Girls Gone Wild: [Saara and Aoshi edition]

Saara was dressed in her black dress that is lined on the top and bottom of the dress on the edges is gold trim. On her person, more importantly is her double cloak is packing a wide range of items, which include, a pair of Goggles, a single wireless radio, 20 pieces of flint, a 8 inch flashlight, 15 darts on the first outer layer, then 16 Makibishi, 30 Hira-Shuriken, 30 Bo-shurikens in the inner layer of her cloak. Then in her butt bag she has, 10 glass cutters, 15 ice pouches, 15 Explosive pouches, a world map, a single base compass, pepper spray with 110 uses, water spray with 110 uses, two knifes, two kunais, 30 zipties, 1 lock-picking kit.

Saara would move the man until they were some distance from the village, in fact it was over ten miles away from the village when she would stop, and take a step back from the man. Her lips would move, the cold tones would be heard,

We are out of the village at a random location. You are allowed to take off your blind fold.

Her hand would reach into the folds of her cloak and pull out a compass and a map, with a few looks at the map and then rolling it up and putting it back she would hand the compass to the man.

Leaf is to the east, when you go home, you follow the compass. But I believe you had a temple to find first. Did you wish for me to join you on finding it?

[Aoshi]

They'd finally stopped, it seemed.

Still with his blindfold on, the Uchiha was still in one piece. By some force of nature, he'd escaped the confines of territory that would have normally gotten a shinobi killed. He'd lived for the honor of Konoha, and yet his undying resolve had kept him alive. But he hadn't seen the Hokage once. He'd never so much as gotten a direct order or a message from him. He knew little more than the Hokage's name, and even then it seemed impersonal to him. A somewhat disheartened look passed over his face as he adjusted his shirt and pulled it closed, her words giving him the freedom to do as he pleased.

"Here goes nothin'."

The Genin's hands rose to his face, his fingers sliding beneath the folds of the blindfold and working slowly to remove it so that Miss Yuki wouldn't suspect foul play. The weightlessness at his side served to tell him that his items were missing, as well as the sword at his back. He would dive into the depths of the temple with little more than his bare hands. Not that he was opposed to the physical aspect of combat, but preparation was always key. With a little effort, Aoshi was able to unravel the blindfold in its entirety before lifting his head skyward. The first rays of the sunlight that cast down upon him were more than welcome. Luminous eyes took in the immediate scenery as he turned and surveyed the expanse of land before him.

It seemed that the land was as he'd been told. Stone structures and edifices painted the edge of the horizon, large constructs jutting forth out of the ground and creating a natural defense against oppression and infiltration. The Uchiha's lips parted to audibly marvel at the scene before him. Turning in a full 360, his eyes thereafter fell onto Miss Yuki. And for lack of a better phrase, his mouth opened before he could feign an aloof response to the surprise that awaited him.

"Whoa!" he exclaimed.

The Uchiha took a step back on his right foot, his arms raising afront him in an attempt to shield himself from such an abrupt assessment. Within those fleeting moments of curiosity, the only eyesore that he could find would be an Iwagakure headband. Otherwise, every aspect of her features forced his instincts to acknowledge her nubian glory. Soft mink eyes greeted him. A heart-shaped face, painted with a look of indifference, was almost akin to a painting; her beauty was etched quite visibly, but that which lay beyond was as much a mystery as why he'd survived his kidnapping. But his eyes never moved past her face - she reminded him of someone he'd met long ago, and she had vanished as quickly as she had appeared. For whatever reason, the encounter had left him intrinsically jaded.

"Get a hold of yourself," he thought.

Slowly but surely, the Uchiha came to stand to full height yet again. "The temple.." he muttered, his attempt at changing the subject coming with as much effort as anything else. Ao could only have identified his natural reaction to being human, much less attracted to her and wanting to speak on the matter. As far as he was concerned, it could have been a ploy from Iwa to force his guard down. When the vixen had him entangled in her web of apathy, she'd surely devour him. How fitting that her dark skin earned her the unspoken title "Black Widow" in his mind. Still, she was more familiar with the layout of the land than he. It didn't take Aoshi a fraction of a second to make up his mind about her joining him.

"I'll need the extra set of hands. Besides.." he began, "You're the only saving grace if I meet more Iwa shinobi."

The sleeves of his shirt fell over his forehands slightly, his locks shifting ever slightly as he shifted his weight to one side. He reached out and took the compass from her, his fingers encircling the item and pulling it back before placing it upon his person. "So tell me. The gods - how are they to decide what tips the balance? You just meet them, and all of a sudden their guidance is automatically understood? That doesn't sound like some fairy tale to you?"

"Saara..."[/color] Said a voice in Saara's head. The mark on her forehead glowed a little as he did. "This man has the capability to understand what the Gods have to offer. But in order to so, he must speak with Gabriel. Gabriel will help him understand. And in becoming a follower to Gabriel, he will help shape the balance once more, as well as perhaps pass the word of the Gods on to a new village. I insist that you take him to that temple and show him what it means to follow one of the Gods. If he wishes to speak with me, then I will. But only if he asks. Do not give him that option."[/color] The voice of Sophron said to his follower. He was always watching Saara and what she was doing, ensuring that she followed the path of balance and neutrality.

Saara half watched as he would move his hands up in a relaxed manner and a slow manner so she wouldn't think he was pulling any tricks. He turned looking about him, before he would lay eyes on her face. He exclaimed out loud as his mouth dropped slightly before he would pull himself together. Her eyes took in his dark eyes contrasting on his white skin. Her eyes narrowed as she tired to place what the odor was that she kept getting. Though it seemed to be spicy, but yet, it was not. It was strange really, but she merely tilted her head as he took a step back from her as if he was really shocked. She finally spoke lightly in a chilling tone that was more to her self then Aoshi,

"Skin color that bad on your blacken eyes, Aoshi?"

He would speak of the temple, and then his logic seemed to be kicking back in now as he went on to speak of if he met any other fellow Terrans, he then asked about the gods, and how they were tipping balance. It was once he was done speaking that Sophron spoke in her head. Her circlet glowing about her forehead a little brightly more then normal. Her head tipped before she would speak,

"Why don't you ask Gabriel that question? But as for meeting a god and being a fairytale? I don’t believe in fairy tales. I was enlighten when I met my god. But, lets get you to the temple now so you can ask and have answers from the god."

And with that her feet would move, leaping up on a rock and peering about for those fire bats. Her hands moving to place one on her hip and her other shading her eyes as she peered about. She would not ask a thing about this man, he smelled as if he was a chi tea, relaxing, and comforting for all the wrong reasons.

"She had a goal, a mission."

She truly just wanted at this time to place her ex family at rest in their graves. Time was not here for 'trivia' past time friendships or even to know a person in the name of 'love'. Her eyes would spy a outcropping of rocks and her feet would move looking about for some fire bats. Her lips muttered,

"I went a little insane for my god. We all are effected differently by the gods, but I am sure once we make it to the temple you will find out for yourself."

they would start to move to the land of stone at this point. her footsteps would follow the path that could have been her own. but then she would speak,

check the compass, make sure we are heading south, with a slight east.

her eyes peering about as they moved for those fire bats, her feet moving to look into the cave. maybe a fire bat would be in there this time. but as she would peer in, she would move on just as quickly.

He nodded in response, though any attempt at a response was interrupted as she took up motion and advised him to make use of the compass. Clutching it within his right hand, the Uchiha lifted it toward his face and read their current direction along with the path that they would be taking. "Your skin color was the least of what I was thinking. Take that how you will," he finished. His features were difficult to read at this point. There was only the curiosity of the gods and their power, a sense of foreshadowing falling over him as Saara spoke of the things that she had done in the name of her god.

He would further inquire, a raised eyebrow prevailing as they headed toward their new destination. "And does this god speak to you? If we are all connected by balance, then will they not speak to me as well?" he asked. His was to be the god of taijutsu. Hers was the god who controlled all balance. How did they work? Were they in harmony, or were they part of different sides on the libra scale? An inquisitive Ao wore no particular expression, however. He wanted to learn as much as he could before the temple was before them. Going in blind would have been wasting the opportunity they'd given him.

.....If it wasn't a ruse, that is. The pit of Aoshi's stomach began to grow tense as he chanced a miniscule amount of faith in her words. If she was being truthful, then there was much that he had to ask if Gabriel was as all-seeing and all-knowing as he had appeared to be.

Saara moved though to stone country as she moved she would speak, she had went in blind, and most likely suffered for it. But Aoshi was most likely to suffer a fate the same as her's she supposed. She would merely state,

There are seven gods total, a good and evil god for each style of fighting, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu. These gods would have been at war with each other if it was not for the god of balance. All seven are the same, each one being a god in their own right. There is no right or wrong god for a person in the end.

She did not speak of other details, that was enough for the man. She would finally pause and start to look around,

this where we need to hunt down the temple now.

With that she would start to look for this place, she had to wonder what it looked like, she didnt think it would look like Sophron's castle, but she would at least think it would be see able, right? She would turn slightly and look in another spot.

[Aoshi]

There was a strange sensation that crept up over him, starting at the core of his being and thereafter rising to the surface of his cognizance. It was a leading force - a sonar of sorts - that pinged within his mind before vanishing from the radars of his mental capacity. He was still quite tentative to Miss Yuki's words, his alert temporary relinquished as his feet tread carefully across the terrain. "Good and Evil. Far be it from a human to think that things can be that cut and dry. When you put it like that, I understand why I'm doing this.." he informed her. A small fountain of faith had built up within him as his mind once more recalled the images of his clansmen burning and dying before his very eyes. Perhaps if Sophron - or in his case, Gabriel - had been there, then his right hand could have foreshadowed deliverance and not destruction.

Aoshi grimaced.

Conviction forced him to stop moving as he searched for the temple, his eyes frantically moving across the distance for as far as he was able to make out with relative ease. Sifting through the constructs that didn't appear to hold any particular entrance, Ao allowed his instincts to coalesce Gabriel's call with reality's grand scheme. In the end, he surmised, it would be the beginning seeds of faith planted within the turmoil of unknown territory that would lead the gods to nurture his willingness. "When I get back to Konoha, I'll tell them about your hospitality. Maybe....just maybe...I was wrong about you Stone Ninja." The words were quickly dismissed just as soon as they had arrived to be spoken. He'd sought after purpose, and it appeared that Gabriel may have been waiting to satiate his hunger. Only time would tell.

....And if nothing were to come to fruition, at least he'd be able to say that he survived the encounter with their sworn enemies. Aoshi could only chuckle lightly as he wondered what the Hokage would say about his brave endeavors. Not that he had infiltrated Iwa by tact or force. But yet still, he was moving of his own volition. His bravery had to have been counting for something.

And as the two started around the Land of Stone, the picture that Aoshi had been shown by the mighty god, Gabriel, was now shown before him in the form of the large temple. As he looked, there was a large main entrance and two smaller entrances.

Suddenly, the white portal from before showed to the two. "Explore the temple if you wish. But if you wish to speak to me immediately, head down the main corridor. I will be waiting."[/color] Gabriel said as the portal disappeared. The choice of where to go was up to them.

[Aoshi]

Their searching had given way to the massive construct that lay within the distance. As Aoshi's eyes scanned its majesty, that same sense of foreshadowing had returned. "Yuki." He called out to her with a bit of volume, signaling that he had found the location that he had seen in the portal that'd appeared to him only a while ago. It was much bigger than he'd expected - its beauty was of an olden time, unblemished and void of mundane monstrosity to taint its righteousness. Before he could traverse forward, however, the same portal he'd been exposed to materialized before him. Its message was clear. The entrances were his to explore at his own leisure, his footfall picking up a brusque speed in exhilaration.

"I want to talk to Gabriel first. We won't understand anything if we don't see to it that he's understood, first. Could you hear him..?" Aoshi inquired, though his eyes would not look back at Miss Yuki. A woman of her cold demeanor would most likely appreciate his straightforward persona. The irony of the situation - Aoshi was a natural flirt. Kazu would have been surprised to see him refraining from talking to Miss Yuki as he'd talked to a few select ladies before. But she was a ninja of a village that they were supposed to despise and desire to destroy. Conflicting feelings kept him focused, if not distant from his more warm and alluring sense of character.

"Through the main entrance we'll go."

He'd already made up his mind. Aoshi paced himself as they walked, his eyes scanning the immediate surroundings to take in its grandeur. The more he witnessed, the more he wondered if Gabriel was the real deal. He was certainly about to find out.

Her name was spoken and Saara stopped looking in the other diction and then turned to look at Aoshi. Saara glanced at the temple, and then at Aoshi before inclining her head. He spoke, straightforward, unlike the other men in her life. He asked if she could hear the god, she would shake her head before she she spoke,

I heard him though the portal, yes.

Her foot falls would pace after Aoshi in a steady step. Her eyes taking in the wonders of the place. She had to wonder what her family would be thinking of this, because she hadn’t told them about the gods yet. She mused slightly before she would move to follow Aoshi a few feet behind him.

As the two continued into the temple, through the main entrance, they would walk down a rather short hallway. Revealed before them was a very tall room. It wasn't incredibly wide, but the height was amazing. And at the center of the room stood a statue, floating in mid-air. This statue was of a mythical phoenix.

As the two entered the hall, the statue started to glow. Slowly, the stone surrounding it crumbled. Within moments, the golden glow of the statue disappeared, revealing the majestic bird as it flew up into the higher parts of the temple. It then flew back down and landed on the ground, revealing the full body of the wing that Aoshi saw before.

"I've been waiting for you, Aoshi. I see you've brought company with you. I am Gabriel, God of Taijutsu. Welcome to my Temple."[/color] He said, waving his wings around a little to show the room once more.

"Forgive me for the sudden calling to you. It wasn't until recently that I started trying to reach out to the people of this world. It is thanks to Sairo Zassou that my word can be spread. For through his subject, he was able to gather the essences of the seven Gods and harness our power. And if you leave today, choosing to follow me, you will gain a tremendous ally. But naturally, I am sure that you have many questions for me. I have things to explain, but perhaps, if you have any pressing questions to ask for now, I'm sure I could oblige"[/color] He stated, waiting for Aoshi's response. He did not regard Saara much. While he was not mad about her presence, she already followed Sophron. And he knew that she was not for him. So his attention remained solely on Aoshi. For he was the one he truly intended to speak to.

[Aoshi]

It was just as he had seen before, the innermost force that drove him now reacting to the presence of majesty as Gabriel shown himself through broken stone and grand display. The Uchiha couldn't help but step back a single foot as his arms rose before him, disbelief clouding him in light of such grandeur being visualized. The bird appeared to possess no less than absolution as its wing span spread forward to illuminate the immediate surrounding. Once it had settled and Aoshi's curious eyes wandered the entirety of the elongated proximity, the Uchiha stood straight up once more and allowed his arms to drop to his sides.

He'd heard the counsel of Gabriel's words, lowering his head in careful thought. Before long, though, he'd once again meet Gabriel's gaze and offer up the most important question. "Why have I never heard of you before? Even if you have never reached out to the people of this world, our very chakra would resonate and feel some sort of source. You're telling me that you've been within us the entire time?" the Uchiha inquired. Gabriel's eyes spoke of having no imagination left when it came to the young Genin. Just how much did he know? Just how far had he gone? Had he orchestrated this entire plethora of events..?

Aoshi gave Miss Yuki a momentary look, searching for some sort of reassurance that his question wouldn't offend the deity that hovered before him. But regardless of the many questions, he would soon find that his true interest lie in Gabriel's explanations. If it was as Miss Yuki had said, then they would be able to communicate on their travels. Aoshi could ask more of his questions then.

Saara would be moving behind the male as the god came into view, her eyes watched as the floating piece of art started to glow. Her feet would stop and she would stand close to the entrance of the large room. It was almost funny, she really hoped that he would right the balance of the gods, because one evil and then there would be a one good one with a single follower. Balance was key. But on another note,

This was Aoshi's time.

He would speak, he was again straight forward. Intrusting. But then he would glance at her, her face out of a reflex of old, gave him a small small smile of reassurance. He was doing fine in her books, then the smile vanished as her coldness came back to her and become merely the onlooker of the pairing.

[Tieren]

"The answer to your question, Aoshi is a simple one."[/color] The God said, his wings lowering to his sides as he looked him straight in the eye. "The reason you've never heard about me before hand... The reason that no one had heard about me before hand.... Is that no one cared enough."[/color] He said simply.

"There are books out there that describe us. That explain our temples. That show where they are and how to find them. Yet no one cared enough. For those who came here before would see the statue and hear nothing. For they weren't worthy to do so. But those who came here from the Stone village heard otherwise. For they were actually seeking answers rather than treasure or fame. I do not have gold to give, or money to offer. And for that reason, many people in this world will not care for my existance. But I offer something much more valuable... I offer knowledge and insight."[/color]

The God took a light step back as he continued to look into Aoshi's eyes. "Every time you throw a punch, deliver a kick, swing a sword, or strike with a kunai... I feel it. And my presence is there. Even those who choose not to follow me. I can tell when they are using the might of Taijutsu. For it takes skill to be able to wield such a thing. It takes bravery to get up in a person's face and deliver a swift punch. Ninjutsu users harness the power of the elements from a distance. And Genjutsu users hide in their illusions. But Taijutsu is pure. You approach and you attack. Simple yet effective."[/color] Gabriel said with a smile.

"Through me, all Taijutsu is possible. Whether you believe in me or not, all Taijutsu is made available through me."[/color] He finished, looking toward Aoshi. He knew of Saara's following, and had a feeling she had told him of the other gods. But as far as he was concerned, Xerxes didn't exist. He was a fake, a sham, and held no power. He waited now, wondering what Aoshi would say next.

[Aoshi]

Aoshi's fingers slowly curled, every digit reaping the benefit of the adrenaline that rushed through his veins at Gabriel's words. His right fist hovered afront his face as he rose his hand to meet his eye's level. This was the passion of the Uchiha at work, accentuated by the phoenix's gift of knowledge and insight. His fingers pressed to his forehead as he lowered his head in reverence, those same raven locks falling about his countenance to veil his look of belief. A warm feeling began to bathe him in radiance as he thereafter looked back up at Gabriel, the desire to follow in his footsteps and guidance coming to fruition as a nod was given.

"I choose to believe."

The words had come matter-of-factly. To have heard the names Zadkiel and Sophron had only caused him to desire something of his own, an intangible gift that none would be able to take from him. He was gifted in the arts of Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, but it was when his blade carved through space and claimed victory that he felt he was at his best. He would combine the elements, but the might of physical prowess would always guide his hand. And thus he would thrust his hand to the side with force, his chakra already permeating through his chakra network and giving him the physical morale he needed to express his willingness to adopt Gabriel's ways.

"I accept your offer."

Saara watched as the young Leaf ninja would speak, telling the god that he would follow the god of Tai. Her hands fold together as she bowed her head slightly, the balance would be righted now. For a while at least. The woman knew that she would have to get back to stone soon. But first, she wondered when the other and her self would part ways. But that was trivia, and it would shoved out of her mind for now. She relaxed into a professional pose as she waited by the door for when the man to leave.

[Tieren]

Gabriel smiled at Aoshi's words. "It pleases me to hear you say that, Aoshi. Then there is one final task. When you choose to follow me, you'll receive the mark of Gabriel upon your body. Much like your friend there, who bears the mark of Sophron upon her forehead, you will receive one as well. The choice of where is up to you. Through this mark, I may contact you and stay in communication with you at all times. From time to time, I might have need of you in taking up a special mission for me. And with my mark, you may feel free to preach the will of the Gods."[/color] He said to Aoshi, his wing now lifting slightly into the air and waiting for his decision on where the mark should be placed.

Once he had been showm where Aoshi wanted the mark, the wing would wave over it before the furthest extended feather would tap the spot that same spot. A slight burning would be felt, but nothing too unbearable. Suddenly, the golden mark of Gabriel was shown on his skin, now showing to all who he followed. "You are now officially my follower. If there is anything else you would like, please let me know."[/color] He said with a soft smile on his face.

[Aoshi]

He thought for moments as Gabriel's majesty remained before him, beckoning him to choose a place for which the mark of the God of Taijutsu would be forever etched. Lowering his head and with a clear conscience, he slowly returned his gaze to the grand bird and tugged down upon his shirt until his right shoulder was revealed. A look of assurance crossed over his features as a solemn nod was given.

"Here."

Willing and able, he would await the process for which he would be claimed. A feeling of rejuvenation began to permeate through him as his undeniable faith came off of him in intangible waves. Gabriel would find that he was a devout follower, the hand of Taijutsu delivered swiftly to those who would stand before or against him.

Seconds passed as he received the transition, the struggle nothing that he would grimace or flinch at in the name of Gabriel. His eyes were slowly opened to a world that he had not known before. So much so, that his very person seemed to shift and change with the ebb of insight and knowledge that he would receive. With time, he would come to further know and utilize the gift of insight and wisdom. Aoshi would await any further instruction, statuesque as he gave Gabriel silent acknowledgement.
