Psychological Profile
To whom it may be concerned,
This is the psychological profile of Prisoner #00252, by Dr. Gad Yuurei.
Upon entry of the room, I found the prisoner chained to the table, his hands and feet chained to a loop on the floor, as is customary with SuperMax prisoners. He did not seem agitated like most prisoners from the fact that he was in prison. He held himself with an ego beyond found in most prisoners. His smile, annoyed me, to say the least. After years of working with prisoners, I find this one to be one of the most annoying prisoners Ive ever encountered. His aura of hubris is enormous. I felt uncomfortable in his presence, almost as if he thought he could break free of the jail at any time.
I asked the standard plethora of questions and the prisoner, calmly and in an almost professional manner sat up straight [as straight as one can when chained to the floor] and looked me in the eye, his cold and empty eyes causing me to shudder. From his answers I found a few things about his character.
He is different than most prisoners. He believes in a greater calling, his goal in life to spill the blood of as many as possible, to drive chaos into the world and create a world where life is not meaningful. He tends to feed on fear, his enjoyment coming from the sight of fear and pain in his opponent, when he kills them he enjoys making it last so that he can hear their pain. His MO is to beat the opponent to death with his fists. This, to him, causes him the most enjoyment.
All in all, I find that he is unable to be corrected, his personality completely forged into the concept of some greater calling telling him to cause pain and loss in all those around him. He feels no remorse for his actions, and to the opposite enjoys when people attempt to use logic to explain why he is wrong. I feel that he is to remain in SuperMax custody for as long as he shall live. I have no other feelings on the matter.

Physical Attributes
There is no picture on file of the criminal, and as a supermax prisoner was too dangerous to take mugshots of. A brief description follows.
Head: With short white hair, dark red eyes, and tanned skin, He is extremely extraordinary in appearance. He has a scar running from his left ear to his shoulder down the side of his neck. His white hair is about four inches in length and not well kept. He grows a slight beard and mustache whenever he doesnt take the time to shave.
Arms: Covered in scars and burns, It seems this man has been in many fights. He has a long jagged thick scar on his right forearm from elbow to wrist, and a burn on his left shoulder. His fingers are worn and covered in thick callouses from fighting. He has a tattoo of a kanji on each of his forearms, and a half sleeve tattoo on his right shoulder of a dragon that spreads back to his shoulder and chest.
Body: As with the rest of his body, scars are the most notable attribute of the man. With thick long scars running up and down his body from multiple injuries, the only thing keeping his body from seeming broken and beaten are the thick corded muscles along his entire frame. Several tattoos litter his chest and back, intertwining with the scars from many fights and brawls.
Legs: Long and muscular, he is in excellent shape. His legs are barely scarred nor tattoo'd at all. it is remarkable for the amount of tattoos and scars on his upper body, but for some reason he keeps his legs free of injury, most of the time.

Background and Charges
Prisoner #00252 has been charged with multiple accounts of manslaughter, multiple accounts of murder, multiple accounts of destruction of private and public property, and many other minor charges. He has been sentenced to 5 Life Sentences at Rice Field's Supermax Penitentiary
Not much is known about Garakuta Okiba, except that he is probably from the Rice Fields, and that he studied under a great Master of the Bone Pulling Clan. He was a great student who followed the ideals of the clan until one day he snapped and attacked his master, before running away. He is hated by all Kaguya now, and will find no allies there. He knows some of their deepest secrets, it is said.
A few years back multiple members of the country of sound, nin and non nin, were brutally put to death. They were generally found dead in bars and out in training fields. A serial killer was on the loose and the people of sound were in danger. An elite squad of Shinobi Hunters were sent out to capture the man nicknamed "Boneyard" because when he left his victims, he generally left them impaled on multiple bones. This MO lead the Shinobi Hunters to believe he was of the Kaguya Bloodline and was extremely dangerous.
After several months of terrorizing the countryside, he attacked a man known as Airontoku Yuuku, a member of Sand Country who was roaming the countryside. The Airontoku not only defeated him handily before he had the chance to fight back, but also handed him over to the police in powerful bonds. He was unable to escape and went through a short trial. After killing a bailiff, while mid-court session, he was immediately thrown into the Supermax cells until the hearings were over, without the right to be at his own hearings. He then was sentenced to multiple life sentences by the Court of Sound.
He now serves those life sentences in Supermax Cell 252, spending all his time in solitary except for one hour a day in a supervised room with multiple nin on guard. He is extremely dangerous, handle with caution. He will kill you, if you are not ready.
