Description: A Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects 1 creature. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 7 meters plus 6 meters per class level. The duration of this technique is instantaneous. This technique may be negated. They realize the small part that they play in the vast multiverse. They also realize that the decisions that they make are not truly based on their desires, but rather on the will of Divine or Infernal powers. This startling realization causes a mental breakdown within the victim. If this happens, the victim is considered insane, as per the Jutsu Insanity. This Jutsu remains in effect Dispel by a Greater Restoration, or stronger Chakra.
Limit: Must know the Compulsion Perception. Must know Insanity.

Description: A Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects 1 creature. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 30 meters plus 15 meters per class level. The duration of this technique is instantaneous. This technique may be negated. The affected creature suffers from a continuous confusion effect, as the Jutsu. Remove curse does not remove insanity. Greater Restoration, can restore the creature.
Limit: Must know the Compulsion Perception.
Confusion results for the next 5 tasks that Peter conducts:
Roll proof
1. Peter will act normally for his first task that happens next.
2. Peter will then hurt himself intentionally in the name of god, receiving minor damage of some kind.
3. Then he will act normally as he wishes after that.
4. And then he will attack the nearest person in the name of god.
5. Then finally followed by doing nothing and talking/babble incoherently as if conversing with his god.
