Soldier Pill
Location: Every Region
Preparation: Ingredient include: Ginseng, Gariig. First you will need to take the Gariig found only in desert regions and ground it up with a mortar and pestle. After it has become fine sand like substance, you will need to set up a bowl where you will then place the Ginseng leaf in. To do this you just mix the powders in water then let them dry molding it into a ball/pill like shape.
Special: Can be made by finding things in nature based off of the ingredients rarity, or found within any medical item shop.
Description: Soldier pills are used to increase stamina as well as chakra, but have the downside of once they wear off (after about 3 days) the user will suffer from severe fatigue and anxiety (probably due to the fact that soldier pills are like supercharged speed). Essentially, after taking a soldier pill, whatever chakra/stamina you have remaining is doubled. It does not increase your chakra/stamina past its maximum, and if you take one when you have full endurance it will actually negatively affect you by giving you a mild seizure. For example: you have 40% chakra left, after taking this pill it increases to 80% left.
Drawback: the effects of the pill will wear off after the thread it was used in is over, or 3 travel days, at which point you will suffer from anxiety and fatigue. The fatigue will make it so all of your movement abilities are halved and you will not be able to perform any techniques equal to or higher then your class level. The fatigued effect will wear off after 10 IC posts. If you take a pill when you have full chakra/stamina, then you will suffer from a mild seizure because the excessive hormones within your body will cause an odd overload in some of your systems which will cause a type of shockwave to your brain. The seizure will incapacitate you for 5 posts, and you will still suffer the fatigue drawback caused by taking the pill normally.

Personality
Calculating
The epitome of skill is to win without fighting, and that is exactly what Gosei aims for. Taught how to fight by his larger brother Solus, Gosei is merely acting upon he has been learned, yet they are not the same. Gosei doesn’t shun battle like his teacher had, instead he enjoys the thrill of gutting the life out of someones body. He does this however with a certain degree of calculated aggression. He knows when to fight and when not to and thus finds himself often on the winning side.
Scheming
Using his extraordinary intelligence for more interesting things is always a good thing, especially when this means scheming and plotting someone else's downfall. Being a bad loser, Gosei is usually on the prowl, using every resource available to him to harm those whom he considers to be his enemies. As for those whom he considers to be his friends however the guy is quite likeable.
Intelligent
Intelligence is the basis of every skill that Gosei has, just like his elder brother taught him. Not that he really needed this encouragement, from a young age Gosei has trained his brains in every possible way, making him to the person he is now, boosting more raw thinking power than the average ninja. This gives him an edge in battle when he has the time to come up with different strategies.
Machiavellian
All of this accumulates into an interesting personality, and a boy who is some kind of an autodidact Machiavellian. When he found himself a book that contains a Machiavellian manuscript the boy realized that this was very close to his own personality. Using this side of him he tries to work his best as a leader, a skill that wasn’t all that bad on him during his time as A Chuunin.
Enjoys life
Gosei knows that life sucks and is fleeting away every second, so why not make the best of what little time there is here? Never denying himself the little pleasures of life Gosei appears to be a happy person, enjoying his food, alcohol and whatever pleasant things life can throw at him.
Sadist
Every man has his vices and this one is just like any other in that aspect. Gosei can take great joy in seeing someone else in pain, not something that happens very often, but when it does it is commonplace for the juvenile to excite himself with the woes of another person.
Womanizer
His second greatest vice, unlike his brother this is not his greatest weakness. Gosei knows how to shield his heart and how to take someone else’s at the same time. Just as much as with someone’s pain he can be satisfied with the touch of a woman. Thus it is easier for women to sway his thoughts than it is for men to do so. On the other hand, if he's being denied the woman upon which has set his eyes he can become grumpy and irritated.
Appearance
Current appearance:
Eyes
A trait that he has inherited from his brother, Gosei sports deep purple oculi. Purple being no common eye colour this could make him stand out slightly. When he changes his eyes to the Ryuugan they become an emerald green with only a circle around the pupil remaining of the original purple colour, just like his brothers eyes.
Hair
Long white hair, another unnatural facet of Gosei’s appearance. It reaches under his shoulderblades and falls steeply down. Sometimes tied into a pony tail it is usually left hanging down, as the boy has learned to fight without this long appendage getting in his way.
Body
Altough he has picked up only a very few Taijutsu skills, Gosei still trains his body, not only to look good, but also to perform adequately physically. The result of this is a naturally toned body that is still muscular in appearance.
Outfit 1:
Clothing under coat
Wearing all white under his Coat, the man dons a Hakama and kosode that are uniformally white in colour. To offset this a bit the edges of these garments have been embroidered with a purple wavey pattern on the edges, making his clothing stand out just a bit more. Wearing his pouch on his back it is deviously hidden under his large robe, making him appear unarmed. On his back is also where he deviously keeps his fan tucked away, so that it is hidden from at least plain sight.
Coat
Over all of this he dons a long cobalt blue Haori. In order to show his allegiance to his clan he wears a gold thread trimmed edge, bearing an intricate pattern of ever interlocking dragons. The inside of this robe is of a similar cobalt blue colour, to offset the white of the clothing he is wearing underneath.
Outfit 2:
Clothing under coat
Wearing all black under his Coat, the man dons a Hakama and kosode that are uniformally black in colour. His pouch is worn on his back where it is deviously hidden under his large robe, making him appear unarmed. On his back is also where he deviously keeps his fan tucked away, so that it is hidden from at least plain sight.
Coat
Over all of this he dons a long white Haori, which bears a pattern of alternating pattern of rhombuses and dots on the end of the robe. On his back is the circular dragon symbol of the Hokage.
History
The birth
Getting born, the most important and exciting moment of your life. To Gosei, it was much of a bliss, being born into a family that was loving and caring. Having an elder sibling he was the youngest at that time, and thus he would probably be spoiled. Never had he lacked anything, as his standard of life was much higher than that of the average person. A happy baby and a happy life seemed to lay ahead of this baby.
The raising
It is important to raise a child whilst teaching him the morals and values of the society they live in. As socially acceptable behaviour is most urgently required to obtain a life that is agreeable, peaceful and plentiful of happiness. Gosei was taught these values from an early age, as was he taught how to be a ninja. Never had the boy realized, due to his young age, that his elder brother had disappeared, much to the disdain of his parents.
A Ne’er do gooder
As a ninja however Gosei was useless, he refused to learn his homework and never did he even attempt to make something of the plethora of opportunities given to him. Thus, the boy never passed his Genin exams and ended up sitting at home, reading and playing games. And although this made him a mastermind it was much to the grief of his shinobi parents that his ninja education was more than lagging.
To see the world
The enveloping situation at home would slowly bring more and more strife, until Gosei was so agitated that he wrote a goodbye letter and left home. Upon his travels for his luck he came upon a lucky encounter as he stumbled into his long lost elder brother, at that point known as Minamoto Solus. Whether this was a cruel twist of fate or not is still being debated, it did however change Gosei’s life substantially. His elder brother decided to teach his unskilled younger brother whatever he knew. Using Genjutsu in order to motivate the boy Solus would work his magic upon this tabula rasa until the boy honed nearly the same amount of skill as his elder. Once the boy was adept enough he was taught how to activate and use his Ryuugan by his brother at the age of sixteen, which is far beyond tha age at which most Kazeraikou learn this essential skill. By this time he had also taken over several traits of his peer, changing his personality to the point where he would even be a stranger to his parents.
|The Genin life
With a new set of skills to base upon Gosei breezed through his period as a Gennin, being far stronger than any Genin should be. Needless to say he could perform his missions with a grace and ease that could only be matched by those of Chuunin class or higher. This off course would result in a very quick road to the Chuunin exams, where he shone like never before, awing the crowd with every blow he felled upon his opponents.
The Chuunin
It is as a Chuunin when his legend would really begin. Leading his team through a set of difficult missions Gosei’s name would nearly become a synonym for efficiency and jobs well done. Still being second though to his older brother, who would be filling the prison of Konoha at an unpreceded rate, much to the jealousy and anger of Gosei.
The Kage
Following Ishiko’s retirement the Konoha council would gather and decide upon Solus to be the kage. Enraged by this decision Gosei would turn his house upside down. It was only a few weeks later that a most disgruntled and angry Gosei would be called to the council. His elder brother had disappeared somehow. Still lacking details on this matter the council had chosen Gosei to rule until news of Solus’s whereabouts would be gathered. For those who know him however it would be clear that Gosei will not just give the power away should his elder brother turn up. How this will envelop in the future no one knows, what is for sure is that either turbulent times or a quiet peace is awaiting Gosei, which one it is will only be decided by time and faith.
