Description: The Tsuba (guard), Fuchi (collar), and Kashira (pommel), are expertly made and finely crafted from black iron. The Habaki (blade collar), is hand made out of polished brass and the hilt is covered in Samé (ray skin) and tightly wrapped in the traditional style with Black cord. A beautiful brass Menuki (a small, ornamental sculpture inserted between the ray skin and the cord wrappings on the handle) enhances the sword’s aesthetic. The blade of the Retsu Suchi-ru is made of a fine metal that is sharpening with great care, it’s to the point that it will cut almost anything in half. The weight of the weapon is around 65.7 oz, as the Thickness is 9/32". The overall length of it is 44", the blades themselves are separated about an inch apart. This exquisite sword features two fully sharpened 1050 carbon steel blades; the blades themselves are forged in flames that reach 600 degrees, and are quickly cooled in spring water. The blade surface has been given a careful polish by hand, with a distinctive mirror polish applied to the fuller (blood groove). The blade fits loosely within the handle, allowing the blade to vibrate separated from the handle, preventing the user from severely hurting his hands whilst using the blade. A drawback of this is that when used without any techniques the weapon will veer back a bit when striking something, causing less damage than a normal blade would.

Effect: The most basic jutsu that is needed in order to properly operate the resonance blade.
Special: The user charges a D-ranked amount of chakra into the sword every turn in order to make the sword vibrate at different frequencies.

Description: The most basic technique, that forms the basis for all the other Resonance blade techniques. When active the sword will perform one of the most impossible tasks ever, it will start to resonate, switching frequency very rapidly, following the beat of the user's chakra. This causes the outline of the sword to look a bit blurred due to the vigorous shaking of the blade. As a result of this vibration the sword 'sings', turning the rhythm of the user's chakra into sound, creating a mellow beat. if the user is just charging chakra and not using any techniques. However, when the user uses a technique the rhythm of the blade changes, creating a new beat. This allows for an unimaginably large plethora of rhythms and sounds. One who just hears the sound of the Resonance blade in battle would say that is a very good beat boxer is showing his skills.

This needs to be done only once, after that the user knows the specific frequency for that specific weapon of the opponent. After this whenever the user touches the opponents blade with the disarmer technique active the opponents weapon will shake so vigorously that the opponent is forced to let go to the weapon.

Description: One of the most deadly properties of water is that it cannot be compressed. Whilst this doesn't sound very deadly it in fact is. When a heavy ripple is created in water it will travel faster than it would in the air. If the ripple is strong enough it will actually move so fast that it has the strength to rip apart flesh. Utilizing these properties the user makes the blade vibrate violently, sticking it in a body of water. Within a radius of fifty meters every living being in the water will suffer intense internal damage and heavy bleeding. The surface of the water within the radius will tremble so vigorously that it becomes impossible to remain standing. This ability can be sustained, by spending an A-ranked amount of chakra every other six seconds.

The ultrasound waves in the water will cause bubbles to form, that will emit light. The flash lasts very short, but under the influence of the user's chakra and perfect synchronization it will be so bright that everyone who looks directly into the flash will be blinded for nine seconds. Those who do not look directly into light will have their vision back after four seconds.

Description: By choosing a very rapid beat at a high frequency and a very high volume the swords gains B-ranked cutting power. As an added bonus whenever the sword it swung it creates an excruciating sound thanks to the Doppler effect. Those who are within fifteen meters of the blade and hear this sound will suffer from bleeding ears, nausea, dizziness and pain for one turn.

Effect: The user adjusts the frequency of bones, allowing them to snap bones in two with only the slightest of a touch.

Drawback: This can only be used four times in a fight without imposing a risk on the user, after that, every time the Hyoushi uses this technique he has a 40% of breaking the bones in his sword hand.
Description: Resonance is a unique thing, and not even bones are safe from its effect. Even better, bones are encased in a sleeve of flesh, filled with water. This only amplifies the strength of the technique, as the shock waves only gain speed within the water. So when the user changes the rhythm of his sword to that of bones he gains the ability to break bones with just a single tap. Whenever the user taps a bone there is a 70% chance of the bone instantly snapping. If it doesn't work the first time it will only inflict pain, due to the concussion, this pain is not a debilitating one, but it surely hurts. However a second tap on the same place surely breaks the bone.

Description: Repetition, though usually just boring, if used right it can accomplish a lot more. By changing the frequency and rhythm of the resonance blade the user can create a ticking sound, just like the sound of a clock. Though this has little use in battle it is great for other purposes. Just the continuous ticking sound can eventually drive someone mad.

Effect: With careful appliance resonance can virtually break down anything that is solid, using this knowledge a Hyoushi user can use his rhythms to take down even the most solid of defenses.
Special: Takes the half the amount of chakra as the defense that is being penetrated can hold out against. However, it never takes more than an S-rank amount of chakra.
Drawback: The user has to keep touching the defense for three seconds.
Description: Solid defenses are no match for the power of the Resonance blade. With the right beat everything comes crumbling down. By merely placing his blade against the defensive structure and charging his chakra the Hyoushi can make the entire structure resonate, making it crumble under its own weight in three seconds, regardless of the strength of the defense. Off course this only works on solid defenses and tangible elements (Water, Earth, Sand, etc). Off course the Hyoushi doesn't have to spend humongous amounts of chakra on the most measly of defenses. It takes the half the amount of chakra as the defense that is being penetrated can hold out against. However, it never takes more than an S-rank amount of chakra. For example, if the Hyoushi uses this on a defense that can withstand a C-ranked amount of damage it takes the Hyoushi a D-ranked amount of chakra. If the defense can hold out against an SSSS-rank amount of damage it only takes the Hyoushi an S-ranked amount of chakra.

Each guard are straped along the arms side to protect their arms. This is the second stage of Shin Guards so the weights decrease as well as speed.
Special: These are special types that are mostly known for the Capoeira style. What is really known is the fact that they are used for those of Formado-Contra ranking for this would be best of training.

Effect: This allows the user to get drunk, and allows a drunken fighter to become stronger, to become more endurance in hand to hand combat that deals with Bludgeoning, and elemental attacks that does not deal with drawing blood, such as piercing, or slashing.
Special: Must buy at an Alcoholic location such as an Inn, or a Shop that carries Sake.
Drawback: If to much is consumed the user will be exposed to Alcohol Poisoning. A "D" Class User has an Alcohol exposure of 5 Liters. If the user drinks past the Liters they undergo Alcohol Poisoning. They first pass out, and in a matter of ten posts without getting medical treatment, they die. "C" Class the User is capable of drinking 7 Liters without the effect of Alcohol Poisoning occurring. "B" Class the user is capable of drinking 9 Liters before under going Alcohol Poisoning. "A" Class is 11, and "S" Class is 13. This counts per day.
Description: Tiny = Half a Liter, Small = 1 Liter, Medium = 2 Liters, Large = 5 Liters, Huge = 60 Liters. The user is only allowed to drink 2 Liters for maximum effect. There is no effect past then that of two meters. For Half a Liter of a drink the user begins to start drinking. They begin to take in the effects. Their capability of enduring is slightly stronger. Their Endurance is point five times stronger against techniques that deals with bludgeoning techniques, or elemental techniques that does not draw one's blood. One Liter enables the user to have endurance of one times towards Bludgeoning Techniques or Elemental Techniques that does not draw blood. This goes up all the way to Two Liters. Two Liters gives endurance of two times normal rate. Every time when the user draws blood from a piercing, or slashing attack, it takes away the effects of one liter. This does not get confused on how much a person can confuse, just the endurance level. The Alcohol Level is still the same, and does not go down. The user must wait a full day before the Alcohol consumption to reset among itself. The Alcohol Level of effectiveness goes down Half a Liter Per Hour, but not Alcohol Consumption.

A Rank Difficulty Class - The A-Rank Difficulty Class is the next step of power. They are capable of performing Major Types of feats and techniques and skills. These are the high powered types of Classes and most classes of this power and magnitude are the most likely capable of being picked in order to become Kage or even Sannin. An A-Rank Difficulty Class person must have an amount of 3000 Training points in order to be considered as an A-Rank Difficulty Class Ninja. The A-Rank Difficulty Class are the type of People capable of summoning S Rank Summons.
Jounin- Even as achieving chuunin demonstrates proficiency and skill, achieving jounin is a sign of mastery. Jounins are exceptional fighters who operate on a completely different level than their lower ranked counterparts. Because of this, they are given the most dangerous missions. Jounins also are not limited to battle. While chuunins are in charge of teaching academy students, jounins are responsible for trios of genins. A jounin leads the groups through their initial missions and prepares them for the Chuunin Selection Exam. Jounins typically only impart knowledge to their assigned genins, though there are some who take on special students and impart techniques and skills to them as well. Not much is known about the methods of promoting jounins, however.
ANBU - The ANBU is actually short for ANsatsu Senjutsu Tokushu BUtai (暗殺戦術特殊部隊, Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai literally Special Assassination and Tactical Squad). The name is a form of contraction, similar to English acronyms like SWAT, where the two kanji used to abbreviate the group's full name constitute an actual word on their own. There existence is to protect the village from exceptional threats, conduct high-risk missions into enemy countries, and deal with extremely strong ninja. They are also responsible for carrying out assassinations and missions requiring specially trained ninja. all ANBU carry Ninjaken, which are usually strapped to their backs, and they all know the layout of the human body in detail. With Time Reversal Technique, an ANBU can put someone in a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing them to remember details that they otherwise would not. They serve under the direct command of their Kage.
Falcon Division - Specializes in Hunt and Disposal - The Falcon Division are those that are considered as Hunter Nins, Shinobi Hunters in a sense. They are the ones that go off finding, and hunting the Missing Ninjas. They are dedicated to hunt and find people found within bingo books. The Falcon Division are specialized hunters, they live to hunt. The Falcon Division is usually accompanied by those of the Frog Division for support, as well as the Owl Division for information retrieval and their skills of Stealth.

Roy Valentine
Appearance: Roy is considered a handsome young man, whose own beauty can be comparable to that of Endymion, Ganymede, and even Adonis. Though his beauty can only be rivaled by his charm when he talks to the ladies, his posture resembles that of a refine young gentle men that known only proper etiquette's. Only to be nothing more then a shroud hiding his ‘Comedy of Manners’ persona, making him the unique card that he is. The noticeable futures of this godly like being, his dirty white tattered hair that runs gently down the back of his neck, his hair seems to be quite resilient, as well as silky smooth as if it was fabric itself. His tan lean body is something to be admired as his lightly golden tan skin, is smooth and quite soft. The most admirable feature of his being is his lightly sunburst silver eyes, as he walks into the sun light his eyes sparkle with such an amazing brilliance as if they were sapphires. He seems to have somewhat the same side effect as he walks under the moonlight as it shines down upon him, his eyes gaze with a dastardly handsome sparkle that make him seem dangerous and exciting. But behind those lush loving eyes, rage on a ravaging and savage beast that wishes to burst out from its cage. His lips as well are somewhat another interesting feature, his lips are thin and soft, and they would seem to be warm and very inviting to those people that dare come close to adventure near him to even feel the warming embraces of gentle lips.
Full Attire:: Roy wears a very Enticing outfit that may compliment both him and his alter-ego’s personality.
Shinobi Hunter Outfit:: Roy's outfit makes him feel very manly. He is caped in black attire; his outfit would resemble no other as he seemed not of this world. Roy wears a black mask that covered his entire face; the mask seemed to be made of a silk and durable material which was breathable for the wearer, the mask was wrapped tightly around his face as you could see the facial features that he might posses. The masked man wears a heavy black cloak that drapes down to his feet, the hood of the cloak seemed to be rather large as it would not only consume his head by over shadow his shoulders as well. The cloak seemed rather resilient and durable as if it could withstand the hardest of conditions. As for the cloaks upper body, he seemed to be wearing rather tight hard elastic out fit that no only covers his neck but all the way down to his arms. No flesh could be visible on Roy; even his hands are covered by Black like gloves that seemed to be made of tougher material then the cloak. No only was his body entirely covered by this black spandex outfit, he man had on a tactical vest that seems to have its pockets full of some form of bottles, on his right side of his waist he has what looks like a mic that dangles off his belt. As for his pants, it would seem he wears some sort of black garment that is placed center of his legs and travels down to his knee caps, resembling something of a split Irish kilt. As for the punts under those garments, he wears a pair of slightly black baggy pants that don’t seem to be long for his tall stature. The pants seem to resemble those worn by Capoeira users. His shoes were light as leather and tough as steel though looking heavy for a pair of thick black boots, they are actually quite durable and flexible. Giving Roy un-told speed and mobility.
