Following a realization oh who he was, Freeman has begun to mature, taking on more of his fathers personality. he has grown as a person and began to take his life seriously. while still fun loving, he takes steps to keep himself occupied by performing in the streets or in circus tents. Hes began to realize what a menace he was and has sworn to make up for it by making people smile. Even going so far as to act like a clumsy buffoon to get them to smile.

The young man has grown, even taking pride in his work. while he wears a clowns mask, he does his best to act like an adult in his personal time. Going by his fathers philosophy, he has substituted personal happiness for others enjoyment. Using every skill he knows he has set up a small performance stage in town and performs there daily, charging no fee for it. He would rather see everyone happy, not just those who can afford it.

While seemingly happy and joyful, Freeman does have a dark side that shows itself during combat. A sadist by any other name is just as harsh, and Freeman is no exception. His violent nature comes out during combat and the Golden Pierrot loses his bright shine and his false wealth. He becomes a dark sadistic monster who takes pleasure in watching his victims suffer.

Freeman has grown a little, about an inch. With his hair now longer then it had been. his skin has taken a slightly tanned color from being outside more. The Golden Pierrot had taken to wearing simpler clothing then what he wore before, sticking to gentle colors when hes not performing. He tries to blend into the crowd when he can. but does like to keep a bit of color with him, even if its just his socks.

when performing, Freeman wears a White long sleeved shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbow. the shirt is tucked into a pair of blue overall performance pants that reach his lower legs and continue on to white socks with black shoes. On his head he wears a blue jesters hat with two golden ball shaped bells on the ends. The main feature of his performance outfit is his Mask. A white mask painted with a gentle smile and a eyes designed to look funny. the Nose of the mask is a large rubber ball that squeaks when he presses it. Under the left eye is a single tear drop. on his hands are two white gloves, to match the mask well.

In battle, if hes prepared for it, he will wear his old outfit, which is a green sweater with a blue scarf. The sweater is old, and well worn. With small tatters at the end of the sleeves and around the bottom. The pants are a similar style, old and patch worked, with the green being a darker green then the sweater. His shoes are a bright golden yellow and the jesters hat he wears is green as well with little bells on its tips.

Effect: Allows the user to bring to life and control a set amount of drawings or paintings.

Drawback: The objects are made out of ink, and thus very weak. Most “D” rank attacks have the ability to completely destroy the ink creations, no matter of their own size.
Description: The user will rapidly draw several objects, usually animals, on a scroll. Then, performing the right handseals, the user will bring those objects to life and use them for offensive purposes. The monsters, made of ink, also share any special properties that the ink has.
“C” Rank- Allows for a maximum of ten small creatures at once or five medium sized creatures. This ability may be re-trained in order to increase the number of small creatures by two and the number of medium creatures by one each time this is learned. After the initial time learning this technique and four additional trainings, the user is required to perform “B” ranked training to learn more.
“B” Rank- Allows for a maximum of twenty small creatures at once or ten medium sized creatures at once, or one large sized creature at once. This ability may be retrained in order to increase the number of small creatures created at once by three, medium creatures by two, and large creatures by one. After the initial learning of the “B” Rank, it must be re-learned a total of four times before the “A” rank may be learned.
“A” Rank- Allows for a maximum of thirty five small creatures at once, or twenty medium sized creatures, or five large sized creatures at once, or one gargantuan sized creature. May be re-trained any number of times to increase the number of small creatures by five, medium creatures by three, large creatures by two, and gargantuan creatures by one.

Description: User forms a few handseals and calls forth any remaining smoke that may be around then into a concentrated area to use for other techniques. When the user first learns this technique they are able to call smoke within the distance of 10 meters radius. When the user learns the "C" rank version of this technique the distance increases to 20 meters radius. When the user learns the "B" rank version of this technique the distance increases to 40 meters radius. When the user learns the "A" rank version of this technique the distance increases to 80 meters radius. When the user learns the "S" rank version of this technique the distance increases to 160 meters radius.

Kemuri Buresu (Smoke Breathe)

Effect: Envelops smoke around the user.

Description: User breathes out, or pushes out enough smoke capable of enveloping the user in smoke. This is used as a distraction technique, allowing the user to lure, and move away within the smoke. The size of the smoke only reaches the size of the user himself.

Kemuri Kodate (Smoke Screen)

Effect: User covers a large area of smoke in order to discombobulate an opponent.

Description: A more advanced form of Kemuri Buresu (Smoke Breathe) where the user breathes out, or uses smoke to create a large smoke screen to cover in a vast amount of distance in order to use as a distraction or as an orientation. The smoke hides the user's smell, and creates zero visibility. The smoke screen is able to cover in a distance of 30 meters radius in all directions.

Kemuri Bunshin (Smoke Clone)

Effect: This technique creates a clone made out of smoke. When it is hit, it turns into smoke similar to the Kemuri Buresu (Smoke Breathe) the user creates. The smoke clone is mostly used as a diversion tactic like other clone techniques.

Description: User creates a clone out of smoke. A technique which creates clones with the properties of Smoke. Although the clones are unable to inflict damage on an opponent, any physical attacks attempted on them envelopes the clone into Kemuri Buresu (Smoke Breathe). Depending on the user's class level is dependent on how well and how much the user is capable of performing at one given time. If the user is "D" Class they are capable of performing four Clones at once. If the user is "C" Class they are capable of performing eight clones at once. If the user is "B" Class they are capable of performing sixteen clones at once. If the user is "A" Class they are capable of performing thirty two clones at once. If the user is "S" Class they are capable of performing sixty four clones at once.

Description: A very similar technique to Kemuri Buresu (Smoke Breathe), however when a Kemuri Bunshin (Smoke Clone) is struck down it multiplies into multiple clones. Depending on the user's class level is dependent on how well and how much the user is capable of performing at one given time. If the user is "D" Class one clone creates 2 clones when hit. If the user is "C" Class one clone creates 4 clones when hit. If the user is "B" Class one clone creates 8 clones when hit. If the user is "A" Class one clone creates 16 clones when hit. If the user is "S" Class one clone creates 32 clones when hit.

Effect: User can unleash small smoke balls that release a thick dark smoke.

Description: The user launches balls of smoke at an opponent that explodes creating a more dense and intensified path of smoke capable of covering the size of a large person. The balls of smoke rise up before they slam forward into the opponent, or the general direction the user wishes. The user does not have to hurl the balls of smoke. When first learned the user is able to hurl up to 2 balls of smoke at where they wish. When the user becomes "C" Class they are able to hurl 4 balls of smoke at where they wish. When the user becomes "B" Class they are able to hurl 8 balls of smoke at where they wish. When the user becomes "A" Class they are able to hurl 16 balls of smoke at where they wish. And finally when the user becomes "S" Class they are able to hurl 32 balls of smoke at where they wish.

Description: When the user performs this technique, they take the smoke around them, and creates a quasi realistic binding as the smoke shoots forth and wraps around an opponent. This is a binding technique used to bind the opponent in order to use more destructive techniques against the opponent.

Zokutou Kemuri Tanima (Spiral Smoke Chasm)

Effect: Traps the opponent in an upwards stream of smoke which can cause the victim to choke and cough if they were to exit.

Description: A twister like technique where the user launches a mass amount of smoke up into the sky with a radius of ten meters within the distance of 40 meters away from the user as maximum distance. The smoke rises up into the distance of 30 meters lifting and spinning the opponent, while forcing the air out of the opponent, leaving nothing but smoke for the opponent to breathe in. This technique is capable of stopping while the opponent is in mid air making the opponent fall straight down to the ground.

Effect: User creates smoke out of the heat waves that is produced in hot areas.

When the user first learns this technique they are able to call smoke within the distance of 5 meters radius. When the user learns the "C" rank version of this technique the distance increases to 10 meters radius. When the user learns the "B" rank version of this technique the distance increases to 20 meters radius. you seem a bit mixed up on specialist. A clan mastery is when you get 500 tp in a certain clan. its just a way to say "you're really good in this particular area" water release is a elemental style that ninjutsu specialists use. Try reading up on specialists here as it has a full list of the specialists you can become.

Im sorry to say but you're jutsu is a bit hard for me to read. You made this account in 2013 thus you do receive the sites 500 tp gift. Is that why you have many jutsu? If so I must ask that you either italicize, underline, or bolden certain ranks concerning jutsu with multiple letter ranks. Since you're character is not of a bloodline you actually get 5 starting techniques instead of 3. You also get another 5 techs called freebies. the country hes from is outside the naruto world map, i have done this before with other characters and staff as allowed for it.

while i am a clan master, i needed water release for one of the clans, which is why i havnt put any tp into water release, because i only needed it for Li clan techniques.

Effect: With this technique the Bard is capable of pinpointing the location of a noise within a small area.

Drawback: Cannot be used to hear techniques that silent the user's movement. Must be trained multiple times.
Description: Bards are around sounds constantly and all their training in the musical arts hones their hearing. They are capable of further training their ability to hear to allow them to listen and precisely pinpoint the location a sound is coming from as long as it is within ten meters of themselves. They can continue to train their ability to pinpoint the location of a sound to increase the distance it can be pinpointed from by ten meters each time, capping off at fifty meters.
