The Kazekage's Introduction~

Plot: The new Kazekage has come into office very recently. Over the course of the past months, Stone and Sand have grown apart. Not to mention, many of the Sand Villagers are not aware of who their new Kazekage is. With these two issues lingering in the air, the Sand Village Council made a decision. It was a rather simple idea, but one that they hoped would get out the new Kazekage's name and reunite relationships with Stone.
The idea was that the Sand Village would host a party...designed by the Kazekage.
The council still needed to get in touch with her, but this much was certain:
It would be located at an abandoned building in the Land of Wind. They would fix up the area and make it look good, and then have the Kazekage come in and design the festivities. What the council did not realize was who the Kazekage was...and what she enjoyed. A truly sinful person, the Kazekage loved woman and alcohol, and upon hearing of the plan for a party her design was simple. Overtime the party went its course and invitations were sent out all over the land. Any Sand or Stone shinobi was allowed to attend, along with any Non-Ninja who wanted to get to know Suna a bit more.
All in all, it was a good plan.
Location: The Land of Wind
Rules:
- Must be either a Sand or Stone Shinobi, or a Non-ninja.
- If behavior becomes more than PG-13 take it to PMs. This should be self-explanatory.
- No attacking other shinobi, and this rule extends to either village. Don't even attend if you plan on doing this. If you do come and try it, then Anbu will not be lenient.

There are ten Anbu standing guard throughout the party to make sure that everybody is following the rules. The following information applies to allow them:
