’t want them to. When that happens, Nagataka will remind someone of their mistake instantly. If something ironic or strange happens that would go undetected, Nagataka’s fast tongue will immediately bring the item to everyone’s attention. This is probably his greatest weakness. Sometimes his wit moves so fast he can’t hold his tongue. That has become proven to get him in some awkward situations.

Appearance:
There are parts of people’s appearances that they can’t change. Hair dye only goes so far. Make up only covers so much. Nagataka has deep green eyes. These eyes can peer into a person like a pot. He can tell how well a background has melted them. There is a small sparkle In these eyes, and his father wouldn’t have it any other way. His eyes are a rival politics nightmare. In his everyday life he lets his bangs grow over this pair of lying political eyes. His hair is dirty blonde and grows down in a covering that thins out to be of many pieces .It goes down almost all the way to the back of his neck. His skin is pretty well tanned. Even his torso has a pretty good layer of tan. His eyelashes are thin, as are his eyebrows. His whole body is slightly muscled, enough to work hard at making. He likes to look at a finished project, so his body has developed accordingly.
Nagataka can’t very well go prowling around known as the son of his father. No one can know that the kid acting as a normal teenage ninja has political relations. He dons the clothing of a teenager. Nagataka makes sure of his normal appearance by wearing the signature outer garment of a teenager; the hoodie. His hoodie is dark grey with the slightest hint of red. This way it will sink into the crowd, and hopefully the back of your mind. The hoodie has flame like markings that come out from underneath his arm. These flames appear shadow like and just add to the indistinct appearance of the hoodie. There is another flame that comes up from his waist. On his left, it is another shadow-like flame that any teen would wear. It has an inefficient zipped with a big handle It has two pockets that are good for hiding his awkward looking Toujitakumi hands.
His shirt underneath isn’t quite so inconspicuous. Nagataka wears T-shirts with the symbol of the Toujitakumi seal. The Sakuchi elders insist he has these shirts, so he can remember that the blood limit doesn’t trap him. He got them made into T-shirts so that it isn’t the end of the world if someone figures out he is his father’s son. These T-shirts vary in colors. They are all the normal colors for a shirt (green, crimson, black, white etc.) All these shirts have light clay stains from his summers with the Sakuchi. The shirts are plain except for the symbol, and the insignia of grass country.
His wardrobe for politics isn’t quite so average. When his father calls him to act as a politician Nagataka knows how to dress. He puts on a sleek black suit. Underneath he wears a plain white dress shirt. He wears a long green tie that has the emblem of grass country cleanly printed up towards his neck. Nagataka’s pants are sleek and black, the works for a politician. The only weird thing he wears are gloves. His hands look strange due to his interesting bloodlimit, so he has to hide the strangely muscled hands. His political outfit may hide who he is, but his shoes still are interesting. The soles are extra light, just in case his dad wants some snooping done.
Background:
Chapter One: Setting the Stage
Everyone who has ever been born had parents. A mother and a father, none have avoided this necessity. Even the strangest ninja who don’t seem entirely human are forced to have parents. The Toujitakumi clan from Earth country is no exception, despite their odd qualities.
A weird couple was found in the land of Earth. A foreign lord, a man from the country of Grass, not dressed as he usually is, goes to Earth Country. A lord of Grass Country can’t very well go around gambling. One of the many restrictions of being a that lord troubled Takihiro. He loved to gamble.
Gambling alone is no fun. He loved to gamble at big clubs. Full of drinks, food, money and most importantly, beautiful women. Takihiro met his wife here. His wife was part of a gifted family, but also a family known for how weird they truly are. The Toujitakumi clan had expected greatness from this woman. They had though she would be an amazing artisan. They named her Dai. She was beautiful. And she never wanted to have the unusual mouths on her hands. So she never did. She lived to be a normal woman, living mainly by spending time in clubs getting money out of men.
These two went on to have a child. They never got married. In fact, Dai didn’t even feel attracted to Takihiro. He was a simple lord she needn’t care about. He was an excellent source of money, so she did what she needed to get lots of money from this man. When that included having a child she didn’t object.
Once the child was born he was left nameless with Takihiro. Only a note was left with him. It had one simple piece of information. An address that lead to a place in Earth Country. It also had one additional statement. Five years old. That was the last Takihiro though he would ever know of his wife.
Chapter Two An Angry Lord
Frustrated that his beloved Dai had left him, Takihiro decided he might as well raise his son.
[If starting mouth=positive] Even though the boy was a freak, his father decided to attempt to love him. In his urge to make the boy loyal to his decisions, he was named Nagataka Despite the mouth on his hand, his father tried to bring him up to live as a ruler, one that could take his father’s place someday. Despite the boys natural love to build anything, his father trained the boy in legal matters.
[If starting mouth=negative] His father tried to raise the boy in legal matters. Wanting the boy to be a decent ruler, he named him a name that suited the Takahiro’s wants. Nagataka is an ugly name, but it represents what Takahiro wants for the boy. Duty to his parent’s position. Despite all the training in legal affairs, Nagataka was still fascinated by all things that create.
Out of anger, Nagataka was finally sent to the address left to his father years ago. Being six, he was one year late, but he would still
be welcomed into the hands of the Sakuchi elder.
Chapter Three: Sakuchi Elder
The Sakuchi elder began by plain old training Nagataka as a potter. Nagataka learned to be handy with a pottery wheel. He learned the nature of clay while he would have been in the academy. The Sakuchi elder trained him to use his chakra into clay. He learned the nature of what it is to create.
Once his father decided it would be helpful to have a ninja in blood relation to himself. Nagataka would train as a shinobi three seasons a year, then go back to the elders for summer. The only reason the father allowed the elder to teach Nagataka were hopes that the boy would find clay boring and become interested in political affairs.
But Nagataka just learned how to use clay as a weapon. He practiced creating living clay. A talent only his family had. This talent allowed Nagataka to excel through the academy and graduate. Nagataka was finally a skilled fighter.
