Face Off [Oyushi vs An'ei Ura-Kara]

Snow drifted to the floor in a steady fall, the flakes blanketing the training arena upon which they fell, covering it with white powder. The sky itself was gray and desolate, depressing, at least for those who did not live in Yuki no Kuni. There were no birds out today and now flowers bloomed here, at least not during this season; although they would shortly. Kara herself stood in the center of this arena, atop the snow with ease of chakra, and her blade at her waist. Upon her body was a black fur-trimmed coat, covering a black shirt, matched with black pants, and black boots. It was here that she waited for her opponent, Oyushi, who was to be the first to receive her test. He wished to participate in his Shinobi duties solo, although that would be entirely up to her to decide, but she would give the boy a chance. It was early in the morning, too early for normal people to be awake, but the crisp air was perfect for combat.

Oyushi was both nervous and excited. It was early but not bright. The usual drill in Yuki. It was calm, silent and cold at this time of the morning. Just like a shinobi was said to be. It was an ideal Oyushi found himself having a hard time living up to, he was in the ninja business because he cared which was the complete opposite of being cold. That said, he normally managed calm and silent ok. This morning however, he was neither. This was a big moment for him, he was a recently crowned chunnin, coming into a test with the recently crowned new Yuki-kage. It was important for him to show his skills and prove his worth, but only time would tell if that was going to be the case.

So he trudged through the snow, footsteps crunching through shin height powder as he made his way to the leader of the village.
"Nice morning you picked."
He stated. And it kind of was too. After all it wasn't a blizzard right?
"So how does this go down?"
He asked, holding the nerves back and keeping his outward appearance a picture of calm.
